Chapter Warning: The rape from the previous chapter is briefly described, it that bothers you it is marked with ***

Preface: Ace and Sabo are 22 in this fic but I have to compromise a birth date because I decided to make them twins. Devil fruits and Haki exists but this is a modern Au with a lot of the major pirate crews being gangs and the Navy being police.

I was a calm night at home with Sabo, the two of us eating dinner as a family like we usually do when I got a call from that pineapple bastard Marco. Damn him, I'm still upset about all that extra paperwork he gave me as punishment. I mean yeah, I dyed his hair pink but I'm sure it will come out eventually. And besides, thatch helped so I can't be faulted on my own for this.

I will definitely get him back, not now but I will.

Putting aside my fantasies for revenge I get back to the interruption at hand, Marco was on the other line. He had called to tell me about an emergency meeting, and Oyaji wanted all of his commanders there.

Of course, I wouldn't go without Sabo. My co-commander and apparently better smarter half. He was also the only one out of the two of us allowed to drive. With my narcolepsy coming in at the most random and worst moments I was banned from being behind the wheel.

Without much hesitation I got up and dragged Sabo with me to the door, the blonde in question just barely managing to snag the keys off of the coffee table in time.

The ride was short, seeing as we don't live far from our base, a living choice made entirely on purpose when calls like this began to become too normal at random hours in the night. When we finally did get there, we saw our fourth division commanding brother Thatch once again coming up with new ways to annoy our first division commanding brother Marco.

Said pineapple was doing his best to control himself and not kill Thatch due to brotherly murder being strictly forbidden within the group, while our sixteenth division commanding brother Izo ignored the whole situation completely in favour of pulling at one of his loose strands of hair that was in a messy bun rather than his usual updo due to the time of night we were all called.

As we walked up to them I called out to the small group distracting Marco and probably saving Thatch's life in the process.

"Hey, we're all here, so where is Oyaji?" I asked only to have Sabo chime in after me.

"And why did he call an emergency meeting for all of us to be here at this time of night?"

"Well you see none-" Thatch had started, only to be cut off by a deep, familiar, rumbling laughter that echoed through the base.

"Guraguraguraguragura!" Oyaji's unmistakable laugh and deep voice rolled over us, powerful yet gentle like the father he is to us.

"My sons and daughters, you have all made it here safe." Oyaji laughed out again.

"Yes we are all here Oyaji, but what did you call us out for?" Our tiny twelfth division head Haruta asked out from their spot in between Izo and our eighth division head Namur.

The air around Oyaji suddenly got tense and all was silent as we waited for him to speak. "My children, it seems there has been an issue with one of our allied gang members. Dragon and his house were compromised, it was a targeted attack."

Dragon, one of Oyaji's closest allies, as well as the man who saved my life once. I was deep in thought trying to figure out why someone as powerful as dragon would need our help. And what was so important about it that it was necessary to call all of the commanders for assistance.

As I was thinking I just barely heard what Oyaji was saying. "It was reported that Dragon's brat was taken from his house tonight as he slept." Marco then continued for Oyaji, giving us a brief description of the boy we need to look for.

"Monkey D. Luffy, born May fifth, has black hair and eyes with a scar under the left one. He was taken around nine after the sun went down, yoi."

After Marco had finished his briefing on the boy he hands the floor back over to Oyaji. "Brats it's after eleven, we've wasted two hours already. Find the brat and bring him back, alive." Oyaji commanded leaving no room for objections causing everyone scattered in search of the kid.

By eleven forty everyone was wracking their brains trying to find leads on the kid. People were running in place with this case while others were going in circles, and personally I wanted to bash my head against a concrete wall. Of course Ace wasn't fairing too well either.

We were both at our wit's end until we were finally sent a lead. It came in the form of an angel, or rather a bar owner named Makino, who came out of her shop and told us what she saw earlier tonight.

"Actually, while I was walking to work getting ready to open up the bar I saw a white van driving past awfully fast. And the driver looked like he was wearing a black ski mask. And if I remember correctly, the way they turned made it look like they were going to the old sake brewery. I wonder why?" Makino explained to us as she commented off-handedly on the situation. Thank the seven seas that we found this woman.

"Miss if you don't mind, could you tell us where that brewery may be." I asked, well more like demanded, but at least I sounded polite.

While I was getting the directions Ace took action and brought the car around. Thank God he didn't crash it, that would be the least of my worries at this point.

"Thank you Miss, you were a huge help!" I yelled as I ran off to the car getting in the passenger seat.

Seeing as Ace wouldn't get from behind the wheel until we got to the warehouse I got myself as comfortable as possible taking out my phone. I called Izo as well as who he took with him as backup and told them where we were headed. I was also praying that Ace's narcolepsy and reckless driving skills wouldn't get me killed tonight.

The warehouse Makino had directed us to had turned out to be quite far from where the bar we met her at was, therefore it was no surprise that the others had arrived before we did. Standing there waiting was Izo, Marco and Thatch huddled together.

"Well would you look at who's finally here, what took you guys so long." Said Thatch trying to lighten the tense mood. In response Marco, who was standing next to him, hit Thatch across the back of his head. "Let's just go in yoi."

The small group had just started heading towards the door when they heard a scream. One akin to that of a young boy, causing the commanders to jolt in surprise and run towards the source of the sound while being as quiet as possible.

Opening the door and slowly entering, the group made their way down the dimly lit hall and around the corner, hiding in the shadows in case of an attack. What the group didn't expect to see was earlier described boy Luffy being held down with his limbs tied together.

He body was on a dingey mattress with one man pushing inside with two others watched with blank expression and another sat on a couch with his back turned while scrolling through his phone. None seemed disgusted of bothered by what was happening to a literal child feet away from them.

Tears continuously rolled down Luffy's flushed face, but what had disturbed the whitebeards was how lifeless the boy's eyes were. Luffy had probably been enduring this for hours based on how his brain seemed to remove itself from the situation. He truly did look lost to the world without any hope left.

Izo was the first to break out of his horror induced trance and attack, breaking contact with those dreaded eyes in favour of taking out his two pistols. He aimed for the man that seemed to be enjoying himself with the young boy's body, disgusted by his sick perversions.

A gunshot went off and pierced the man's head causing him to fall to the ground and struggle for a few second before dying. Of course this wasn't surprising, Izo was always the best when it came to his aim.

Marco then followed suit, transforming into a fury of gold and blue before tackling the man who had been leaning on the wall watching before the gunshot.

"Fuck, a devil fruit user!" The other man who had been watching called before diving to get his weapon. The man who was on the couch taking a similar approach as he prepared for a fight.

Any fight they engaged in however would only be one-sided as Ace began to flare up, aiming his fire at the two men and watching in an almost sadistic satisfaction as they dropped to the ground trying to put themselves out. Meanwhile Marco had just finished using the sharp claws from his bird form to rip out his opponent's heart while it was still beating.

Thatch and Sabo were the only ones who hadn't acted, the blonde making his way over to Luffy and stared undoing his bindings while the brunet stayed back to do damage control. However they probably wouldn't be much left of the site of men's remains after Ace razed the place to the ground.

Luffy himself still remained lifeless and limp while his eyes stared ahead blankly. The air around the boy was thick with the scent of sex and blood. He was near hanging in Sabo's arms and wrapped up in the blonde's coat to help him feel less exposed and more secure. However the boy never once put up a fight or showed signs of discomfort aside for the silent tears and blood that wet Sabo's clothes as he held him close.

Luffy had silently cried himself to sleep by the time that Marco had transformed back and fished out his phone to call Oyaji. Telling their leader that the boy had been found and they were bringing him back to the base soon. And while he had mentioned that the boy was injured, he decided it was better not to go into the specifics across the phone.

While that was happening Izo was messaging the different search groups and telling them to head back to the base for a meeting as well as calling the head nurse to help Marco with Luffy's healing process when they got back.

During all of this Thatch was checking the remains that Ace's fire had left behind for any part or objects that weren't fully burned and could be used as evidence, and Sabo was transferring the boy to Ace so that he could drive them back.

When Thatch was done doing a thorough search he started to head for his brother only to jump when he heard the car engine revving impatiently as a signal for him to speed up. Everyone was impatient to get back and have the boy treated seeing as they didn't know the extent of his injuries, and it didn't that they were all stressed from the situation they found Luffy in.

Finally with all parties accounted for Izo along with Marco and Thatch drove to the base with Sabo and Ace following close behind them. Although they were driving slower than usual as to not disturb Luffy, Ace had to shush and stroke the young boy's hair any time he groaned when the car was jostled a bit too much.
