They are heading toward their destination of the city council building from where the Japanese Branch of the United Women once ruled.

"The building looks to be intact," Reito noted. "I mean, there's no smoke or such coming out of it."

"Either the guards there are very good at repulsing the angry masses or the rest of the women out there respect the place," Akane said.

"Or maybe," Karen said in a singsong manner, "the rest of the women got the situation under control without the help of the Enforcers."

They arrive at their destination and are soon inside with Hino's corpse. Word soon spreads and a horde of women arrive to crowd around the body of Kyoji Hino. There is much wailing and sorrow from those women. Reito, Jason, and the rest of the women with them can only watch in sorrow and empathy.

"Just imagine this on a global scale," Jason said meekly.

Some of the women's wailing turns to screams of anguish. One of those women, a girl with long twin tails, gets up and runs off with a long loud wail as tears falls from her eyes. Her face twisted with rage. One of the girls catches up to her and grabs her to turn her around. The twin tailed girl babbles wrathfully as she tries to pull herself away.

The twin tailed girl next raises her hand as her screaming reaches its peak. Jason hurries over and grabs her wrist after being overwhelmed by an urge to react. The twin tailed girl turns to face him with the intention of unleashing her wrath on him, causing Jason to shudder from her lurid expression; only for her expression to soften into sorrow once again as her struggling becomes less.

The twin tailed girl slackens and Jason releases her wrist. She lunges at him and buries her face into his chest and wails her loss into him. Jason is both stunned and sorry for her as he slowly raises his hands to gently clasp her shoulders. The tension leaves her as it does from the others as only sorrow is heard.

A woman steps forward and touches the twin tailed girl by her shoulder and speaks to her. The girl steps away from Jason and listlessly stands off to one side with slumped head. The woman who spoke to her turns to look up at Jason.

"Thank you for stopping her, Jeeson Wershu-san," she said cordially in English while taking a brief bow. "I am Isurugi Neneko, and I was Kyoji Hino's caretaker."

"You mean like Suou, Rea, and Maria are Reito's caretakers?" Jason asked.

"Yes," Neneko answered.

"Ah, excuse me, Isurugi-san," Karen said, getting her attention. "Would it be possible for you to get these girls under control?"

"Yes," she answered grimly. "And I know just how to do it too."

Neneko walks away and closer to the wailing women.

"Ladies! If I can have your attention please!"

The wailing women stop to pay attention to Neneko.

"Five years ago, the MK Virus appeared and killed virtually every male the world over and there was nothing we could have done about that!" As her voice becomes heated. "Hino-kun's killer fled back to America and there is nothing we can do about that . . . ! But there is something we can do." As her tone turns dangerous. "We can drive out the UW! They were the ones who created that monsterous virus, not Rosalia . . . ! And all because they want a world without men . . . ! A world they believe would be perfect . . . ! And yet they have caused billions of women to suffer the loss of their fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons! Women like you . . . ! Like me." As her voice turns soft, only to harden again. "Who wants to help me drive out the UW?!"

There is silence, until . . .

"I'll help!" The twin tailed girl who cried into Jason proclaimed.

"I'll help too!" Another woman, with her hair done up with sidelocks hanging, also proclaimed.

Like a row of dominoes, more women spoke up to eagerly offer their help, until soon all are of the same sentiment.

"Follow me," Neneko commanded as she begins walking. "We have work to do."

The group watch as Neneko leads the grieving women away.

"I'm not going to bother asking what that was all about," Jason said. "I simply know that woman, Neneko, is leading the other women away to deal with the UW somehow."

"Hopefully it will not result in bloodshed," Mahiru said while still cradling Hino's son.

"Don't bet the farm on that," Jason said dourly. "In the meantime, what do we do?"

"What can we do?" Reito said. "It is out of our hands now."

"Well for starters," Karen chirped. "We are going to give Hino-san a proper funeral and televise it to the whole world!"

Hino is indeed given a state funeral and it is televised throughout as much of the world as possible. As usual, Reito and Jason are not public.

After watching the state funeral, Jason and Elisa are down in Reito's room with Reito as he sits upon his bed with his back up against the wall, but curled over and hugging his knees. Elisa is sitting on a chair nearby and Jason is standing next to her.

"Well," Jason began as he tries to find the proper words to speak, "the UW is not going to be able to bullshit their way out of this one."

"No," Elisa agreed. "Not with the chaos and anarchy that is going on out there against any woman who supported the UW."

"It's crazy out there!" Jason exclaimed. "I saw on Youtube cars and buildings getting trashed! Enforcers getting mobbed! One was all bloodied with her blouse torn open and her breasts hanging out!" Gesturing of dramatic effect. "I'm surprised they're not attacking this place!"

"That is because Kamiya-san has Hino's girls patrolling this building," Elisa answered. "Then there is the fact that they do not want to endanger either you or Reito, since you are now two of only four males who are immune to the MK Virus."

"That's good to hear," Jason said.

"Did you make contact with anyone?" Reito suddenly asked.

"No," Elisa answered. "The video that Kamiya-san and the others publicized has caused the world to go into chaos, so . . . I'm sure everyone, in their own way, is working tirelessly to try to increase the production of the vaccine . . . Once things settle down, I'm sure they will contact us."

"Yeah," Reito sighed into his arms.

"Reito," Elisa said. "We've done all that we could."

"She's right," Jason added. "I don't know how much more we could have done."

"I'm sorry, Elisa," Reito said dourly as he straightens up. "Having to get you to take care of Kyouichi-kun and Yukari-san as well."

"It's fine," Elisa said assuredly. "It's easier for me to move about right now, so . . . Although I do alternate shifts with Katagiri-san and Akane-san . . . Babies are truly adorable, aren't they!"

"Oh, so are you wanting one now?" Jason mused teasingly, then snaps his fingers in discovery. "Oh wait, that's right! You're sterile!"

There is a moment of silence and Reito sighs despondantly once again as he buries his face into his knees.

"What's the matter?" Jason asked.

"If only," he began dourly, "if only I had more strength, I could've saved Hino-san and yet . . ."

"Hino died because Chloe Mansfield managed to outwit us; if anyone should feel guilty, it should be her!" Jason stated pointedly. "And besides, you placed your life on the line so we could get a vaccine for this virus and save the millions of males in cryo, who all have less than a year left to live!"

"Jeeson-san is right, Reito!" Elisa exclaimed as she shoots up out of her chair. "You did what no else had been able to do for the past five years!" Then calms. "Reito . . . I . . ."

"I'm sorry," Reito sighed into his knees once again. "Let me be alone."

"Come on, Jeeson-san," Elisa urged.

"I can't believe this!" Jason growled as he throws his hands up.

They leave and walk along the hallway.

"This is serious, Elisa," Jason said. "Reito cannot stay in that funk. He needs help! Like therapy!"

"But most Japanese do not do therapy," Elisa explained.

"Why?"

"Because we believe that one's problems are not something that should be shared with a stranger."

"And that is why you people have a high suicide rate. Speaking of which," as he gives a glance back, "it would be wise to watch over Reito."

Elisa stops, prompting Jason to stop with her.

"You think he might try to kill himself, Jeeson-san?!"

"He's pretty depressed over Hino's death and he feels that he is responsible somehow. In the meantime, I would like to meet with the new manager, Karen. Do you think you could give her a call?"

"Let me see," Elisa said as she takes out of smartphone and makes a call. "Hello, Kamiya-san? This is Tachibana Elisa. I have Jeeson Wershu-san here with me and he wants to have a meeting with you . . . Really?! Okay, I'll tell him."

Then hangs up and turns to Jason. "She said that she will meet with you and I can bring you on up."

"Lead the way."

Elisa leads Jason up to the floor that he had once been on when he first met the Five Ministers of Japan. Once there, he is greeted by Karen sitting and Shota Doi, who is standing next to a window.

"That is all, Elisa-san," Karen said cheerfully. "You may leave."

Elisa does so and Jason is alone with Doi and Karen.

"Whatever you have to say, Jeeson-san, you can say it in front of Doi-kun as well," Karen said.

"Do you understand English too, Doi?" Jason asked Doi.

"Yes I do," Doi answered in the usual Japanese accent as he walks over to stand alongside Karen.

"I figured you must," Jason answered. "Or else why be here?"

"So what do you want to tell me, Jeeson-san?" Karen asked curiously in that coquettish manner.

"Are you aware of Reito's state of mind?" Jason asked.

"Yes, we are," Karen answered. "He may be intelligent but he is emotionally fragile."

"And I'm worried for him," Jason said. "As is Elisa."

"There is really nothing more that can be done for him," Karen said. "It is going to be up to Reito-kun."

"Get him therapy," Jason said.

"If he is like any typical Japanese, he will refuse," Karen answered.

There is a moment of silence between them.

"Are you aware of the situation involving Rosalia?" Jason next asked.

"That there were riots there but everything has since calmed down," Karen noted.

"I was talking about the UW prepping missles to launch at that country," Jason corrected.

"Yes, I did hear about that," Karen mused in that idle manner.

"Then I hope you understand," Jason began somberly, "that by exposing their misdeeds to the whole word, driving them out, humiliated them, they could very well be prepping missles at Japan."

"But since they were exposed for killing Hino-san, and attempting to kill you and Reito-san," Karen mused wispfully, "they may not be so eager to do us that to us."

"They will return," Jason stated dryly. "And with a vengeance."

"Karen, this could be serious," Doi said with concern. "They could even repeat what happened one hundred years ago."

"You are both right," Karen said. "However . . . if we can continue to undermine their authority throughout the world, the UW will have to contend with the rest of the world ganging up on them. And we have started that by broadcasting their misdeeds to the rest of the world."

She's more perceptive than I gave her credit for. Jason thought.

"And what is going to be done about the vaccine?" Jason next asked.

"We were thinking of distributing it to the males in cryostasis one at a time," Karen answered.

"That would not be a good idea since they have less than a year left to live," Jason cautioned.

"But we cannot release them all at once," Karen countered. "Not when there is still a lot of chaos going on out there on the streets below."

"You know when you exclude the lesbians and asexual women," Jason began thoughtfully, "you will not be able to mate with even a fraction of Japan's females within your lifetime, Doi."

"Then what about you, Jeeson-kun?" Karen asked in a faux innocent manner. "Are you interesting in mating with any of the women here?"

"Ah," Jason began uneasily as a sweatdrop rolls down the side of his face while making an uneasy grin.

"Oho, you are shy too," Karen mused teasingly. "Doi-kun used to be like that until I helped him come out of his shell."

"She is right, Jeeson-san," Doi agreed. "After I woke up from cryostasis, I was shy and insecure. I was fearful of being in a school full of girls who wanted to have my baby. I even ran from one such girl . . . But I got over it and can now mate with any woman without hesitation."

"Would you like to mate with me?" Karen asked wispfully as she leans toward Jason to look up at him with doe-like eyes while emphasizing her cleavage. "I would not mind making a hafu with you. They are suppose to be beautiful."

Jason makes an uneasy expression.

"Just kidding! Just kidding!" Karen proclaimed assuredly as she resumes a casual posture while waving her hand dismissively.

I can't tell if she's an airhead or what. Jason thought irritably. Then again given the action she had pulled to get us out of that mess and her position here, she is clearly more intelligent than she lets on.

"Serious though," Karen mused with a leer. "Are you interested in mating with any of Japan's women?"

"I . . . don't know," Jason answered feeling a sense of detachment. "But even if I did, there are going to be a lot of halfs like Kuroda Maria amongst you."

"With only four immune males, three Japanese and one White," Karen said, "being picky is a luxury we can no longer afford. Of course, there will be more males that manage to get the vaccine when they come out of this. And all of the males that we manage to get out of cryostasis here in Japan will be proper Japanese men, so your seed will be pretty much diluted with each generation born. Of course," she began as she pondered while pressing her forefinger to her cheek while looking upward in thought, "I could give you to Izunami. They are not going to care what male they have in their custody."

"And they will not take no for an answer from what I heard," Doi mused.

Karen next walks up to Jason and arches her neck back in order to look up at him, then presses her warm firm yet squishy body against him.

"So what say you, Jeeson-kun?"
