After releasing the mental thread Percy took a few seconds to shake off the dizzy feeling that had just worked its way through his body. The rest of the people in the throne room had now unfrozen and were looking at him intensely, the three fates most of all, who were still giving him death stares. Percy looked around the room and turned his head back to where the audience of demigods, minor gods, and various other mythological beings. He saw Piper, Hazel and Frank standing next to each other, all of them seemed to be glowing a golden hue, Percy assumed that they had been granted immortality too. He would catch up with them after this.

A small voice came from the hearth. "Perseus, your eyes!" an eleven-year-old Hestia exclaimed before rushing over to him and holding open one of his eyelids and inspecting his pupils. Percy shot her and the rest of the room a look of confusion, eventually Aphrodite summoned a mirror for him to take a look. His sea green eyes had been replaced with molten gold, eyes he had only seen on two people before, Chronos and the figure on the battlefield. Was he man he had seen? How was that possible, he should not have been able to travel back in time, not even Kronos could do that. But then again Chronos had said that the past held bright things for him. He looked up at the fates and all three of them looked back. Hestia was still very close to him, he decided to address them while all the Olympians were caught up talking about his new appearance. He looked down at Hestia and nodded his head to the side, politely asking her to move, before walking up to the three sisters.

"Was he me?" The first fate nodded at Percy's question.

"How is that possible?"

"It isn't." The second fate replied.

"You said I broke the rules what did you mean?"

"Our mother Ananke enforces a policy of general non-interference; it is why the god's do not fight their children's battles. However, by doing what you did, you broke the rule in the greatest possible way, you interfered in the events of the past. Ananke will have your head." The last one said menacingly. Percy decided it was not worth getting into an argument over this at the moment.

He walked away and back to the centre of the room. The fates walked up to Zeus and whispered something in his ear, meddling like always. Zeus seemed enraged for a second before nodding. He gritted his teeth and slammed the master bolt down onto his armrest in order to silence the room. "I have been informed that it may be in our best interest to promote young Perseus here beyond the rank of merely a minor god. We will make him an Olympian." A gasp went up around the room, this was a rare occasion. Percy's own eyes widened, and he looked at Zeus incredulously. "Dionysus!" Zeus turned to the youngest Olympian. "You are relieved of your duty at camp half blood, you are also dismissed from the council."

The room went quiet and everyone turned and looked at Dionysus, expecting a reaction. Dionysus cracked a large smile and pumped his fist in the air. "YES!" This stumped everyone, all of the demigods knew he was not a fan of his position as camp director but him being happy at the removal of his seat was unexpected. "Thank you, father!" he stood up quickly and walked down from his throne and into the crowd, before summoning a glass of wine in his hand and standing next to a beautiful woman, presumably his wife Ariadne and giving her a kiss.

"Well, that was easier than expected." Zeus mused. Everyone hummed in agreement. Dionysus' throne slowly collapsed into the ground, leaving an empty space. The lord of the skies urged Percy forward toward the empty spot, as he got closer rock started to come up from the ground and form, the stone was grey and polished, slowly forming into a throne, as the back of the throne started forming, brilliant gold inscriptions of hourglasses and waves scattered themselves over the grey rock. None of them remained stationary, slowly gliding across the back of the throne, changing shape and pulsing. As Percy walked towards the throne, he felt himself getting physically larger, until he matched the size of the Olympians around him. He stood in front of his now fully formed throne and made to sit down, before his wrist was grabbed by Aphrodite, who sat in the throne next to him.

"Percy, when you sit down, you'll likely feel a rush, a connection to your domain unlike anything you felt when you were made a god, just… be ready." The love goddess explained, Percy thought she seemed a bit out of character, usually she was flirty and overwhelming, but at the present moment she was being genuinely nice and sweet.

Percy flashed a small smile and nodded towards her, the Goddess blushed and retracted her hand. Everyone else glanced at him, many admiring the beauty of his throne. Percy turned around to face Hermes directly opposite. He put his hand on the armrests and lowered himself into the seat.

As soon as Percy's torso touched it he only saw gold, it was like it had exploded across his eyes and he felt himself falling through the floor itself, spinning rapidly as if he had just be thrown out of an airplane. Percy looked below him to see a shimmering membrane of gold that he was about to punch through, he braced himself for the worst, but as soon as he connected with it his vision turned black. He could only imagine how this would look to the occupants of the throne room. Before he could contemplate that though he found himself sitting on a large stone, high in the air, looking down at the desert below he could make out lines of slaves hauling giant rocks toward a pyramid on his left, occasionally the slaves would be whipped by a cruel master. Before Percy could do anything, the image flipped, he found himself floating above a large dusky battlefield, corpses occasionally littering the ground. Off in the distance he saw mighty walls of a city, large wooden gates blocked the entrance to it. He looked to the side and saw a large wooden horse statue being wheeled towards the gates. He was in Troy, once again the picture changed to reveal a young man fighting the minotaur in a large maze, with a golden string on the ground. He tried to call out to the man, Theseus he presumed but he was whisked away before anything else could be said.

Now he was watching a rugged man on a raft floating away from a familiar island, Ogygia. He glimpsed Calypso waving the man off, wiping tears from her eyes. "Odysseus." Percy thought to himself. The next scene took place in what appeared to be a barn, animals surrounded a woman giving birth in the dead of night, a small manger lay in the centre of the room. Percy figured out what was happening to him, he was being taken through history. He braced himself for the next change. It came with a man being tied up on a cross, arms spread while the nails punctured through his hands. Next up were the images of a city being ransacked a man with paint covering his body led the charge, while war elephants charged in the background. Then he saw a Viking longship run aground on a sandy knoll before a man stepped off the ship. Next, a scene of a battle, Percy's eye followed an arrow, which proceeded to impale a man adorning a crown in the eye, there were cries of victory in what seemed like French. Then a group of men pushed crates of leaves of a ship into a busy harbour, with the cries of victory going up in a surrounding crowd. A similar sized crowd appeared in the next scene, except now they were all cheering at a large wooden platform with a guillotine placed upon it, a man was being placed in it but Percy was moved on before the blade could strike his neck. Steam whirred all around him in the next location, he was in a factory and men with English accents shovelled coal into large machines that pushed large pistons while a foreman supervised. This was quickly replaced by the deafening noise of artillery being fired overhead as men in coats ran up ladders and over barbed wire, meeting machine gun fire on the opposite side. The next scene was similar to the last, except now the weapons seemed more advanced and effective, with tanks rolling through city streets. Percy then found himself observing two men step out of a lander in space suits before stepping onto the lunar surface, finally he saw himself defending a bridge in Manhattan from hordes of monsters. The titan war. Percy had caught up to himself. His vision went completely dark again, it had all come and gone so quickly that he had not had time to process what he had seen. His vision slowly came back, and he was once again in the throne room looking at everyone present.

"All hail Lord Perseus, Lord of time, Past, Present, Future, Life and Loyalty. The twelfth Olympian." Zeus projected his voice to the rest of the room. All the minor gods and demigod got on one knee. Percy could feel the new power emanating off himself and clearly everyone else could feel it too. Poseidon could not look prouder. Eventually everyone stood again, and Percy settled back in his throne.

"Now on with business, there shall be a private celebration tonight for Perseus, we must also discuss something regarding our vanquished foe Gaia, is this correct Perseus?" Percy was about to respond to the king of the gods before he heard a voice in his head.

"Don't!" It was the voice of Chronos. Percy heeded his advice, another thing he would have to ask the primordial at their next meeting. Percy shook his head at Zeus.

"I have nothing to say about Gaia, Lord Zeus." Zeus looked suspicious along with Poseidon, Rhodes, and Kym, who already knew the truth. Eventually Zeus' eyes diverted from Percy, taking the attention off him.

"Well then, it seems that we can conclude this meeting of the council." All the demigods filed out the door and out of Olympus, he had hoped that they would be invited to the celebration, but it seemed to be limited to gods only." Percy stood from his throne and looked down towards Piper, Frank, and Hazel.
