The Cat-Car was driving through the streets, with Catboy determined to find Romeo, wherever he might be.

"Usually by now, we'd find some sort of sign of him."

But then a sound similar to a muffled motor was heard from Owlette's seat, making Catboy widen his eyes as he looked at Owlette from the corner of them and Gekko give her a 'you-did-not-just-do-that' look.

"Must be the vibrations of the car," she nervously said, her red eyes darting to one side.

But then a terrible smell filled the air inside the Cat-Car, making Catboy and Gekko groan in disgust.

"I'm going to pull over," Catboy managed to choke out, before driving the Cat-Car over to the side and stopping. The hatch opened as Catboy and Gekko unbuckled their seat belts and jumped out of their seats and into the street deeply breathing in the fresh air, with Owlette still in her seat with an expression that was a mix of anger and embarrassment, cheeks flushed.

"We definitely need to find Romeo," Catboy said, "so we can fix this problem."

"Yeah," Owlette said, eager to move on from her current embarrassment, "so let's continue to look."

"Owlette," said Gekko, "could you maybe just fly and follow the Cat-Car this time?"

They resumed their drive, with Owlette flying above the vehicle, with an annoyed expression.

"Owl eyes!"

Owlette activated her power to get a better view of things from far away, and saw Romeo lounging in the park, sitting in a lawn chair reading a book while his robot brought him a cup with a straw in it. She flew lower and next to the Cat-Car and gestured Catboy to follow her, and he drove the car to the park. After stopping the Cat-Car in front of Romeo, Catboy and Gekko jumped out– with Owlette landing in front of it– to confront him.

Romeo, noticing them, put his drink down on the armrest of his chair, looking at them as if they were bothering him.

"What do you PJ Pests want? Can't you see it's my night off?"

"We know you're responsible for what's happening to Owlette, Romeo," said Catboy as Owlette let out a deep pitched poot.

"So Feather-Brain has forgotten her manners," Romeo said, "what makes you think I'm responsible for that?"

"Because," Catboy said, narrowing his eyes at Romeo, "you invented the Sniff-O-Whiff."

"And," Gekko added, also narrowing his eyes, "you tried stinking up the whole city with rotten eggs. So it wouldn't surprise us if you came up with another stink-related plan."

"This isn't one of my brilliant schemes," said Romeo, gripping the rim of one of his goggles, "but I wish I thought of it. So that everyone would laugh and make fun of her and call her things like 'Tooty McStinkpants'," he finished with a menacing chuckle.

This just brought back Owlette's memory of Cameron calling her that, making her facial expression change to one of slight dread.

Well, if it isn't Miss Tooty McStinkpants.

"So if it wasn't you," Catboy pondered, "who could have done this, and why?"

"I don't think any of the other nighttime villains would come up with anything like this," Gekko pointed out.

"So we don't have any leads on who could have done this so we can undo it," Owlette said, a long squeaker creeping out of her, making Gekko and Catboy hold their noses.

"Ew," Romeo complained, holding his nose, fanning the air with his other hand, "get away now and stop fouling up my air... 'Foulette'. Ha! Get it?"

"I do not," said Robot, being a robot and not understanding things like puns.

"Sure you're an owl and not a skunk?" Romeo continued.

"Romeo..." Catboy said, with none of the PJ Masks being amused by Romeo's jokes at Owlette's expense.

"No wait," Romeo said, holding up his hand, waving it, "I've got another one! Gonna use that to fly around now, PJ Stinker?"

Romeo, and even his robot cracked up laughing.

Owlette already had enough embarrassment and figured that there was no point sticking around if Romeo wasn't the culprit.

"Come on, let's go," she said to her teammates before trying to fly off, but she let another one rip, which had enough power to knock her out of the air and into a bush.

"Whoa!"

"Nice one, Fart Feathers," Romeo teased.

Meanwhile, somewhere far away, inside an arcade's video game machine, a bulky man who had large hands and bushy red hair reading a newspaper in his brick shack looked up from it as if he had felt a disturbance.

Back with our heroes, after seeing Owlette fall from the air, Catboy and Gekko couldn't even contain their laughter, Catboy hands on his knees and Gekko practically rolling over.

"Sorry," Gekko said, "we're young boys, this is one of the funniest things to us."

Owlette, with tears welling up in her eyes, started to fly away again, making sure Romeo didn't see her face. She would never let a villain see her cry. Never! And this time, she tried her best to keep her flight, struggling not to fall again.

"Wait," Catboy said, "Owlette!"

"We're sorry!" Gekko apologized. But Owlette was already out of sight.
