Kallen changes on a magenta suit that zips up to her neck.
PHARCOM EXPOSITION CENTER, SYDNEY
Security Room
Leila: The entrance to the Dinosaur Exhibit is in the main lobby, where the reception was.
Akito: How do I get there from here?
Leila: I'm not sure, I'll try to see if there's another way down.
Akito shoots through more guards and makes above the lobby.
Leila: You're on top of the lobby now, but I can't find anything in the blueprints that show a way down.
Akito: I'll improvise.
Akito shimmies halfway across a metallic pipe and jumps down, shattering a glass window, landing on the ground floor.
INT. OUTER SPACE ROOM
An outer space theme dominates the room. Stars and
enormous planet replicas hang from the ceiling.
Four guards wait to greet the agent. He runs in,
fearless.
Akito:
Waiting for me?
The guards open fire on sight. Akito dodges, opens
fire with the G-18. The results are both fast and
lethal.
Three of the guards drop instantly, the fourth takes
cover behind a star.
SECURITY GUARD
(to com-link)
He's here, send back-up!
Akito notices something above the guards position-a
moon replica. He shoots the cable holding it.
The moon falls on the guard.
SECURITY GUARD
Can you hear-Ahh!
Ouch. Pancakes, anyone? Akito runs past.
Akito:
Well, look at that-a man on the
moon.
Akito gets a call from Leila.
Leila(VO):
There's a small army headed your way,
Gabe! Go into the next room and it's
a straight sprint to Ingrid and
Phaganson.
Akito:
No prob.
Akito kicks the moon replica towards the door,
blocking it. He exits the room.
Akito:
Anything else?
Leila:
Ingrid keeps mentioning Nova 12.
You'd better see if you can take her
alive too.
Akito:
Again. No problem...
Akito runs around the corner and into a separate
corridor, hearing voices as he approaches.
INT. HALLWAY
The hallway overlooks the Dinosaur exhibit through a wall
of mirrors.
Akito sees Ingrid holding a gun to Phaganson' head.
Ingrid:
You pitiful fool. You never realized
what you got yourself into did you?
PHAGANSON:
Please, let me explain!
Ingrid:
The time for words has ended!
(cocks gun)
Auf Wiedersehen , Phaganson!
Akito acts fast. He rolls around the corner, shoots
Ingrid's other calf. She is in shock for a moment,
grabs her leg and falls.
Phaganson, seeing an opportunity, goes for her weapon,
seizes it.
The demeanor of Phaganson has radically changed.
PHAGANSON:
Cocky little bitch.
(points the gun at Ingrid)
Poor, poor Ingrid. Did we lose
something?
Akito's gun is on both of them. Ingrid curses in
German, barely holding back her rage.
Akito:
Back off, Phaganson. You're coming with
me.
PHAGANSON:
I beg to differ..Agent Akito.
Akito:
(suspicious)

Phaganson is still holding the gun to Ingrid.
PHAGANSON:
I hate surprises. Your Agency and
their methods are nothing new to me.
However, you are powerless to stop
the future. A future that will
undoubtedly belong to me.
Phaganson moves towards the wall, never taking the gun
off Ingrid. Akito's aim alternates from Phaganson to Ingrid.
PHAGANSON:
Suppose I make you an offer. Let me
escape, and I will help you instead.
He aims at her head.
PHAGANSON:
And let me kill this specter of a
human being.
Akito:
First of all, I don't negotiate.
Second, how are you going to shoot
her if your hand is bleeding?
PHAGANSON:
(looking at his hand)
What are you-
Akito takes advantage, shoots Phaganson's hand. He drops
the gun, leans up against a wall for support. Akito
points the gun at Ingrid.
Akito:

PHAGANSON
(screaming in pain)

Ingrid slowly reaches into her hair, pulls out a bobby
pin.
Akito:

Ingrid:
A woman cannot do her hair?
Akito:

Akito is unaware of Phaganson searching along the wall.
PHAGANSON:
(recovering)
Stupid, stupid...you pathetic lackey.
Do you have any idea of what you're
into?
Ingrid acts like she's doing her hair, flicks her wrist
to reveal a needle from the bobby pin. Quick as a
cat, she launches it at Akito. It catches him in the
arm, he winces in pain.
Phaganson takes the opportunity, presses a button. A
panel opens behind him, he's outta there.
Ingrid makes it to her feet to follow. Akito's wounded,
but Ingrid can't run. She falls and the door closes,
Phaganson's gone.
Enraged, Akito turns his wrath towards Ingrid, still on
the floor.
Ingrid:
You are weak, Logan. You let that
fool escape!
Akito points the gun at her.
Akito:
Respect my gun or accept your demise.
He hears the guards' shouts in the hallway. He
roughly picks Ingrid up, and they make their way to the
stairwell, going to the roof. Before going upstairs,
he tosses a smoke grenade in the hall.
Ingrid is ahead of him. Akito returns fire at the
pursuing guards. They make it to the roof, where the
evacuation chopper awaits.
EXT. ROOFTOP
They make it inside. The roof door opens, numerous
guards fire on the chopper. Leila returns fire.
Leila:
Do we need anything else from here?
LOGAN
No.
PILOT
Good.
(flicking a switch on the
control panel)
Adios!
(presses a button)
The helicopter opens a compartment, drops down a
solid black ball. The ball slowly drops to the
rooftop, lands softly.
INT. HELICOPTER
The Pilot presses another switch.
PILOT
Hang on, people!
The helicopter takes off.
EXT. ROOFTOP
A guard examines the ball. It's heavy, appears to
have a face.
One eye opens, another. A smile.
BALL
(AOL voice)
Goodbye!
The ball detonates. The explosion takes out the
entire roof, lights up the night sky.
Horai Island
Ohgi notices Kallen walking.
Ohgi: Kallen! Wait!
Kallen: I Have nothing to say about!
Ohgi: It's about Suzaku … I mean Zero.
Kallen: Why do you asked?
Ohgi: You haven't been here for weeks.
But she just said nothing and walked away.
CNN reporter Ronnie Dixon give details on the strange
explosion at the Pharcom Exposition Center.
DIXON
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a
bizarre case, as their were no
explosives on the roof. The
whereabouts of Jonathan Phaganson are
also in question.
*click*. Li Xingke is in his chair, hand on his lip,
rolling his fingers.
In front of him are Akito and Leila.
Someone's in trouble...
Li Xingke:

Well. Do you two know anything about
this?
Both are silent. Li Xingke stands up, walks in
front.
Li Xingke:

He walks around his desk, pushes a button on the
phone. The two agents see this and sit.
Kallen walks to her Guren S.E.I.T.E.N. Eight Elements and flies through the sky. She reaches a sea cliff and looks at the sea for a moment, then she hears someone coming, it was white zero.
Li Xingke:
Is she ready to talk?
SOLDIER(VO)
Somewhat, she needs more persuasion.
Li Xingke:
I see...send her-
(notices his agents sitting
down)
Excuse me.
Li Xingke gives them a "get up" look. They comply.
Li Xingke:
Send her in.
SOLDIER VOICE

They wait a moment while Ingrid is being escorted to
the office.
