Well , now that school is over for me (till like 20th of January) , I'm free to do whatever I want.

Chapter 5

While the Slayer and the Dark Lord were hitting each other , Atlas was taken over by Salem. Even though she couldn't get the Relic Of Creation , as it was destroyed by the Slayer , she could still take over Atlas , giving her military advantage. With that power , she could take over the entire Remnant and get the other 2 relics.

The gang saw this , and were in shock.

Ironwood: The shields were breached?

Qrow: The river was just a distraction. This whole thing , and we fell for it.

Blake: Guys...

The Grimm that were previously passive became hostile , their eyes were glowing , and all they had in their mind was to targed Mantle. They quickly rushed over to stop the masses.

Meanwhile , the Dark Lord and the Doom Slayer were still at it. With each punch , they hit harder , as their powers were near nearly limitless. Both having power , although unable to erase planets with snaps of fingers , their physical strength can be matched by none. The Slayer's power rivals that of the Dark Lord , who killed many other Primevals , to the point the Father himself had to come to Hell to stop him. No being stands above those two now , as their own fight could end in the annihilation of the dimension itself , even if they kill one another or not. The Slayer knew this , and he knew that either the Dark Lord had to die now or the fight would have to take place in another dimension. The Slayer shot the BFG and took out the Crucible , and charged at the Dark Lord , who had taken out the demonic Crucible. Their blade fight continued , as they continued to slash , but not hit each other. The dimension itself slowly started to shake. They couldn't feel it , as they were in the heat of the battle , but their battle had ripped holes in time and space , showing just how the dimension was being ripped apart. The Slayer saw one of the holes and turned onto the offensive. He wanted to get rid of the Dark Lord from this dimension , and to make sure he stays there. But he had one problem. How?

Soon enough , a few Titans were getting out through portals , however , one was massive. A Titan of Titans , Maligog... However , that wasn't the same Titan that helped the Slayer reach the Ingmore's Sanctum after beating the trial. His mind and body were completely corrupted by the Dark Lord's thoughts , and this Titan... His power toppeled over even that of the Champion Titan and the Icon Of Sin. Not to mention his size , as when the Slayer met him , he looked like an ant compared to the thing. Though , from his back , there was energy coming out , keeping the portals opened.

Intern: Slayer , Maligog's power is keeping those portals. However , you can't simply kill it like you did with the last one , as the energy within it's body will keep the portals even if you slice off it's head. And even if you do stop it , the Dark Lord will still be here.

The Slayer knew that he would have to use the blade to seal off the power within Maligog. He continued to hit hard at the Dark Lord , who tried to throw his own attacks. The Slayer was focusing only on getting the Dark Lord out of there , and send him back to Hell. He threw everything he had into those strikes with his blade. However , he failed to notice one thing. The demons were running past him. He threw the Dark Lord off of his balance and tried to stab him , however , that failed. He then fired off his last BFG shot , killing all of the demons running , and quickly swung his Crucible at the Dark Lord , and even though he missed , he caught the Dark Lord off guard and punched him in the face. He then hit him in the stomach and finally , he punched the Dark Lord in the face , sending him flying into the hole , into Hell. The holes were quickly recovering , and the dimension seemed to be normal again. The Slayer then saw Maligog move his arm towards him. He jumped in the air , landed onto Maligog's arm , then jumped again , and stabbed the demon right through it's other eye. He broke off the blade , and sealed off the power within Maligog. The portals from Hell were closing. Though the remaining demons , as well as the smaller Titans were still alive.

Maligog fell onto the ground , which almost caused an earthquake , and everyone , even Salem , saw what he did , and were completely horrified. A Titan who could touch the sky just by standing was killed by the Slayer in an instant. Though he lost his blade , he saved the dimension from being completely erased , and bought himself some time , as the Dark Lord won't be getting up from those heavy blows soon. The Slayer looked over to Atlas , which was under attack by the Grimm. Though he knew it would take a long time before he could get there , he had to stop the Grimm from taking over Atlas completely , but he also had to kill the remaining demons , as even just the few demons that were there , could easily take over the entire planet. He quickly took his attention to the demons , taking out his chainsaw and killing a Hellknight. He then took out the Heavy Cannon with Precision Bolt and fired at a Baron Of Hell.

On the other hand , the gang had a small break after the fall of Maligog , which gave off Salem's control over the Grimm , as fear had taken over her. The masses were easier to kill now that they were standing still after that , while on Atlas , the forces were fighting off the Grimm , and now had an even field , unlike before , as the Monstra , the giant whale , had stopped spitting out the Grimm. The gang was still on with it , killing as many Grimm as they could. They mowed down the masses of Grimm , even getting an upper hand , however , the Grimm finally started moving and went on the offensive. The gang changed the tactic from just killing to gaining the high ground , with Weiss making a giant wall of ice , and them jumping onto it. They rained fire on the Grimm , killing them faster than they could climb up. Though , quickly came a few Nevermore , to try and swoop in from above , however , Weiss was quick to summon a giant soldier to slice them. It didn't last for long , as the ice wall was begining to break from the Grimm trying to climb up it. The gang was now left to try and kill them on their own.

The Slayer used a chainsaw to rip apart an Imp , and then turned around to see a Marauder , however , this time , it was possessed by the Spirit. The Slayer knew he had to change his usual tactic , as possessed enemies are much tougher , and much more powerful. Though , as the Slayer knew how to kill them , it was more of an annoyance. He shot a grenade right underneath himself , dashed away as the Marauder was about to attack him , fired the Balista , swapped to the Super Shotgun , fired , the grenade blew up , then he fired the Presicion Bolt , though after that , the Marauder went on the offensive and the Slayer had to step up his game. The remaining demons were around him , a few of which were powerful. He knew he had to take care of them before trying to end the Spirit , as it would be a hassle to try and kill other demons while the Spirit was alive , because it could just possess other demons in a near instant.

Salem quickly got her senses , and commanded her hordes of Grimm , even sending out the Hound over to Mantle. The gang was still fighting the masses of Grimm , slashing and shooting at each one that came. The numbers were going down , though , it wasn't enough to stop the Grimm from getting through , as they attacked from all sides. They were fighting , as something hit Ruby. Her silver eyes could prove useful , though , she was in the middle of the battle. She needed to concentrate , but it was hard with all the screams of the Grimm , the slashing , the shooting , and the Slayer over there murdering stuff.

Ruby: Guys , I've got a plan. Give me some time.

She ran , ran towards a building. Qrow realized that she tried to pull off the power within the silver eyes. Though , the Grimm were coming for her quickly , as the Hound swooped in to try and attack her. She used her semblance to avoid it , but as she didn't expect the sudden twist , accidentally let go and fell down. Qrow went in to attack the Hound.

Qrow: I've got this kid. Go.

Qrow continued to slash at the Hound , as Ruby used her semblance to get on top of a building on Mantle.

She took a few deep breaths , and went into deep thoughts. Her objective was to protect people from the Grimm. Nevermores were coming down , to attack her. She didn't react. Her eyes opened , as light was emitting. The Nevermore were turned to stone , as they fell and were destroyed. Many of the Grimm were petrified , but one of them wasn't the Hound , as he wasn't in the line of the silver eye attack.

The Slayer finally killed the Marauder and the Spirit , but was left with no ammo and no chainsaw fuel. He had to funch his way through the demons , to kill as many as he could. He was getting outnumbered , but he still had the upper hand. They could do nothing to damage him , as his own physical power was too much for them to handle. Then , he was hit by a Titan charging at him and sent flying. The Slayer hit onto a wall of Mantle. That attack shook up the entire city , even getting Ruby's silver eyes to stop , and was falling down the building , but she quickly used her semblance to stop herself from falling directly head first onto the ground.

The demons were finally getting too close to Mantle for comfort , way too close. The Slayer stood up , however , with the number of Titans , it seemed like this fight could last for too long. Not to mention that there were still Grimm that he needed to take care of , as he didn't want to let this world go down by the hand of Salem.

But then , a portal opened.

Intern: I found this. Use it before the demons get back , kill Salem and then get back here.

From the portal came out a container with danger signs over it. Shining , the container opened , as the Slayer held out his arm...
