So far ive gotten 1 review and after re reading it I understand where the poster is coming from. As I've said im new to writing so from here on out I will do my best to separate the narrative from the characters speaking with quotations. I apologize if I ever miss any ill do my best to get better.

Chapter 2

As Vegeta explained what he believes is the true cause for Goku and Caulifla's new found bond, Kale began to grow jealous and went into her Super Saiyan Berserk transformation. Going straight for Goku blaming him for stealing her sister from her. "Goku you bastard! You stole her from me! I'll kill you for that." Kale screamed as she charges Goku eyes pure white with uncontrollable rage.

"Oh man what did I do? I didn't steal anyone from you." Goku exclaims shocked and confused. Kale only screams in response completely oblivious to anyone and anything other than Goku. "oh crap she's completely lost it." With a yell Goku transforms into SSB. "Kaio-ken!" He yells yet again combining the two techniques. Goku begin an energy wave assault in his Blue Kaio-ken form. Kale walks through his Ki blasts as though they weren't even there.

"Kaio-Ken time 10!" Goku yells causing the area to shake slightly with his power. Goku brings his hands together in a familiar pose. "Kamehameha!" Goku roars as the beam of energy erupts from his hands. Again Kale walks through the beam as though nothing happened. Caulifla was in shock as Kale went rampant knocking any opponents out of the ring that tried to stop her.

"What's happening to her. She's like she was before when we first went Super Saiyan. Even Goku's blue and red transformations are useless against her." Caulifla notes slightly worried for Goku. "I believe what Vegeta said about my connection to Goku. It is the only explanation for my sudden feelings for him." Caulifla finally accepting what has happened between her and Goku. She begins to power up to help her soul mate.

Before Caulifla could finish powering up to help Goku. Jiren appeares in front of Kale and with a single blow knocks Kale unconscious, before he could knock Kale from the ring Goku attacked giving Caulifla the opportunity to rescue her friend.

Goku powers down back into his base form. "Jiren! So you're the one Topps told me about? Come on let's fight" Goku calls out distracting Jiren long enough for Caulifla to save her friend. Goku knew she could feel what his intentions were. Jiren said nothing hardly even looking at Goku only turning his body to face his opponent.

Beginning in his base form Goku attacks using his entire arsenal of moves. When that fails Goku stops momentarily and transforms into Super Saiyan. Again Goku uses his attacks to the same results. In the stands Beerus shouts "what is that fool doing? he should be in Blue at least." Krillin was the one to answer the God of Destruction. "Goku is a material artist, he is testing Jiren and to fully test your opponent you have to start off at the weakest level."

Goku stops again and transforms into Super Saiyan 2 and attacks again. With still no movement from Jiren Goku stops for a moment to power up with a rush if energy his hair reverting to its natural state however with a red tint to it his body though still muscular is slimmer and his eyes are red the form of a Super Saiyan God with his next strike Jiren finally moves but only a finger to block the attack. "ha! Now we're getting somewhere." Goku exclaims excitedly. Goku transforms yet again this time adding Super Saiyan to his Godly Ki causing his hair, eyes, and aura to turn Blue.

"Kaio-ken! Kaio-ken times 10!" Goku roars as red aura explodes around his blue aura. Goku begins his attack yet again, this time Jiren responds attacking in turn. The fight quickly turns against Goku who can barely keep up with Jiren the Grey. As Goku is thrashed around the ring his friends look on in shock as one of their most powerful fighters is helpless against this monstrous opponent. "What is Goku doing why doesn't he us Kaio-ken times 20?" Krillin asks helplessly. Realizing the others can't sense Goku's God form Beerus responds. "have you not been paying attention?" "What do you me…" Krillin trailed off as he realized. "Goku is already using Kaio-ken times 20? and it isn't working!" Krillin responds hopelessly .

"D-d-damn it my body is at Its limits. I can't go beyond 20 or ill die." Goku thinks to himself breathlessly as the fight continues to grow worse for him. Meanwhile a ways away Caulifla was trembling as though she was fighting Jiren herself. Her connection to Goku told her all she needed to know. He might actually lose this fight.

"Is this your best? Pathetic!" Jiren mocks as he continues to attack Goku. "I have one more move! Its my trump card, but it takes a while to prepare." Goku responds confidently despite his growing doubts. "I'll wait, you have my word I won't attack you." Jiren says shocking everyone. "He wants to defeat the strongest fighter's attack making it easier for other to give up after seeing him go down easy." Belmod the God of destruction of Universe 11 says.

Shocked at Jiren's statement Goku responds. "really!? Okay I just hope you don't regret it later." Goku powers down to his base form and jumps on a rock lifting his arms he asks his team for their energy as he prepares a Spirit Bomb. I've been on the receiving end of that loathsome attack. Frieza maliciously says. So why not here Goku take the energy of Lord Frieza and defeat this troublesome Jiren.

Unexpectedly Caulifla lifted her arm and Gave Goku her energy as well. As he was close to finishing Ribrianne saw the opening and went to attack Goku, however before she could lad the blow Caulifla launched her away. "Stay away from him or I will kill you!" Caulifla says with venom saturating her words

Ribrianne is shocked at the power Caulifla just demonstrated and a chill crept up her spine as she heard the venom in Caulifla's tone. She's serious! Ribrianne thinks recognizing the love within the venom of her opponents words. "You're in love with that monster aren't you?" Ribrianne exclaims to Caulifla. "How could you love such a monster and your enemy on top of it." Ribrianne exclaims remembering that Goku and Caulifla were from different universes.

Having accepted Vegeta's explanation about her situation Caulifla decided to embrace it. "Yes I am in love with Goku!" She proudly exclaims more power surges through her body as her bond with Goku deepens with her acceptance of the bond. Also with the acceptance her link with Goku deepens as well she can hear his thoughts. She can ignore them if she chooses but just as she's about to sever the link of their minds her blood runs cold at his thoughts.

As Goku Finished collecting the energy for his Spirit Bomb he recognized the energy of Caulifla within the bomb. Understanding now just what his connection to her was, he was forever connected to her mind, body, and spirit. Goku looked back to his opponent Jiren, and heaved the massive ball of energy at his opponent "Take this!" He roars launching the ball at Jiren. As the ball neared his target it slowly began to slow Jiren not moving a muscle save for his eyes. "How can he be this powerful? To stop the spirit bomb with just his gaze." Goku thinks bewildered.

As Caulifla is momentarily distracted Ribrianne flies at her. Without much thought Caulifla instantly transforms into SSJ3 and launches her opponent across the ring with a single blow. As Ribrianne lands she nearly slides off the area but is saved by one of her followers. Caulifla returns her attention to her soul mate realizing what he thinks he has to do.

Goku now able to transform, goes straight to SSB KKx20 giving him a momentary advantage before the power of both warriors brought the Spirit Bomb to a halt between them. As both Goku and Jiren push against the spirit bomb it began to shrink as the force of both warriors energy compressed it.

A short way off Kale joins Caulifla and the pair watch in awe as Goku's true power is on display. Realizing what happened with her when she finally fully accepted their bond she panics. Knowing she only accepted it because she was confronted with it Goku's power was only his own. "He is so amazing, he hid his power so well I thought he was weak but this is ridiculous." She thinks as she watches her love fight for his live.

"This isn't good Kale. Goku is going to push his Kaio-ken to 30 . His body might not survive the power." Caulifla exclaims worried about Goku. "What has gotten into her?" Kale wonders. "She's never cared about anyone but me that way." "How do you know what Goku is going to do and what his body can and can't handle?" Kale timidly asks her sister. Caulifla looks at Kale with the look of a sister's love. "Kale somehow Goku and I are true Saiyan soul mates." Caulifla finishes by explaining everything that has happened and everything Vegeta was able to reveal about true Saiyan soul mates.

Kale was shocked at first but as she thought about it she realized it was the only logical explanation for her sister's sudden change towards Goku. As all seemed lost in a last ditch effort Goku did exactly what Caulifla had predicted. "Kaio-ken time 30!" Goku roars sending even more energy at the ball between him and Jiren.

"Goku are you mad?! You'll kill yourself!" Beerus exclaims shocked and worried about his survival if Goku loses. "Goku no! Don't do it! We need you!" Krillin screams at his childhood friend. "Goku its not that bad yet!" Master Roshi yells at his star pupil.

"No! not that his body can't handle it." Caulifla screams in agony feeling her loves pain. "I don't know if my body can handle it. Kami this hurts!" Caulifla overwhelmed with emotions and unable to focus, is unable block the physical connection. Tears fill her eyes as she feels her connection fading. As the energy was finally overwhelmed it collapsed within itself opening a black hole. As his body finally started to fail Goku began to reflect on his life as visions of his friends and family passed before him. With the thought of failing and his universe's imminent destruction he began to fight. At first it was a losing battle.

"Well Krillin I really messed this one up big time huh?" Goku thinks to himself as he falls towards the black hole. "I'm sorry Yamcha, Bulma, Gohan, Goten, Master Roshi, Lord Beerus, Chi-Chi…" as the last thought formed about Chi-Chi it changed, instead of memories of his wife. Goku saw recent memories since his hand first touched his true soul mate.

"I didn't get to know her…" Goku finally gives into his heart. "Vegeta said she was my true soul mate. I'm sorry Chi-Chi I didn't mean for this to happen. I wish I could have gotten more time with her to truly fall in love with her." Goku thinks finally accepting his bond to the female Saiyan. As he finishes his thoughts his energy suddenly erupts. "NO!" he roars "I will not lose here! This isn't over!" With a final definite roar Goku pushes beyond his limits.

Goku had vanished from sight and sense his teammates unable to feel him even Vegeta who could sense God KI. "No, no, no, no, NO!" Caulifla screams as her body explodes in a burst of pure rage her body having shared energy with Goku is now slimmer her breasts and muscles more defined. As all eyes turn back to her as the light fades her hair now tinted with red she opens her eyes confirming what Vegeta feared. As she opened her eyes they were pure red she had entered Super Saiyan God.. "you bastard! I'll fucking kill you for that!" Caulifla roars at Jiren the power of her voice alone shaking and cracking the rocks around her.

At the sight of her soul mate disappearing Caulifla unexpectedly exploded in rage becoming an extremely powerful Super Saiyan God. Kale was shocked but realized what was going to happen as she knew her sister. Kale stepped in between Caulifla and Jiren. "Move Kale or ill obliterate you" Caulifla says with venom in her voice. The Pain of losing her mate too great for her to bare. At that moment her heart skipped a beat and an unimaginable amount of power surged through her. Kale's blood ran still at the smile Caulifla now wore. It was a smile of pure joy yet saturated with pride, and pure venom.

As soon as Goku vanished Champa began screaming that Jiren had broke the rules and killed Goku and as the rules stated if you kill you get eliminated from the Tournament . Immediately after Jiren was cleared the little child like Gods were about to press the button marking Goku eliminated from the tournament. Just as their fingers were millimeters from the screen the entire world of Void began to violently shake causing everyone to panic.

With the smiling finally melting to pure joy and pride. Caulifla powerfully exclaims "He's coming!" Simultaneously in the stands Whis Asked Beerus what he thought this shaking meant to which Beerus simply said, "He Is Coming." A smirk already upon his face.

The shaking stopped and for a moment everything was still and quite. Not a single fighter or observer moved a muscle or spoke a word. All intently looking at where Goku had vanished. With a roar of energy and an explosion so bright no one could look at it. Most of the light vanished as quickly as it appeared except for one spot. Within that spot everyone beheld a figure still clad in the bright light kneeling in the crater. Slowly rising the figure's form was slowly revealed. The light fell away from the figure starting at his feet and quickly working upwards. As the light finally left the figures head it revealed Goku with his eyes closed.

"How is this possible Master Whis?" Krillin asks "Why is he in his base form?" Krillin wonders. "Most interesting! By all rights Goku should be dead with the amount and density of the energy he fell into.." Whis remarks intrigued. With tears of pure joy Caulifla beheld her mate standing proudly in the crater. "I knew he would come back to me!" She quietly remarked. Berating herself for freaking because she realized she never fully stopped feeling her connection to him.

"Damn I really am fully in love with Goku." Caulifla silently remarks though she had accepted the connection she confirmed it once again. Goku appeared to be in his base form, however his aura was blue with silver specks that appeared like stars around him. As he opened his eyes they were pure silver. Toppo and Dispo beheld Goku with everyone else. "So you wish for more evil villain!? Then more you shall have." Toppo remarks as he and Dispo prepare to attack.

As the to warriors of justice converge on Goku every attack misses or is sent flying away until the fighters tried to simultaneously kick or punch Goku. Goku blocked both strikes faster than even Dispo could comprehend, and sent both Universe 11 fighters flying. As they land and prepare to attack anew Jiren shouts. "Toppo!" At his name Toppo looks at Jiren who shakes his head Toppo instantly knows to stop. Toppo and Dispo take up flanking position next to Jiren.

As Goku looks at Jiren he lifts his foot to step towards him. And with speed beyond even the Gods of Distinction he appears behind the 3 universe 11 warriors. Dispo is shocked more than the others as he didn't even hear Goku's muscles move before the attack. Goku with speed uncomprehend able kicks Toppo and Dispo away and begins to attack Jiren.

"What's happened to him!? Just a moment ago he didn't stand a chance against Jiren now Jiren can't even touch him." Dispo wonders shocked. "What's happened to my dad?" Gohan asks Piccolo. "Those aren't his normal movements." Gohan finishes. "I don't know what happened to Goku. However you are right those are not his normal moves." Piccolo replies to Gohan.

"Damn you Kakarot what's happened to you? How have you closed the gap this fast?... have you done it? Have you reached that level? The level of the Gods that Whis told us about." Vegeta angrily thinks to himself unable to bring himself to admit Goku may have learned Ultra Instinct.

Flashback:

"You both think too much when you fight." Whis tells both Goku and Vegeta said the two fight him in turn. "You need to move without thought, this is what hinders your abilities, and slows your movements. Once you learn to fight without thought you will reach a level beyond that of mortals. You will reach a level even Lord Beerus has not mastered"

Flashback end.

"Damn you Kakarot! you're always ahead of me." Vegeta again thinks to himself enraged at the thought of Goku reaching the level even Gods struggle to reach. A short way from the fight Caulifla and Kale are in awe of Goku. "Damn he is powerful" Caulifla thinks, feeling things she's never felt before. "Our children would be more powerful than anyone in the multi-verse. Did I really just think about having kids with a guy I hardly know? Damn I guess Vegeta was right I've never thought of having kids until today." Caulifla thinks as she watches her mate fight.
