I had this in my mind since there were talks of a prison arc but new elements were added as new issues were published. It's not detailed and I apologize. Do share your thoughts (:
All for one is interrogated by all might. He tries to prolong the conversation. All for one uses shigaraki's body to break into the prison. Starts to steal quirks from the prisoners if they do not give him submission. All for one feels tired as shigaraki fights for control. Heroes enter the prison to stop him. All for one in shigaraki's body takes a lot of damage but get past all of the heroes with the help of his new followers and reaches his cell. He sees all might.'he's mine' and goes for the kill but spinner as a follower of stain steps in to save all might. All might punches weakened all for one in shigaraki's body and a bleeding shigaraki falls to the ground.
At the same time midoriya, todoroki had accompanied the heroes and the big three in the front-lines . Todoroki constantly cools endeavor as the last battle renders his abilities unstable. Bakogou is part of the reinforcement as he current state restricts him from battling in the front-lines. With him are some of the students from UA and other schools. The heroes fighting in the front-lines are heavily injured. Midoriya encounters stain as stain kills the nomus in the area. Midoriya is unable to move due to fear. Stain goes straight towards All for one. A huge figure breaks into the room, Gigantomachia. Best jeanist and endeavor lead the charge. As things worsen, a worried bakugou slips away and stops to see the bodies piles up both heroes and villains. He runs pushing past his limit. Todoroki notices bakugou and stops him. Both argue. Best jeanist pulls them aside from the battle and asks them to behave. As fight goes intensely, we see a parallel between endeavour and bakugou ask they see redemption in the battle by saving people rather than fight aggressively. Midoriya lightens up to see bakugou as he the happiness is short lived as the bodies of endeavour and bakugou restricts them leaving them behind in the battle. They realize this. Endeavour and todoroki are forced to confront toya. Endeavour sacrifices himself to stop toya. Toya laughs in pain as he fulfilled his desire. At the same time, bakugou is injured badly as he finally puts a stop to gigantomachia with midoriya and best jeanist(mentor relationship is explored). As heroes seem to have defeated the villains, we look at them to see todoroki holding endeavour's body on the brink of death. Endeavor apologizes to shoto. As he dies his shoto's arm. Shoto's tears evaporate the second they leave his eyes. His flames turn blue filled with rage. As it turns deadly and heroes try to contain it. A heavy injured bakugou goes towards shoto and hugs him. Midoriya catches bakugou and tries to stop the bleeding him. There are no leader among them, no symbol of hope. No number 1 hero.
Stain enters all for one's cell to find spinner defending all might, all for one strapped to a chair and shigaraki's body bleeding loosing consciousness. One of All for one's followers charges towards all might, stain kill him with a blow. All might tries to talk to stain but he doesnt listen. All might tries to restrain stain. One of all for one's followers uses the opportunity to injure stain very badly. Stain lies on the ground. spinner tries to stop a projectile coming towards all might and takes a hit. All for one in shigaraki's body crawl towards his real body and shigaraki whispers faintly .'Help. Please. Help all might'. All might runs towards shigaraki. but is pushed away. All might screams helpless. and shigaraki cries in pain as his body gets absorbed by all for one.
Midoriya hears bakugou's voice 'Run, Izuku' sending shiver but bakugou hasnt moved his mouth. Midoriya look at baugou. Now bakugou.
Bakugou looks at midoriya and says gasping 'Run deku'.
'what did you say kacchan' asks deku.
'Run you damn nerd'.
'But..'
"Save all might, you idiot"
Midoriya runs but stops after a brief moment stop. The voice again whispers,'I'll be fine Izuku, run'. Izuku turns back to see bakugou lying unconscious."Kachan...but how?". A moment of realization, midoriya cries. In the vestige world,"It's you" says midoriya and we see a grown bakugou lending a hand to midoriya to stand up making him whole.
"You're smiling kacchan".
"I am, Izuku"
"Izuku? what made you call me Izuku?"
"You did. Now, save all might"
We see a flash of him running towards all might and it reminds bakugou of incident where he did the same
The symbol of hope shields spinner and stain.'How hopeless?' a rejuvenated all for one nears all might.
Deku gets a thrust with bakugou's quirk and kicks All for one. 'Smash'.
All might looks at deku as they both remember the path of deku's .
Deku rises before all might and stands as the new symbol of peace.
"Dont worry All Might because I'm here"
All might holding back the tears,"I know, young Midoriya"
