Thanks to those of you who do enjoy this. I am trying to evolve as a writer so please any tips to make this easier to read ill try to make them barring it requiring me to re write this story again. I will try to post more chapters in a timely manner but I do have a life and find it difficult to get some writing done. The story will continue though until I grow tired of it
I am sorry this has taken so long I've had a lot come up in my personal life that has caused me to put this on hold for a bit. I will keep writing but it may take me some time to get chapters out so please be patient. Thank you and enjoy chapter 3
This chapter will be longer as I plan to end the ToP with this one some of the fights from the show/Manga will be left out for sake of time. And some will be completely changed for the sake of this fanfiction.
While Caulifla watched Goku fight his strength and speed uncomprehend able to all but the Angles, Gods, and her she marveled at him "you truly are remarkable Goku". As he fought in his newest transformation Goku began to lose his strength and speed. Trying to end the fight as soon as possible Goku let's out a roar that had two powerful voices mix in his own voice and a voice deeper and far more powerful. At the sound of his roar Caulifla felt a tingle go up her spine not of fear but of something else "what is this I'm feeling? His voices are drawing me to him". Within the voices heard only by Caulifla "Join us" she heard the deeper more alluring voice say.
"Who said that? Was it Goku?" Caulifla was puzzled. Goku threw a punch at Jiren who caught his fist "this heat is the end of you, you are finished" he finished sending Goku flying into the time pillar. Jiren launched himself after Goku containing his assault on the Saiyan. At the sight of her love being pummeled once again Caulifla's rage exploded even more as she launched her at Jiren faster than Kale could react. Kale hadn't realized that Caulifla was still a Super Saiyan God until the red blur launched past her. "you bastard ill fucking kill you" Caulifla screams as her fist strikes Jiren send him flying away a lock of pure shock and pain on his face.
Everyone watching was in shock as Caulifla's fist made contact with Jiren. Her mate was in danger and her connection to him gave her the burst of strength and speed needed to protect him. She landed near him in a defensive pose crouched on all fours protecting him from danger. Belmod stared in utter disbelief as his prized fighter hurled towards the edge of the ring "oh no! Jiren" he shrieked. Jiren had not been hit so hard in a long time. Toppo leapt high in the air and caught Jiren. "Thank you Toppo" Jiren said to the shock of everyone who knew him. Jiren was troubled how did he miss her she was faster and more powerful than even Goku. Troubled Jiren began meditating trying to sort out his thoughts.
Meanwhile Caulifla looked down at the battered Goku and hugged him crying. "how could you do that to me?". Crying was new to her but her new feelings made them unavoidable. Kale ran up to her sister and stopped in shock as she saw her sister's tears. "she's never cried as long as I've known her" Kale thought as she tried to comfort her sister. Caulifla jumped ready to fight off an attacker as a hand touched her side. She quickly realized it was Goku who had touched her. "thank you for saving me" Goku said weakly. Now calm and back in her base form Caulifla looked up to see Kale. "what happened? I kind of blacked out I know I went to save Goku but I wasn't paying attention to anything but him"
"Caulifla you struck Jiren and injured him, he went flying towards the edge of the ring but was saved by Toppo." Kale informed her. "Damn so he wasn't eliminated?" Caulifla asked. "Wait you said I struck and injured him?" Caulifla asked shocked. "Yes, you screamed something and struck him he was sent flying away clearly is pain and shock" Kale told her. "so this power up to protect your mate is true as well, so far everything Vegeta told us is true." Caulifla noted. "Did anything else happ…" she cut herself off and looked to Goku who was gone.
Goku listened to the discussion between Kale and Caulifla with pride. His mate had actually injured Jiren to protect him. "my mate? I guess Vegeta was right, once I accepted it I gained incredible powers." Goku thought. He soon felt hands grab him and whisk him away. Still weak from his fight Goku could do nothing to protect himself. He finally opened his eyes to see Frieza standing over him with a wicked grin a ball of purple energy in his palm. "my, my, my, how the tables have turned. This sight looks familiar." Frieza says with a gleefully wicked tone. "I am in your debt Monkey and I hate being in debt" he continues the ball of energy expanding slightly. Frieza aims the ball at Goku and fire. Goku flinched unable to do more, the ball connects with Goku but rather than send him flying the ball envelopes him and energy rushes into his body.
"There now we are even, I still owed you for that time you did the same for me on planet Namek." Frieza says begrudgingly. "now when I kill you I won't have any debt." He finishes happily. Frieza jumps away quickly to find another poor soul to torment. Mare moments after Frieza is gone Caulifla and Kale land. Upon seeing Goku standing Caulifla launches herself at him and wraps her arms around him nuzzling her head into his chest. "Don't you ever do that to me again!" she says fighting back tears. "hey Cauli I'm sorry I worried you, I had to try and beat him for us" Goku tells her as he wraps his arms around her. "for us?" Caulifla wonders. "the thought of leaving you behind gave me the strength to push past my limits" Goku says gently squeezing the Saiyan beauty wrapped around him.
"I know I just met you Cauli but I love you. I believe Vegeta he was raised as a Saiyan so he knows more about it than I do" Goku says as Caulifla pulls her head away to look at Goku. "I love you too Goku, so far everything Vegeta told us has come true." She says as she removes herself from Goku. "I mean look at this" Caulifla powers up and transforms into SSG. "whoa! When did that happ" Goku asks her shocked at her new transformation. "it happened when Ribrianne tried to attack you, I accepted the bond we now share and bam I transformed". Caulifla says with a prideful smirk.
"Cauli you truly are amazing" Goku remarks with pride walking to Caulifla he smiles at her. Seeing his smile her heart skips a beat and her stomach feels like a million butterflies are in it. She blushes when she realizes Goku is holding her hands. "Caulifla I want to test you and find out just what my ne mate can do" Goku tells Caulifla holding her hand. Unable to control himself anymore Goku pulls Caulifla into a passionate kiss. Shocked at the sudden advance Caulifla shrieked. Upon her lips first touching Goku's she doesn't resist and returns the kiss. Pulling away with a Smile Goku join Caulifla as a Super Saiyan God, his body having received energy from Caulifla. "let's fight and test our new bond" Goku teases.
"You're on old man!" Caulifla teases in return. The two Super Saiyan Gods face each other before Goku realizes they are in SSG. "wait! To truly test this we should train our base form first." Goku remarks powering down. "Why? Why not fight as Gods?" Caulifla questions Goku forgetting she can read his thoughts. "Because if we train our base form our transformations will be that much more effective and powerful." Goku wisely responds. " that makes sense" Caulifla replies also powering down. As the two Saiyan Soul Mates faced off their bond began to strengthen. "this power is incredible" both thought simultaneously. Goku was the first to move using instant transmission to get behind her, striking ate her head. Without turning Caulifla blocked the blow. Turning to face her mate she smiled at him the purest most loving smile she could. The sight of her smile distracted Goku momentarily, she took advantage and struck at his exposed stomach. Without thought Goku blocked her blow smiling in excitement.
The two fighter then began to attack each other. Neither of them could gain the advantage but they didn't care. Their love language was fighting and this fight was telling each of them just how much the truly loved each other. As the fighters continued their bond deepened and grew Caulifla transformed into SSJ and with her Goku transformed as well. He held up his hand for her to stop with a puzzled expression in his face. "What's wrong Goku?" Caulifla asks confused by his expression. "I am a Super Saiyan, but I never transformed" Goku answers completely confused. "I transformed and thought you did as well". Caulifla responded puzzled. "let me try something" Goku says as he focuses his power. With a rush of energy both Goku and Caulifla transform into SSJ3. "Did you transform on your own ? Goku asks Caulifla. "no I didn't, I completely forgot I could go SSJ3" Caulifla replies confirming Goku's suspicion. "so it appears, at least from this distance our transformations are linked" Goku explains to Caulifla .
Vegeta had found Goku and Caulifla when he felt Goku at full power. As he landed he saw Goku kissing Caulifla. "Kakarot! What are you doing?! Why are you kissing the enemy? I mean I know I explained that you are true soul mates but right now she is you enemy! You IDIOT" Vegeta yelled at Goku. The startled Saiyans looked at him as if in a trance. Both Warriors were still in Super Saiyan 3 and powered down looking back at Vegeta. "we didn't intend for it to happen one minute we were fighting, when she transformed my body did so as well, so I tested it out by transforming in the SSJ3 which she transformed as well the next thing I remember is you yelling at me for kissing her." Caulifla confirmed his story not remembering kissing him intentionally. "humph, so your bond is that deep already huh? It is said that when Saiyans are true mate their bodies eventually will react on their own acting on basic instinct, so for example kissing your bodies moved on your emotions."
Vegeta was puzzled "how could Saiyans from different universes be true soul mates? Further more how could their bond be so deep already they have known each for mere minutes and yet their bodies move without thoughts!" Vegeta thought as he observed the pair. Not wanting to wait any longer Goku powered up to Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, which caused Caulifla to transform as well. Though she had briefly used Super Saiyan God before she instantly noticed her disadvantage adding Super Saiyan to it. "Goku wait! My body isn't ready for this yet my energy is being drained too rapidly". Goku having anticipated the flaw he told her. "relax focus on controlling your Ki, don't let it escape you body! We will take this slow, you make the first move."
Vegeta's eye began twitching at the sight of both Saiyans now in SSBSS. "how is this possible?" thou he was the one who told them the fact that he had worked so hard to achieve SSBSS and now this woman was basically given the ability because she happens to be that Idiots true mate. "damn it all to hell I." Vegeta screamed internally at the thought that this woman was close to surpassing him. As Vegeta raged internally Caulifla launched an attack at Goku when she felt she was ready. Goku however easily over powered her being used to the form. As she punched again their fists once again connected causing her to see into his thoughts gaining some understanding on how to control her new power. They began fighting again though she was learning her learning curve had dropped drastically.
"Damn it! Why can't I get the hang of this form?" Caulifla thought as she stared down Goku. Goku noticed she wasn't learning as quickly despite their bond. "I guess our bond doesn't translate well with God Ki" Goku explained to her. "Though God Ki can be given it takes a lot of work to learn to properly control it. That's not something that can be inherited it has to be earned though you are improving quickly." Goku finished his explanation to her. Upon hearing his explanation Caulifla understood what he meant. Vegeta was shocked that Goku had pick that part up on his own "I guess he's not as big an idiot as I thought, he is still an idiot though." Vegeta finished his thought and watched the 2 fight a bit longer before departing to find his own battles.
As Vegeta left Caulifla had started to improve more causing Goku to use more power. As the 2 fighters continue to fight their aura started lifting them off the ground they were not flying as the world of void prevented flight unless the contestants had natural wings. As they rose above the ring the Gods took notice and Belmod hurried to point it out. "HEY THEY ARE FLYING THAT'S ILLEGAL DISQUALIFY THEM!" the Grand Priest and Grand Zenos both shot him a death glare "do not order me around God of Destruction" the Grand Priest said with a shadowing look. "they are not flying as this world of Void cancels out all flying abilities unless the contestants have wings, therefore they are not disqualified." The Grand Priest finished.
Belmod shrank back at the sight of the Grand Priest's look. "curious the world of Void prevents flying yet these to keep rising" the Grand Priest thinks. As they continue to rise al the contestants and observer notice that both fighters have their eyes close. As they fight Goku and Caulifla's bodies naturally revert to their base forms only they have a strange aura around them. As their firsts once again collide they open their pure Silver eyes with looks of pure joy and love they stay connected. Jiren awakening from his meditation begins to worry as this time Goku's transformation seems different. "This will be difficult" Jiren the Gray for the first time in decades begins to sweat.
