A/N: Im so sorry I didn't update. I've been having some issues to deal with so I havent been able to update. But here we go. This is a Harmione story. James and Lily will return later on. WolfStar is also going to feature.

Chapter 5: Albus Dumbledore is going down

"Harry, its time to get up, Sirius's trial is today." Remus said while walking up the 12 year old.

"Mornin' Moony." Harry said climbing out of bed.

"Its also Dumbledores trial."

This made Harry more alert. Once he was up and raring to go he headed to the kitchen and ate some breakfast. Him and his dads best friend made their way to the floo. "You first." Remus said.

"I don't know how?" Harry said blushing.

"Right, step in with floo powder in your hand and say 'Ministry Of Magic'" Remus reassured.

"Ministry of Magic" Harry says as the green flames engulfed him. Remus then followed him.

Remus led Harry to the court room and they sat in the observation deck.

"Thats Minister Fudge and I believe you have already met Amelia Bones." Moony whispered.

"Yep." Harry replied.

"Today we are here for the trial of Sirius Orion Black, he was charged with Betraying the Potters to You-Know-Who, killing 13 muggles and Peter Pettigrew, bring out the prisoner." Minister Fudge declared.

"Mr Black do you concent to Vererttiserum?" Madam Bones asked.

"Yes."

Sirius was sat in the middle of the room with huge bags under his eyes, matted hair and a dirty jumpsuit. Amelia admunisterd the potion.

"State Your full name and date of birth."

"Sirius Orion Black, the 3rd of November 1959." A gruff voice replied.

"We're you the Potter's secret keeper?"

"No, Peter Pettigrew was."

There were lots of ghasps around the room.

"Were you at any point a Death Eater?"

"No."

"Did you kill 13 Muggles and Peter Pettigrew."

"No, Peter did, he blew up the street, cut off his finger and changed into his animagus."

"Animagus?"

"Me, James and the rat all learnt to help Remus with his transformations, I am a grim like dog, James was a stag and Peter was a rat." The tired looking man explained. Amelia administered the antidote. "All in favour of Release." Almost all the wands in the room lit up. "All in favour of conviction?" Only Dumbledores and Lucius Malfoy had their wands in the air. "Sirius Black you are free, we will oay you compensation as long as you register as an animagus." Minister Fuge said as Sirius gave a quick nod.

Right after that the trial they were given 20 minutes until Dumbledores trial. Sirius was allowed to see Harry.

"I expect your tired of hearing this but you look so much like your father but with your mothers eyes." Harry just smirked.

"Sirius." Remus said before enveloping his lover in a kiss. "I'm so sorry I doubted you." Remus said. "Me too." The tired animagus replied.

After that Harry told him a quick summary of what had happened and Sirius was shocked. "I cant believe Arthur would let Molly do that."

"I doubt he knows Siri." The werewolf explained.

Before they knew it it was time for Albus too many names Dumbledores trial.

"Today we are also here to investigate Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore." Madam Bones announced.

"He had been accused of the following:

Stealing from the Potter vault,

Abducting Harry Potter and putting him with abusive muggles,

Binding Harry Potters Magic and keying loyalty Potions to him and Ronald Weasley,

Helping Ginevra Weasley brew a love potion for Harry Potter."

"Will Mr Potter Please make his statement."

Remus patted his cub on the back and watched him walk up to the stand.

"My Name is Harry Potter, as you may already know, I was subject to an attack committed by Vold- You-Know-Who, He had Hagrid, the gamekeeper at Hogwarts, come and pick me up, He made Sirius give me to him." Everyone was in shock.

"He then took me to Dumbledore who left me on the doorstep of my abusive relatives, they beat me, until I went to school I thought my name was freak."

Even Lucius Malfoy had gone really pale.

He then explained his bad introduction to magic and his first year. Then he explained what he had found out at Gringotts. Even the Minister was distributed by this information.

"Mr Potter what would your ideal sentence be?" Amelia asked quietly.

"Life in Azkaban with his wand snapped and no magic." Everyone nodded and agreed.

"Harry, my boy, isn't that harsh for someone who just wanted to help?" Dumbledore asked directly. But instead Remus said: "If you had wanted to help you would've let me or Minerva take Harry."

Dumbledore hung his head in shame.

Albus Dumbledore was thoroughly angry.

He couldn't believe the nerve of Potter and his wolf. He really thought he was going to get away with it. Now he was going to loose his magic. All he wanted to do was have Potter killed and to get more fame and fortune. He would get out of this somehow.

"The jury have come to a decision, we bind his magic, snap his wand and send him to Azkaban for life." Everyone in the room agreed. Albus was chained up and taken to a holding cell to have his magic bound.

After the trial had completed Sirius greeted them at the door.

He hugged them and said: "Together again".
