Epilogue
For Bella, it's the Yule that actually starts her life. It's the Yule during which she proves her worth to her Lord. She gets engaged. She tells her family what si what. She truly flies of her own wings for the first time, no more obligations tying her down.
For Andromeda, it's the Yule when she realises she really can't bear being a Black any more. She fins out it is time to leave, that Ted is all that matters for her. It's the Yule when someone finally learns her secret, but it isn't enough to make her stay.
For Narcissa, it's the Yule when her heart breaks in two, and she doesn't know what she is supposed to do for a long time. It's the Yule when she realises that their is a choice to make, and the path that she chooses might change things.
For Sirius, it's the Yule that tells him what he already knew: his family is crazy. It's the Yule which confirms over and over again that Gryffindor is where he has to go. It's also the Yule when he sees that maybe he could've given his brother another chance, but decides against it.
For Regulus, it's the Yule when he realises being a Black is more than a name. It's when he learns that maybe being his mother's favourite won't always be enough. It's when he discovers that there is a possibility for change. It's when he realises his family is actually broken.
For all, it's a Yule that'll stay engraved in their memory for a very long time. It's a Yule that was lovely… and shattered.

A/N: And that about wraps it up!
I had so much fun writing this, and though I was a little out of time at the end to truly fit in all the ideas I had and wanted to develop, it's really given me a better grasp on the Black family. As you could probably tell, I had a lot of fun with names and their importance, the political changes in their world, but also what being a family means. And of course, foreshadowing. Everywhere, all the time.
