Sorry for taking so long, after playing Peace Walker again, I've been trying to modify some parts of the chapter to fit the storyline.
And also I want to say that I split this chapter in 2, it was going to be a chapter with over 12000 words but since its taking too long, I made the decision on splitting in half.
A response to the review from the guest Unknown: For now i'm continuing this story, possibly in the future.
I also want to apologize to Rayne Sarazaki, he offered to be my proof reader but it was taking to long since i finished this chapter and i didn't want to impatient you guys, sorry :(

Day 3
A train on its route to the Kawaguchi Convention Center
"This is the first time I've gone out of the Tokyo Settlement!" Commented excitingly a teenage girl named Shirley Fennette while looking through a window on a train with her friends Milly Ashford and Nina Einstein.
"It would've been nice if Lelouch had come along wouldn't it? Teased Milly which made her flinch shyly. She knows that Shirley likes Lelouch so she is constantly teasing her.
"Don't be embarrassed. Didn't we agree that tonight we'll talk about men we like until dawn?" Spoke again Milly most likely teasing again.
"President do you have such a person?" Muttered Shirley enough for her to hear.
"Who knows?" Said Milly playfully.
When the train passed through a tunnel, Nina flinched and clenched her hands on her shirts in fear. She is an intelligent and shy girl, but has xenophobia; fear of foreigners, it is unknown what caused her to dislike and fear foreign people, especially to the "Elevens"
Milly putted her hands on hers trying to comfort her.
"It's alright. There are a lot of Britannian tourists in Kawaguchi too so the security is good there. It's not scary like the Ghetto" Assured Milly.
"But…" Muttered Nina.
"We're here for you. We won't leave you behind this time." Milly supported her like any friend would.
"O-Okay" With that she slowly relaxed and let out a small smile.
Once the train exited the tunnel, it showed again the Mt Fuji, several buildings and fields. Shirley looked outside happily and excited. It was going to be a wonderful day.
2 Hours later in the Kawaguchi Convention Center
Almost 24 hours have passed since the Saitama Ghetto mission; the retrieved disc was taken to Outer Heaven in wait for Veg Linxing to retrieve it. When Veg called through his radio, he said that the reward was the disc itself, so they can keep it with what is inside.
The researchers and scientists of Outer Heaven analyzed the content of the disc; it was revealed that the disc contained the design of all Knightmare Frames models, including a small portion of the new KF model, the Lancelot.
If that's the case, Outer Heaven would be pretty much ready for this world. Not to mention that they "borrowed" a train full of KF with different models on a secret mission.
Right now, we see Big Boss wearing a tuxedo and walking through the hall of the Lake Kawaguchi Convention Center. He went out for a short reconnaissance through the streets of Tokyo, while the rest of the group remained in their rooms. On this occasion, he left without any weapons, wanting to leave his equipment inside a safety box and relax a bit after that almost impossible mission.
"It's so pretty!" Expressed a girl few meters away to his right.
Big Boss slightly turned his sight and saw a small group of teenage girls walking and looking around the building; one with orange hair wearing a lime green dress, the other has black hair with glasses, she wears a pair of brown trousers and a slight brown vest and finally a blonde one with a white shirt and a blue dress which he recognized her as the teenage girl from the library 3 days ago.
Big Boss can't do anything but let out a small smile. It has been a long time since he saw youth people enjoy their lives, even though he spent all his years in the battlefield.
But his smile disappeared when he noticed something unusual.
At the entrance of the hotel he saw a group of 10 people wearing black robes getting in. Big Boss felt the all familiar presence ; Alert.
The way they moved, acted, and obviously the way they were dressed draws a lot of attention.
He slightly moved to his pocket and pressed his radio Communicator.
"Kaz" whispered Big Boss through his earphone
"Hey Boss! What's up?" Asked Miller
"Where are you and the rest?" Asked Big Boss
"We are all currently in my room, I must say, the room services are pretty cool! It's so fantas…."
"We got a problem" Interrupted Big Boss
"What is it?" Asked Miller now serious.
"We got possible raiders in the hotel" Said Big Boss
"What? Are you sure?" Asked Miller
"I saw a group of 10 people wearing black robe, and the way they move and act, is the typical type of people who went war. They might be rogue soldiers."
"Jesus Christ" Said Miller in horror.
"I know Kaz, it also brings the fact that Veg somehow knew that this would happen. That must be why he suggested me to bring you guys here" Explained Big Boss. Suddenly a gun shot was heard which caused everyone to panic and kneel on the ground with fear.
Big Boss's instinct prompts him to kneel down as well. He could see that the group with black robe removed their cloth, revealing military clothes; they were all armed with some kind of machine guns.
"Nobody move!" Shouted a one of the soldiers. Security came but they were all shot by another group of 20 soldiers that entered through the entrance.
People screamed and panicked.
"SHUT UP! TEME!" Shouted one of the soldiers as he raised the gun and shot at the air.
"Shut up all of you if you want to live!" Said the same soldier.
Big Boss could hear Kaz saying "Boss! What happened?! Are you alright?!"
"I might be off for a while" Then the communication was cut off.
Miller, Ocelot and the soldiers heard what happened. Likely it's a terrorist attack and Big Boss was down there. But knowing him, he has been worse than this. Luckily he might escape, but there is also a possibility that he might be taken as a hostage with the rest of the people in here. If that happens, then they are the only ones who can save him.
"Everyone, synchronize your watches and put on your stealth camo now!" Ordered Miller. The stealth camo given to the MSF soldiers were like prototypes, it doesn't have the regenerative energy. It was due to the lack of materials the R&D possessed, it could say that the time they created the original which Big Boss has on his possession was a "miracle", but it required a lot of materials. Now they don't possess any of its requirements which leave only one.
They immediately put on the camo. No doubt the invaders would take them as hostages or kill them once they inspect the rooms.
When they put on, they all went to their respective rooms, if they are lucky they might not get spotted by any of those rogue soldiers.
Somewhere else
Ohgi and his group arrived to a giant vehicle when he was in front of the door, it automatically opened surprising him and rest.
"What's wrong? Hurry up and get in" Spoke Zero. Ohgi peeked inside and saw Zero on the right side, sitting in the middle of a large green sofa. Eventually everybody entered
"From now on, this shall be our base." Proclaimed Zero
"So I take it you're willing to cooperate with us?" Asked Ohgi.
"Yes. Were comrades." Assured Zero.
"This is amazing. What is all of this?" Said Tamaki amazed while looking how spacious is the vehicle.
"How did you get this?" Asked Ohgi.
"Corrupt aristocrats are willing to give me whatever I request." Answered Zero.
"Request? It's that simple?" Asked one of the group with an unsure tone.
"Don't worry. I covered my tracks." Reassured Zero.
"Hey, hey. There's a second story too." Commented Yoshida while looking the second floor.
"Isn't this vehicle a bit too big?" Asked another one.
"But they may not suspect a hideout to be this conspicuous." Said Kallen.
"There's a television in here too." Said Minami as he sat down on the sofa and turned on the TV.
"Is there anything going on out there?" Said a male voice with an alarmed tone on the TV.
"What is it?" Said Kallen while looking at the TV.
"Yes. I'm reporting from in front of the Kawaguchi Convention Center Hotel. The hotel hijackers claim to be from the Japanese Liberation Front. They have taken Chairman James, the members attending the conference on the division of Sakuradite, tourists who were around there and several staff members as hostages." Informed a female reporter from the studio. Everyone watched in shock at what was happening.
"This is the video that the culprits sent to us. Several students can be seen here along with Chairman James" On the TV it showed a small footage of many soldiers armed and the hostages has their hands on their head.
"The student council…" Said Kallen worried as she saw that her friends were amongst the hostage.
"Uhm?" Zero slightly huffed in surprise after Kallen mentioned them.
In Outer Heaven
All the staff members and soldiers saw the news, they were worried because in that hotel is where Big Boss reside. On the footage, Big Boss appeared amongst the hostage. He was right behind a group of girls with his hands on his head like the rest of the hostage.
"Mi commandante!" Shouted Chico in Spanish fearing that he might lose his boss.
It was critical the situation. But then they noticed something.
Miller, Ocelot and the MSF soldiers weren't among the hostage. They know because the staff members can recognize them.
There might be a chance that they are hiding and coming with a plan to save him.
*Ring*Ring*
Alligator received a call from his radio; he pressed the bottom and said "Hello?"
"Alligator, its Ocelot" Spoke Ocelot
"Sir! Are you alright?" Asked Alligator concerned about his leaders.
"I'm fine, is Doc Huey with you? I got something important to say" Asked Ocelot. Alligator turned around and saw Huey watching the news.
"Yes sir, I'll patch it through" Alligator called Huey to come. He picked up and said
"Ocelot! Are you guys alright?"
"We are fine, but I can't say the same to boss" Replied Ocelot.
"I know, he appeared on the TV with the hostages" Said Huey as he stared at the TV.
"Huey, remember THOSE stuffs we talked yesterday?" Asked Ocelot, Huey remembered what he was referring.
"Yes?" replied Huey.
"It's time to deploy them" Said Ocelot.
"What? Are you sure about this?" Said Huey hesitantly. If Ocelot plans to deploy them now, it could only mean one thing…
"Yes, it's time to make our debut"
"You are aware of the consequences right?" Said Huey uneasily, if they decide to reveal the existence of a mercenary nation, it would be just like 2 months ago. Big Boss said that they weren't supposed to take sides in international affairs, but they did during the Peace Walker incident, that's why Miller decided to upgrade the defenses of Outer Heaven in order to defend themselves when the time comes.
"I know Big Boss is aware of it too" replied Ocelot, after checking the histories about Mother Base and the Peace Walker incident, he knows pretty much everything. They don't want more trouble than they had, especially in a world where America is a giant British nation that has the most powerful military firepower. But in order to keep the organization moving, they needed resources and money.
And also Big Boss received words from Veg during the Saitama Ghetto mission.
Flashback
24 hours ago
Big Boss caught up with the rest of the MSF soldiers in the forest. They were all panting in exhaustion.
*Ring*Ring*
Big Boss turned on his radio and put his hand on his ears.
"Hi Big Boss" greeted Veg
"Veg?"
"I see that you recovered the missing disc"
"I should kill you; we almost lost our heads in that battlefield. If you had called us hours ago, we would've left before that invasion started" Said Big Boss angrily. Fighting in a battle where the enemy is powerful is not a smart move at all.
"Sorry, shit happens" Apologized Veg.
Big Boss groaned in annoyance "When are you coming for your disc?"
"I'll tell you later about that, now we got another matter"
"What is it?"
"My Boss ordered that you and the army should reveal themselves when the time comes"
"Are you kidding me?! Do you have any idea what would happen to my home?!" Said Big Boss angrily again, by doing that it would be like Peace Walker incident all over again.
"Hey if you don't do it, where are you going to get the resources?" Said Veg. He's got a point, even if they remained anonymous, all the resources and food would run out. But by doing that it would totally contradicts what he said 2 months ago to Miller, about not taking side in international affairs, they would be doing that mistake again. That's a risk he is going to have to take again if he wants to keep going his mercenary nation.
Big Boss thought for a moment and made his decision "Alright Veg, you got that right" he said in defeat.
"That' cool!" Said Veg happily and the communication turned off.
Flashback end
"But that's a risk were gonna have to take" Said Ocelot. Then the communication was cut off. Huey adjusted his glass and turned around to face Alligator.
"Commander, it's time to deploy THOSE things, as well as our Knightmare Frames" Said Huey seriously.
"Yes sir!" Alligator called to the guys from the hangar and told them to prepare the Knightmare Frames.
In the Hangar
"Alright boys we've got a job to do!" Shouted one of the operators of the Hangar.
The ramp of the floor started to rise revealing 10 Knightmare Frames. Modified and customized to be part of MSF, the colors of the Glasgow's, Sutherlands and Gloucester's are green and the right shoulders are dark green with the logo of MSF on it. The back of the KF's were equipped with Jet packs of the Metal Gear Zeke, since they had many of those jet packs, they decided to add it on the KF .They were equipped with the same weapons, but the bullets were modified to armor piercing.
All the pilots, with a high level of piloting, hopped in on the KFs, they inserted the rectangular key (or USB) and started it.
While the pilots were preparing, many Hind D's and other kinds of helicopters were being prepared while MSF soldiers were preparing themselves equipping with rocket launchers, machine gun, snipers, submachine guns and many others.
This will be the greatest moment of Outer Heaven.
Elsewhere in an unknown base of the JLF
In the base, Tohdoh and the 4 swords were currently watching the news about the hijacking of Kawaguchi.
"The leader of the criminal groups calls himself Lieutenant Colonel Kusakabe, a former Japanese army soldier." Continued the reporter.
"Impossible!" Shouted Tohdoh as he slammed the floor with his fist.
Outside of the Kawaguchi Convention Center.
"Sakuradite is essential in the manufacturing of high temperature super-conductive substance. It directly affects the national security of the world and is an important war resource. This place, Area 11, is the world's largest production zone of Sakuradite. It supplies up to 70% of the markets demands. The national Sakuradite Conference is held here every year in order to deice the ratio of Sakuradite each country is allotted. The result is said to determine the power balance between Britannia and the other countries. The terrorist were probably aware of the international attention being placed on this conference and have thus carried out his bold act of hotelhijacking." Informed the reporter, while the hotel was surrounded by Britannian army.
On the streets that connects to the bridge of Kawaguchi convention center there was a young Japanese teenage boy with an orange Britannian uniform named Kururugi Suzaku staring at the building. He was waiting for the engineers Lloyd and Cecil to prepare the Lancelot, so he could get in and save his friends.
In the Kawaguchi Hotel.
In a giant storage room, which is used as the room for the hostages, Big Boss remained calm and slowly moved his gaze; he noticed that Miller, Ocelot and the MSF soldiers are not here. It only means that they used the stealth camo prototype to camouflage , making a plan to save him and get out of this place.
The people were in a circular formation with the Japanese soldiers surrounding them. In front there were 3 of them, to his left there 3 of them, to the right another 3, and behind him another 3. He suddenly heard a small sob, he turned to the right and to his surprise, the group of teenage girls was right next to him.
Suddenly, a Japanese with a large brown beard entered the room with two guards.
"I am Kusakabe of the Japanese Liberation Front. We have stood up for the independence of Japan." Announced Kusakabe
"Ladies and gentlemen, even though you aren't soldiers, you're Britannians. The ones who rule over us." Big Boss saw that the girl with black hair and glasses started to cry and holding onto the blonde girl.
"Be obedient and all will be well, or else!" Warned Kusakabe.
"Lulu" Muttered Shirley in fear. Which Big Boss also heard it.
Kusakabe and the Japanese soldiers left the room, leaving only 4 soldiers to guard the hostages.
Meanwhile with the MSF soldiers.
There were in total 5 rooms the MSF soldiers rented, 2 for each room. When they arrived, the stealth camo automatically deactivated meaning that the time is up.
One of them peeked through the peephole watching for enemy sight, while the other starts to extract their equipment's hidden in a disclosed location of the room.
"Oh uh" Said in horror the MSF soldier who is peeking through the peephole.
"Let me guess, someone's coming" Said the other MSF soldier who is getting the equipment hidden inside a wall.
"Damn right, two and armed." As he said that, one of them started to beat the door down.
"Here" The one searching for the equipment found it and handed him a tranquilizer gun. After that he hid under the bed. The other decided to find another spot, and saw the closet.
The Japanese soldiers broke down the door and entered with their guns ready.
"Nobody is here" Said the first Japanese soldier
"Check everywhere, they might be hiding." Said the second Japanese soldier
They started to inspect the room. The first one went to the bathroom while the second examined the room.
He went closer to the closet and prepared his weapon, once he opened, a dart flew to his forehead and he fell to the ground unconscious.
*THUD*
The MSF soldier hiding under the bed rolled out to the left where the unconscious Japanese soldier laid which is in front of him.
The first soldier heard that thud and quickly got out of the bathroom only to notice his comrade out cold on the floor in front of the closet.
"Oi! What happened!" Expressed the first japanese soldier. After he got closer, a dart flew to his hindhead making him fell to the ground.
"Phew that was close…" Sighed the MSF soldier inside the closet.
For not getting any suspicion, they removed the darts and laid the japanese soldiers on the bed making it look like they fell asleep.
They quickly took their stuff and got out of the room.
But unlike the others, they got lucky and went out of their rooms before the Japanese soldier came.
Meanwhile somewhere in the guest rooms of the hotel.
Ocelot told Miller his idea, the idea is simple, save the boss and find an exit.
"5 MSF soldiers and I will search the boss and rescue him, while you and the rest of the soldiers look for an exit, preferable a balcony." Explained Ocelot his plan to Miller. Just when Ocelot was about to contact the MSF soldiers, he heard a small hovering sound like the helicopters. He and Miller turned to the left and looked through the window of the balcony.
There, an aircraft was coming, probably a Britannian aircraft. They know that in kidnapping situations, armed forces would try to storm in and capture the hijackers. If that's the case, Ocelot will have to make new plan.
But then a missile appeared and destroyed it.
"Damn it, they got missiles" Cursed Ocelot.
"Ocelot you might have to reformulate your plan" Spoke Miller while staring at the window.
"Don't worry, we stick to the plan. The only difference is that you'll neutralize those missiles" Said Ocelot simply
"I hope you are right" Said Miller uneasily.
"I'm always right!" Retorted Ocelot while he made his old hand pose (the one he usually makes in MGS 3) which caused Miller to grunt in annoyance. He sure hates that hand gesture.
"Got it Ocelot" With that they secretly exited their room.
Outside of the Kawaguchi Hotel in Cornelia's Mobile base.
Princess Cornelia was in charge of the operation. Knowing her well, she would just storm in by force and eliminate the threat. But she decided not to, for her sister, Euphemia li Britannia, was amongst the hostage.
Right now she is in her Mobile base with officers trying to come up with a plan to save the hostages.
She looked calm, but inside she was angered, yesterday she interrogated the surviving soldiers from the ambush orchestrated by Zero, as wells as the purist faction. The soldiers told her that during the attack they saw several soldiers with their face covered with balaclava and dressed in a strange outfit that resembled to a resistance group. They were armed with weapons that are deadlier than any firearms that Britannia possessed. It was like if someone improved it.
Cornelia wanted to investigate this further if this group was related to Zero, but now the JLF hijacked the hotel with her sister amongst the hostage. She decided to settle the hijackers first and then keep investigating. Once she finds out who they are, she will punish them and execute them for killing many soldiers and disgracing the power of Britannia during the Saitama Ghetto invasion.
"All of the bridges that link to the hotel have been destroyed, except for the main one.
Attempts to approach via air and sea have failed." Informed one of the officers while the screen displayed images of the unsuccessful attempts.
"There is only one route left for us to take if we wish to commence an operation to rescue the hostages."
Cornelia watched intently.
"The lifeline tunnel is directly under the convention center. If we used that in our operation, we can destroy the foundation block and sink the hotel. This tunnel is used to deliver stock, and thus a Sutherland might be able to fit through it. The enemy is most likely prepared, but there shouldn't be any problem." Explained the Officer.
Outside of the Mobile base, the said tunnel was already being used and sent three Sutherlands.
The three Sutherlands activated their landspinners and dashed forward through the tunnel. But unbeknownst to them, the JLF had mounted a modified cannon composed of 4 KF at the entrance of the tunnel.
"Enemy sighted. They're coming in from the path below as expected" reported Japanese soldier inside one of the KFs.
"Understood. Raikou unit 2 activated. The four linked support structures on both sides are in position. Superconducting maglev style shrapnel cannon, energy confirmed"
Said a Japanese soldier behind the seat of previous Japanese soldier.
With the incoming Sutherlands, one of them activated their factosphere and got some info.
"I look most likely an anti-Knightmare rifle, spread out and break through." Commanded one of the Sutherland pilots.
"Fire!" Shouted the Japanese soldier inside the cannon. The cannon shot a giant shell that later it spread many steel balls.
"WHAT?!" Said one of the Sutherland pilots surprised. They tried to dodge the steel balls, but there were so many that tore the KFs destroying it.
In the Kawaguchi Hotel.
"They did it!" Exclaimed one of the Japanese soldiers in joy.
"With just one blow!"
"The Raikou is useful!"
"See that? Britannian pigs." Taunted triumphantly Kusakabe.
In the Mobile Base.
"Wiped out?!" Shouted Darlton in disbelief.
"The enemy has modified the Glasgow and placed something like a linear cannon on it." Informed one of the officers.
"Are you saying that it's impossible to penetrate their defenses?" Commented another officer.
"What should we do? Should we give into their demands and release the political criminals…" Suggested another with a hopeless tone but was interrupted by the rough voice of Cornelia.
"Don't show weakness to the terrorists!" Roared Cornelia.
"But Lady Euphemia is…" Whispered Guilford to Cornelia.
"I know." Said Cornelia harshly.
"They shouldn't have discovered that yet. If they learn that Lady Euphemia is among the hostages, they would definitely use her as leverage during the negotiations. Since Her Highness is just there to listen to the conference, her name isn't on the member list" Assured Darlton.
In the Kawaguchi Hotel
Ocelot sneaked through the hallway to the rendezvous point, which is an office and is located in the end of the hallway he is currently heading to.
Once he got there he used the secret code of identification.
"Meow, meow, meow" Meowed Ocelot.
The door slowly opened letting Ocelot to get in.
"Sir!" Saluted the 5 MSF soldiers.
"Sup guys, are we all here?" Greeted Ocelot.
"Yes sir, we got our equipment's and we are ready to move on." Stated one of the MSF soldiers.
"Alright guys! Let's move!" Commanded Ocelot. They sneaked outside of the office and duck walked through the hallway.
Outside of the Mobile Base
"Are we, the special envoys, not allowed to participate in the hostage rescue operation?" Asked Suzaku to Lloyd who is sitting on the grass with Cecil standing by his side while they're staring at the Kawaguchi convention center.
"I made request, but since our command structure is different were treated as irregulars" responded Lloyd.
"Not only that…" Said as he threw a plain rock to the lake which bounced several miles.
"They can't leave the operation in the hands of an Eleven." Finished Suzaku with a small hint of disappointment.
"Her Highness Cornelia is a person that clearly distinguishes between Britannians and Numbers." Said Lloyd.
"It's still not enough for them to accept us, is it?" Said Suzaku
"If that's the case, what purpose does the Honorary Britannian system serve?" Said Cecil in agreement.
Back in the Kawaguchi Hotel.
Miller duck walked through the hallway, as he kept walking he saw an intersection to the left and right. To his right he saw 2 shadows coming out of the hallway. He pressed against the wall and slowly duck walked.
After he got closer, he heard a conversation in Japanese.
"Oi" Called one of the Japanese soldiers
"Nanda?" Asked the other.
"What do we do after we get what we wanted?" Asked the first japenese soldier.
"It's simple, when we get our independence, we will first execute the hostages showing that Japan belongs only to the Japanese people" Explained the second Japanese soldier.
"That's a good plan! I suppose that after executing them, we will attack more Britannians settlements, kill them all and let our people live in those buildings and houses?" Asked the first Japanese soldier.
"Oi,oi, that sounds great! It would be a perfect gift to our people!" Said the second Japanese soldier in joy.
"Bankai!" they cheered one another.
This conversation made Miller's eyes widened in shock. Sure this shouldn't be a surprise for him, but what they are about to do is genocide. If they want to fight, it should be against the Britannian army, they should just leave the Britannian civilians out of it. But on the other hand he felt pity on them; he remembered that day when he saw those teenagers bullying at a poor old man. He made sure he was going to make Britannian pay. It was complicated.
Miller saw the shadows slowly vanishing; he peeked and saw that the Japanese soldiers went through another hallway to the right.
Miller went to the left path and reached the rendezvou point which is another office.
He used the almost embarrassing code.
"Meow, meow, meow" Meowed Miller with a slight blush on his face.
The door opened and he got in.
"Sir!" Saluted the 5 MSF soldiers.
"Of all the things, he had to choose the meowing." Expressed Miller.
"Well, I actually like it" Commented one of the MSF soldiers which caused everyone to stare at him with the face of "seriously?"
"What?" Said Miller.
"I mean, no one expects that as a passcode, except us."
"But still, he could just whistle" Said another MSF soldier.
"Ok guys, as much as I want to keep this conversation, we got a job to do" Said Miller as there is something more important than this.
"Yes sir!" And with that, they left the room and proceeded to neutralize the anti-air unit and find an exit.
Meanwhile in Zero's Base.
"Where should I put this?"
"Over there around the driver's seat."
"Hey, wheres the box that was placed here?"
In the small trailer everyone were accommodating the boxes full of weapons or other stuffs. Meanwhile Zero, who's in the upstairs, was watching the current news through a small TV (I don't know if that was a TV or a computer.)
"She was just sightseeing. She's still just a student And yet, the terrorist still… This is unforgivable. Is Shirley… Is my daughter all right? She didn't do anything wrong" Said the father of Shirley on the news with a sick worried tone.
Lelouch watched intensely on the news, just when he was getting ready for his next move, the JLF hijacked the hotel with his longtime friends taken hostages. Things just got critical for him and he have to find a way to save them.
"An organization is necessary in order to fight against Britannia. Still it's too early. But I can't leave things as they are now. Given Cornelia's personality, she will definitely ignore the hostage's presence and…" Thought Lelouch until he realized something.
"Then why hasn't she made a move? Don't tell me…" He was interrupted from his thought by Kallen
"Zero" Said Kallen softly as she got closer with a green pillow between her arms.
"What will happen to the hostages?" Asked Kallen. She's still worried about her friends and wanted to do something to save them, so she decided to ask Zero what he thinks about this situation.
Zero raised the control of the TV and pressed the mute button.
"At any rate, there isn't any reason for them to release any Britannians." Spoke Zero.
"That… That's right." Said Kallen as she tightened the pillow on her arms.
"Hey, Zero… Do you mind if I distribute these to everyone?" Asked Ohgi while getting up through the stairs with a box on his hands revealing to be some kind of black uniforms.
"I think they're pretty cool, but were a resistance…" Commented Ohgi but then he was interrupted by Zero
"No" Said suddenly Zero as he quickly turned around from the rolling chair.
"We aren't a resistance."
"Then what?" wondered Ohgi.
"What we are aiming for is… The allies of justice." Proclaimed Zero.
"Ooh" gasped Ohgi and Kallen surprised.
Suddenly he remembered something important.
"Zero, I have something to ask you" Spoke Ohgi.
"What is it?" Wondered Zero.
"Do you have any involvement with the incident that happened 2 days ago in Koto?" Asked Ohgi. Kallen watched curiously at this, she remembered that two days ago, news were reporting about an attack that occurred on that bay of Koto, they implied that it was Zero's work because the execution of the attacks were too perfect.
Zero remembered that incident; he was still surprised at the news when they claimed that said incident was his works, which it wasn't at all. And there was also that conversation he had with C.C yesterday.
Flashback
24 hours ago in Lelouch's room
"C.C" Said Lelouch
"Hmn?" Said C.C as she started to undress the Zero outfit.
"What did you pull off after you used yourself as bait?" Asked Lelouch
"What are you talking about?" Wondered C.C
"While I was running away, on the radar, many Knightmare Frames were being incapacitated or destroyed; I assumed it was you who did that"
"No, I made no such plan" Stated C.C
"What?"
"My plan was to show myself so you could escape, I did not arrange anything else. " She said with a bored tone.
"That's strange, was there somebody else involved?" Thought Lelouch.
According to what she said, he came to the conclusion that something or someone must have attacked the Britannian army after "Zero" showed up. If he has to guess, they might have been admirers of Zero and seeing the chance of saving him, they risked their lives by facing the Britannian army.
Now that he thinks of it, he needs recruits, and if that group has survived, he can make a use of them.
End of Flashback
"I got no involvement in that attack" Said Zero simply.
"But the news said that it was you" Said Ohgi.
"I assure you, at that moment I was too busy to orchestrate an attack, besides there was no value in that bay." Assured Zero.
"If it wasn't you, then who was it?" Asked Ohgi.
"I know what you think; honestly I don't like being framed by something I haven't done. Once I settle this situation, I will investigate about this matter." Said Zero
Back in Kawaguchi convention center
Miller and the MSF soldiers were duck walking through the stairs leading them to the upper levels, between floor 10 to 20. First they would check the rears of the hotel, the only way for the Japanese soldiers to fire rocket launchers is in the rears of the hotel just as he saw that helicopter getting blow up half an hour ago.
One MSF soldier draw out the x ray vision goggle. Its important to note that he is the only one who has it, after all the x ray vision goggle is very limited creating only 5 .Big Boss has the other one.
The MSF soldier watched through the goggle and saw many soldiers behind the walls and the roofs. Finally he spotted the Japanese soldiers with rocket launchers, most of them were in the balconies.
1 hour later. Night time in Kawaguchi convention center.
Big Boss and the hostages remained silent in the room; everything seemed to be normal until two soldiers approached to a hostage.
"YOU! Get up!" Shouted one of the Japanese soldiers, hostage got up but then he was dragged away making him scream in horror.
Minutes later outside.
"The special sniping platoon is in position. They're currently awaiting orders." Spoke a Britannian soldier through his communicator. "The commanders of each squadron are still conducting reconnaissance…"
"The students that are among the hostages are the people from the student council ,right? The negotiations are still going on ." Said Cecil while accommodating the cockpit of the Lancelot with Suzaku inside.
"I am a member of an organization. I must place the ideals held by the organization before my own personal emotions." Said Suzaku, suddenly he noticed something on the screen of Lancelot.
"Cecil, over there." Called Suzaku.
"What?" She saw the screen of the Lancelot wondering what is it. The screen zoomed to the roof of the hotel and saw something frightening.
"That's…" Suzaku saw a group of Japanese soldiers surrounding a hostage tied with ropes.
"Don't tell me the hostages are going to be…!" Said Cecil shocked.
"Stop, don't do it" Pleaded Suzaku, but one of the Japanese soldiers pushed, with his gun, the hostage making him fall to his death.
Suzaku eyes widened in horror and screamed "NO!"
Minutes later in the Mobile Base.
"If we don't receive any responses to our demands, we will make someone fly every thirty minutes. I hope that you can make a sincere effort on behalf of the hostages." Spoke Kusakabe in a recorded video.
In the hallway, Cornelia was heading somewhere accompanied with Guilford and Darlton discussing the situation.
"How barbaric of them to kill someone just to show us they're serious." Said Darlton with disgust.
"How about we proceed with the negotiations and request them to set the women and children free first?" Suggested Guilford to Cornelia.
"No!" Rejected Cornelia
"If we give in, we'll only be acknowledging the terrorist's position." Reasoned Cornelia.
"Then shall we storm in by force?" asked Darlton
"We should only do that after we are sure about Lady Euphemia's safety, right?" replied Guilford.
Cornelia gritted her teeth in frustration.
"Euphie… I…" Thought Cornelia. Then one of the officers came from behind.
"Governor-General, Zero has…" informed the officer who caught their attention.
"We have received word from Zero."
Meanwhile outside, away from the Mobile Base
"What? The Car #3 was stolen by Zero?" Asked Diethard while fishing on the edge of the lake.
"What is Gibson doing?"
"It was stolen without him noticing somehow" Responded one of the reporters.
"So where is it now?" Asked Diethard.
"In the middle of the army" Said the reporter which surprised Diethard.
Inside the Kawaguchi Convention Center. Tenth floor.
Ocelot and the 5 MSF soldiers were duck running through the corridor with the windows showing the bridge where the Britannian army is stationed. While running, one of the MSF stopped his track as he saw outside.
"Sir, you better take a look at this!" Called the soldier low enough for him to hear.
Ocelot and the MSF soldiers peeked through the window and saw something that surprised them.
Down there, they saw many lights illuminating a car while several KFs aimed at it. But that was not what caught their attention, on the car they saw that famous "terrorist" Zero.
"Don't tell me he intended's to enter the hotel" Expressed Ocelot, things are about to get more complicated.
"What do we do now sir?" Asked one of the MSF soldiers.
"Keep moving" Ordered Ocelot in which all the MSF soldiers complied and followed him. They'll need to make it fast before Zero arrives..
Ocelot contacted Miller through his radio "Miller, do you copy?"
"I hear you Ocelot, loud and clear." Responded Miller.
"We located the room were the hostages are being held. It's in the 20th floor" Informed Ocelot to Miller.
"Got it, I'm counting on you" Hoped Miller and the radio turned off.
"Lets hope we make it in time" Thought Ocelot. The corridor lead to the left so they turned to that direction, luckily it lead to where the elevators are, as well as the stairs.
"Were gonna have to take the stairs" Said Ocelot as he went through the stairs, if they went through the elevator they might be compromised by the JLF.
"Here comes again" Commented Ocelot remembering the stairs of Mother Base. It's going to be pretty exhausting for him and the soldiers.

Well here it is, I hope it was a good chapter, I know that there were some copy and paste, I just thought that those parts were important for the story.
