It starts with the aftermath of the Black Rebellion with buildings of the Tokyo Settlement, destroyed and on fire. Then, C.C is seen walking softly through the debris, with a sad expression.
"Huuueee huueeee, huuuueeee huuue huuuueee"
The scene changes to Mother Base in flames. The struts, bridges and command center crumbling and falling into pieces.
Then a big flash, indicating the explosion of Zeke's nuclear warhead.
"Huuuuuueee, Huuuuueee, Huuuuee hueee huuueee"
In the coast of Japan, there were several MSF survivors helping the wounded. Ocelot was standing on his Knightmare's left shoulder, his eyes darkened and looking at the sea.
"Huuehueee, Huue huuuuuuee, Huueeee hueee huuuueee"
Black Knight members were seen being arrested in Ashford Academy. Huey and Strangelove were also captured and being taken away by Britannian military and were boarded to an aircraft.
Euphy was inside Cornelia's room, she held on her hands a picture of herself and Cornelia when they were kids,the one where Cornelia was putting a crown made of flowers to her head. Euphy couldn't hold it as she fell to her knees and cried while hugging the picture.
"Why are we still here? Just to suffer?" Narrated Miller with a pained voice.
In Eliza's flagship destroyer "Valkyrie" of the Vikings of the North, Yang was hugging both Gregory and Eliza tightly while crying over the deaths of Zangief, Adalhelm, Shira, her soldiers, her home, but most importantly, her sister Lightning. Gregory was also seen with a sad expression, knowing that Zangief and Adalhelm died.
"Every night, I can feel my leg….my arm…even my fingers"
The scene changes to a torture chamber. It shows Amanda, stripped to only her undergarments, with her hands tied, on the ground and being lifted from her shoulder by a Britannian soldier. The Britannian then has her tied hands hanged on the wall.
"The body I lost…. The comrades I lost…. It won't stop hurting…. It's like they are all still there!"
A Britannian soldier punched her stomach very hard, causing her to cough hard. Amanda coughed for several moments. The soldier grabbed her hair from behind and pulled her backward, which caused her to wince in pain.
Amanda breathed very hard due to the pain she sustained and she galred at the soldier's eyes with hate. The soldier didn't take it well, so he threw her to the ground.
"You feel it too, don't you?"
The scene changes to Dafne and Akira hugging Liz, both of them suffering for the loss of Shira.
"I'm gonna make them give back our past!"
Inside the Emperor's room, Suzaku held Lelouch face to Charles as he activated his Geass and used it on him. Lelouch screamed when the Geass was put on him.
"HueeeHueee, Hueehueehueeee woaah wooaaah"
In a hospital room many medics were attending 3 individuals, there were 3 beds and on them were Miller, Big Boss and Kallen.
From Kallen's point of view, she was looking around almost in panic.
"Huueee, hueee, Hueee woooah oooaaaah"
"Don't you die on me damnit!" Shouted Miller to an unconscious Big Boss.
"His beat is dropping!"
The heart rate monitor started to beep loud indicating that his heart stopped.
"Hurry!"
The medics shouted as Big Boss was dying, Kallen's eyes were focused on Big Boss and she was looking desperately.
A medic grabbed the defibrillator and started to give him shocks.
"Hueeeueee hueee huaaaaaaah, huoaoah huoaaaaaah"
"Clear!"
*Shock!*
One of the medics applied CPR on Big Boss. Seconds later the medic applied again the shock.
"Clear!"

The heart rate monitor changed to normal, indicating that Big Boss is alive.
"How is he doing?!" Asked Miller in hope.
"He's stabilized, but it took too long… He is in a coma"
"Huuee woaah hueeeehueeeeeEEeee woaaaaaah woooaaaah"
Miller looked horrified at the news
"No…" Miller muttered in horror. Then his gaze turned to Kallen.
"What about her?" Miller asked with a concerned tone.
The main medic turned around and looked at Kallen with an uncertain expression.
"Hue hue, hueeeehueeeeeeeee woaaah woooaah huee hueeeeee, hueee huueeee hueeeeeeeeee woooaah wooooaahhh…..ooooooooooh"
A Britannian officer is in a chair with his hand tied, then a bucket of water was splashed on him, which caused him to cough roughly.
Ocelot was the one who threw the bucket as he walked around the man like a predator playing his prey.
The scene transitions to Ocelot bringing a pair of rods, loaded with electricity. The Britannian looked in terror at the implication. Ocelot let out a smirk as he touched the 2 rods together.
*ZAP!*
The 2 rods retracted by contact.
It then ends with Miller in a new outfit(His MGSV outfit), looking at the Britannian flag his eyes filled with hate and anger.

The scene changes to a desert, with a sandstorm going around. It then shows that in the sandstorm, 2 horses were seen, a dark one and a white one. It was Veg and Big Boss. Veg riding the dark one while Big Boss the white one. They both wore their respective outfit, but Big Boss was now wearing a new military outfit (Venom Snake's outfit)
"If we are to fight Britannia. We must reunite old allies and friends." Spoke Veg
"What happened to Miller and Ocelot?" Asked Big Boss
"During the time of your coma, many of your soldiers were able to go into hiding. Miller and Ocelot decided to split up in order to hide well. Britannia offered a high sum of money for anyone who captures them. One good news we have is that they left us some clues to find them." Explained Veg.
"I'm sure that Ocelot is aware of it now. But Miller…" Continued Veg, only to stop in mid-sentence.
"What is it?" Asked Big Boss
"He…hasn't been the same since that day. He is still angry, especially with me" Said Veg.
They both reached to a cliff of rocks and stared at the sanding road of the dessert.
"Is that the reason why we are here?" Asked Big Boss.
"More or less. Here in Egypt, I know someone who can help us gain more intel on Miller" Said Veg.
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot" Veg pulled out from his bag on his hip, a short brown scarf, with an insignia on top of it, it was a diamond shaped figure with green background. On it, was a wolf in the center approaching menacingly and there was a label under it.
"You see this? Miller and Ocelot made it for your new private army before you woke up… Diamond Wolves!"
Big Boss took it and wrapped it on his left arm, visible for everyone to see.
"Let's go!"
"Hyah!"
The horses then ran forward.

"So, what should we do now, Boss?" Asked a Diamond Wolf soldier as he was walking behind Big Boss. Big Boss doesn't reply as he just walks.
"Reaching out, grasping for a fleeting memory"
"We take the war to Britannia's doorstep" Finally said Big Boss, his voice without emotion. The soldier nodded, sharing his desire for revenge. The soldier walked away as Big Boss silhouette became darker.
"All the thoughts keep piercing this broken mind"
In a giant forest, it shows a Britannian facility, and on the cliff was Yang and Eliza on the ground while watching the facility with their own scopes. Their eyes were filled with wrath as they watched the facility.
"I fall, but I'm still standing motionless"
Kane appears in a Britannian hall way in his civilian outfit and his eyes were shinning with red color.
"Far, in the distance"
The scene changes to another forest, this time it focuses on a gypsy carriage.
"There is light, a light that burns these scars of old"
A young man and a young woman, wearing gypsy outfits, were standing next to each other and stared at the sky.
"What do you say? Should we help them?" Spoke the young man.
"I'm… not sure. We joined the gypsies for a peaceful life after defeating Euro-Britannia" Replied the young woman.
"Yeah, all thanks to Big Boss and his men for crippling their army"
"All this pain reminds me of what I am"
"Do you believe it's heaven?" Asked the young woman.
"Perhaps…" The young man turned his sight to her.
"I'll live, I'll become all I need to be"
He put his hand on her left cheek.
"Nonetheless, wherever you go, we will be there for you…" Spoke the young man.
The young woman smiled tenderly, she gazed at the gypsy carriage, seeing her group.
"I know you would, Akito"

The scene changes to a small dark chamber, Big Boss stretched his right arm and his hand inserted into a mechanical glove. Then with his other arm, he stretched it too and his left hand inserted into another mechanical glove
"woooooo hooooooooo ooooooOOOOOOooooooOOOOooooooo"
Big Boss then stepped on what seems like paddles. Big Boss closed his eyes. He breathed in and then breathed out slowly.
"WOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
He suddenly opened his eyes and stretched his arms backwards as the chamber came to life, with blue lights shinning behind him and a pattern of thin green colored lights ran through the whole chamber.
"WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOooOOOOOOoooooOOoooOOOOOO!"
A pair of mechanical legs walked through the dark room, and with each step, he was approaching to a light. Silhouettes started to form around its body, it revealed mechanical arms, body and head.
"WOOOOOOHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
The light revealed its face, it was a dark green colored Alexander Knightmare with red horns and a device on its right eye that resembles an eye patch. The Knightmare stopped with the lights revealing its design in all its glory. Green colored with dark green splitters, and without the cockpit on its back, instead it's inside the body. And on its left shoulder has a name: Punished Snake
"WOOOOOOHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Punished Snake ran forward and spread its arms as it skydived through the sky. While falling, its hands shone with light blue energy and then it propelled forward. The scene transitioned to Punished Snake scaling through a building until it reached to the top, revealing several Knightmares inspecting the area from the rooftop.
"Words that kill"
Punished Snake eye glowed, then ran forward and quickly hid behind a wall.
"Would you speak them to me?"
The scene changes to a large French town with Punished Snake hanging on the edge of a building and moving slowly undetected with the Britannian Knightmares watching around.
"With your breath so still, it makes me believe"
Punished Snake dig its left hand on the wall of a building and ran forward while making a trail of rocks from its hand, then once he reached the end of the wall, it jumped to the next building and then grabbed one of the windows.
The scene changes to clear rooftops, with Punished Snake jumping from building to building and with Britannian Knightmares on the ground inspecting the area unaware of Punished Snake jumping.
"In the faaatheeeer's siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiins!"
Punished Snake crawled on the ground and passed through debris with a Sutherland inspecting the area and then walked parallelly to where Punished SNAKE was crawling.
"Let me suffer now and never die"
Punished Snake stopped crawling and then crouched walked forward, One of the Sutherlands comes out and was about to turn its side to the left where Punished Snake was. Suddenly Punished Snake jumped to the right and avoided the Sutherland line of sight.
"IIIII'mmm aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive!"
Punished Snake jumped down from a building and stabbed with a hidden blade from under its wrist on a Sutherland from behind, and then with its other hand in slow-motion drew out its handgun and then shoot the 3 Sutherlands on the head with a quick movement as time resumed.
*Lyrics stops for a moment*
The scene changes to hospital hallway, with Veg dragging Big Boss who is only wearing a patient pants and with a bandage on the right side of his face.
"I'm so sorry, Big Boss. This whole mess was my fault, I should have told you guys about it back then."
"Save for it later, we need to get out of here!" Growled Big Boss with a weakened tone.
The hall trembled as they both fell on the ground.
"This is getting nowhere. Carrying you will make this faster."
Veg then quickly tried to carry Big Boss, by putting his body on his shoulder.
"I did it!"
Then Veg sighed.
"Jeez, Boss. You are REALLY heavy. Did you gain weight while in coma?" Joked Veg as he proceeded to walk faster.
"Shut up" Said Big Boss annoyed.

It shows Suzaku, now in his Knight of Round outfit, walking forward with a determined face. Then the scene changes to his Lancelot, ready to be launched as it did its signature pose when being launched.

Charles is seen standing in the Sword of Akasha, he speaks some inaudible words, he then extended his right arm. With a smirk, he clenched his right hand into a fist and then moved it backward, with his cape following it.

It shows Miller standing in front of hundreds of soldiers. Miller was doing an inaudible speech and his mannerism were like of a dictator.

V.V smirks evilly inside the Siegfried. Buildings from the Tokyo Settlement explodes and in the night sky hundreds of Britannian Knightmares charges with their weapons on hand.

Gregory, Eliza, Yang, Liz, Cornelio and Orpheus appears running in a field, they stop as they are facing something and then prepared themselves to fight them.

Diamond Wolves Knightmares and soldiers appears behind a giant slope in a desert and they fire their assault rifles on Chinese, Britannian and Black Knights forces.
"It's just means to an end"
In a Britannian train station, Ocelot shot a bullet from his revolver, just to be sliced in half by Jeremiah in his new improved cyborg appearance.
"Our salvation liiiiiiiiie in the Father's sins"
The Mordred flew on the sky and unleashed its cannon on Diamond Wolves Knightmares that are charging at it. The Knightmares swiftly moved and dodged the attack and proceeded to take the Mordred down with missiles and firepower. Anya's cockpit shook as she grunted in pain.
"Beyond the truuuuuuuuuuuuth"
Punished Snake sucker punches the Tristan, then the scene changes into night time in a forest, hundreds of Chinese Federation tanks fired missiles upward and straight to their target.
"Let me suffer noooowww!"
Punished Snake walked forward and stops on a cliff, with the missiles from the Chinese Federation tanks aimed at him. Then he charged and jumped from the cliff.

The Lancelot and Punished Snake clashes each other with their own respective weapons, Lancelot with the Maser Vibration Sword and Punished Snake's hidden blade. They pushed each other, causing them to jump backwards.

Lancelot and Punished Snake stared intensely and then they both charged again.

Kallen roars with tears in her eyes as the Guren and Punished Snake clashed each other with their fists.

Ocelot blocked Jeremiah's blade with his revolver in the train station.

A woman held Big Boss cheeks and kisses him on the mouth.

In a forest, Britannian Knightmares lands on the slopes and surrounds the Shinkiro and Punished Snake. The 2 Knightmares stares at the Britannian Knightmares.

The Shinkiro and Punished Snake both jumped backward and were now back-to-back, ready to fight them.

The scene changes to dark forest, with Big Boss and Zero facing each other.

Zero walks forward and extended his left hand for a handshake.
Big Boss approached Lelouch, and doesn't shake his hand yet.

Inside a prison, children wearing prisoners outfit took several steps back in fear as they stared at something.

"WOOOOOOHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
It shows Snake's face and then he slowly opened his eye. The background starts to fade out as his left eye revealed a blue V shaped bird and the title appears on the left side of the V.

Few things I want to mention about the sequel:
It will be rated M, meaning that I can go full creative.
The story will be a mix between MGSV The Phantom Pain and Code Geass R2, although the story will be more like 60 percent with MSGV and 40 percent with R2.
Expect an evil Big Boss that we all wanted to see on MGS V. So, I may kinda go out of character with Big Boss, which will be him going full angry and go on a killing spree. I will also add some of the good sides of Venom Snake that was shown in the main canon, so that while Big Boss is evil, he's rational and deep inside he still retains some good in him. How I'm going to do it? I may have found a way with Big Boss's shrapnel horn.
The story will be about revenge and redemption.
For the reviewer who asked when the people of Code Geass will learn that Big Boss and his soldiers are from an alternate world, it will be answered here at some point.
There won't be any more reference characters aside from the ones I introduced and 1 more I have always wanted to add.
About the settings of Australia and Ukanda, let me know if you guys want me to have them appear. With Australia, I have a few things on my mind but I won't be focusing on them much since the main focus will be about Big Boss and Lelouch. It would be put as Extra Side Stories as I always said and it would be more about the reference characters (I already established RWBY-like characters with Yang and Rose)
With Ukanda, I previously thought about it with the help of Nightroad and Helghast, but I honestly started to lose interest on it. So I may likely put Ukanda as part of the alternate timeline rather than have it in the main timeline.
And finally, I will be able to do what I wasn't able to do in this story due to the setting. Code Geass characters joining Big Boss as official members!

I don't know how long the hiatus is going to be, I may get very busy with life and it requires a lot of my attention. I'm working my way as an animator and it's one of those activities that I would feel motivated and work for hours.
But who knows? I might write slowly the chapters during my long hiatus and maybe give you guys a surprise!
I'm thinking about having in total 25 chapters for the sequel. I already have some drafts and ideas for almost 10 chapters, so for now I'm open for any suggestions or ideas to fill some gaps of the story.
