Just a cute little one shot. I may do more with it later. As always, Disney owns everything. I just fan-girl over it

She had really done it now, Mal thought to herself while laughing freely. Her only choice was to outrun them all. She smirked to herself. It should be no problem. She was nimble and light on her feet thanks to her fairy heritage. Her dragon half made her as swift as the wind. Her father's side meant she had the stamina of a goddess. So she wasn't worried about them catching her at the moment.

She spared a glance back to see she was a few meters ahead of her pursuers but that didn't mean she could rest. She moved swiftly away from the beach and into the dark forest. She hoped they would be more weary of entering, not knowing if they were going to run into some truly dangerous wild animals. None were more dangerous than her, so she had nothing to fear. After several moments scrambling through the brush, she no longer heard footsteps and swearing behind her.

Confident that she had managed to escape, she slowed her pace, taking her time to enjoy the dark forest at night. She came to a small clearing where an older tree had fallen. Not for the first time, she wondered how beautiful would the Isle be if they just let nature reclaim it. It must be the fairy in her that made her so susceptible to the spell of outdoors. The moon lit up the clearing, aiding her with it's white brilliance. Not that she needed it's help of course, she could see fairly well in the dark.

The next step she took she felt a small pain in her foot. She decided she could afford a quick break. She sat down on the fallen tree, looking down at her boots to see if there was any damage. She must have stepped on a briar bush because there was indeed a huge thorn stuck inside her boot. She grumbled, taking off her boot so as better to remove the thorn. Distracted, she wasn't paying attention to the noises around her.

Mal made a mental note to do so more often as she felt the tip of a blade at her back. "If you wanted to get my attention lass, there are better ways to do so," a familiar voice said.

"Hi Harry," she replied, not even bothering to look. She continued removing the thorn from her boot. When she was finished, she put the boot back on snapping the buckles back in place.

"Where is it, Mal?" Mal felt the tip of the sword push a little further inward as Harry interrogated her. It was enough to draw blood but she ignored it. She'd had worse injuries than that before. She was just miffed that her favorite jacket now had a hole in it. She would need Evie mend it for her.

"It's right here Harry. And did you have to ruin my jacket?" Mal reached down pulling the silver hook from her belt loop. She deliberately kept it out of his reach so he would have to lower the sword to take it from her. As he leaned over her, she used the opportunity to pull him forward, catching him off balance. He was thrown over her shoulder and landed on his back with an "oomph". He groaned as the air was knocked out of him, grabbing his chest as if injured.

Mal laughed in triumph as she leaned over him, but it would be her undoing. Harry, having feigned his injury, applied Mal's own move against her, sending her tumbling to the ground as well. She hit the forest floor hard and Harry wasted no time to pin her down. Her struggles were in vain though as he used his body to keep her immobile. Smirking, he reached for his hook on the grass next to her.

Harry had been furious with her for stealing his hook. The little witch had thought to sneak aboard the ship while he was sleeping. What Mal hadn't counted on was him being a light sleeper or that his crew would chase her to retrieve his prized possession. Now here she was, powerless against him.

Mal's hair was splayed out around her, her cheeks flushed from exertion. He ran the tip of his hook gently against her the side of her face. She shivered. Whether it was from fear or something else, he couldn't say. "Now what should your punishment be?" Harry smirked at the angry look on her face. "Should I make you walk the plank?" She raised an eyebrow at him. "Should I tie you to a anchor and use you as shark bait?" She yawned at the suggestion. "Or..." Harry grinned, "How bout I just take your first kiss then?" Her eyes widened.

Before Mal could protest, Harry's lips crushed down on hers. She stiffened but her struggles soon ceased. He pulled back to look at her. Her eyes were blazing green and there was a faint blush on her cheeks. He had been right, it was her first kiss. "I don't think that was enough punishment, I think you need a bit more." He bent his head and kissed her again, this time gently. His tongue played against her lips seeking entry. Much to his surprise, she opened her mouth allowing him to deepen the kiss. Eventually he moved away from her lips to kiss the side of her jaw, kissing a path down to where the neck and shoulder meet.

Suddenly there was noise in the woods as someone called out Mal's name. Harry sighed. "Well looks like your punishment has been postponed for now Mali girl." He grinned evilly at the wicked idea he just had. He bit down on her neck, sucking hard as he did so. She moaned while bucking against him. He looked down, admiring his handy work. "Let that serve as a reminder, never to touch my hook."

"So I can steal other things then?" She asked smugly. The noise was getting closer, distracting him, so he didn't respond. He stood up instead, dusting himself off, leaving her there to lay on the cold ground. After all he was pirate, not a gentleman.

"Just remember I will always catch you. Until next time little fairy," He bowed to her and backed into the shadows right as Jay and Evie came into the clearing.

"Mal? You've been gone for hours, what happened?" Jay questioned.

"Just playing tag with pirates," She responded as she pushed herself up off the ground, making sure to hide the mark on her neck with the collar of her jacket.

"Uh huh," Evie said suspiciously. "Aren't you a little old for tag?"

Seeing the way Evie was looking her up and down, she redirected the girl's attention so she wouldn't see Mal's neck. "Hey Evie, my jacket got torn in the back when I fell, could you stitch it up for me?"

Evie's eyes flared, "Mal! I just fixed it! Do you know how much work it is going to be for me to find some matching thread for that?"

"You know I'll find you some more!" Mal said exasperatedly. "Where's Carlos?"

"He fell asleep waiting up for you at the hideout," Jay replied.

"Alright, let's go home," Mal said, a wicked smile on her lips as she thought of what further trouble she could create for the hooked pirate.
