After yesterday, I was tired. We all were. We all went to sleep at around 9 pm which we were lucky we did because on day 2, while I was having a great dream about getting home, we were rudely disrupted from our "beauty sleep" and were told to do a 20km run around the island.
Everybody was pretty pissed, especially me, I'm not a runner soo I began to walk. As I walk Chris reminds us that if we don't run you'll lose the challenge, I'm a team player so I decide to run. After getting back to the campground we were told to go inside the cafeteria we were introduced to a table, filled with delicious food. Not the kind Chef makes, it was real food.
It reminded me of thanksgiving. Everybody started to drool and Chris told us to dig in. I only had a little bit of turkey because I'm not a morning eater. It was delicious, even though Owen and some others gobbled up the food in minutes, what I got was delicious.
I looked at Chris and he had a big grin on his face. I knew something was up until Chris with his loud mouth announces.
"Welcome campers to part 2 of the challenge."
Everybody was confused, Owen obviously thought that was the challenge and had a pissed look on his face.
"It's time for the Awake-athon" Chris announces.
What a snarky bitch, at least I didn't eat too much. I now knew that Owen wasn't going to make it, maybe that will teach you not to eat so much.
Chris started to explain the challenge, but it was pretty obvious. The team with the last camper awake would win the challenge. Everybody was pretty bummed because they had a 20km walk for starters and then a turkey dinner for the main course.
"Man he's good" Gwen muttered annoyed as fuck.
Everybody was ordered by Chris to go to the campfire grounds. It was pretty easy the first 1 hour in. It got harder as the hours progressed from 4 hours to 8 hours to 12 hours. I was still pretty awake. That's all I remember because, at around 20 or 21 hours of boredom, I fell asleep. I woke up at whatever day and time it was but I felt something soft. I don't know what got into me but I decided to kiss it. I open my eyes and see the Cody kid.
"AHHH" I screamed and soon Cody was to join me.
We both went haywire and ran around the place, anywhere away from him is where I went. Soon after, I forgot about it and went to have a shower. I couldn't believe I had been asleep for 2 days straight and the others were still awake. Chris had to teach them the history of Canada to get Eva, Heather, and Trent asleep. After having a shower, I see Duncan going to have a toilet break. After Duncan being in there for 15 minutes, I inform the producers about it and they decide to go checking on them. It turns out Duncan was asleep. Hah, the dude was too tired to even go to the toilet.
After dinner, the campfire ceremony went on and I asked Geoff who got voted off. He told me while I was having a shower Eva couldn't find her MP3 player and went nuts, throwing stuff everywhere. She said one of us stole the MP3 player, but Heather found it on the ground trying to find the rightful owner. Then we ended up talking about how neither of us liked the girl, then decided to go to bed.
