Chapter 8 To The Krusty Krab
It was late that night, when Squidward and Squilliam decided to sneak out. Squidward was peaking outside their room to see if anyone was around. "Is it safe?" Squilliam wondered. "I think so" Squidward said. Squidward slowly opened the bed room door. The two young squid's slowly tip toed out of their room and down the stairs. Every room was dark… except for this one room across the hall. Squidward and Squilliam tip toed away. But, as they got farther away from that room, the floor started creaking. "We have to be really quiet" Squidward whispered. Squilliam nodded in agreement. Squidward and Squilliam finally got to the front door, but then they heard a voice, startling them both.
"Leaving so soon, kids". Squidward and Squilliam jumped, they turned around to see Jason. Squidward and Squilliam had a nervous smile on their face. Jason shook his head and took their wrists, and pulled them away. They made it to the room that Squidward and Squilliam saw the light on in. Jason lightly knocked on the door."Yes?" Plankton's voice was heard on the other side. "Hello, boss. Sorry to bother you, but Squidward and Squilliam were trying to escape" Jason informed him.
"Escape. Come on in" Plankton said. Jason opened the door. This room was another bed room. This one had a tv and a desk, almost like a regular bedroom. Plankton's wife, Karen was in the room, too. Jason, Squidward and Squilliam are now in the room. "I was just about to turn in for the night" Plankton said. "Blame these two for trying to escape" Jason stated. "We're not going to be your pets, anymore, Plankton" Squidward told him. "We're leaving". Squidward and Squilliam turned, and ran around Jason so they could escape.
"Hey!" Jason cried. Jason ran out of the room, Plankton following behind. Squidward and Squilliam ran out of the mansion, with Jason and Plankton following them. "We have to lose them" Squilliam thought. "That way we can get back to the Krusty Krab, but how? "Squidward wondered. "Lets split up" Squilliam suggested.
"Will we just run until we get to the Krusty Krab?" Squidward questioned.
"Yeah, that way we have time to lose them… see ya there" Squilliam said.
Squidward and Squilliam ran in different directions. Jason chased Squidward and Plankton chased Squilliam. Squidward finally made it to the Krusty Krab. As far as he could tell, he had lost Jason. Squidward was out of breath, but he ran inside.
" !" Squidward called. " , I'm here!". "Be right there" ' voice called out.
came out of his office."I'm glad to see ya, . Where's Squilliam". wondered. "He's still on his way" Squidward answered. "We split up because Plankton and one of his guys were chasing us". All of the sudden, they heard someone scream. Squidward and turned to see Squilliam running into the Krusty Krab, with Jason right behind him. Squilliam ran until he was next to Squidward and . Squilliam was panting.
"Hold it, right there, " Jason ordered. Jason came inside the restaurant.
"You two were not aloud to leave" Jason told them.
stood in front of Squidwaed and Squilliam. "Aww, I know all about Plankton's plan to use Squidward and Squilliam to make me give Plankton the formula, and it's not going to work" growled. Jason smirked. "Not even for money". growled again. Squilliam walked up to . "I am not going to pay you to give Plankton the secret formula" Squilliam reassured him.
"What!?" A voice called out. It was Plankton. Plankton walked up to them. "What do you mean you're not going to pay Krabs until he gives me the formula?". "I am not going to do that to Squiddy and his boss. You can beg me all you want, but it is not going to work. I am done with this game, Plankton" Squilliam told him. Plankton turned to Squidward. "Alright, Tentacles. This is your last chance. Give me the formula or else I'll destroy you and the Krusty Krab" Plankton threatened. "Oh, no you don't" a voice said. Everyone looked to see Jeff Tentacles right inside the Krusty Krab, and he was not happy. Jeff walked up to them.
"I am not going to let you destroy my son. I quit! I am going straight to the phone to call the police right now. You can take me and ruin my life all you want, but you are not going to hurt my son".
