"You really get distracted in the Observatory, don't you?" Ruby teased.
"Aheheheh… this place is really big and fun to explore!" Penny giggled. "I didn't notice everyone going into the Fountain dome."
"Oh, it's fine." Ruby chuckled as they would see Yang coming in for a landing. "Oh, there she is!" She said as Yang limped toward the group with the Yellow Wisp accompanying her. "Oh my gosh… Yang, are you okay?!" She asked, immediately rushing to her side.
"Ugh, not really… got my ass handed to me by a maniacal top of all things…" Yang winced. "And on top of that, this comet came over and didn't do me any favors… it got rid of all my aura…"
"Come on sis, let's take you inside!" Ruby said, taking her into the Blue Typhoon's infirmary, catching the attention of her team, Rosalina and Tai as they rushed over as Ruby called up Jaune.
"What happened to you?" Jaune asked as Ruby got her sat down on the bed.
"This white comet came out of nowhere and… got my ass kicked by a top of all things…"
"A top? Did it have spikes coming out of it and had evil looking eyes?" Rosalina asked.
"Yeah…"
"Mmm, it sounds like you came into contact with Topmaniac and his Topmen. They're vicious and will do anything in their power to kill you… and you said there was a white comet?"
"Yeah… drained all my aura just like that."
"That was a Daredevil Comet. Those things are no joke."
"Yeah… I've noticed." Yang winced as Rosalina healed her up while Jaune put his hand on Yang's shoulder and activated his aura to get her aura back. "Thanks."
"These Daredevil Comets sound like a pain." Weiss said.
"If that's the case, we need to be on our guard." Blake added with Weiss nodding.
"You going to be okay?" Tai asked.
"Yeah… I've been through worse." Yang said with a chuckle. "Way worse."
Tai chuckled. "That's my girl." He said.
"Considering you just got beaten up, I suggest you take it easy." Rosalina said.
"Yeah, that's probably for the best." Yang agreed, laying on her back as Zwei hopped up on the bed and snuggled into her.
"Let us know if you need anything." Tai said as they walked out as Yang stared up at the ceiling.
"There will come a time where that tactic will no longer work unless you prefer dying on the battlefield, looking at the clouds and waiting for death's embrace to take you. By the time help arrives, it will be too late."
"Huh?"
"You'd be lucky to even be alive."
Yang put her hand on her forehead and let out a soft sigh. "Of all things to come back and haunt me…" She mumbled, closing her eyes.
"Rosalina!" Cream ran up to her.
"Hmm? What is it?" Rosalina asked.
"We met this strange man in Space Junk Galaxy."
"Chao chao!"
"Strange man?"
"Yeah, I think he was as astronaut but he was wearing red."
Rosalina's eyes widened. "A red astronaut? Goodness, it's been far too long…"
"You know them?"
"Yes. I've ran into them a few centuries ago. They were nice people." Rosalina said. "I wonder how they're holding up?"
Meanwhile…
"NOT AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN!" Red yelled, drifting off into space after being ejected once more.
Back in the Observatory…
"Hmm, I'm sure they're fine." Rosalina chuckled.
With Pit and Palutena…
"Hi there!" A Hungry Luma said. "If you feed me 400 Star Bits, I'll transform!"
"Hmm… you know, I haven't had a shot at a Galaxy yet, so this should be fun!" Palutena said, launching 400 Star Bits into the Hungry Luma.
"Oooh… thank you… I'm gonna burst… I think I'm gonna… TRANSFOOOOORM!" The Hungry Luma blasted off, away from the Fountain.
"Do they have to say that all the time?" Pit wondered after the glowing stopped.
"I think they're just excited." Palutena said as the two of them went into the Launch Star and blasted off.

BGM: Tension (Super Mario Galaxy)
Palutena and Pit landed on a small planet in Sling Pod Galaxy. "Whoooooa, that's a big black hole!" Pit said, paling up. "Smack dab in the middle of this galaxy!"
Palutena let out a chuckle as she got on a Sling Pod. "Don't worry, I can bring you back or I can just teleport myself to safety." She said as she leaned back.
"You sure this is safe?"
"It's just a Sling Pod, how bad can it be?" Palutena smiled, leaning back and waiting for a cannonball to pass as she immediately shot out to the next sling pod and shot out again, only to come face first to a cannonball. "OOOF!" She grunted and started falling but she Warped back to the starting point.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm alright!" Palutena said, shaking it off. "I got a little greedy there." She giggled as she got on the sling pod and blasted off, only to get a little ahead of herself and hit the first cannonball.
"Oh!" Pit winced as Palutena returned.
"That never happened." Palutena said as she shot off and then launched herself to the third Sling Pod, but she launched a little too late as a gate slammed into her side, disrupting her flight as she fell.
"Oooooh!" Pit winced as Palutena Warped again.
"Smoke got in my eyes." She said as she tried again as she launched herself to the same Sling Pod and dodged the gates, but was a little off on her trajectory and overshot the sling pod. "Wha?!" She went back to Pit and was looking annoyed, this time trying again, but overshot the beginning Sling Pod.
"You… uh… okay?"
"Yes, I'm okay! This is just a little more challenging."
"I mean… I could do it if you want."
"No, I got this!" Palutena said.
Many failed attempts later…
"Alright… this time, I got it." Palutena said, her hair all frazzled and had some burn marks on her body, seeing the Power Star in front of her and waiting for the four firebars to pass. She then launched herself… but found herself cutting it short and a fire bar smacked into her face. "YAAAAAGH!" She screamed as she warped back, her hair sizzling. "That… is… it."
"What is?"
"Pit… we are cheesing this galaxy."
"Huh?" Pit immediately pictured a block of cheese. "What does a block of cheese have to do with this galaxy?"
"Wrong cheese!" Palutena said, activating the Power of Flight and guiding Pit to the Star.
"Whooooooa!" Pit yelped in surprise as he easily took the Power Star. "No offense Lady Palutena, but maybe we should have done this from the start?"
"Yeah… it's occurring to me." Palutena said as the two of them flew off… but she snapped her fingers while doing so.
"What was that for?" Pit wondered as he heard explosions behind him as he saw multiple lasers raining down. "Wah! What's that?!"
"My Palutena Glam Blaster." She responded, as nothing remained of the Galaxy after the lasers stopped raining down.

At the Observatory…
"That's odd… Sling Pod Galaxy has been wiped off the map…" Polari said.
"It has? But who would destroy such a place?" Rosalina wondered as they saw Pit and Palutena returning, where they saw the latter a complete mess. "Ooooh…"
"Never. Again." Palutena said in annoyance.
"And this is why you never make a goddess angry…" Rosalina sweatdropped.
"Noted."
At Hurry-Scurry Galaxy…
Ren landed on a platform, seeing a path of shrinking tiles before him. "Hmm…" He touched a tile in front of him as it shrunk before disappearing. He would notice that it wasn't coming back. "Definitely not like those donut blocks." He noted as he hurried along the path of the tiles before making it to the other end. He immediately spotted a capsule that contained a green Wisp. He knelt down and touched the button to free him. "You're free, little guy." He said as the green wisp happily chirped and circled around Ren in happiness. "You want to come with?" He asked as it nodded. "Okay then." He would then head over to the Launch Star and launched to the Hurry Scurry planet.
However, he would immediately notice that the whole planet contained Shrinking Tiles, plus a black hole in the middle of the planet. He would notice music notes being traced all over the planet as he immediately started booking it… but he had an idea and looked at the Wisp. He looked a bit nervous. The wisp immediately responded by going inside Ren as he was enveloped in a green aura and his eyes glowed green.
"HOVER!"
BGM: Green Hover (Sonic Colors)
Ren would find himself lifting up the ground. "Phew…" He whispered as he started hovering toward the notes… when he decided to try something different and got into position as he boosted his way through the notes, collecting them in a swift motion. By the time he collected the last note, he saw the black hole disappear and would turn into a Power Star. He would raise an eyebrow before shrugging as he went to collect the Power Star, then he flew off.

At Rolling Green Galaxy…
Nora would land on a planet where she would see a ball with a Power Star inside of it. "Ooooh!" She walked over to it and tried to pry it open but to no avail. "Mmmph! Hrrrgh…! Come on…!" She would climb on top of it. "Open up, you dumb thing…! Rrrrgh!" She growled and the ball started moving.
BGM: Star Ball 1 (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Whooooooa!" Nora would try to balance herself and moved her feet. "Why are you rolling?! Why am I rolling?!" She exclaimed as she slammed into a ledge and while the ball stopped abruptly, Nora didn't as she rolled on the platform and then rolled off into the abyss. "WAAAAAAAAAAH!" She yelled as a gravity bubble surrounded Nora and took her back to the planet. "Phew…" She sighed with relief as she walked over to the Star Ball as she knelt down and picked it up until it rolled onto the platform. She then got back on the ball to try and pry it open, but rolled again as she went into a small hole and was launched up to another planet.
"WHOOOOOOOOA!" She yelled as she landed on the ground. "Phew…" She sighed in relief as she would try to balance herself while rolling, but ran over a Goomba as the momentum bounced her and the Star Ball off the edge and into the abyss. "AAAAAAAH!" She screamed as a gravity bubble would take her and the Star Ball back on the starting planet. "Mmmph…" She grumbled as she sat on top of the Star Ball. "How do I get this open…" She wondered as the ball moved and caused her to fall on her back as the ball ran her over. "Mmmph! Ow…" She grumbled as she got on the ball and rolled off, deciding to jump as it jumped with her on the launcher, as they went on the next planet and rolled to a hole while avoiding the Goombas.
Once she went down the hole, she went on some railings and started rolling quickly. "Whoa… WHOA! WHOOOOOA!" She yelled as she landed on the ground, but fell off as the ball went rolling off without her and fell into a hole. The gravity bubble would catch it and send it back. "Rrrgh!" She grumbled as she called her Star and flew to the Star Ball and tried it again, this time jumping off and getting in front of the ball to stop it. "Phew…" She then got behind it and then pulled out her hammer, giving it a good swing. "FOOOOOOOORE!" She yelled, launching the Star Ball toward the flag pole.
The Star Ball hit the flag pole as the flag bent back and then launched the Star Ball back, smacking into Nora while her back was turned. "OOOF!" She grunted as they went into the abyss, then they were sent back to the starting planet. "THAT'S IT!" Nora yelled, transferring her Thunder Hand into the hammer and swinging it down angrily… which shattered the Star Ball and freed the Power Star. "…Oh!" She said in surprised as she took it with a smile. "Should've done that from the start!" She said and flew off.

"Uh oh! Looks like we got major power readings coming from the fountain!" Polari said once Ren and Nora came back.
"What is it?" Ruby asked.
"Looks like it's Bowser and Eggman doing something!" Polari said.
Rosalina clenched her fists once she heard Bowser and Eggman. "I see." She whispered, her body trembling in anger after her encounter with them.
"We'll go!" Ruby said as Weiss and Blake nodded.
"I'll go too!" A voice said as Yang approached them, ready to rumble. "I can't wait to pummel Bowser again… plus I can't wait to pummel Eggman while I'm at it." She said.
Ruby looked down at her Galarian outfit. "Hmm… I'm not dressed appropriately here." She said as she quickly ran off.
"Probably doesn't want to ruin it." Weiss guessed.
"We'll go too!" Nora said as JPR readied themselves.
"I'll go fight Egghead, why not?" Sonic chuckled.
"Ooooh, Ibuki'll go with ya!" Ibuki said as the Mario bros walked ahead.
"I will go with you as well." Penny said where Ruby came back in her Combat Skirt.
"Let's go!" Ruby said as they walked off, only for Pit to join up with them as they went into the Fountain and launched off.
"Hmm… I think that's a bit overkill." Hiyoko said.
"Nah, it's the right amount." Knuckles said. "Eggman's not to be taken lightly. The more people to fight him, the better."
"I see…" Hiyoko mused. "Well, here's hoping that's enough."
"If they can't take him down, then we'll provide back up." Palutena told her.
"Good luck…" Rosalina whispered.
BGM: Bowser's Star Reactor (Super Mario Galaxy)
The group landed on the ground as they looked at the trail ahead, then they proceeded to run off while dodging the firebars. They noticed a few Egg Robos pointing their ray guns at the group as Sonic spin dashed into one of them as Ruby charged at another with a Ruby Tornado as Sonic used a Homing Attack to knock him into a black hole. Two Buzz Bombers flew toward them but were quickly destroyed by Mario and Luigi as the latter knocked one underneath a Thwomp who immediately crushed it.
They quickly got through the Thwomp while also dodging the Fire Pressures. They would come across a few platforms near a Gravity Planet as they hopped on it but would fall to the ceiling from the gravity change, but they managed to get through it through patience, though Sonic nearly fell into a black hole due to his impatience but they pulled through "You ever learned the meaning of patience, Sonic-chan?" Ibuki asked.
"Not in my vocabulary." Sonic responded as they walked through the stairway while dodging the Firebars and a few Buzz Bombers and one Crabmeat. Once they got through that, they heard the sound of Bowser roaring as he jumped onto the platform and started spitting out… meteors?
"Whoa! That's new!" Luigi exclaimed as they quickly ran as the meteors hit the platforms and destroyed them but they were able to get to safety, and by safety, I mean get on the same platform as the Koopa King.

BGM: Bowser Appears (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Bwahahaha! You finally made it!" Bowser said as they all readied themselves. "Just in time to stomp all of you into space bits!" He said and then glanced at Ibuki. "…Who's the Punk Guitar Hero cosplayer?"
"Ibuki Mioda! And Ibuki is ready to kick your scaly tail, you hear her?" Ibuki said, readying her guitar.
Bowser blinked, looking at the gang. "Does she always speak in the third-"
"Yeah, just roll with it. She's a loon, but she means business." Yang said.
"You got that right, Yang-chan!"
"Yang-cha-… I'm not even gonna ask." Bowser shook his head and then stomped his foot, letting out a roar as they were all taken to the planet above them.

BGM: King Bowser (Super Mario Galaxy)
Galactic King of Awesome - Bowser
Bowser would punch the ground to create a shockwave, but they easily jumped over it as Ibuki and Mario rushed at him where Ibuki swung her battle axe and hit him head on, but Bowser easily grabbed the battle axe. Ibuki let out a smirk as she strummed the guitar as an electric forcefield surrounded her and zapped Bowser. "ARGH!" He grunted as he backed up as Ibuki swung her axe to knock him back as Mario jumped over and punched him in the head.
Bowser responded by backhanding Mario as Ruby rushed at him and then slashed at him but Bowser grabbed a hold of her scythe with a smirk. Ruby activated her Rose Palm and would push him back but Bowser grabbed her hand and smirked at her. "Not gonna happen!" He smirked, but he suddenly felt his tail being grabbed as Yang pulled her away from Ruby and swung him, releasing him from Ruby as she jumped ahead and punched Bowser in the face right after.
Weiss and Blake rushed at Bowser as the latter pulled out Eiskönigin and slashed at Bowser. Bowser dodged the attack as he grabbed a hold of Blake's whip and yanked her, delivering a punch as Blake disappeared. Bowser smirked and went into his shell, forcing Blake to skid to a halt and jumped back as Bowser rolled straight to Weiss, as she dove out of the way as she stabbed the planet to create a row of icicles to stop him, but Bowser jumped over the ice as Nora got into position and swung her hammer to send Bowser rolling across the planet. "Got ya!" Nora smirked, but Bowser came around on the other side and slammed into Nora. "OOOOF!"
Bowser got out of his shell as he jumped up in the air and attempted to slam down on the ground right on Luigi and Jaune, but they dove out of the way as he landed on a blue tile and shattered it, hitting the lava as he burned his tail. He let out a yelp and started running around while trying to fan his tail. The Mario Bros got an idea as they ran the opposite of where Bowser was going. Bowser tried to turn around and exposed his tail as Mario Spin Attacked him to knock him over as Luigi spin attacked as well, knocking him on his back. Jaune and Pyrrha jumped over as Jaune slashed him down and Pyrrha fire punched him in the gut.
Bowser got back up and roared, breathing fire at the group as Sonic ran over toward the Koopa King and spin dashed into his gut, then he flip kicked to knock him back as Ruby pulled out her Crescent Boomerang and threw it at him. Ruby then cocked her scythe as Bowser backhanded the boomerang, only to get a face full of bullets. Bowser would laugh it off only to get punched in the face by Yang as she would then throw a hadoken right after knocking him back.
Pit charged at Bowser as he breathed fire at the angel, but he quickly side stepped out of the way and hit him with his Upperdash Arm and swung him up in the air and then gave Yang a boost as she jumped over and punched him into the planet below, then Ruby readied her Palm and blasted him on his back to make him spin on his back, where he spun directly to Ibuki as she readied her battle axe. "She swings…" She swung her battle axe, sending Bowser up in the air. "She scores!" She said as Penny flew over and slashed him to the planet.
"Rrrgh!" Bowser got back up and chuckled, brushing himself off. "Alright, enough playing around!" He said and let out a roar, when suddenly a large mech came crashing down.

"Hello there!" Eggman greeted.
"There you are!" Sonic said as he immediately spotted the mech that Eggman was in. "Recycling mechs, are we?"
"It's new and improved. Behold! The Egg Viper DX!"
"…Looks about the same." Sonic said.
"Enough chit chat! Let's get down to business!" Eggman said, opening up a cockpit for Bowser to hop in as he did so, letting out a smirk.
BGM: Militant Missionary (Sonic Adventure)
Spiraling Serpent - Egg Viper DX
The Egg Viper flew around the planet, everyone getting ready as Pit's back was pinned against Ruby's. "Get a load of THIS!" Eggman yelled, firing lasers at the group as they dove out of the way where Penny fired lasers back at the Egg Viper. The Egg Viper turned around and breathed fire at them.
"That's a new one!" Sonic said, dodging the fire as Ruby shot at the Egg Viper as did Ren, Yang and Blake. The Egg Viper rushed at the group and landed on the planet, firing blades at the group as Pyrrha would push the blades back with her polarity, hitting the Viper head on a hatch opened up to reveal a weak spot. Sonic would rush over and Homing Attacked it head on.
"Argh!" Eggman would fire missiles at the group as Ruby would make a Rose Tornado and catch the missiles in it. Sonic would rush at the missiles and kicked it at them as the Viper was hit by the missiles. The Egg Viper started firing lasers at them but they quickly avoided the attacks.
"Man, is he always this squirrelly?!" Yang said. "Can't land a good hit on him!"
"You just gotta be patient with him!" Sonic said.
"This coming from the hedgehog who doesn't know patience!"
"Guys, focus!" Pit said as the Egg Viper spiraled up in the air and came crashing down into the planet right on top of Mario and Luigi, but they dove out of the way as Luigi's hands crackled with electricity as he and Nora fired tier Thunder Hands on the Egg Viper, landing a hit on the tail but it wasn't enough to slow it down. The Egg Viper would then fly up and dive down on Sonic, but he side stepped out of the way as it crashed into a blue panel, as the lava severely damaged the Egg Viper and stunned it, opening up the hatch as Weiss made ice glyphs and fired icicles at the duo, pelting them with ice.
Bowser let out a growl as the hatch closed as the Egg Viper rushed at the group where Ibuki strummed her guitar and fired out electricity, hitting the head to deal some damage as Penny had an idea and flew over to the Egg Viper to chase after it, firing lasers at the Egg Viper. The Egg Viper would fire missiles at Penny but she swiftly avoided it as she activated her Plasma ability and fired charged up Plasma shots at them, dealing some damage toward the Egg Viper.
The Egg Viper would turn toward the planet. "All systems, FULL POWER!" Eggman yelled, rushing at the group and slamming into the planet to try and crush them but they crushed no one as the Egg Viper was stunned, where Pit would fire arrows at them until Nora charged herself up and lunged at the duo, swinging her hammer hard enough to cause them to go flying where the Egg Viper exploded as Bowser and Eggman would fall to the platform below and everyone else fell with them.

"And THAT is how it's done! Nice one, Nora-chan!" Ibuki praised and high fived her.
"That was eventful…" Sonic said, rolling his shoulder.
"Mmph… heheheh… that wasn't bad at all." Bowser said.
"Indeed." Eggman chuckled, brushing himself off. "That was just a warm up… but the next time we meet, we will be victorious!" He said as Bowser picked up Eggman and spun around, disappearing in dark matter.
"…Okay, that was new too." Mario said as Ruby looked up at the planet and saw the Grand Star bursting out and came flying down toward them.
"We got it!" Ruby said, grabbing it as the group flew off toward the Observatory where they would land shortly after and the Grand Star flew toward the core, lighting up and turning on the lights on the eastern part of the Observatory.
BGM: Rosalina in the Observatory 2 (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Wahoo! More lights!" A Luma cheered as Rosalina smiled.
"Glad to see you back okay." She said. "In fact, someone here missed you." She added, pointing to Azure. "You kinda left in a hurry without him."
"Oh sorry sweetie!" Weiss said, wrapping her arms around the Rathalos, kissing him on the forehead. "Don't worry, mommy's back safe and sound."
"I'll be honest, I thought we needed to call upon the Wisps but I guess not." Ruby said.
"Eh, the Egg Viper wasn't that bad." Sonic let out a chuckle.
"So! What's opened up next?" Nora wondered.
"The Kitchen." Rosalina said. "In fact, I believe-"
"The Kitchen?!" Nora said as her eyes sparkled. "Kitchens can only mean one thing… PANCAAAAAKES!" She said as she rushed off.
"Pancakes…" Rosalina sweatdropped. "Oh darn, I forgot to pick some up at Wall Market Galaxy…"
"Wall Market Galaxy?" Byleth asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Yes, it's basically a giant store that's a whole galaxy. They pretty much have everything." She said.
"Oh don't worry. I think I have some at Skyworld so I can go and get some for you." Palutena said.
"Oh, thank you!" Rosalina smiled where they heard a Launch Star launching as Nora blasted away.
"Now where is she headed?" Ren wondered.

Meanwhile, at the galaxy Nora is headed to…
BGM: Beach Bowl Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Aaaah... this is the life..." Xena said, sitting and leaning on the sand and letting the breeze blow through her hair as her feet was in the water. "This is the best vacation spot ever."
"INCOOOMIIIIING!" Nora slammed into the ground right behind her, the small shockwave was enough to make her go flying into the water.
"WAAAAH!"
SPLASH!
The small waves that Xena had accidentally produced had splashed right onto Nyx's Joke Book nearby, as the water then carried the book into the water and had it sink into the ocean. "Hey, this isn't a pancake galaxy... wait, was that Xena?"
Xena came to the surface, her back to Nora and looked incredibly annoyed. "OF ALL THE NERVE! WHO THE HELL SLAMS A GIRL IN THE WATER LIKE THAT?! OF ALL THE FU-" She turned around and saw Nora. "-...cking... nerve... Nora? What are you doing here?"
"Coming for pancakes. You?"
"On vacation with my girlfriends." Xena swam to Nora and got out.
"Hey, what's going on?" A voice asked as Jade came over along with Nyx and Iris. "Oh! Nora, this is a surprise. You on vacation too?"
"Not really a vacation, per se..." Nora said and then explained the situation to the team, starting from Bowser invading the kingdom all the way to where they are now.
"Wait... if what you're saying is true..." Iris said.
Nyx's eye twitched. "Then that means... the Power Stars are here too..."
Just underwater...
"Hello, what's this?" A Penguin wondered, swimming over to Nyx's Book of Puns.
"ARE YOU KIDDING US?!" All four of them screamed.
"Wah!" The Penguin yelped.
Above the surface...
"Sounds like it. It looks like your vacation ended abruptly." Nora said.
"Unbelievable..." Iris groaned.
Waterfall tears started streaming down Xena's cheeks. "It's the Mushroom Kingdom curse... we're never gonna have a complete vacation because something keeps interrupting us..."
"Knew we should've gone to Ice Cream Island..." Iris muttered under her breath.
"Wait... where's my Book of Puns?" Nyx asked. "I set it right here right as I was getting a coconut."
"I think I found it." Jade said, pointing into the water as Nyx looked down and saw it resting on the bottom of the ocean floor.
"Ack!" Nyx's whole body went white. "Twenty coins down the drain..." She whimpered.
"Welp, we might as well hunt the Power Stars. Come on!" Nora said, grabbing Nyx's arm and dragging her away.
"But but but but... my book...!" Nyx whined as JIX walked behind her, all of them looking absolutely annoyed.
Beach Bowl Galaxy Star 1 - A Vacation Interrupted - Nora, JINX
"Alright… if the Power Star is here, it's definitely not in the water." Jade said. "It's probably up higher."
"Hmm… you ever searched up there?"
"Not really." Iris said.
"Welp, now's your chance!" Nora said, using her hammer as a boost. "Who's ready to get launched!"
"Actually, I think I have a better idea." Iris said, pulling out the Wing Power Up and absorbing it, picking up her team and Nora as they got up on the cliff easily. "Easy."
"Right… I forgot you went to Dreamland." Nora sweatdropped as they walked around the perimeter of the back end of Beach Bowl as they climbed up another cliff while eying a small spring that a Wiggler was happily resting in. They would climb up by Iris' Wing and they would soon see the Power Star encased in crystal.
"What's with the crystal?" Nyx wondered.
"Bowser and Eggman." Nora responded as she hit the crystal to shatter it and grabbed the Power Star, where JINX would feel themselves fly up as they flew off to the Observatory.
At the Observatory…
Ruby would come back out in her Galarian outfit with a hum as they would see Nora coming in for a landing. "Oh hey Nora! Did you find any pancakes?"
"Nope… but I found something better~!" Nora said, as they saw JINX coming in for a landing. "Ta-dah~!"
"JINX?!" Everyone, minus Rosalina, Travis, Hiyoko and Ibuki asked.
"Oh wow… it is real." Jade said and then spotted Ruby. "Ru-Ruby?!"
"Hiyah!" Ruby waved as JINX's eyes sparkled and rushed at Ruby. "Wait! WAIT! NOT ALL AT ONCE!" Ruby yelled as they tackled her to the ground and hugged her tightly. "Gaaaah! Everyone's crushing me at once!"
"We were worried about you!" Xena said as they got off of Ruby after hugging her. "Where were you?"
"Isle of Armor…" Ruby rubbed the back of his head. "Long story… wait a minute, Xena… your eyes, why are they different?"
"Yeah, I was about to ask that." Nora said.
"Oh, well… that's a long story…" Xena said.
"Want me to make myself known?"
"Go for it." Xena said.
"Go for what…?" Yang wondered as Xena closed her eyes, glowing as she was suddenly in her ESP form, and then let out a chuckle, opening her eyes and smirking.
"Sup losers?"
"DARK XENA?!" Ruby yelled as RWBY, JNPR, Pit and Gloria readied their weapons, but Byleth put her hand out.
"Don't worry, she's cool now." Byleth said as she turned to Dark Xena. "Right?"
"You got that right. Man, you should see the looks on your faces." Dark Xena chuckled as they relaxed.
"Phew… that's a relief." Gloria said.
"So uh… you two are cool now all of a sudden? What happened?" Weiss asked.
"Ah yes… well… that's a long story. You might want to get comfortable." Nyx said.
Meanwhile, out in space…
"Hold on… we got something on radar!" Washington said. "And it's coming in fast… in fact, it's right on top of us!" He added as a chain wrapped over the Pelican. "Yipe!"
Meta readied his Brute Shot. "I'll deal with this." He said as he opened up the hatch and walked out… to see an airship. He would look up to see Dark Ruby looking down at them.
"Well, it's a small universe." Dark Ruby smirked as they brought the Pelican on deck.
BGM: Villains of a Sort (Kingdom Hearts)
"Hello Meta." Dark Ruby greeted once Meta and Washington walk out.
"Dark Ruby." Meta greeted. "Where's the rest of your team?"
"Long gone. They've been terminated by those do gooders." Dark Ruby said. "Not that I care, they were just slowing me down… even though we disbanded after you left."
"I had good reasons."
"Oh? Well you might as well tell me." Dark Ruby said and then noticed something glowing in his pocket. "What is that in your pocket?" She asked.
Meta pulled out a white jewel… a white Chaos Emerald. "This flew into us during our travels. As I hold it, I feel an immense power within it."
"It's just a rock. No big deal." Dark Ruby shrugged it off. "So… where are you going?"
"To find Carolina and her clone. You?"
"Get rid of that bitch… she's gotta be in space somewhere." Dark Ruby responded. "You want to team up like before?"
"Our interests have aligned, but this is no official team up."
"Very well then."
"Wait, we're teaming up with Miss Dark and Sinister? Why are we teaming up with... her and some nasty flea bags and a damn dirty ape?" He asked as the Beowolves turned to look at him while the Beringel gave off an offended grunt. "You know what you are! But seriously, Dark Ruby is a copy of her light self."
"Can Ruby do this then?" Dark Ruby smirked, her red Grimm eyes glowing as she started to transform.
"WHA-WHAT THE HELL?!" Washington yelled while Meta had his arms folded, not even fazed.
"Impressive. You have improved a lot more since we last met." Meta growled as Dark Ruby turned back to normal.
"I know." Dark Ruby chuckled as the airship flew off once more.
"Uuuugh, why do I feel like I got mixed in the wrong crowd..." Washington groaned.
"So..." Dark Ruby looked at the duo. "What have you been up to recently?"
*Going into Sling Pod Galaxy in 3D All-Stars* "It's probably not as bad as I remember it." *Several deaths while getting the maximum 999 Star Bits later* "Yup, it's just as bad as I remember it."
