Took some time to flesh out this story as I plan on turning it into a Youtube Series. I will continue this long form story instead of making multiple separate books

Royal Blood Saga Chapter 8: Royal Blood Reunited
Age 789
Location: Dragon Team Ship
The Next Day after the Fall of New Namek, all of the Dragon Team members were busy doing a multitude of the things on the ship while waiting for the Hyperdrive to recharge. Bulma was already thinking of ways to improve the ship when she got back home so that it wouldn't take long to recharge. She had the specs to build and infinity engine with some tweaks she could provide life long energy all over the world. She was on the bridge along with Yurin and Mai who took a break from training to learn more about the ship. The two talked and Bulma could see that the young girl was glowing with happiness while she studied the ship manual constructed by the genius of course.
"Well well someone seems extremely happy today care to explain?" she blue haired woman asked as she walked up to them
Mai blushed "Umm well I'm just happy at how well everyone did in the fight..."
Bulma smirked "Sweetheart I'm a mother you're gonna have to do better than that"
The girl sighed then smiled "Last night…" she twiddled her thumbs "...Trunks asked me to be his girlfriend and we...we kissed"
The room was silent, until Bulma squealed. She was overjoyed and hugged the young hybrid. "Oh my Kami it's about time" she smiled
Yurin smirked crossing her arms leaning on the console "I'm happy for the both of you, thought I'm sure lots of young women on earth are gonna be jealous"
Bulma nodded smiling "I know you'll treat my boy right"
Mai's face was red as an apple now "I hope so...aside from kissing I don't really know what to do as a girlfriend."
This caught Bulma's attention. She turned to Yurin and then she gave Mai a devilish look "Poor thing…" Yurin gave a slight chuckle as she heard the audible gulp coming from the young woman "...I can help you with that"
Location: Gravity Room
Trunks had invited Saonel and Beat to join him in a training session. As they walked to the Gravity Room Trunks explained in short detail his history and the plight of Earth.
"You are truly a brave soul and now you've gathered and trained these young warriors…" Saonel replied looking at Beat "...I am honored to lend you my power!"
Trunks smiled "Thank you Im honored to have you fighting with us"
"Yeah you were amazing out there, you're just as strong as Trunks...I'm just sorry we couldn't save your home" Beat said before he realized he did as he watched Saonel turn to him
"You did your best little one I saw your strength while protecting my people...from what Trunks told me it was unavoidable" Saonel sighed then smiled "My grandfather the former Grand Elder told me something once…"
Flashback
On a beautiful day on Namek Moori watched a young Saonel after he finished his training.
Cargo watched as his son performed his training kata in front of his grandfather. The young warrior turned to his grandfather. "Im going to keep getting stronger so I can protect our people if we are ever threatened again"
Moori placed a gentle hand on the young ones head and smiled
'Listen little one remeber this lesson...Namek is not a place, it is a people. We have survived many hardships before and we did it together, always remember this.'
"...Most of my people survived and we are all together that is all that matters" Saonel finished placing a hand on the young boy's shoulder
The trio continue to make their way to the gravity chamber. Along the way they run into Pilina who is invited to join them; he grumbles and hesitates at first but he is intrigued by this training and joins them. Once they arrived they split up Trunks squares off against Saonel and Pilina was to spar with Beat. The training begins when Pilina charges towards Beat who uses his smaller body, speed and new power to avoid being hit and their match basically equates to a game of high speed tag.
Meanwhile in their base forms Trunks and Saonel go blow for blow, the namekian had great technique but Trunks' time in the past and his many battles gave him an edge. Trunks fired several small ki blasts which Saonel easily blocked and then using the same hand formed an Energy Blade and charged in to strike Earth's hero. Trunks was surprised and quickly dodged several strikes before catching his wrist.
"Wow you're reall impressive Saonel, I can't wait to see your full strength on earth since going full power here would destroy the ship" Trunks says with a smile
"I look forward to it as well" the namekian responds with a smile
Ship Mess Hall
In the Mess Hall Note and Videl learned about Namkeian culture from Dende and Cargo. Meanwhile 16 sat in what looked like a meditating pose in his own chamber. He was interfacing with the Big Gete Star learning more about it.
In Space
While everyone was doing their thing on the ship. Two more ships began to approach them from the side. An proximity alarm goes off on Trunks' ship causing everyone to halt what they are doing. Bulma in the bridge pulled up the exterior cameras and showed the ships.
"Dragon Team to the bridge now!" Bulma called out and soon the rest of the Team arrived on the bridge along with Dende
"What's going on mom?" Trunks asked as he Beat and Saonel teleported to the bridge
"We are being hailed by two small ships. The ship is receiving a signal from them patching it to a screen now." Bulma responded
A holo screen appears and a clear video comes through. A tall man with spiky black hair and a single bang over his forehead appeared on screen. "Attention this is Shallot of the Galactic Police you are piloting a K-class Frieza Force ship in Galactic Police space, halt your current trajectory and prepare to be boarded!"
As quickly as the screen appeared it vanished, everyone looked around at each other then to Trunks. "Well fearless leader?" Videl spoke up
"We have no issues with these Galactic Police, we'll just talk to them and be on our way…" Trunks responded "...Mai, 16 and Dende come with me the rest of you wait on new orders we don't want to seem like we're ganging up on them"
"Why are you bringing Dende son?" Bulma asked
"As as the Leader of the Namekians he should be in attendance to speak for his people" Trunk responded turning to Dende who nodded his approval. Bulma smiled and nodded proud of her son's leadership skills
The rest of the Dragon Team nodded in agreement as they watched Mai, 16 and Dende grab on to Trunks and disappear headed for the hanger. The 4 arrived behind a barrier and watched as the two small ships entered and landed. As the team watched on a holo screen, Bulma closed the hanger door from the bridge and the barrier disappeared and they slowly approached the ships as they opened and 3 officers flew out and landed in front of them. There was the one called Shallot and two other officers.
On the Bridge
Bulma studied the scene unfolding and noticed something very interesting about two of the officers. "Wait are those…"
In the Hanger
"Welcome aboard my name is Trunks of…" Trunks began
Shallot spoke up "We received reports that a planet in this sector called Namek was destroyed by a giant metallic monster and that a Frieza Force ship was spotted fleeing the scene you get one chance to explain yourself"
"I assure you we come in peace" Mai responded
"I am Dende the Grand Elder of Namekian people, sir these people are friends from Earth who came to our aid when we were under attack!" Dende added on
This caused the officers to go silent for a moment but the shorter older officer who stood next to Shallot stepped forward. "You said you are from Earth?"
Trunks nodded "Yes I am a Saiyan from Earth, my special forces team and I were asked to come to Namek to help free their people, unfortunately we weren't able to save their planet but we did save hundreds of their people they are on this ship that we...acquired when Frieza attacked our own planet years ago"
The older man had a shocked look on his face along with Shallot "Wait you...you're a Saiyan from Earth quickly tell me who is your father?
Trunks was confused but still answered "My father's name was Vegeta IV"
The room went completely silent as the look on the man's face intensified. Bulma watched through the camera her suspicions confirmed.
"No way it's not possible...I'd heard rumors that he made it to Earth" the older man whispered
"Father you can't really believe this man" Shallot responded
"Exactly who are you guys?" Mai asked
"My name is Tarble son of Vegeta III and younger brother of Vegeta IV, this is my eldest son Shallot and we too are Saiyans!"
The entire ship remained silent as the revelation set in. "No way you're my uncle Tarble?" Trunks asked stunned
"It would seem to be the case" the elder saiyan replied
"Vegeta mentioned you briefly when we trained with him recently but he didn't know if you were alive or not" Mai added
"You saw my brother recently…" Tarble asked with a surprised look "...how was this possible?"
Trunks rubbed the back of his head head "Ummm it's kind of a long story"
Shallot trusted his father's judgement as he watched him reconnect with someone who is basically his cousin. He looked over at Mai and now that he actually got a good look at her, he wondered who she was.
"So who are you girl?" he asked a slightly rude voice
Trunks glared but Mai simply put a gentle hand on his shoulder. "My name is Mai girlfriend of Trunks and I am also a Sayian...sort of"
This shocks multiple people, Tarble and Shallot meeting another female saiyan from earth, and the rest of the Dragon Team because the two warriors finally got together all of them smiling.
Elsewhere Deep In Space
A large white ship travels the stars, its master searching for planets to steal energy from.
"Master Babidi we have been detecting slight energy spikes from a planet in the Sol system in recent months"
"Hmmm interesting set a course finally we will be able to gather enough energy to raise Majin Buu" the short green man begins to cackle
With the Dragon Team
Soon Trunks invited the officiers to the bridge to meet the others. While walking there Trunks gives a very brief version of his history and after introducing themselves to everyone Tarble explains his history.
"5 years after I was born our home Planet Vegeta was destroyed by Freeza. 1 year before that my father was...disgusted by my weakness as a saiyan and sent me away with my keeper Renso, his wife and my best friend Fala. We eventually landed on an uninhabited planet we dubbed Sadala with some of the same properties as our own planet."
"Oh wow you have your own planet?" Beat called out before being shushed by Note
Tarble chuckled "Yes...growing up Renso trained me to raise my battle power and eventually I settled down with Fala and we began to build a family."
He held up his watch and activated a holopicture showing his family with their ages next to them. "There's darling my wife and then Shalott (20), my daughter Caulifla (13) and my youngest son Cabba (5)."
"We lived on Sadala for years until a large Mirror Ship landed and we were met by child refugees from a planet attack by the Freeza Force. These children were from the planet Helior and were led by a young boy named Zeshin. The fact that the ship was made of mirrors and thus invisible was the only reason why they managed to escape from Freeza's men blockade during the attack on their planet."
"Unreal…" Bulma interrupted "I'm sorry but...I've met those kids before a long time ago, the first time we were headed to Namek. Wow I'm glad they survived"
Tarble smiled "They did more than survive after we welcomed them to settle on our planet. They dismantled the larger ship, breaking it down into smaller ships, armor and a small city to call their own. This allowed us to become a technological marvel."
"Sometime after that we heard rumors of Freeza and Cold's death and before we could celebrate we were attacked by a small attack force and along with help from our friend Jaco of the Galactic Patrol we defended our home but at a heavy price. I lost my wife Fala who died protecting our children…"
Hearing that last part struck a chord with everyone in the room. Almost all of them have lost someone in the past years. This is what drives them to get stronger.
Shallot placed an hand on Tarble's shoulder "After that father and I joined the Galactic Patrol to crush the remaining pockets of the Freeza Force and well here we are."
Tarble nodded "Through spying on the remnants of the Freeza Force I learned that my brother had died but I'm glad to know he had a son."
The entire Dragon Team were in awe of the story. They thought that only Trunks and Mai were the last sayians alive but now that doesnt seem to be the case. Trunks gets up and stands in front of the elder saiyan
"Uncle Tarble, cousin Shalott I don't know if it was fate but i'm truly glad we met I know father would be proud to know the royal blood of the saiyan race is still alive with you" he extends his hand
Tarble smiled and shook his nephew's hand "Thank you Trunks but you are mistaken, see you are the son of the rightful Prince making you the heir apparent."
"But wait since he father and grandfather are dead wouldn't that make Trunks the…" Note added
"...rightful King of the Saiyan Race yes…" Tarble smiled and kneeled, making his son do the same "all Hail King Trunks!"
In Space
On board the small ship hovering close to the destroyed remains of Planet Namek loud screams can be heard. In a small lab on the ship a lone Namekian continues to scream while his mind is being twisted by the spell the blue skinned woman with white hair. Taking a break and leaving the lab she is met by one of her minions.
"I must thank you Spice you delievered one piece of what I needed while Cooler distracted the so called heroes, a Namekian from the Dragon Clan will be very valuable"
"Twas a pleasure mistress" Spice commander of the Spice Boys knelt before her
"Now I need your services once more follow the Saiyans they have another Namekian I need one that I believe will serve us willingly"
"It will be done at once mistress" he responds leaving the gather his forces at once
The woman makes her way to the bridge to see her beloved staring out into space in the direction the Saiyan's are headed.
"I can sense what you're thinking Mira my love"
The while haired male turned to look at his mate raising his eyebrow slightly
"You're itching for a battle with that purple haired Saiyan"
"His strength is great Towa...I want him to get stronger so that I can go all out when I face him." Mira stated turning back to look out into space
Mira rounds him to look him in his face while she caresses it "I have no doubt that he will and when you do face him...you'll destroy him"
