Somewhere in The Forest of Dean: A 9 year old girl, whose name was Cassandra Angel was practicing her eldritch magic in one of the many forests of Britain. She started by conjuring a granite block, then practiced her skills by first doing katas, which merely winded her.
Next, she created an energy knife, which she practiced with for hours, before testing her skills with runes by spreading the waters over R'lyeh and carving out a staff from great C'thulhu's palace.
She then used the eldritch runes for infinite (syha'h) and paralysis (ph'nglui), on one side, as an offensive weapon, then, on the other side, Cassandra carved infinite (syha'h) and covering (ftaghu) on the staff. She then decided to use the Staff as a magical focus, and made it so by hollowing it out and filling it with a vial of her blood.
However, her practicing was interrupted by an owl landing on her shoulder, which had a note reading " Dear Ms. Angel, we are pleased to inform you that you have a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. To: Cassandra Angel, Forest of Dean"

Cassandra replied, " My relatives hated magic and dumped me in this forest when I was a kid. I prayed to any gods that might be listening for all knowledge about eldritch magic and on the non-magical." McGonagall then said " Why do you keep referring to magic as eldritch magic, Ms. Angel?"
Cassandra replied with " The reason I keep referring to it as eldritch magic is because it is eldritch magic. It is honest-to-goodness magic from another world."
McGonagall asked for proof of this magic and then Cassandra conjured a steel bench using an eldritch spell, cut it in half with energy, then used a combination of psionics and magic to twist it into a double helix. Cassandra then said " Professor, where do we go for our shopping?" McGonagall then said " I am going to take you to the major shopping centre in Britain, Diagon Alley"
The professor then apparated them both to The Leaky Cauldron, so they didn't break tradition. If one were to ask Cassandra about her thoughts on Diagon Alley, she would describe it as breathtaking due to the sights, colors and the sounds. When Cassandra asked McGonagall "If Hogwarts is the premiere wizarding school, how am I going to pay for it?"
McGonagall then replied " Hogwarts has funding for all Muggleborns." After an encounter in Gringotts, the goblin/wizard bank where Cassandra got her money. After going to Flourish & Blott's, and Madam Malkin's Robe Shop, the duo of Cassandra and McGonagall went to Ollivander's Wand Shop to get her wand.
Once she went in, Ollivander greeted her and she started working on wands. Ollivander tested many wands, but, once she asked what a wand was, she gladly told Ollivander she made her own.
He regarded the staff like a baby, then asked what it was made of. Cassandra said " It is made from the multi-dimensional stone of R'lyeh, home of Cthulhu, and with a core of my blood.
To demonstrate, she took a vase from Ollivander's desk and smashed it on the floor, then cast the spell vry's'd and it easily repaired. When she left, it was with a very happy Wandmaker who was recently enlightened.
