In Solaris, the Interacian folk were minding their own business. The people, young and old, were relishing in the broad sunlight with patches of clouds in the distance. It wasn't hot nor was it cold. It felt just right; the perfect temperature.

The roads were all occupied by Bakugan, which were all now primarily black with magenta markings on them, but still retained some of their normal attributed coloration. They were the disarmed ones that the public received for public transport within the city limits. The main roads had air traffic as well, with some Interacians having air travel by Longfly over to the next post tower for convenience. While Bakugan had taken to the streets with their partners to mount them, those who didn't still had motorized vehicles very similar to Earth, yet due to the Vestal technology, there was no exhaust, thus keeping the air clean as they went on.

Even outside the city limits, there were a number of Bakugan, and the terrain itself. There were roads bridging them to the nearest primary city, which was Troposphere. It had guiding lines like a human street would and had people going there and back on anti-gravity cars. On either side, if one saw, the landscape was luscious and grassy, with gemstones sticking out of the ground, varying with newly grown chrome that shined brightly in the sunlight.

Atop the large palace in the center of it all, Riaan overlooked all of Solaris, admiring it as well as the fantastic view of his brightened world. "Well, Armagedoid, this is it. These are all the elements of the five planets that we've achieved ourselves on. We've brought them all here to one. All we require now, is just a little more time."

"This world…it's changing." The Bakugan in ball form rest atop Riaan's right shoulder. The same shoulder that lost its arm. A long sleeve just dangled where half the tricep downwards would've been.

He still couldn't believe it. So much has happened within just the few months that he's been existing. He realized what he was and how he was so different from the other Bakugan. He met so many other species out there that had enemies now out for them. As scary as that thought was, it didn't deter him. He chose this path for himself. And now, his and Riaan's dream was about to come true.

"Hard to believe compared to what you've first seen, Armagedoid." Riaan mused. "Not long ago, uneven earth would bury everything. Fissures would quake and spout Devil Miasma…indeed, change is truly an inevitable thing."

"What now, Master?"

Riaan paused. "Our foes will hopefully be willing enough to make themselves towards us. It's only natural that we prepare for their invasion. Be prepared…for this fight to come, shall determine if we are meant to live."

The lights were off, so it was dark. But judging from what little light was available, there were a number of machines and valves connected to tubes that circulated into other valves to create new concoctions. Most likely for medicinal means. The liquid seemed very similar to the Gundalian liquid that was used to preserve Ren, but it seemed to be in greater quantity and hooked up to a generator with six vascular tubes going through the ceiling in a helix. They poured into six massive chambers that were in a perfect circle, and evenly spaced out.

Each tube held a different color coordinate in them, one for each attribute in their rightful spots. In the chambers were six beings who had chords attached to their backs and braces around their heads to monitor brainwave activities. A screen on the wall indicated six different wavelengths all low and conservative.

Inside the bright purple liquid's chamber, there was someone inside who remained stationary, but the liquid around him kept bubbling. The monitor beside his chamber was beginning to show uneven wavelengths, which gradually bobbed up and down in sharper motions. The bubbling within the chamber was getting gradual until it became suds.

BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP!

The monitor was going out of control. The liquid was starting to churn so much that the pressure was making the glass around the container crack. It gradually grew, and lengthened the cracks until a web of cracks surrounded the liquid.

Inside, the figment's eyes were shut, but when bubbles stuck just below the eyeline, they shot wide open, showing bloodshot pupils.

CRASH!

Glass shattered everywhere. It happened so fast that it was hardly noticeable. One instant the figment was inside, next second he was on his hands and knees, gasping like a fish for water. His turquoise hair was like a mop that shadows his shocked expression. He faced the ground, gagging out the liquid in his system. The monitor on his side had gone silent as a single line showed no brainwave activity.

Once the figure finished gagging out the filter gunk, he was taking in his surroundings with wide eyes. Everything looked black – a very inviting color to him. He hunched over and breathed out heavily. The big breath he needed aided him in getting back to his feet. His legs felt like jelly, but a few stumbles later, his soles started breaking glass.

Once he had started gaining awareness, he slowly turned around, noticing the several other colorful chambers behind him. He stared at them with the same bloodshot gaze before looking around for a switch, or some control panel. In the corner where the monitors were measuring their brainwaves, he saw switches and buttons that made him want to stumble over. Ignoring the leaking liquid from above and the constant shattering of glass beneath his boots, he sloshed over and lethargically began pressing a series of codes and sequences across the green screen. Numbers showed but he used a single finger with transfixed pupils to trace around the codes for an override. A green, holographic monitor appeared in front of him and showed a yellow caution label. He ignored it.

With one more push of a button, he activated the override. The yellow caution turned red and gave off a sound siren within the lab. The chambers all started draining from the bottom to show the five remaining figures inside as drenched as the figment himself.

He stumbled back over, watching the five chambers successfully drain all their containment liquids until nothing was left. The chords attached to everyone undid themselves as the chamber glass slid downwards. The five figures dropped to the floor and laid sprawled. The caped overseer looked down at them without batting an eyelash.

"…rise and shine." His throat croaked at his own voice. It was broken, very much like his spirit. "I said…rise!"

The orange-haired figure opened his eyes first. Immediately he gagged and coughed up liquid. He got to his knees along with his awakening peers as they started coming around, too. They were all hazed and disoriented, but it didn't take for them to pick up on what was going on.

"Where *cough* are we?" The orange-haired ruffian gagged. "What the hell happened…?" He noticed a grizzly shadow looming over him. What he instantly recognized were the curved devil horns and tattered cape. "Max?"

Maximus breathed heavily, like a growling demon watching his spawn hatch.

Ariella arose with her eyes twitching. She barely made heads or tails of anything. "Wha…what just happened…? The last thing I remember, was…" Before she could continue, she coughed up more liquid.

Hendrix grunted. He punched the ground hard enough make his knuckles crack. His breathing had already calmed down and he looked up with his gaze adverting everywhere for awareness.

"Uuuugh, what a dreadful dream I've been having…" Cesar lulled, quivering out of displeasure. "It feels like my brain's been locked up and frozen. Oooh…what a brain freeze."

Killian put a hand on his head, groaning and shaking it. "What's with the noise…? Wait, where are we?" He lifted his head and showed just as much shock as anyone else. "Guys?"

Ariella looked down at the ground, feeling the liquid that burst from Maximus' tank not long ago. She noticed it had a color to it. "What is this stuff?"

Cesar, using his glove's tip, ran through it and looked at it further. "Cryostasis liquid. It's used to preserve anything inside in a state of suspended animation, or rather, preservation."

Killian head rung like a bell. "So then we're in your lab Cesar? I don't remember you having containment units like this on your lab."

He scoffed. "That's because I didn't. Those were in my lab in Troposphere. Seems that a little works been done since our suspension, hasn't it?"

Xander gave them all a sharp glare. "Will you be quiet already?" He grunted harshly. "My body…it feels numb still…"

Maximus didn't hesitate to reach down and pull Xander up by the collar. He did so with one arm in fact, surprising his peers. "I said, get up!" he snarled.

Xander's eyes dilated from the shock. "Gnngh! M-Max? That you pal?"

Maximus narrowed his eyes. He let go and Xander shakily stumbled around until he found his feet underneath. "So you remember? Good." He lowered his arm. "That means that if can think, then you can still move."

Hendrix slowly arose next. "Maximus…what do we do now?"

The leader looked at his peers as they were rising to their feet. They all stood with confusion and unnerved expressions after that painful experience they shared. It would be impossible to say they wee comfortable with where they were. They needed to get somewhere, and fast.

Slowly, Maximus turned around, walking away aimlessly with sulking footsteps. "Follow me…"

He slowly trudged into the darkness, one sloshed footstep at a time. The others followed him in silence, leaving the room with bright purple liquid and shattered glass to stain the metal floor.

"This is your favorite roaming reporter, Julie Yamamoto, live from Bakugan City! Everywhere as you can see, the temperatures were in a downward spiral. Just a few days ago, everything was cold and chilly. You couldn't step outside with a hot cup of cocoa without it freezing up on ya! Now, it's the exact opposite! In just a matter of days, the temperature grew so drastically that it's almost searing. The humidity reading in Bakugan City are a whopping 38 Degrees Celsius! Put that to Fahrenheit and you can't step outside without getting drenched in sweat. Oxygen levels have been reported depleting, due to the wildlife and local fauna being drained. This is a level red threat level must be taken seriously, folks! We've been getting unusual weather patterns at spontaneous rates again, due to the threat that Riaan and his Interacian forces oppose to mankind. But as of recently, thanks to the might of Luke and his friend, they not only saved the Battle Brawlers, but also gave us hope that this threat looming over us isn't as omnipotent as we thought. So everyone, don't give up hope! Follow the restricted guidelines, and stay indoors until further notice!"

Luke sat with his peers in the huge room that was theirs in the Revolutia manor on Earth. The mood about them was a little livelier thanks to not going back home with tails between their legs. But that didn't mean their guards had to be down.

Five days have passed since the underground battle on Neathia, and the aftereffects were still sinking in. The world was still changing at a spontaneous rate that not even meteorologists were able to process it. The temperature in a lot of Earth's area were still cold, but there have been signs of temperature and humidity increase.

Jase sat on the one-man chair, adjusting his glasses calmly. "If temperatures are on the rise, that must meant layers of the ozone layer are starting to wear thin."

"So radiation's gonna get through?" Maggie dreaded. "That's even worse than freezing to death."

"Perhaps so, but either way is more poetic than perhaps falling. We're fortunate seismic activity in the United Kingdom has been thin for a short while now."

Shawn looked out the window to see the falling snow outside. Like Maggie pointed out, they were lucky the ozone layer wasn't thinning there. The outside pool had snow pellets falling into it. He wouldn't want to swim in it anyway. It was too contaminated with negative energy.

"All these people suffering…because of Riaan's ambition." Luke frowned.

Esther looked down in regret. "The planet isn't fully absorbed yet, but the people on it are having it worse. And if we keep this up, it'll be unthinkable. Millions have already fallen victim. We can't let anymore lives suffer like they did."

Luke balled his fists. He was growing anxious and worrisome with Esther's point. By all means he agreed with her a thousand percent, but he knew patience was the key. No use wasting energy like this.

Jase turned his head towards Shuji and Maggie. "Shuji. Maggie. You both have been in contact with your folks since you've returned to Earth, have you not? I presume that they're holding up well?"

Maggie frowned. "Yeah, Mom's doing her best to hang in there." Her face gradually fell. "But she didn't sound real well either…"

"My folks are staying inside." Shuji pointed out. "Mom's looking after Akira and Nene, so they're in one piece still."

Esther came up with a question. "Has anyone heard from the Battle Brawlers and their activity?"

Shawn raised a brow and put a hand to his chin. "Yeah, I've been wondering that myself. We haven't heard from the since leaving Neathia."

In front of the Trailer, the group stood with the still-able Battle Brawlers as Fabia attended to them. By her side was Rafe, Paige, Linus, as well as the Bakugan that tutored them. Elright stood next to them, with Serena as input.

"I can't thank you all enough for everything you've done." Fabia said to Luke and everyone. "We'll be forever in gratitude towards you and Earth yet again for this act of sincerity."

"You've helped us out a lot. We owe you big time." Rafe pointed out.

Paige shrugged with a smug smirk. "What he said. And you…" She looked towards Shawn. "Not too shabby back there. Gotta say that twig you carry cuts pretty fancy."

Shawn nervously smiled back. "Yeah…thanks." He felt a harsh elbow into his side. "Ow! Maggie?"

"Oh Shawn, you have such a taste in women." She teased. "Though really, you really have such weird tastes in your girls."

Shawn facepalmed. "Geez, really? It's not like that…"

Fabia turned towards the Battle Brawlers present. "You guys, thank you so much for coming when you did. We're so thankful for your return. Are you sure you're going to be okay getting back? You look like you're in bad shape, Dan."

Dan was supported by Gunz and Shun. He had a cast over his entire right arm, up to the shoulder where Riaan stabbed through. He opened and eye and weakly smiled back at her. "Yeah, don't worry. Thank Fabia."

Marucho turned towards Jase. "We had no idea you knew first-aid. Thank you all so very much."

"Being able to tend to wounds was an essential to the military." Jase pointed out. "…but we appreciate your sentiment. Though try and see a real doctor once we head back to Earth. I've only closed the wound, nothing more."

"You guys better get back. Things are going to pick up from here." Elright insisted.

"He's right. The Brawlers and you guys should head home. We'll be fine for now." Linus pleaded.

Maggie frowned. "You sure about that? I mean you guys took some pretty big hits."

Elright smiled back. "That's true. But it's because of you guys that we might actually have a fighting chance after all. All we have to do is pull together our resources and strengthen whatever manpower we may have. If just enough coordination and effectiveness is what it takes, then I'm sure we all can pull together. Not just Neathia, but Gundalia and Earth as well."

Maggie got flustered. The complement left her rubbing the back of her head. "Aww, you flatterer. Teehee!"

Shuji glanced off to the side, specifically, towards Keegan. "Hey, pal. What are you gonna do? You gonna hitch a ride with us again?"

Keegan turned his head ever so slightly at him. "Well, as tempted as I would be, I'm afraid I got other things to do." He groaned loudly. "The Spectra guy and Gus sent me here just to back you up. Plus a few other things, but the details aren't my concern. But for now, it's back to the lab with those damn monitors and scanners."

Jase grinned. "Careful now. You'll most likely burst from overjoy before reaching there."

Keegan glared at him. "You know, on second thought, maybe I'd love to go back after all."

Esther politely bowed. "We can't thank you enough for your help."

"Yeah, same here…catch you guys later." He turned around and slowly teleported from the ground up away from sight.

With him gone, Maggie smiled. "You know, he seems to be in a much better mood these days."

"I noticed it, too." Jelldon chimed. "Oh, but uh, shouldn't we get going, too?"

"Yeah, the guy's got a point. Gonna get chilly if out too long." Shawn sighed. "We better leave soon, too."

"Alright." Luke nodded, before facing Fabia and the other Neathians. "You guys stay well, too."

Fabia smiled. "We'll do our best."

"Be well, Brawlers and friends." Serena chimed.

Everyone boarded the Trailer as Drago initiated the portal. With everyone strapped into their respective seats, they all got to their positions and started up. Dan was watched by the others as he sat in the chairs in the lower end of the Trailer's front. Julie and the cameraman were catching everyone's return as they ventured through the portal, leaving Neathia behind.

"My queen." Aranaut muttered.

Fabia sighed to herself. "This is a lot to take in…" She fortified herself strongly. "But, as Neathia's Queen, I'll do what I must for everyone's sake." She turned towards her remaining men. "Everyone, we must return inside at once! They've defended Neathia for us. Now, we must do the same!"

In his thoughts, Shawn looked towards the ceiling. "I wonder how the others are doing by the way. Keegan left so suddenly, and Fabia looked pretty hyped for some reason."

Maggie mischievously smirked. "Oh~? What's this? Taking a shine on the queen now, aren't you?"

Shawn shot her a shocked look. "What?! C'mon now, it's not like that! We've been through this before!"

Jase nonchalantly frowned. "It's natural guys your age would have their sites on more than one woman, Shawn. But I never pegged you to be a player either. Paige and Esther might be disappointed in you."

"…you're both horrible." He grimaced.

Shuji snickered lightly. "Hey Luke, might wanna learn a thing or two from your pal here. Gotta work up your game too?"

Luke jerked back in shock. "What? I-It's not like that, I swear!" He felt an uneasy stare from his side. He slowly looked over and saw Esther giving him a warning look. 'Oh geez, not that look.'

Esther huffed. "How absurd of you."

Maggie smirked. "Eh? C'mon Esther, don't tell Luke you're jealous~. What if he starts looking at other girls like Alice? Or maybe Julie? There's a lot of contenders out there." She narrowly frowned at Esther large breasts. 'Though you win by a mile in some areas, lucky.'

Esther's face started heating up. "Quiet! All of you! Stop talking about such pointless matters! Now!"

Everyone turned their heads awkwardly away from Esther's sudden outburst. She realized what she did just as Atchibee hopped onto her shoulder. "Pardon me for interrupting, Esther, but I believe you're leaving yourselves wide open for disclosure."

Esther turned away, sheepishly mumbling to herself. "My apologies…"

"It's been a while since' we've been this relaxed." Fly Beetle mused.

Verias chimed back. "You think so? I didn't notice till now. Probably because we've been on our feet all this time."

"It's moments like these it makes you remember that even during storms there are calms, as they would say." Atmos eloquently put it. "Isn't that right, Abis?"

Abis turned towards his comrades on the table. His ball form had also changed. It was still blue on the outside, but it had a different shape when popped open. It resembled a long, arched head with a huge fin sticking out at the top. A part of a thin ridge shifted outwards and extended another curve for a tail. Two large fins jutted from the ends of the upper ball form. "Yeah. Can't say it's nothing we don't need. I know I do."

Maggie smiled at Abis. "Man Abis, you evolved again. That's still so cool." She sighed. "It feels like yesterday when Jelldon was just a little squishy pudding bag that you can just cuddle. Now look at him. He can turn you into a pudding bag."

Jelldon nervously drooped his eyes. "U-uh…" He turned towards Abis, then back towards Maggie. "Maybe, reconsider this, you know, at another time?"

The mood instantly changed when the screen on the TV automatically changed on its own. The image was Riaan, instantly getting everyone's attention.

Luke stood upright in shock. "Riaan!"

"What's he doing on the screen?" Abis questioned.

Shawn furrowed his brow in the seriousness of the situation returning. "He must be using the broadcast wave he used back on Neathia. This has to be from Interacia itself." He paused. "What's he have to say?"

"To all species within the sound of my voice, I give you greetings from Interacia. For those of you who weren't aware, my name is Riaan, the very symbol of the planet itself. I understand that many of you are enduring these tragic times as this message is being delayed to you. To that, I give you my regards. Your ability to hold up under these conditions has been nothing short of stupendous. For that, I humbly bow towards you." Onscreen, he did just that with a courteous nod. Nobody found it humorous. "I am here to give you all a message, as well as a declaration. Due to the ventures that I have undergone, the five planets have been affected: Earth. New Vestroia. Vestal. Gundalia. Neathia. All these planets that I have affected with my powers have been gradually transferring their heathiest and greatest attributes over to Interacia, thus, leaving the rest of said worlds to slowly crumble from my intentions. With the calculations made by my peers, the approximate time left would be one week, before total immersion of all your planets."

"Oh no…" Maggie muttered sorrowfully.

Shuji gnashed his teeth in his growing anger, but he kept it in check.

All across the available planets, there were a number of people who shred the same expressions and feelings. Many children hid while others were still dying or bedridden from illness or injury. Everyone getting the broadcast on their devices or screen showed anything but calm.

"However, I come to you with an ultimatum to your fates. If you wish to do something about the way everything stands, I advise you all to prepare. For those familiar with interdimensional travel, as this message is being broadcast, it gives out a signal to indicate that my world, Interacia, is now open dimensionally. And thus, means that those of you receiving this, means very likely that you shall be finding its source. From here on, I have disabled my interdimensional broadcast system, meaning that you all are able to talk amongst your planets as you see fit to strategize how you'll use whatever manpower you have in order to come to Interacia. Just remember, the risks are as greats as the cons. You will most likely suffer either way. But at least this way, you can go down trying. That's the upside to all of this."

"He's declaring…an interstellar challenge to everyone." Esther mumbled.

"For those of you who are still able, I hereby invite you all to stand up and salvage what you can of your existence. You can choose to die as heroes…or fall limply. In any event, this shall be my final farewells to all of you. For everyone hearing this broadcast…I thank you all, for allowing me to open your eyes, as well as my own. I trust that you will all will learn from this venture, to at least try and recreate a path that you can learn from. And so I leave you with this…goodbye…and good luck."

The broadcast returned to the standard news channel, but even those on the screen showed equivalent shock. It took a long time for the message to truly sink into a majority of everyone present. No words could come out as some looked like they were about to have heart attacks, while others had small glimmers of hope…but only small ones.

Luke looked down at the ground, processing what he's heard. "One week…that's all we have left then."

"Either way, this is all falling into his intentions." Esther reminded him. "His goal is to make all Bakugan return to one origin, and yet, he intends to leave mementos of their planetary origins across Interacia as well."

Shawn shot a glance at Jase, noticing him picking at his Bakumeter with a series of noticeable button codes. "Let me guess, you jotted down that frequency?"

"It'd be foolish to fall for such an obvious trap." He pointed out. "But it'd be even more foolish to disregard it when there's a hostage situation. This is one bargain for a life that this old soldier can't turn a blind eye to."

"Nice sense of duty." Shuji replied sarcastically. "But still, let me take a guess, we're not going to sit around, aren't we?"

"No, we're not." Esther agreed.

Luke frowned at what this meant. 'So then…we're going back. Back to that place.' He remembered the last time they were on Interacia. It was severely cruel memory, with Devil Miasma and an unstable earth that kept threatening to flatten them at every turn. Suffice to say that memory on that planet forever changed him.

Another place of Thermosphere's destruction rung in his head. He could still remember the entire city literally crumbling into the dark waters of the ocean. The blood going to his feet was running cold just thinking about it.

Abis frowned as well. He knew what Luke was thinking and reciprocated. He looked down in regret, too.

Maggie shifted her glance at Luke. "Hey Luke, you okay?"

He momentarily snapped out of it. "Sorry, what were you saying, Maggie?"

Shawn picked up o the mood and frowned. "It's about Thermosphere, isn't it?"

Luke looked down at his knees and grimly frowned. "Yeah…"

Esther reached over, putting her hand on Luke's shoulder to ease any discomforted feelings. He looked over, seeing her genuine smile. "It doesn't have to feel that way. We might be going back, but much has changed. You have changed. You've proven that to everyone." Her pause was long enough for everyone to look at Luke with understanding and sympathy, though Jase sat back nonchalantly typing into the Bakumeter. "By doing this, consider this your second chance to yourself."

"Esther…" He took a pause of his own to realize how heartfelt her words were. He thought back to what lead him to now and passively smiled. "Yeah, you're right." He thought about his experience with Preyas, and what similarities Marucho and him had. 'I've already forgiven and thanked my old-self for being who I am today. There's no point being scared of going back. Even if the chances are low, I can't live with anymore regrets than what I already have.'

He turned towards Esther and smiled. "Okay. And I hope you guys will be there too."

Shawn sat back and crossed his arms. "Like we have a choice. I'm stuck with you either way, just try not to be such a hassle."

Luke bitterly smiled. "I'll try not to."

"Count me in!" Maggie chimed. "Earth is still our home. Everyone is suffering, there's no question what Jelldon and I have to do to ensure as many people stop hurting because of someone's ambitions."

"I'm all for it." Shuji agreed.

Jase humbly frowned. "Suppose this is the best choice. Not that it's for my self-interests." He gave Luke a leer. "But just remember what's at stake. If you waiver just because of one setback, don't expect us to pick you up until you try first."

"I will."

A beep was coming from everyone's Bakumeters. They all looked down and tapped them.

"Who's calling?" Atmos inquired.

"Let's see…" Shawn tapped his Bakumeter. Immediately the screen popped open to reveal Marucho. "Marucho?"

"Guys, are you all there?" Marucho asked.

"Yes. We're all here. Is there something wrong?" Esther inquired.

On the same screen, Shun slid in from the side. "You guys all saw the broadcast just now, didn't you? The situation's changed drastically."

"He's right. That guy's given out a big challenge to everyone out there." Gunz said, sliding in from the other side.

"Guys, where are you?" Luke insisted.

"We're still in the HQ. Conditions are still bad that we can't have Kato step out with the airship. With unstable weather patterns, we can't risk such injuries." Marucho noted. "Are you all okay?"

"Yeah, we're just fine." Shawn replied, but he seemed wary for some reason. "What's going on? Are you guys hanging in there?"

On the screen next showed Dan, his arm still in a cast, but he was in much better shape than what he was before. "Hey, you guys." He sounded a little exhausted, but only a little. "How're you guys holding up?"

Maggie eyerolled towards the ceiling. "Well, ceiling's still over our heads, but we're okay for now. It's snowy up here in the UK, but not badly."

"That's good…" Dan's face softened. "I'm glad."

There was an uncomfortable silence that fell between everyone. It didn't take long for the subject to fall onto Jase. "I take it that you went and saw a doctor, is that right?"

"Yup. It's all better. A little tired, but they said I can move my arm at least a little by tomorrow. That's all the time I'll need to get ready."

"So you're gonna fight too, huh?" Shuji raised a brow, scoffing. "Well, don't expect us to bale you out like last time."

"That's what we wanted to talk to you about." Shun frowned. "Listen, about everything we've said before…we've been thinking a lot since your battle with Riaan. We owe you guys…an apology."

"An apology?" Luke quipped.

Shun frowned heavily. "Yes. It should've been better if it was in person, but due to circumstances, it has to be this way. Listen, the truth is…we were all wrong about you. We were wrong how to judge the situation. This battle we're in, it's unlike any we've fought before. We were careless to think that defeating him would be that simple. You guys…have had your own experience, and it wasn't like ours. We didn't consider what our opponents would do since they had Bakugan, but now that we've seen and witnessed what measures they need to take, it's clear that we were unprepared."

"Shun…?"

Gunz lowered his head in regret. "What he said implies to all of us. We're sorry for thinking you guys couldn't keep up. We should've known better than to doubt what you guys have been through."

"We were just concerned for your safety and well-being. You guys endured so much and you went and retaliated the way you did. We just thought that wasn't the right answer." Marucho pleaded.

Dan stepped in front. "But we know now what needs to be done. You guys proved that. We still don't like it…but, if it's what's going to help us beat this guy, guess we'll be right behind you."

Shuji seemed humbled, but only by a little. He didn't feel like scoffing like he didn't know already. "…hmph, guess better late than never. But, don't think of getting the wrong idea either. It's not like we wanted this ourselves."

"We gotcha. Thanks you guys, I mean it." Dan said. "Luke, thanks for saving all of our bacon. You and Abis Omega know how to kick tail. We'll be right behind you guys if you ever need us."

Rather than take the low-road, Luke chose to accept it. He smiled back at the small screen on his Bakumeter, then Abis, and both turned towards the screen once more. "Thanks you guys."

Marucho chuckled. "Don't sweat it."

Jase studiously put a finger to his glasses. "This isn't the only reason you called us, isn't it?"

Everyone widened their eyes some.

"How'd you figure that?" Marucho asked.

Jase managed a smirk. "Call it intuition. If you wanted to, you could have just done an apology to us sooner. No one does so on a whim without good intentions behind it. Now, I believe this matter involves the plans for Interacia, isn't it?"

Shun crossed his arms. "You sure catch on quick…but I guess that's expected of you. Mira has been working on something. She wants you guys in the Trailer for this to work."

"Why there?" Shawn questioned. "It's more convenient with Bakumeters."

"Maybe it's some kind of big convention." Maggie pondered. "Let's just go see already."

Everyone made way back into the Trailer. They gathered around the bottom-half, where they would hold a lot of their conferences. Everyone stood around the large circular table where Jase and Shawn were manning the activation codes and connections.

"Let's see…this should do the trick." Shawn pressed one more button, before the panel along the table shined brightly.

Everyone took a step back as a holographic projection picked up on the Trailer's observation panel. They all stared in awe and surprise as a holographic screen popped open. It revealed Mira with the Battle Brawlers in the background.

"Mira. What's up?" Luke questioned.

"Can everyone here me?" She scoped out. "Luke, guys, you're all here. That's great news."

"One line is up. Incoming another one." Runo announced.

"Another line?" Shuji parroted.

On another holographic screen from the side, everyone turned and saw another panel, revealing Spectra, along with Gus, Ace, Baron, and Keegan.

"It would seem the servers are finally reaching out enough. That's a fortunate step in the right direction." Spectra chimed.

"Spectra. You as well?" Esther chimed.

"Not just Vestal, dear Esther." He chimed. At the snap of a finger, two more panels erupted. It revealed Nurzak from Gundalia, as well as Fabia from Neathia.

"We got the message. We're here to help!" Fabia smiled.

Nurzak gave a serious face. "I am present, in representation of Gundalia."

"Nurzak? And Fabia, too?" Maggie blinked.

"Hey, glad you all made it to the party. We were wondering when you'd show up." Dan chimed.

Spectra amusingly chuckled. "Been quite a while, Dan. You look like you've seen better days. Don't tell me the Interacian advancement left you with a blind eye."

Dan smirked as he chuckled back. "Nah, not a chance. We just needed a pick-me-up is all. Lucky us, we had some help. That right, guys?"

Jase looked at the screen, finding himself catching onto the matter at hand. Looking at the four different panels, he realized what this meant. "I see. How humbly appropriate." He turned towards Spectra. "So I take it that you're the one responsible for this then."

Spectra smirked at Jase. "Why, you sound so surprised. It should've been obvious, I mean after all, how else could Keegan have been there to give you all a helping hand." Despite his facetious tone, he wasn't kidding. "Yes. Thanks to the servers we were able to salvage on Vestal, we are able to breach contact with Earth. You can thank my sister for this little get-together."

"Your sister?" Maggie gasped. 'Oh yeah, that's right. Mira and Spectra are brother and sister. Wow, what a family resemblance huh…guess Mira got the looks department for sure.'

"Looks like we have some new faces." Ace scoffed coolly. "So Dan, I see you've been busy making friends."

"C'mon Ace, be nice." Mira implored.

Ace nonchalantly shrugged. "Whatever. Just saying." His face turned serious. "But if we're in this, we better make sure these guys don't get in the way. I just wanna be sure of who we're working with here. Don't trust someone I don't know."

Mira sighed. "Well, in any event, what matters is that we're all finally in on the plan to stop Riaan once and for all. To do that, we'll need to bring as much forces as we can to the table. I presume the same goes for all of you as well, right?"

"Yes, I agree full-heartedly." Fabia responded stoically. "Neathia is under intense times right now. If the message Riaan broadcasted is true, we must attack now."

"And I am in agreement." Nurzak added. "We owe a debt to you Battle Brawlers, as well as you others. You've all suffered a great deal trying to fend our homes. It's only fair that we make a pact to coincide for this cause."

Baron smiled brightly. "This is gonna be awesome! I can't wait for Nemus and I to get back in there!"

Nemus turned to Baron. "I'm excited too Baron, but we must be careful. Remember what these guys did to us."

"Nemus has a point. These guys aren't going to be easy to take on." Percival pointed out.

"So then…" Spectra turned towards Luke's group. "Would you all be willing to let us in on what you know? You've all been in the depths of this fray after all."

Shawn sighed as he stepped forward. "Yeah, sure."

Maggie whipped towards him, showing genuine shock. "Wait, Shawn's volunteering?"

"It was bound to happen. Besides, it gets to be your niche once you get used to it." Shawn turned towards Jase. "That's what you would say, right Jase?"

Hearing the heavy cynicism in his tone, Jase played coy. "No need to throw yourself out there Shawn. To be honest, I was going to explain it this time. This is considered a militaristic conference." He paused. "But, it'd be rude to turn down such an effort for you to stand out. By all means."

Shawn had to hold back a facepalm. "Honestly…you really are horrible." He faced everyone else. "Okay, listen up…"

Fabia blinked. "I think that I understand now. Yes, I get it."

"A Bakugan army that evolves with each planet it hosts does sound like a challenge." Spectra chimed at the aspect. "From what I recall, they weren't the toughest fighters back when they invaded Vestal now, were they." He gestured towards Keegan. "But, from what we've learned from our protégé here, these Inetracian Bakugan can in fact be modified under the right technology."

"As Shawn had put it, the Bakugan that are copied have a transfixed DNA. In other words, they are already at their maximum capacity when copied from the original. Therefore, if they can't learn new abilities or are incompatible with Mobile Assault or Battlegear, then odds are they will remain that way."

"Don't forget about those soldiers either." Maggie reminded. "On Gundalia and Neathia, there were soldiers commanding all those Bakugan. And it looks like they knew exactly what they were doing."

"They must've gone under special training under Hades Pillars." Nurzak surmised. "From the way it's looked and how they're armed, the culprit must be the one called Zion."

Fabia's face fell in growing displeasure. "All those Gundalian soldiers, and our own people…this just can't be overlooked."

"Yes, I most certainly agree. Julie's broadcast showed it." Mira reached over, tapping several sequences until a small projection screen popped up on her side. Everyone saw that it was the broadcast when they all arrived on Neathia. "We won't be able to get anywhere near them to beat them without some cover."

Ace shrugged. "Yeah, well, easier said than done. We don't have big fancy weapons to lug around. Unlike you guys." He glanced at Luke and everyone. "You guys were so lucky. You have special weapons and you know how to handle these guys."

Jase kept his straight face. "Shuji and Maggie don't use armed material."

"Whatever. You get what I mean."

"But he does have a point." Fabia brought up. "Neathia took a big hit because our soldiers aren't the most combative types. And Gundalia suffered just as badly because we weren't versatile enough. Like I told the guys before they left, we need to strengthen whatever forces we have left and prepare for the worst."

"Well it won't be much of a contest if we all charge in consistently. Odds will be they'll see it coming." Spectra chimed. "That's why I've devised a way for all of us to be able to enter Interacia at once."

Maggie tilted her head. "How'd you manage that?"

Spectra smirked. "Simple, really. Gus and I can lock in on your coordinates. And using the servers we have and having Keegan test out our transport to long-range, I believe we can make an automatic beam towards Interacia's coordinates."

Mira smiled. "Well that's one problem down."

Shawn put a hand to his chin. "Yeah, but that still leaves the open possibility of traps waiting. Knowing Riaan, he'll do whatever it takes to stall for time. That might include changing the land."

"It might not be the same as it was before." Esther pointed out. "They have Lucia, a psychic. She can see into the future, so it really won't matter. They'll know when we'll be coming."

Dan rammed a fist into his palm. "So then I guess we'll just have to take these guys by storm then."

"Agreed." Drago nodded.

"Spectra, I believe your teleporter, can it be modified so that we all jump in at various points if possible?" Jase suggested.

"That will take a little bit of time to work with. Why's that you ask?"

"Landing in one point will lead to a large-scale grouped endeavor. As Esther pointed out, they'll most likely foresee and attack on the spot. If we are in groups and divide up around evenly across the regions, we'll be able to cover more ground in search for Riaan. On top of that, with everyone's Bakumeters linked, we can make a map and keep track of the others whereabouts in the events of a terraform or emergency."

Maggie pumped her fists. "Divide and conquer. That's our Jase for ya, thinking like a pro."

Spectra paused to consider what Jase meant. He smirked. "Hm…yes, perhaps that would make sense. It'll be a few modifications, but we'll make do."

"Then we're aboard as well. We shall unify and come together for this crisis." Nurzak declared. "Now then, tell us more about this planet, and what you've experienced."

"It's gonna be a long talk pal." Shuji warned. "But just for starters, you better watch where you step…"

As Shuji and everyone continued, Luke took a moment to look at the screens. All the planets that were active, they were ready to coincide and begin this project. He looked down at his balled fists. 'This is it…everyone's here.' He had to think back to what happened not so long ago. It wasn't long before that not even Earth was aware of this madness going about. Now everyone was in on it, and so many have risked their lives to try and hold out. Now this was the congregation of everyone, new and old, that have brought about a justice that now they will be part of.

His fists balling tighter, he walked up between all his peers and stood up to the panels. "Count me in all the way."

"Luke." Esther lulled.

Spectra smirked at the bold claim Luke made. "How noble of you. I expect no less from you at this point, Luke. Just try not to disappoint me."

Luke nodded. "You got it."

Mira got the message. "Alright, now, let's start from square one. What do you know about Interacia?"

"Well, it all started…"

Luke and everyone thus began the long explanation t begin preparations, for what may be the battle amongst worlds yet.

Galilea was in her office working on what seemed to be a spreadsheet, detailing everything about populace and managing the routes within Solaris. As she typed away, her Bakumeter started beeping. She answered the call. "Yes? Hello?" She replied curtly.

"Ms. Vergo, there's been a system problem." A soldier-assistant warned.

Galilea tossed a lock back. She wasn't in the mood for this. "Like what?"

"Sector B-29. There's been a malfunction ma'am! The containers have all been drained! There's an alarm going off!"

Galilea furrowed her brow. "Sector B-29…hold on, let me bring it up right now." She started typing away on the holographic keyboard, which began showing a set of security footages. She scrolled down to the one labeled 'B-29'. She zoomed in on it and saw several containers open with one leaking profusely. Men were moving about trying to clean it up. At the sight of it, her eyes widened.

Now it was clicking in her system. 'Wait…B-29…that can't be.' She used a controller to make the camera rewind to earlier. The image of Maximus breaking out was the very first thing to make her get up from her work desk all day. "Maximus Rogue?! He…!"

She continued watching the footage, seeing the madman gradually help his associates out. The tanks all emptied while his was leaking and remained shattered. She watched in horror as they all followed Maximus offscreen.

'Rogue Zero…they've escaped! But how's that possible?!' Galilea's mind was racing forward and back in a number if various ways. She was momentarily stunned that even Killian would walk off on her. This greatly shocked her to where she couldn't make any coherence.

"Miss Vergo, what do we do?!"

The shout of one of her men brought her out of her shock. "Find them at once! This is a level red emergency! I repeat once more, level red! Take this as priority! Do not let them escape!"

The guard panicked. "Y-Yes ma'am!" He hung up, beginning his search.

Galilea bit her lower lip and glared at the screen with worry. She didn't like this. Not one bit. She turned around in her seat and started thinking. 'This is bad. How did Maximus break everyone out. I should've had more guards posted around the lab…wait a minute. I did!' She balled her fists angrily. 'Damnit! They had one job!' She took a moment to calm down. 'But…it won't matter. Even if they did escape, their Bakugan would be far too weak to last long. I've also had the labs modified as well, so they can't recognize anything. They won't be able to hide forever. It's only a matter of time.'

Her Bakumeter rung again. This time when she picked it up she held to her casual composed atmosphere. "Yes, what is it?"

"Miss Vergo, the soldiers have been informed and are ready in position. They await the plan." Another posted soldier stated.

"Okay. Then had that platoon in orientation. Have Zion and Magnus run them through what the procedures shall be."

"Very well."

Once he was off, Galilea stood up from her desk. 'There isn't time to worry about them right now. I have my own priorities to this brigade Lucia foresaw. This must make priority. They'll do everything in their power to get to Lord Riaan…and we must focus our attention from doing so.'

A holographic screen appeared in front of Cyrus. It revealed Lucia with her eyes closed and patient. "Lord Cyrus."

The Hades Pillars leader gave her a complacent stare. "Yes, Lucia? Speak."

"Everything should be on schedule for their arrival at precisely noon tomorrow's time. The coordinates have all been given out, isn't that right?"

Cyrus nonchalantly turned away. "Yes, of course. Do not fret, Lucia. Galilea finished the orientation that our men are withdrawn into. Zion and Magnus are fulfilling their tasks as well, do not worry. As for us, we must continue with our roles as well. Resume your peace and quiet if you will, and inform myself of any premonitions if you will."

"Understood." With that, Lucia discontinued the video screen.

Cyrus continued facing way, though if one saw closely, he seemed rather elated himself. "If what Miss Lucia says is in fact the future, then this should be most promising. Why, I can almost hardly contain myself…" He chuckled at his own irony. "But it shall not matter. This is all a matter of the pieces moving into our little gameboard. And thus, they'll be playing on our rules." He got a glance over to his side. "Milord, I believe you've got all that?"

In his chambers at the center, bright vein-like networks connected to Riaan as he sat on his knees and eyes shut. He was calmly conserving his energy when he was hearing out Cyrus' connection. "…yes, Cyrus. I am fully aware. Everything is proceeding smoothly. Continue on, and leave me be if you will."

"Of course, Milord." Cyrus' screen flickered before vanishing, leaving Riaan alone with Armagedoid in closed ball form at the base of his knees.

They've been quiet for some time now, conserving their energy. It wasn't because he was tired. No. It was because he was trying to prepared himself. Within his chamber, in the veins that rooted amongst Interacia, he and Armagedoid could see it.

A vast, beautiful land that was gradually forming. Isles that were nothing but crumbling rock now had support and fertilized soil where Earth flowers and gemstones were shining. On another part along the vast seas, there were thunderstorms with blue lightning flashing. Rainfall was crisp and clear for wild Gren to swim gracefully through. Even further was a beautiful pine forest with a single tree along a thin peninsula, the sunlight shimmering just beyond the trees across the shoreline. Sand dunes were amongst a river, where bedrock of Gundalian impermeable stone littered the riverbed to give it a green glow.

Land formation were all mixed systematically, and it all flowed so well into one another. The beautiful formations around Erath, with the vibrant energy and pure life on New vestroia did wonders for certain. Add in the recent ventures with Gundalia and Neathia, and this planet – his world – was truly stable and had it all.

"Master." Armagedoid momentarily broke the silence. "We shall…watch over this world, to the very end."

"We shall, Armagedoid." He chimed. "We shall."

Luke sat on the edge of his bed, looking at the wall for some time. He didn't know how much time has passed, just knew well enough that this may be one of the last times. He had to take it all in.

"I believe that covers everything. Now then, under the B.I.F regulations that I was trained under, soldiers about to depart have a set number of 24 hours before departure. I believe this should be the time we should all take to prepare. We'll rendezvous precisely at this time tomorrow."

Under Jase's suggestion, everyone got set and prepared for what may be the biggest battle of their lives. It was a lot to take in, especially considering they'll be going to another world where they may not come back…as a worst-case scenario. Luke had this aching feeling in his gut, but he learned it was best to just not ignore it. He had to accept it.

'Guess this is what anxiety feels, isn't it?' He pondered musingly. He's felt a lot of things before. Fear. Anger. Frustration. Joy. But anxiety was a new one. It made him almost restless. 'I've never this worried before. I guess it's because we've been all over the place, and seen so much…maybe now it's all coming to me.'

"You look like you wanna put a hole through the wall…again." Abis chimed.

Luke turned to his partner. "It's really coming, Abis. This might be it."

"You're worried, aren't you?"

Luke thought for a minute before coming to a conclusion. "Well…" he snickered. "No, I guess I was just thinking too hard. Abis, we've been through a lot of tough battles, haven't we?"

"Yeah, we have." He paused. "And it wasn't that long ago we were just a bunch of amateur rookies who could barely hold candles. Guess we've shown everyone."

"Yeah, I'm kinda still trying to believe that myself." He closed his eyes and smiled. "We've got this far because of each other. Everyone had a responsibility to uphold. It just took a little longer for me to realize my responsibilities."

Abis lowered his head. "It's amazing how the tables turn on how we see it."

Luke blinked. "What do you mean?"

"When we got back from Interacia, everyone basically went into hiding from their responsibilities. They knew the dangers as much as you did from them. It might just be you, but once you get the meaning of responsibility, you really put in that extra mile…I guess that's why even Esther looks up to you."

Luke's confusion turned to an understanding smile. He sheepishly looked out the window to find the snowfall gradually intensifying. "…yeah. Maybe." He took another pause to fortify himself. "Abis…our work isn't done yet. Not by a long shot. There's still something we have to do."

The sea dragon nodded. "Riaan."

"Yeah. I don't need him anymore to shackle me down. This whole time…he's been over my shoulder, even when I thought I'd turn away. He's always there, looming." He thought back to how often they encountered the swordmaster himself. "He's always been one step ahead of me, at everything. He would always beat around the bush with me because I was so innocent. Now that I knew, he's taken even more than that…including the lives that we've held close."

It was still hard to believe, but he wasn't going to fight it. First taking Esther and making her into his ranks. That was one straw bent too far. It still stung his heart that Luka had to sacrifice himself for him, it may very well never go away, not ever. So many people he's come close to over the past few months, Riaan hurt them all…

Suddenly, Luke stood up. "Abis…we may have lost so much, but that doesn't mean I'm taking anything for granted ever again. Shawn and everyone…we're gonna do this. We're gonna live…and we're gonna live…we're gonna have to put up a fight greater than any we have ever had before."

"I'm sure everyone right now is thinking the exact same thing." Abis smiled.

"Abis…you'll be by my side all the way, won't you?"

"Hmph, at this point, wouldn't have it any either way."

In the crook of the door peering inside, Claire and Augustine were watching their son talk to their Bakugan. They heard everything.

"My boy…" Claire muttered.

Augustine exhaled out his nose. He meekly grinned, acknowledging what resolution Luke has gained.

A feather duster went around a dirty stand that was layered in a skin of dust. Shawn gave it a straight face as he wet it down and ran a cloth over it with his left hand. He dragged it all over and fanned it over the trash bin. Drenched dust fell in like raining litter until it was all wrung out.

Shawn looked at the cloth and gave it a small grin. "Geez, should I have known I'd been away I'd keep matting over this stuff." He turned towards the singular stand that was right beside his metal rack of folded clothes. He bent down to proceed when he took a moment to see the picture on top.

He sat the feather duster and the wet cloth down and reached for said portrait, staring at it in complacent thought. Curious enough, Verias hopped onto Shawn's shoulder and overlooked the portrait. It wasn't something he saw every day.

It was a meager portrait back when they were just kids. It was Luke and Shawn, side by side with bright smiles on their faces. Luke seemed to be the most jovial and innocent between them, as opposed to Shawn, who had his arms crossed as he looked over towards Luke leaning on his shoulder with his elbow. Giving their expressions towards each other one could say they were brothers.

"Heh, almost forgot about this old thing." He reached the wet cloth over the glass, giving it the shine it deserved. He backed away and gave the picture one more nod.

"Was that there before?" Verias questioned. "Last time we were here, I don't recall that being there."

"Nah, that was something Luke's folks had when we were gone." Shawn explained. "They must've been going through some of their belongings while we were away. Guess this was just a present from them…"

The air got a little quiet around them, not to mention dusty. Shawn would've wanted to open a window but it was too cold. He could barely afford heating as it is.

"Shawn?"

"Yeah, Verias?"

"We know you were orphaned when you were still young. What was it like? Growing up without folks I mean."

He paused to try and think of a plausible answer. "It's not the easiest thing for someone to admit about their past. I'm sure you know about that…" He turned towards the window and walked closer to watch the snow fall. It was getting harsher. "Well, how should I put this? It was…pretty hard, not having someone there to look after you. Honestly if I hadn't found Luke when I did, who knows? Maybe I would've been at an orphanage sooner or later."

"Do you regret it?"

Shawn shook his head. "If I took what I had for granted now, what would be the point? If it happens, it happens. Maybe I was meant to be stuck with that idiot as a friend, but I didn't mind. Besides…"

"You remember the day we met? How I gave you that watermelon that made us friends?"

"How could I forget? It's what basically glued us together."

"Yeah…those really were fun times, weren't they. We'd always play games whenever we meet up at the gates. I'd sneak you in and we'd play hide-and-seek. I can still remember the time we hid in that knight armor in the casing."

"Heh, a pretty tight fit. I don't even know how we got that glass casing off to begin with."

"Me neither. Those days…they were really fun, weren't they?"

"Yes, very much so."

"It's really sad that we can't get back that time we had, when we were little. Back when we were innocent and knew nothing. But, life's about moving forward. What we did is in the past, but it's what helped me understand you better. Shawn…I'm glad to call you a friend. Whatever happens, we're friend for life…right?"

"…yeah. Always."

"We've been through a lot. And we've made so many friends along the way too. I don't think we can imagine another day without the other around. That's why we gotta get Esther back."

"We will. She believes in you the most Luke…more than even you can see."

Luke bashfully sweatdropped. "Uh…w-what's that mean exactly?"

Shawn chuckled. "As always, such an idiot. Just think about her and all of us."

"I will...we're gonna get her back, no matter what. So can you trust me on handling myself a little longer?"

"You've really grown, Luke…yeah. Just make sure you meet us at the rendezvous point. Because if you don't, I'm gonna have to be your grave watcher till you come out of the hole again."

Shawn smiled passively at the talk he and Luke had back on Gundalia. He realized he was taking too long to leave Verias out of the loop. "…because of that idiot, I've found more than just him to look after. I didn't have folks of my own, but there's no harm in making some along the way." He turned and gave his room one final inspection. Everything was wiped down and cleaned…possibly for the final time. He sighed. "And that goes for Luke's folks as well. And you too, Verias."

If he could smile in ball form, the ape would've done so. "Please Shawn, now you're just milking it."

Shawn scoffed. "Yeah, guess you're right. If we're going out, let's at least make sure everything is in shape as we are."

"Next."

In line, Esther went over and walked between a set of double doors. Her face was composed and cold as she came into a room with a chair to sit in. She paused to catch her breath, composing on what to say before she turned and sat upright in the metal seat.

"Esther, are you sure about this?" Atchibee questioned.

"I have no reason to worry anymore." She argued hushed. "Besides…it's best to at least try. This would at the very least put away any scorn that we can carry on with our lives."

"I understand." Atchibee closed shut and jumped off her shoulder into her pocket.

Esther closed her eyes and took a moment to realize what she was about to do. Maybe it wasn't too late to go back, or maybe she should just accept this and move on with her life. Whatever the route may be, she knew from experience and from her friends, that running and hiding from your problems won't always bring you prosperity. One way or another, if she's going to do this, she had to look them dead in the eye with her newfound resolution.

With nothing holding her back, she gave a glare forward. "…okay, I'm ready."

On the other side of a glass wall with holes for voices to get through, two guards stepped off to the side to allow the door to open. In orange suites with inmate numbers on them, two familiar faces went single-filed up to the two chairs on the other side of the desk. They sat down, giving Esther a straightforward, almost lifeless, gaze.

It was Catherine and Jenkins, Esther's mother and father, and former church proprietors. They were continuing their sentence, and from the looks of their faces, they showed anything but pleasure for this.

"Hello, Mother. Father." Esther started. "You both look well."

Neither wished to speak. The officers on either side gave them glances that made Jenkins clear his throat first. "Hello to you as well, Esther Conland."

"Hello, Father."

Catherine leaned in her seat. "You seem to be well…considering that you have turned into one of the devil's own kin." Her words were bitter and crude. She wanted to wash her mouth and pray for actually saying 'devil', but the guards wouldn't allow her to pray here. She felt so constraint it hurt.

"What are you doing here?" Jenkins questioned. "If you are to come to us for forgiveness, the Father may not be so lenient than he was last time."

Esther disregarded their biblical standpoint. "No. I'm not here to condemn myself to Father like you both have. I've come here to tell you both of what's happened since my own faith has been created."

Jenkins narrowed his eyes in bitter disgust. "You wish to speak to us about anything outside our heavenly Father's order? That is preposterous. Our lord and savior put us in here because that's what he wanted. We're here because of his desires."

Esther frowned. "Is this what you want?"

"It matters not what we think. We are our Father's children. He knows best to give us the strength to how to be forgiven." Catherine retorted back. "Those cretins, those defilers of God's justice and hand…just what impurity did they beseech you with that you want to speak to us about?"

Esther looked over at the officers on the far end of the room. She knew time wasn't on her side. She would have to be brief. She sighed.

"Father. Mother. I just wanted to come by and tell you…that even now, our world, and everyone else's worlds, are in grave peril right now. Many are suffering, and I am doing everything in my power to make sure that it doesn't do so any further."

Jenkins glared daggers through the glass. "Your power? What kind of power? The power of the devil that's guiding you?"

"No devil, but my own will."

"Everything and everyone is given their strength by someone. How do you think you came to be who you are? Why you look the way you do? If the heavenly Father wasn't so merciful, he could've made you less human than you should be. What you did was unforgiveable."

Esther closed her eyes as she continued. "Yes, I know. But as I have said, I am not going to ask for forgiveness from him, nor anyone for that matter. I have since forgiven myself for the mistakes that I have made along the way. I've given into greater power many times, and that in turn made me realize…resining myself to a fate that I do not want is not the life I want, nor need for that matter."

Catherine was tempted to get up from her seat, but the guards glared her down. "How can you possibly say such a vulgar thing? The heavenly Father is wonderful. He's given us our bodies and spirits. We need to rejoice in what he's doing for us. You could've been that, too. But now all we see is a devil's kin on the other side of this glass."

Esther inhaled through her nose. She chose to compact what she had left in the shortest words possible. "Then so be it. But I won't be condemned alone. I have so many friends now who are willing to help me believe in myself, as I do for them. They are what I believe. And the power we've all gained is what we'll use to change the fate the world is spiraling into." She stood up from her seat. "That's all I wanted to tell you."

She stood up and started for the doorway, but Jenkins wasn't having it. "You're a fool! You won't be able to change Father's judgment! Retribution will be at hand yet!"

"Then pray for that." Esther said. "As for me, I'll make my own beliefs a power that will benefit everyone…goodbye, Father. Mother." She walked out the doors with a cold and composed composition. But her parents were left in moral horror at their daughter turning away from justice a second time.

Catherine lowered her head, on the verge of tears. "Please Father…please tell the devil to be merciful on her."

"Alright. Your time is up, let's go back." The officers went up to them, getting them out of their seats and back through the doorway they came.

Jenkins lowered his head, grimly frowning. "May the heavenly father bless us with mercy as well."

"No talking during the walk. Hurry along."

The doors to the prison went open. They immediately closed once Esther stepped out. She stood on the sidewalk with a straight face and a headstrong demeanor. It felt really pitiful but at the same time it felt like a weigh was lifted off her shoulders. Even if her folks were hopeless in the ways of the world, she experienced it first-hand, and she wanted to tell them that to their faces.

"Esther…I am very proud of you."

Esther smiled at the compliment. "Thank you, Atchibee. I'm sure they'll understand someday. But at least this way…I understand. Now then, shall we go?"

"Yes, as you wish." Atchibee closed her ball form and launched into Esther's hand. Esther whipped her arm and summoned Atchibee in her true form. The moth lowered her tail pincers and levered Esther up to allow her on the fur on her back. Once fastened, the two flew off through the snow with speed and grace to Luke's manor.

"It'll be okay, Mom. Everything's fine, I promise." Maggie spoke with her mother through a holographic screen. Rebecca was on the other end, and she had tissues and tears all over her face. It took all of Maggie's willpower to keep herself from feeling sorry for her.

Rebecca sniffled again. "My sweet baby. Maggie…look at you. You've grown so much."

Maggie sorrowfully smiled. "You see, Mom? I'm okay, really."

She sniffled again. "Maggie…lease, don't do this. I'm not sure that my heart can take this."

"I have to, Mom. You know what will happen if I don't at least try."

"I know, I know. It's just…" Despite her grief, she smiled proudly. "I've seen everything. You're such a strong girl, and at such a young age. Words alone can't describe how proud I am of you."

"Mom…"

"I know that you've been having it hard because of our financial standings…but I know now that you know what you're doing is the right thing. It's just…seeing my baby girl grow up like this, I can't begin to imagine how hard it's been. But at least now, I know that my sweet and wonderful girl is making a bright future, even for her mother…I'm so thankful for you."

Maggie wanted to cry. She was misting in the eyes, but she knew that she could do it. She made it this far. She'd be foolish to retrogress. "I love you too, Mom. And don't worry, once this is all over, I'll stop by. Everyone will."

Rebecca sniffled for the umpteenth time. "I'd like that. Yes, make it happen, Maggie. And I'll be sure to make as many dishes as I can for you all."

"We will…take care, Mom."

With that, the connection timed out. The Trailer was met in silence. It took a long time for Maggie to realize what happened. She calmly took a deep breath and allowed it all to sink in. Once it was all assessed, she opened her brown eyes once more.

"Jelldon…"

"Yes, Maggie?"

"We're gonna do everyone proud. Not just Mom, but ourselves. Let's give them a fight they'll want to remember."

"You bet, Maggie!"

On another video screen in Luke's family manor, Shuji was sitting in front of it on a couch. Fly Beetle was in open ball form as he saw Akira, Nene, and Shuji's mother, Bertha, on the screen.

"Yo! Big bro! We saw everything that happened! That was so crazy!" Akira quipped. "You and those guys totally whooped butt! Especially you when you and Fly Beetle nailed that big punch to that creep's face! That was awesome!"

Nene puffed her cheeks as she pouted away from the screen. "Hmph, I still could've done better myself…" Bertha and Akira gave her disapproving looks. She continued. "But…I guess you did pretty good."

Shuji sat back in his seat, smirking. "Heh, good to see you guys still in there. You guys alright?"

"Yeah, bro. We're fine." Akira said. "But it's so hot that we can't go outside. They're saying the weather and the planet's alignment is out of whack."

"Well you better keep out of danger then." Shuji scolded. "Remember little bro, you're in charge."

Nene beamed proudly. "Hmph, keep out of trouble? Gee, isn't that ironic, coming from someone who's always in trouble."

"Stop it." Bertha scolded, her tone serious with Nene. The sibling cringed at her mother's words.

"B-but, Mommy…!"

Bertha turned towards the screen to look at Shuji. "Shuji, what Nene is trying to say is, that you're doing a wonderful job, and we can't be anymore proud of you. You've truly matured. As your mother, I can honestly say that I'm proud of you."

Shuji softly smiled back. "Thank, Mom. Thanks, you guys."

Fly Beetle's claws moved side to side. "Don't worry about a thing. We'll keep trucking, as you humans say."

Bertha smiled at the Bakugan. "We know. Thank you for being with Shuji. I'm sure he's a handful." She gave Shuji a calm look. "But I know that you know what you're doing. Please, just do your best. And don't stop thinking about us."

"We're behind your back, bro!" Akira cheered. "You give that Riaan and Armagedoid another punch for us, too! Right, Nene?"

Nene glanced at the screen from the corner of her eyes. "Hmph…yeah, I guess. Just make sure you don't make any mistakes. I see one, and I'll have to go there and show you how it's done."

Shuji chuckled. "We'll see about that. And don't worry…" His face showed a serious determination. "We're gonna show them what happens when you mess with the beetle's horns."

"Agreed." Fly Beetle chimed.

The connection turned off, leaving the room with silence for Shuji to take in. He took in all the solace, and everything that's happened. He flashed a smirk as he crossed his arms with a raised brow. A meek snort came out of his nostrils.

"You good?"

"Heh…those guys dragged me off my butt for sure. Why worry?" He paused, thinking long and hard about what he just said. "But…they really aren't so bad. Maggie and Jase can be a pain in the ass…but, guess it's better than being put down by people who've always held you back. I owe 'em that much for all this."

Fly Beetle scoffed back. "Yeah…I had the exact same thoughts."

Shuji flashed him a smirk. "Sure you did."

Cale was walking down a corridor in another wing. He was making way until he came to one of the doors that was locked, supposedly with someone inside. He cleared his throat before he chose to knock.

TAPTAPTAP!

"Excuse me, Mister Mercury? Are you at this time occupied?" he called out to ensure that he was able to vocalize his appearance.

It took a moment before the door on the other side opened. It revealed Jase, with Atmos on his shoulder. "Yes? Is there something that I can help you with?"

"Pardon my intrusion, Jase. I didn't mean to interrupt what you were doing at this time." He apologized.

"It's quite alright. I was just about to take a small break." He looked down at something in Cale's hand. "Hm? A letter?"

"Yes, it's addressed to you." He handed it to him. "Here you go."

Jase inspected the envelope with a straight face. He looked up at Cale and gave him a confirmed look. "Thank you very much." He closed the door gently as Cale nodded before departing. Both parties separated, and Jase went back to his desk, where he was given solitude underneath a simple lamp where material was laying around him neatly organized. He sat down and looked at the envelope one more time. He saw that it had a return address on it, along with a name. He saw that the stamp had an emblem that signaled the familiarity behind its meaning.

He opened the letter without any hesitation. Even with the familiar symbol, that didn't stop him from making him read the message inside.

"Who is it from?" Atmos inquired.

Jase grew serious. "It seems that the B.I.F has sent me a message."

"What does it say?"

Jase went silent as he read the message.

To former United Kingdom B.I.F Colonel, Jase Mercury:

By the time this message reaches you, you probably already know the situation regarding our world. The B.I.F has been keeping tabs on the events happening. As you can also guess, we've been keeping an eye on you as well.

This may be a bit late to say, but as a member of the B.I.F, I haven't given you enough sincerity in what you've done in service for our human and Bakugan kind. Amongst all the soldiers out there, Jase Mercury, you have to be the most studious I've ever met. I do hope you take responsibility in the endeavors that befall Earth and mankind. I expect to see great things from your services.

As for Earth, the B.I.F shall do its part. We shall do everything within our power to ensure the humans and Bakugan come together and stay in line. Just as you have fought valiantly amongst your allies, so shall we.

And if by probability we manage to undertake this confrontation, let us make a toast sometime. My treat.

Be well,

B.I.F Commandant Marshall, Michelle

Jase read the letter only once before a composed silence fell upon him. He smirked as he prodded his glasses with his index finger. He folded up the letter and chose to place it into his pocket. He looked towards Atmos, who stared at him in compliance. "Atmos."

"Yes, Jase."

"Tell me…is age relevant to Bakugan as it is to humans?"

Atmos blinked. "Suppose that's a debate. I've heard time moved differently back with Vestroia. But I suppose now we age as much as you humans. Why's that?"

"Oh, just curious. Minding the aspects of learning is all. You learn something new every day. Now then, I believe we have work to finish." He reached for a nearby blueprint that was rolled up, and began his way out the door.

With everyone fast asleep for tomorrow's wake, the night was still cold. However, one person was still up.

Esther looked out the large window, staring at the dark skies knowing everyone would be readying for tomorrow. She took one more look towards the window's lower-half, seeing Maggie sound asleep. She smiled softly as she started a light hum.

And there you stand,

So brave and with a guiding hand.

It was there when,

You stood and declared like a valiant man.

Spectra was finishing up on the calculations and getting the schematics down. Everything was coming together as Keegan and Gus were manning down other computers.

There you laid in your sleep,

Dreaming of a future so deep.

With one eye open,

You begin to see the lives around reopen.

Ace was sitting against the wall, nibbling on a toothpick while Baron was on a video chat with his family. He couldn't be there in person because of how painful it would be to go outside, but he was assuring them that it would be okay.

Ren was going over matters with his team along with Nurzak. They all looked ready to go, while Lena prodded her glasses in a manner Jase would do so in studying up on the Interacian means preached towards them.

It was but a yesterday,

When we were in such dark and woe.

We had but one way,

And that was to never say no.

Linus and Elright were alongside Rafe and Paige as Fabia was ready to give her life for Neathia and everyone. They were discussing everything that they knew before their discussion came to a close. They all separated for the time being down different corridors to rest up for tomorrow.

But then you opened our eyes,

With your talks of new dreams.

We search for the skies,

And there we saw the light of a new dawn.

Dan and Drago were alongside their Battle Brawler friends, taking in this time to enjoy what time would be left. Shun was meditating, as per what he would usually do. In contrast, Marucho was compiling data for how to go about tomorrow.

The black that was but the past,

It went by so fast.

We race towards the new dawn,

Forever moving to a future so vast.

Esther thought about her friends, and how they were sleeping for the time being. She lulled herself to a silence and looked towards the cold night skies one more time. "Atchibee…"

"Yes, Esther…"

"We know what must be done. For everyone."

Atchibee's small head nodded. "I know."

The next day soon came, and everyone was starting to get themselves ready. The Trailer was the meeting point for Luke and everyone before they contact Spectra and the others to give their mark. Once all six were there, it was time to begin.

"Now then, I believe everyone is ready at this point." Jase prompted.

"Don't have to tell me twice." Shuji scoffed. "We're still early though last I checked."

"Well I say the sooner the better!" Maggie beamed. "We better get a move on before the ground gives in beneath our feet again."

Shawn was about to speak, but he noticed Claire and Augustine approaching them, clad in winter gear. "Huh? What's wrong?"

Luke turned around to give them surprised looks. "Mom? And Dad? What is it?"

"Luke…" Claire stopped in her tracks, giving him a motherly, worrisome look. "Please, be careful."

"Mom…" Luke walked up to both his mother and father. He got between and was endowered in a warm embrace. Despite how cold it was, their bodily warmth was enough to keep it all going for him. "Thank you guys, for everything. Please…be as strong as you can for me."

"Oh Luke…" Claire buried her head into her son's shoulder.

"We'll both be thinking about you. We hope that you do the same for us as well." Augustine lowered his head. "I know we weren't fair in the beginning…but at least now, we can say that we're so proud of the young man that you've came to be."

Luke mournfully smiled. "Thanks, Dad."

It was a long, pressing hug that neither side didn't want to let go from. Everyone watched in silence for a long period of time, believing this is a moment Luke needed. They knew what he was going through, and knew better than to interrupt until it was all over.

Finally, the embrace let up. Luke separated from his parents and gave them all meaningful smiles. "Mother…Father…thank you guys. We'll stop Riaan and come back."

Claire mournfully frowned. "Please do. We want our boy to do his very best and return to us."

"We'll do our best to ensure that happens." Abis prompted. "You can trust us on that."

"We know." Augustine replied. "We've seen enough to know that's true." He turned around with Claire, urging his wife to carry along with him. It took all her willpower not to cry, but a few were streaming down her tears. Luke and everyone couldn't help but feel the sorrow grow tenfold from being just how much they were putting their faith into them.

Luke watched his folks return inside, before turning back towards his friends. "That's right. I need my sword." He looked at Jase. "Jase, you said you needed it for something, right? You still have it then I take it."

Jase closed his eyes and grew – more – studious. "It's funny how you jump the gun so soon. Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about next. As you know, we'll be going up against an Interacian army with advanced assault training. If we're going through with this, it's best to get ourselves ready now while we have this time."

He went over and brought up something that looked like three cloths that were wrapped around weapons of some sort. It was hard to make out, but each one had a different color variant on it. One was blue, the other yellow, and the other being dark purple.

"What are these?" Esther questioned.

"Suppose you can say its an upgrade, if you will." Jase prompted.

Esther was the first to unwrap her gift. Her eyes were raptured on the weapon that was shown in her hands. The cloth was removed to show a dark-coated metal staff with segmented dark ridges and handles. On the end was a pitch-black metal spear with sleek bright purple. It looked exactly like the weapon she used from Riaan, but this had a different coating and looked durable enough to withstand blows.

Shawn was next. He unraveled the yellow cloth to reveal his weapon of choice being his rapier. However, unlike the flimsy tip it had before, this was as straight as an arrow, and looked far sharper than before. There were yellow accents that went all around the dome-like guard, which looked equally as durable as Esther's blade.

The two overlooked their weapons with awe and felt swayed by the craftsmanship in them. They couldn't help but feel genuinely impressed, as well as pleased with the lengths gone to make this all possible.

"Jase…thank you very much for this." Esther smiled.

Shawn sheathed his rapier in a dignified manner. The loud clang upon the metals connecting shimmered through everyone's ear. "Thank you. We appreciate it. You've done good."

Jase smiled playfully. "You can thank Cale for those. I merely gave him the blueprints. He just had the materials." He turned towards Luke last. "However, Luke…yours is a special case. I worked on that one personally."

Luke looked down at the blue blanket wrapped around something that felt long and hard, like metal. He had a good idea of what it could be. But stayed distilled for any event to occur. Carefully, he undid the laces that fell to the ground and removed the cloth neatly. Luke's eyes widened when he realized what he was holding was something that even he was too shocked beyond words to point out.

"Jase…this is…"

In Luke's grip was a sword. It wasn't just any casual sword like before, but it held onto it a smooth, sharp hilt. It had a guard that was colored blue with green accents on it. The sleek metal shined brightly along the narrow edge and lengthened to a full meter. The blade was rather narrow compared to its previous incarnate, but it looked and felt very much like its old design.

"A new sword Jase?" Maggie raised her brow. "Really?"

Jase retained his stoic composure. "I believe the results shall speak for themselves, Maggie. Remember, there's more to it than meets the eye."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

Jase glanced at Luke. "Luke, there's a switch just below the guard. If you would?"

Luke didn't bother questioning and went with the instructions. He felt around until he felt a switch and used his thumb to flip it. In a flash, he jerked back as the blade's edging expanding into a bright blue energy blade. The sudden transformation startled them.

"Woah! Did…did it just…" Luke was at a loss for words until he turned it about. "This blade…Jase, did you really…?"

Jase prodded his sunglasses to make light refract, shutting out his eyes. "I've managed to figure out how to activate the energy when drawn. I've incorporated that with the metal as a base. Without it, it would've been active and wear out steadily. Perhaps this is posthumous at this point…but I'm sure that this is what Luka would have wanted."

Luke held the blade with careful thought. He couldn't help but overlook it. He knew the blade had similarities to Luka's blade, especially with how much the shape resembled its original form. The metal on his half was definitely from his own sword, but more compressed to give that energy a base like Jase said.

"I don't know what to say…thank you."

"Your appreciation is accepted, but it's not me who deserves the credit alone. That would be Shawn."

Luke turned to Shawn. "Shawn?"

Shawn crossed his arms and smiled. "Yeah, figured that might be the case." He thought back to the Empyrean on Gundalia. "It was back when we were going through Gundalia. We were in a weapons area that I recall. I noticed a lot of those weapons and Luka's had some similarities. We didn't have the materials to make the upgrades, but we've got refined metal to stay on track. Plus, I'm with Jase…you need this more than we do."

Luke looked down at the blade, feeling honored beyond words. "Guys…thanks. I don't know what to say, really. Now it just feels like I'm not giving enough back."

"That's not true." Esther pointed out. "You've brought everyone here together. You've shown everyone that people can really change for the better. We've learned just as much from you as you did us. This is just us helping each other once again."

"I've also made modifications to my weapon of choice." Jase pointed out. "But we'll save that for another time. Right now, we have a job to accompany."

Maggie beamed. "Alright Luke, you heard him. Say the word, and make it a good one to mark on!"

Luke pointed to himself. "M-me?"

"Well…you're more or less the leader at this point." Esther insisted.

He once again found himself frozen in shock. He turned sharply towards his peers and saw each of them giving expectant looks towards him. It seemed like an unceremonious and unanimous rule. All their smiles, even Jase's, were meant to tell him this was his turn now, to lead them.

Knowing now of the responsibilities brought about him, Luke tightened his grip on his blade. "Okay…" The blue energy along the blade brightened so much that it complimented the shine in his green eyes. "Everyone, we're going to protect our world! Not just this one, but everyone else's! It's time we fight back!"

Everyone loaded up on the Trailer once more. They were all present as Luke stood before the large monitor with Mira, Spectra, Nurzak, and Fabia all present and accounted for. The five representatives were finally set for the final brigade.

"Now then, I believe everyone is ready?" Spectra smirked.

"Yes. The Castle Knights as well as myself are ready for this mission." Fabia declared.

"Ren and his squad are all set for launch." Nurzak stated. "As shall I. It is time to give Interacia what we have suffered onto it, a thousand-fold!"

"As are we." Mira prompted. "We're ready, Spectra."

"Same goes for us here, too." Luke boldly declared. "We're all set."

Spectra smirked at everyone's eagerness. "I see…very well then." He paused to allow the moment to sink in. "Now, let's go over the plan one more time…now then. Our target shall be Riaan. From what you guys describe, he should be within the confines of the main Capital of Interacia, Solaris. There's another point of familiarity, Troposphere. Once I teleport us, we'll be in various parts of Interacia to map up. We'll all congregate onto Troposphere, and from there find our way towards Solaris. If those who end up near Solaris, stay within the limits to keep us informed. Knowledge is what will help us decide this battle."

"Right. Our main objective will be the palace of where Riaan is at." Shun noted. "We'll all go after him directly once we get a precision on his location. We'll have to do what we can to be wary with his forces he'll have on hand. And also, amongst them will be a much bigger threat themselves, Hades Pillars."

"And these guys are supposed to be tougher than these Rogue Zero punks?" Ace pondered.

"Yeah, that's putting it mildly." Maggie said, her tone striking a vicious seriousness.

"You need to keep in mind that they're well-armed. They use any means in their power to bring down their opponents." Marucho added. He remembered well of what Amina did with him and Dan. That memory still scorned him at how gravely they underestimated their calculations.

"Got it." Fabia nodded. "We're all set. Once we make landing, head for the nearest cover. Don't leave yourself out in the open for too long."

"And stay within your groups. Don't get separated. If you come into contact with another group, fan inwards towards Troposphere until cover is shown." Nurzak advised.

"I believe that should cover it." Mira imposed. "Sound about right?"

"Alright…" Dan held up his right hand, revealing the cast finally off. He couldn't make a fully balled fist, but it was close enough. "Guys…no matter what, let's give it our all. We'll see you when we get there. Good luck."

Spectra smirked. "Very well then. We'll prepare the transport. You'll hear the countdown on your devices…until then."

All their systems turned off.

Spectra stared at his screen with a blank gaze. He didn't look in the very least nervous. As a matter of fact, he looked elated if one looked closely. "This should be most promising…" He turned towards Gus. "Gus, are you ready?"

"Just lead the way, Master Spectra. Vulcan and I will clear a path for you and Helios." He chimed.

"Thank you, Gus." His tone was completely sincere. He glanced over towards the other person beside him. "Now Keegan, are you sure you want to do this? There's no shame if it's deterring knowing your world won't be the same as before."

Keegan gave Spectra a nonchalant look. "Nice try. Look, I didn't go through all those tests for nothing."

Spectra gave him a blank stare.

"Look, when this all started, I admit that what I was doing…wasn't the most selfless things. I was just as useless as those lumps and their flying tin can back then. But I guess…you all gave me a chance, a chance to see what it's like to learn from a change. Interacia may be my home, but it's not going to be the same like I am. If I'm going to help in any way that I can, I've gotta accept these changes." He raised a brow. "Besides…there's something I want to do as well when this is over."

Spectra smirked. "Oh really, what's that?"

Keegan paused as he turned around. He took a moment of realization before scoffing. "Well…we'll just have to see when this all over, won't we? If Interacia is still standing, I'd rather not be looked down on, but I ain't gonna be a pushover neither. let's leave it at that."

Spectra chuckled. "How vexing. Very well then, I'm excited to see what you can do." He turned towards the holographic panels. "Just try not to slow us down, won't you?"

Keegan accepted the challenge. "That's my line."

Spectra looked at something on the big screen. He saw a jumbled, colorful helix that was Keegan's DNA. He analyzed it down to every variable and pondered to himself. 'Trust me, my friend. You have no idea of the potential help you are being. You'll be making a change alright, that is a certain.'

"Serena, look after things while we're gone. Aranaut and I are going." Fabia declared. She was already in her Castle Knight wardrobe, with Aranaut at her side.

"Queen Fabia, are you absolute about this? Neathia needs you." Her sister pleaded.

"I know, sis…but everyone else needs me, too. I refuse to sit by any longer while Luke and the other risk their lives knowing that I could've been there to help. I won't live with that kind of guilt on my shoulders. As Neathia's queen, no…as a Battle Brawler, I'm in this fight for all of us."

"My queen." Aranaut spoke. "Wherever you go, I intend to follow to the very end. This fight won't be yours alone."

Fabia smiled softly to her partner. "Thank you, Aranaut…" She gave Serena a serious look. "Serena…look after things for me, won't you?"

Serena gave her sister a serious look in return. "I will." Her eyes narrowed. "But please, come back safe."

Fabia nodded. She walked off to meet her peers ready for the fight. Serena watched her brave, young sister go on for the fight with a softening gaze. She was just as proud as she was worried.

"Ren, I hope you realize the consequences that we are about to endure." Nurzak stoically faced the outside window which was broken to reveal Gundalia's destroyed domain. Their homes was literal destruction. "What we are about to do may very well be a one-way trip. If you and everyone else are absolute about this, then keep in mind that this may very well be the last time."

"I understand, Prime Minister Nurzak." Ren frowned. "We've considered that already, and we've given it plenty of thought as well. But…Linehalt and I, we can no longer hide from it."

"Our home is in shambles partly because of our lack of understanding of how these guys work." Linehalt insisted. "Now we know better."

"We're ready to give our lives if it means giving back to the people who have shown us that there is still a way. We owe Jase and the others everything we have left to give for showing us just that."

Nurzak turned towards the others behind Ren. Like him, they felt the same way, at least according to their expressions. He gave them all the benefit of the doubt, knowing full-well what they've been through. He closed his eyes and calmly embraced what was about to happen to them.

"…very well then. We shall be ready…and change Interacia as our thanks. Everyone! Towards the new world!"

Mira walked up towards her fellow Battle Brawlers with a serious frown. "So then…is everyone ready?"

"You bet." Dan smiled, balling a fist. "We're ready to smoke those suckers after everything they did to us."

"Are you coming with us too, Mira?" Marucho asked.

Mira gave them an affirmative nod. "That I am, Marucho. The technology they have should still be Vestal-based. You'll need someone with that kind of technological intelligence to operate those systems."

"Awesome, Mira. Thank you." Dan thanked.

Shun turned towards Julie. "So then I take it that you're coming along too, Julie?"

Julie beamed with her hands to her hips. "You betcha! This is no time for us to kick back while those guys do all the heavy lifting. Everyone needs to see the progress we'll be making. If no one's there to show them the world, they'll be left out in the dark life before."

"Which was precisely the point Riaan was trying to make from the start." Hydranoid said on Alice's shoulder, to which the orangette nodded.

"Right. Dan, guys, we'll be coming, too."

"You sure, Alice?"

She nodded. "Yeah. If Riaan's opening space again, that means we can follow everyone. Besides, we owe it to Luke and everyone for everything they've done for us."

"And you can leave me to hold down the fort." Runo said coolly. "It took us a whole day to rewire your Bakumeters to use the Battle Suites. Someone needs to stay behind and monitor to make sure that they operate at full capacity."

"Much appreciated." Gunz thanks. "Time to take these guys by storm, Reptak."

"You read my mind."

Dan faced Runo with an earnest expression. "Runo…"

There was a long moment between them. She looked genuine towards him and vice versa. She nodded back, knowing what he'll be saying. The head of the Battle Brawlers caught on and gave his signature nose flick with his right hand. He snickered.

"We'll be back. Promise."

Spectra started typing away on his data screen. Everything was in place as the coordinates were fixed into place. Five destination points were pinpointed and centered towards one spot. Gus walked up to him, humbly grinning. "Master Spectra…now's the time. Everything is in place."

"Right, I understand now." Spectra turned to a monitor off to the side. "You'll handle things while we're gone, right?"

On the screen, Klaus humbly smiled as Sirenoid was in a bowl of water. "Correct. I wish you all the best of luck. And if you meet Dan and Luke again, do give them our regards."

Spectra nodded and went through with the screening of coordinates. "One minute until launch…begins now."

Luke and everyone's Bakumeters clicked with several beeps, giving the signal of what's to come.

"Looks like Spectra's finished hooking us up." Maggie pointed out. As she talked, their Bakumeters beeped with every second.

"Now we're talking." Shuji looked at his Bakumeter's timer. He was looking as serious as could be.

"Jase, is the Trailer wired up for the transport as well?" Shawn questioned.

Jase was up on the main deck, keeping a holographic screen right in front of his face. It showed six pinpoints and the Trailer's systems at full green. "Yes. Everything is on place. We shouldn't have any problems with bringing it along with us for the time being."

"That's good." Luke looked ahead expectantly. He was certain this is would definitely mean something for them.

Esther gave him a sincere look. "Luke, don't worry. We'll be right behind you."

Luke gave her a serious look. "I know, same here. Everyone…let's go. It's time we step up and take Interacia and Riaan down once and for all."

Everyone strapped into their respective seats on the Trailer. They all took to their positions and their screens and braced as the countdown was reaching its final numbers.

"10…9…8…"

Shuji and Maggie glared forward at their screens. They took a moment to glance at ech other, without having to trade insults at one another for the time being. They faced forward once more to embrace the respective seriousness.

"7…6…5…"

Jase was patient, not showing any signs of worry with his face. Shawn closed his eyes, before they flashed open with a serious gaze in them.

"4…3…2…"

Esther glared alongside Luke. Their Bakugan faced forward ready to go. Luke's heart was racing, so much that he was feeling like he could jump out of his seat at any second. But he did his best to stay still. 'This is it…here we go!'

"1…0."

With one last beep, the Trailer and everyone inside started fading from the Revolutia courtyard. The snowstorm stopped for a split second as the Trailer turned into a beaming energy that ascended at lightspeed into the skies.

Claire, Augustine, and Cale watched as they disappeared from out the window. "Good luck…"

Decided to do one more break chapter before we get into some dead serious stuff happening. This is it guys, time to bring everyone to one spot for the final arc. It's going to be a bumpy ride, but I am going to convert as much time as I possibly can into making this arc go out with a bang. But do not fret one bit, because I have so much lined up for this arc that it'll probably be going until the end of 2020 (provided that I'm on schedule). So that means I have to work diligently. But I won't disappoint, promise!

Hope you guys continue to support, and I look forward to hearing your input! XD
