Chapter 21

"OH MY FUCKING GOD!" Harry screamed hour 5. "YOU ARE ALL ON THE FUCKING COUCH FOR THE NEXT MONTH AND BANNED FROM SEX FOR THE NEXT YEAR!"

"Breathe precious." Sev smiled. "I can see the first one's head."

Three hours later, Harry had his daughter, Lily, wrapped up in his arms. She had jet black hair with jade green eyes. Luc had Oscar who had raven hair and grey eyes whilst Sev had their other newborn son, Abaraxas, who had blond hair with onyx eyes. Harry's wings had been out through the entire labour and were now draped from exhaustion beside him.

"One of you should tell Draco." Harry whispered, not wanting to wake their sleeping children.

"Luc, you can do it." Sev delegated.

"Why me?" Luc asked

"Because he's your firstborn which makes it your responsibility." Sev explained.

"Fine." Luc handed Oscar to Harry before apparating away.

An hour later, Luc walked back into the room angry. Draco and Neville trailing behind him, looking guilty, annoyed and shocked.

"What's happened?" Harry asked, switching into parent-damage-control mode.

"Draco…" Luc started breathing deeply, eyes slowly changing to red

"Draco what…?" Harry asked, reaching for his mate's hand

"Draco has been mated for almost a month, hadn't told us or his in-laws until I got there to pick them up." Luc vented.

"I know. He told me the day you guys put me on house arrest." Harry defended. "That's why he moved in with Neville and wanted their rooms close to ours. You can't be too mad at him though. They weren't ready to share it with the rest of the world at the time and you know that it's tradition to let the Alpha/Dom's side know first about the mating than the Sub's and Neville's family don't make it easy on him to bring these big news pieces up with them. Especially with his parents in St. Mungo's. His Nan can be a handful on a good day."

"You knew?" Luc accused.

"I did. More because someone that is mated can recognise it in another. And even then, I found out after they had been mated for a week."

"You know they blurted it out after I told them that you'd had the triplets, right?" Luc explained.

"No, because I was here. However, it doesn't surprise me that that is how it came out. They were probably nervous and didn't know how to approach the news in a good way and were only with them for a few hours. They were probably planning on doing it later today. Luc, you must understand that telling family big news is nerve wracking at the best of times, even when you have a great relationship with your family. Cut them some slack. They were aware of the tradition and were trying to do it the right way." Harry pleaded with his mate, reaching for Luc's face.

The room seemed to hold its breath while Luc reflected on his mate's words. Sev just smiled from the corner, knowing that Luc was more hurt that Draco hadn't told him first and that their Sub was right.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Luc asked, defeated.

"Because it wasn't Mami's secret to tell. The responsibility was on us to let you know that Nev is now officially part of the family and Mami knew that. You know that Dad. Please don't be mad." Draco defended, hugging his dad.

Luc hugged his eldest back. "You guys are never going back there, especially now that you're pregnant."

"What?!" Harry exclaimed.

"You didn't know?" Luc asked

"No. Explain Poppet." Harry looked at his 'son' while he sat up straighter, fighting off the fatigue that was threatening to pull him under.

"umm..well…you see…" Draco started.

"What happened was that Luc came, woke us up and told us that you had given birth to your babies." Neville started explaining. "We hadn't told my Nan yet, so I went and woke her up and told her. She started screaming about how disappointed my parents would be in me seeing as how his aunt was the one that had attacked them, etc. You know how my Nan gets Harry…Anyway, she carried on for a while and when I wasn't responding to her attempts at emotional blackmail, she said some derogatory and insulting things about Draco. At which time I told her I didn't care about her opinion and told her that Draco was pregnant while warning her that if she continued to be unsupportive, then I would cut her out of our lives. She then threw an abortion spell at Draco, which Luc deflected while I pulled Draco out of the way and Luc apparated us here to then lecture us about traditions and being responsible and stuff."

Harry handed Oscar and Lily to Luc before holding out his arms to Draco and Neville. "Come here."

Once they did, Harry gave them both a hugs and held them there until Neville's tears started falling onto his shoulder. "Luc, Sev. Can you give us a minute please?" Harry's mates obliged after sending him a questioning look. After the door shut behind them, Neville's tears turned into sobs and he clung to Harry like no tomorrow. Harry let go of Draco to wrap that arm around Neville as well, while Draco walked around the bed to hug his mate.

After Neville calmed down, Harry let him go. "You will always be welcome in our family Neville. Always."

They talked for a little longer, and when Luc and Sev came back, they entered the conversation as well. Harry fell asleep listening to the conversations of his family around him.

Author's Note: Sorry about the waiting period guys. Had a couple of moves and lots of other personal stuff (like marriage). However, I am thinking of you guys and even when I am not updating, I am keeping busy thinking about where the story is headed. Thanks to those of my readers who are holding out, waiting for the end and to those of you who are asking me to do other story lines. There is a drarry one in the works as well as a Harry and Tom/Voldemort as well as a Harry and Fenrir. Let me know in your reviews which you would like me to write next.
