Chapter 2
Earth: Summer 100 AG: Fire Nation island
As both combatants get ready for the fight each of them started to read their opponents. Goku saw something useful about her, she managed to defend three full grown adult males without any problems yet controlled her emotions so she wouldn't lose herself. Azula saw him as a interesting opponent for the first time; dealing with the Avatar and his team, along with her brother for a while and her traitorous uncle Iroh proved she could handle the best of the best. But he was something else. As they get into their fighting stance one of the twins shouted out the only words that mattered "Begin".
Azula started out with launching several fire balls at Goku. Black managed to dodge all but one as he grabbed the last one and redirected it back at the Princess which she blocked flawless by kicking it away. Goku then started to run towards her which she used several more fire kicks and punches to stall him. Though he was tripped up by the first two fire kicks, he regained his control and deflected or dodge the others away as he was within grabbing distance when he engages her in hand to hand combat as though he was holding back his true power he still felt a rush within him as both were at a deadlock as both of them grab each other's hands as they made a couple comments to their opponent.
"For a teenage girl, your not half bad. Though I seen better." "And for a complete stranger that is clearly holding back, I'm somewhat impressed." Said the two combatants as Azula kicked him in the stomach as she sent a powerful blast of fire to him that knocked him down for a few seconds. Then Goku sent out what she thought was a fire blast but instead was something else entirely as it made contact with her; sending her to the ground as black suddenly appeared right on top of her as he creates a blade of some kind and points it at her, inches away from her neck. Yet instead he raised his remaining hand for her to get up. "You did well your highness, yet your overconfidence clouded you from seeing the bigger picture and it made a opening for me to exploit." "I'm impressed Goku; only the avatar had managed to beat me but it was due to unforeseen circumstances. For that you have my respect. But there's one thing you failed to account for." And what would that be?"
Said the two as he was wondering what she meant he felt a massive pain all over his body as Azula created lighting and blasted him constantly, making him scream in pain but what surprised her was he responded by powering up and unleashing the standard Super Saiyan form but it was so powerful it produced electricity around him causing her to cease her attack as she was blown away from the force of his power but as soon as it started it ended as he passed out from his injuries plus his own body couldn't handle the power for a long time since he was aged down. Azula soon saw this state and remembered it from the first time he saw him. "So you used that Golden hair state again! Yet you could only control it for a few seconds. I want to know everything about you my odd friend. Get him to his chambers at once; I will see him once he's recovered. As she summoned several guards to carry him to his room both twins were surprised of what they saw, no one could've thought that this "Son Goku" would be able to beat her In a one on one fight without resorting to tricks.
When black regained consciousness hours later he saw he was back in his room again only this time he saw Azula looking at him from a chair that was in his room briefly surprising him. "Your highness, what brings you to my chaimbers?" "Mostly to make sure my lightning didn't kill you, but also to answer some of my questions I have about you "Son Goku." As they talked to each other black knew he had to tell her a half truths and half lie story to her until he trusts her enough with the real story. "Fine women, to be honest it's so complicated it will take a while to get to where I am currently. One thing is for certain is I'm not from this world; in fact I'm from a different time and reality. This body has endured many battles. And I have battle beings that far surpasses anyone that you have encountered." "I'm impressed of your capabilities Son Goku, you even withstood a full blast of my lightning." "Not completely, I have some small scars from where it entered and exited as well." "Regardless when you were being struck by it you started to change physically; as if you were..." "Transforming. So it seems some of my powers are coming back to me though slowly."
As Azula was about to as him what he meant by that statement she saw her two "Friends" Mai and Ty Lee entered his room to see if the rumors about a stranger surviving her lightning strike were true. "So you're the one that withstood her attacks; didn't know he was a cutie." said Ty lee as she was using her acrobatic skills to move around the room in different ways that made the stranger have a curious face on him as her other companion was watching him with a neutral look on her face. " Though I have seen people survive her lightning strikes before I haven't seen anyone surviving her strikes like you have" said Mai as she remained neutral yet the way she said it sounded she was a bit impressive by his abilities. "Trust me if you know what I've been through, it would make your battles look like child's play. Speak of that, who are you two "interesting" people?" Said black as both of them realize that they haven't introduced themselves properly. "Goku these two are my friends and close allies Mai and Ty Lee. Speaking of that, what are you two doing here? I thought you were suppose to be finishing packing for the trip?" "We finished up when Zuko told us what happened." Oh Zuzu, you never know when to keep quiet." "Sounds like he's the younger one out of you two." "On the contrary, I'm the younger one yet more mature then he is; I've been a few steps ahead of him for a long time."
They said to each other as her two friends headed out as goku got off from his bed revealing his numerous scars across his upper body which even surprised Azula as she thought he was lying when he said his body received damages from various powerful people. "I see you have a great interest in my scars; yet I've yet to learn about you besides your relation to Prince Zuko." "Fine then, I'll even let you join our trip as bonus if you tell me something as well." Consider it a deal, since I'm a gentlemen I will allow you to go first." As black found a shirt that was comfortable, he walked out with the Princess as they began to walk the hallway.
Alright that's the end of chapter two of this story. If anyone noticed as why Goku black had the Standard Super Saiyan form he used it in the manga version of the Future trunks arc as well using Super Saiyan rosé while in the anime he only been seen in his base state and his Super Saiyan rosé forms.
