(Aegon's Personal chambers, Red Keep, King's Landing, The Crowlands, Westeros)

Aegon laid in his bed, Tyene and Nymeria had Long since passed out from the three-way Rutting with Aegon. Aegon didn't enjoy the thought of being tied down in a marriage, but better him than Jaehaerys the Virgin. With a heavy sigh, Aegon disentangled himself from Tyene and began to dress. Aegon watched Tyene's face, was it wrong that he wanted nothing more than to take her and Nym on trip to unseen lands? To never return? No, but it was certainly irresponsible to even consider.

Placing his Crown atop his head Aegon knew well enough that a Tourney to Celebrate his Reigns beginning would be a sure thing. Aegon hated watching tourneys, because the only people with the balls to actually try and beat him should he win would likely be Robert Baratheon, uncle Oberyn, great-uncle Aegor, and Eliana and Obara.

Aegon also knew that the Tourney would attract many a maiden hopping to catch his eye and become his Queen. He knew that Loras Tyrell, Gregor Clegane, and Lyn Corbray would likely attend, Jamie Lannister as well Jaime had been relieved of his post in the Kingsguard, but not cast out. No, that wasn't possible unless he joined the Night's Watch.

With a sigh, Aegon went to call upon Roose Bolton.

Roose was awarded the position out of respect for Domeric, Roose's Son, whom Aegon had been great friends with. When Dom's Bastard brother had him killed, Aegon barely fourteen, but burning with anger rode out with ten good men and Jon to take the Bastard's head...and did exactly just that. Aegon's father King Rhaegar had arranged a marriage between Roose and Aryianna Dayne, twin sister to Ser Arthur, as recompense for the loss of his heir and last potential heir. Aryianna had born Roose three children, Two daughter's and a son. His youngest daughter Bethany was betrothed to Eddard Stark's Second Son Cregan.

Aegon arrived at Roose's chambers and knocked before being called inside.

''Your grace, how may I help you?'' Says respectfully.

''I wanted to ask you to join me for lunch, I have something to discuss with you. If you get the chance, inform Lord Varys that I want him to attend as well.'' Says Aegon.

''Of course your, grace.'' Says Roose dutifully.

''Then I take my leave, enjoy yourself Lord Bolton, I certainly do.'' Says Aegon and before Roose can ask what Aegon means, his wife has yanked him back inside. Aegon chortles at the fact.

Aegon was enjoying a fine Dornish Red as Lord Bolton enjoyed his own spiced wine. Varys abstained from the drinking as he usually did.

''I'm considering Polygamy, I called you both here to help me weigh the benefits and disadvantages of the top contenders. Let's start with the War Elephant in the room. Myrcella is a beautiful girl, a kind girl by all accounts, but Robert is not the kind of man I want for a father-in-law. The man is a disgraceful husband, father, and Lord. I think it would be best if we consider removing him.'' Says Aegon.

''You want him dead?'' Asks Varys.

''No, I don't, but I can't allow his misrule to continue. I feel that Tears of Lys is our best bet. We should give it to Lady Cersei. I'm entrusting you to pass it onto Lady Cersei, Lord Varys, with the Message; The Dragon pays its debts. After that just tell her its a trace less and tasteless Poison. Now then Let's discuss the Stark's and Tyrell's.'' Says Aegon.

After an hour and a half Aegon had marginally narrowed his list down. He loved Rhaenys and Daenerys, but he couldn't marry them, much as he might want to.

House Tyrell were the second richest house in Westeros, and would potentially edge out the Lannister's should their mines ever dry up. Shich had given Aegon the idea of the option that just one of the services Aegon would have the new bank provide would be matchmaking. They'd arrange profitable matches in exchange for a fixed percentage of the dowry.

House Tyrell had the coin, troops, and status to be an invaluable asset, and it would also legitimize the hold over Highgarden and the entire Reach.

House Stark were easily the oldest family in Westeros, and taking Sansa Stark to wife would solidify a bond strong enough to deal with any threat.

Then there was House Martell, While not the richest or most powerful family, Aegon's maternal kin were still formidable, and Arianne would be a fierce. if independent Queen.

Aegon had far more to ponder in regards to Houses Baratheon and Lannister. Enough that he had no way to place iy into words.

Aegon would wait for now...

Time-Skip: Three Days Later

Cersei Lannister was crying for joy internally, her prayers had been answered. A man called upon her, offering her an untraceable poison, from House Targaryen. She put on a sorrowful look, yet she realised the opportunity this presented.

She would be able to leverage King Aegon into marrying Myrcella with this should she fail in seducing him.

At last, Power was within the Lioness's grasp!!!!!

(Red Keep, King's Landing, The Crowlands, Westeros)

Aegon stood against the doorframe watching from his balcony as Nobles funneled into the city. He could make out the banners bearing the sigils of Houses Lannister, Tyrell, Tully, and of course Martell. These were the most noticeable that Aegon could see.

''And so it now begins.'' Says Aegon as Tyene tries to tempt him back to bed.

Aegon was discussing Jon's participation in the Tourney with his Stepmother, when Varys came to him. ''I've just been informed that The Stag has fallen.'' Varys whispers so softly Aegon almost doesn't hear it.

Excusing himself, Aegon leads Varys to an alcove.

''Cersei is a Lannister, she'll likely attempt to leverage me with the tears into marrying Myrcella. Find me Roberts Bastard Children, I want you to start in The Vale. Robert was fostered there and he would likely have started his whoring and children there. I need something to counterbalance her leverage. It mayhaps be that Targaryen's and your Lysene countrymen aren't the only ones who bed relatives potentially.'' Aegon orders.

''And when I find them?'' Asks Varys.

''Observe for a time, but do try and sway them here.'' Aegon instructs. ''With any luck, we may be able to sway Stannis into accepting a lesser Lordship.'' Says Aegon.

Aegon had a plan, with Robert out of the way, he had the means to marry Myrcella unobstructed if he needed to. But he also had a potentially more lucrative proposal for Lord Tywin. Which was why Aegon and Lord Tywin now stood in the Small Council Chamber alone.

''I have a proposition for you Lord Tywin, but let me say that I trust you understand that such a proposition is made easier for the poison you daughter fed her husband.'' Says Aegon.

''Don't insult me, Cersei may not be as smart as she thinks she is, but she's not foolish.'' Says Tywin.

''I am the one who gave her the Poison.'' Aegon says sharply, giving Tywin pause. ''For the point of dramatic flair, philosophy, and Mere humor, tell me what House Lannister produces that makes it and you so fucking rich?'' Asks Aegon.

''Our Gold and Silver Mines of course.'' Says Tywin matter-of-factly.

''This is correct, but mines run dry, fields of wheat and other grains will inevitably take the place of the mines that dry up. I feel that after so long that Casterly Rock is nearly dry, but it doesn't truly matter if it is or not, because I'm willing to offer you a two part deal.'' Says Aegon.

Tywin studies the Young King, Tywin now understood that the boy had an agenda. Tywin then started to realize that this child was more like him than his own children.

''What sort of two part deal?'' Asks Lord Tywin carefully.

''House Targaryen scorned you once, what if I offer you the chance to wed Myrcella to Willas Tyrell, your youngest son Tyrion will be able to Wed my aunt, Princess Daenerys. Ser Jaime is beholden to his oath, like it or not. And whether you want to acknowledge it or not, Tyrion is effectively a duplicate of you but as a dwarf. Name him your heir, then I can put Daenerys forward as his bride, and you have the means to leverage him to cease whoring. If nothing else the resulting children would vastly improve the Lannister's standing and enable us to form a Three-House Deadlock that ensured our continued prosperity and existence.'' Says Aegon, as he pauses to breath.

''I will Marry Lady Margaery, to ensure that the three of our houses remain tied together. We will each be required to offer another unwed child, sibling, or relative to either each other or our strongest vassals. While also using a remaining heir or potential heir to bind another Great House to our group. I will also marry polygamously, so I suggest that you wed Jaime to either the Vale, Riverlands, or Iron Islands. Lord Tyrell's Youngest Son will either marry into House Lannister or my brother shall marry into Tyrell.'' Says Aegon.

Tywin now begins to see what Aegon is promoting.

''Targaryen, Lannister, and Tyrell. Westeros's strongest families bound together through common cause and marriage. You want a favorable board to play the Game of Thrones.'' Says Tywin.

''Indeed, I do. I wish for a dynasty worthy of an empire like Valyria, but with no Dragons I can only use marriage.'' Says Aegon. ''But I need Gold, men, and loyalty.'' Aegon adds.

''Think on this Lord Tywin, and get back to me.'' Says Aegon as he departs.

Aegon knew that he needed to marry Politically first and foremost, love could come later. Truthfully Aegon was in over his head and he knew it, but then again wasn't every first time King the same? Aegon had met Margaery but once, so until he met her for himself properly and received Varys's Little Birds report on her, he'd reserve his judgment.

Aegon had to think like Tywin when it comes down to Jaehaerys and Rhaenys. He'd been considering Elinor or Alla Tyrell, Alys Karstark, or Wylla Manderly, yet he himself could not dismiss them as potential suitors to him. As far as Rhaenys? Fuck it was hard to find a man for her...or was it...huh.

(Tourney Grounds, King's Landing, The Crowlands)

The Tourney had started, and the three opening tilts were Ser Barristan Selmy against Ser Loras Tyrell, Ser Garth ''Greysteel'' Hightower against Ser Lyn Corbray, and Ser Jaime Lannister against Prince Jaehaerys. For the most part, Aegon had kept his eyes on the competitors, but occasionally found himself stealing glances at five beautiful women; Alys Karstark, Wylla Manderly, Desmera Redwyne, Taena Merryweather, and of course Arianne.

Aegon saw the hungry look inside Ari's eyes as she saw him, he returned it, before pointing his own hunger towards Karstark, Manderly, Merryweather, and Redwyne. Arianne of course understood and had quickly recruited Tye and Nym and gone to ''recruit'' new flowers. Aegon cursed his Dornish Lists at times like this, it was half the reason why he kept them around, to keep the horny beast at bay.

Aegon noted that Tyene went for Wylla, Nymeria for Alys, and Arianne for Taena. Somehow he could have predicted this.

Aegon turned his attentions on the third opening tilts, Jaehaerys against Ser Jaime. Jon was skilled, but he was a better horseman than a lancer. Aegon leaped to his feat as he watched his brother unseat Ser Jaime. The crowd went wild, cheering for the young prince. When Jaime tore off his helm, Aegon noted that Former Kingsguard was not so much angry as he was humbled and impressed.

Great-uncle Aegor bent down to whisper in Aegon's Ear. ''Arianne is ready for you.'' Those words awoke the beast and a quick cursory scan of the crowd confirmed that Arianne, Tyene, Nymeria, Alys, Wylla, and Taena were no longer present. A devious smile crept upon his face...

Chapter End

So Chapter 2 is done, Aegon in many ways reflects my own mental state at times, the complexity that is. The next chapter will likely be a lemon, but I will hold off until after I visit my chiropractor. Heh, barely twenty and I have an old man's back...fuck my luck call me Ned Stak.

Might launch a poll to determine the Queen of love and beauty...vote for your choices.
