The morning after Mariah said yes
The next morning I woke up early Mariah was still asleep, she looked so peaceful & beautiful, her skin is so soft to the touch I couldn't resist running my fingers up her arm & neck then gently touching her face. Her lips where so inviting I leaned in & kissed her then sat back up, "Tes" I looked at Mariah & she was looking straight at me. "Come here", so I slipped back down in the bed & faced her she ran her fingers threw my hair then pulled me towards her & kissed me so passionately. There was a knock on the door, "Room Service " said a voice. "One minute!". I kissed Mariah, put my robe on & went & opened the door, he rolled in the breakfast trolley & left. Mariah sat up & we enjoyed breakfast in bed.
When we finished we had showers got dressed ready to leave. We stepped out the hotel & got into a waiting limo I had arranged to pick us up, Mariah turned to me & said "Where are we going?""It's a surprise just sit back & enjoy", I kissed her on the lips & held her hand.
Finally the limo pulled up & the door opened. There was music playing sounded like a concert. We where at the north beach were there is live music being played on two stages. We started walking over an arms came over mine & Mariah's shoulder. "so are you ready Tessa ?" Mariah looked round, it was Tanner. "Are you ready? Ready for what?" Mariah said. Tanner said"To sing on the stage""But you haven't got your guitar?""Tanner got one sorted for me, Mariah I want you to do something for me""Anything""I want you to come up on stage & let me sing to you!""I would love too" she cupped my face in her hands & kissed me. "Come on ladies" Tanner waved us over to the side of the stage. "Here's your guitar Tessa & Mariah I have a stool for you to sit on, as soon as the singer that is on now is finished.
The singer finished, took a bow & everyone applauded. Tanner walked on stage put the stool down next to the mic. "Ladies & gentleman I'd like to introduce our next amazing singer/song writer Tessa Porter!" The audience went wild. "Hi everyone, I'm going to sing "If you're not busy" which I wrote for my girlfriend & of last night agreed to marry me, Come on Mariah." She walked out & the crowd applauded, she sat down & I started to play the guitar & sing while looking straight at her. When I finished Mariah signalled me towards her & kissed me. The audience went wild clapping cheering & chanting Teriah. They asked for more so I looked at Mariah "What do you think?""Go for it Tes". "Okay this ones called when I see you!" Mariah face looked so beautiful watching me sing. When I finished I helped Mariah off the stool we took a bow & left the stage. Tanner was waiting "congratulations on your engagement!""Thanks Tanner"we both said.
We went for a walk towards the chronical wine tasting event, it's where judges have selected their favourites & then open the doors for public to try so we sat at a table & a waiter brought two glasses of wine over it was the winning drink, it was lovely but nothing compared to my Mariah. "A toast to us""& a long future together" Mariah added. When we'd had few drinks we where feeling hungry so we went back to the limo & it took us back to our hotel where we ordered room service & I ordered a bottle of champagne so we could celebrate our engagement.
Our food came we ate & drank. Afterwards we got changed into our comfortable night clothes & snuggled up in the bed. Mariah turned to me & said "Tes today has been a great day, I loved it & I love you so much" she put her hand on my cheek & moved in close & kissed me so I put my arm round her & kissed her back with all the love I was feeling, we made love & fell asleep in each others arms.
Tomorrow will be our last day in San Francisco so I'm gonna make it a day & night she will not forget,
