Well, well, well… Here's Chapter 2. Chapter 1 has 29 views as I'm writing this, so I hope this lives up to the hype… I really need to come up with better names for these Chapters. XD Well, I hope you guys had a Merry Christmas or Holiday season! Let's start off with Link and what happened after he came to Earth.

Link POV -Backstory-

As he exited the tunnel, Link slid into the shadows, a Footsoldier walking past, dressed in odd clothing, though he could see the small sickle shaped charm on the footsoldiers bracelet. Nice trick, Link thought. I'll need to figure that out. He dodged across the hallway and began to navigate through the building.

Around halfway down the stairs, he felt his ears twitch. Link had learned to trust his instincts after his many encounters with monsters and the Yiga. He switched his outfit to something similar to the footmaster he had passed earlier, and managed to pass a few non-Yiga members smoothly.

"The Lynel could prove to be useful, sir." Link knew by this interaction that these men, humans, as they were called, were a part of the 'Hydra' organization. "I'm not certain about using such a dangerous creature in our plans, Agent Jules." Link felt compelled to stay and learn more about their plans, but he felt that he should strategize first.

As he glanced out the few windows on the stairs, noticing the large towers and moving true-to-life images, raindrops sliding down the glass. The bright colors were shocking to see every two landings, though it was a break from the white and grey surroundings.

Eventually Link reached the bottom. The windows had stopped appearing a few floors back, giving him the impression of being trapped in the stairwell. Link stepped up to the door, standing on the tips of his toes in order to see through the small window. A Blademaster stood on the other side with a Hydra agent, holding some sort of identification to enter the stairwell.

Link stood on the hinged side of the door, taking notice that the door would swing in, hiding him from the gaze of the Blademaster. As the Blademaster entered, Link switched to the Sheikah set, and waited for the Yiga clan member to descend the stairs before switching back to his original outfit and leaving the landing.

"Identification?" The Hydra agent asked. "Ah… I wasn't aware that we were giving out identification, sir." He said, adding the light brogue that Yiga members had. The human laughed and pointed to the lobby desk. "You can get an identification card there. You'll have access to most parts of the building, with the exception of the top few levels, due to your Footsoldier status. You're shorter than most, that's for sure!" Link nodded and began to walk towards the desk.

When the agent turned back to his post, Link turned and walked to the entrance, stepping out of the building into a dark alleyway. Rain fell, and he pulled his hood over his head, his outfit once more changing to the Champion's tunic and trousers.

He headed towards the street, stopping at the edge of the alley, glancing at the odd machinery and people. No one's ears are pointed, so they mustn't be Hylian. Then, what are they? Link thought, making his way around the crowd.

-Later-

Link had scouted around the building again and again, climbing to the roof, making his way down in silence, and avoiding as many Yiga as possible. He now sat on the roof, ready to paraglide down, when a Yiga Blademaster whistled loudly behind him, two more Blademasters and three Footsoldiers appearing in an explosion of smoke.

He readied a Traveler's sword and shield, and ran forward, finishing a Footsoldier quickly, his hood falling off. Catching an arrow with his shield, he felt a windcleaver slice his side. With three strikes, another Footsoldier retreated. He dodged what would have been a fatal strike to the heart and managed to attain a Flurry Rush, finishing off that Blademaster.

The attacks continued until Link was the last one standing on the rooftop. He didn't notice the cameras of Stark Tower sending the data to Tony Stark.

Tony POV -Backstory-

"Sir, I've received some footage from the northwest tower security complex on some sort of… I'm afraid you'll have to see it for yourself, Mr. Stark." Tony rolled over in an office chair, looking over the screen.

"What is it, Jarvis?" He asked. "If you'll adjust your gaze to… here! Focusing the camera, sir." The screen zoomed in on a lone figure standing on the roof of a nearby building, wearing a cloak that reached most of the way down the back, and medieval style clothing. "What on earth…"

Tony's voice trailed off as he saw a large man emerge from the entrance to the roof, and whistle loudly, loud enough for it to be caught by the camera. The playboy watched in amazement as two bulky men and three tall thin fellows teleport, or, as the skeptic, came out of hiding places.

Jarvis was silent as they inspected the beginning of the fight. "Jarvis! Pause the video!" Tony cried. "Tony?" Pepper knocked on the door. "In a minute, Pepper!" Tony zoomed in on the blue-tunicked person. Pepper opened the door, seeing Tony zooming in on a photo of a boy with long, pointed ears. "Oh my-" Pepper didn't finish as she was cut off by the billionaire. "Get Fury on a line." Pepper nodded, speechless.

Link POV -Backstory finale-

Link leapt off of the building, landing softly on a windowsill. He glanced in, and when he was satisfied that the room was empty, he opened the window quietly, and stepped in. A Yiga Footsoldier stepped into the room, and was promptly knocked out. Link reached into the Yiga member's bag and pulled out the Identification card along with the uniform suit.

The Hylian put the suit on not a moment too soon, as a Blademaster stepped in at that precise moment. Link stood up, and looked down at the fallen Yiga. "I don't believe that he's a part of our ranks. He doesn't have any identification." Link felt trapped with the Blademaster between him and the door.

Instead of saying anything, the bulky man picked up the fallen Yiga and gave Link a nod. As soon as the Blademaster was gone, Link took in a deep breath. He would be here only until here until he got enough information for Zelda.

Later

"We're heading to Germany." He overheard a Hydra agent tell the Footsoldier Link had seen in the Necluda region, with the windcleaver, though now that he could see better, the Footsoldier had the three spires on each side of the mask, like Master Kohga's. Did the Yiga clan have a new leader? The Footsoldier nodded.

"Our plan is to make Loki believe that we're on his side for long enough so we can earn enough of his trust. Hydra will take possession of the Tesseract once again, and we will manage to take control of S.H.I.E.L.D." The Hydra agent bragged.

"Be quiet." The Yiga member said. The voice was female. "You're giving too much away, Chase. There may be a spy in our midst." "If ya ask me, you're being too paranoid. Hydra has top notch security. No one would be able to sneak in undetected with our cameras!" Chase exclaimed.

"Oh? What about the man one of my Blademasters found on the 10th floor?" She turned and began to walk towards the identification desk. "There was a breach? I will inform Hydra's leader!" Chase ran towards the stairs, passing Link in the process. "Anatahadare*?" The Yiga member asked. Link glanced down at his identification and was ready to turn the corner and hand it to her, when another Hydra agent stepped into his line of vision.

"We've gotten a plane set up for Germany. We'll go there 'back up' Loki, and come back. We should find ways to keep the Avengers out of this, so if your Clan is willing to disguise themselves in the crowd-" "Consider it done." She cut him off. "Let's get on that plane." She passed Link, giving him a slight nod when she saw his identification. Link nodded in return, then turned for the door, where a few Yiga were gathering, disguised. A Yiga motioned to clothing on a counter, and he quickly chose a champion blue hooded shirt with a pair of trousers and some stringed shoes.

Adding them to his inventory, he switched his outfit using a fairy to give it the same effect as a Yiga's transformation. He pulled the hood up, creating a quick disguise. "To the plane?" The leader asked. Link now had a clear look at her, though she was most likely using a disguise to keep her identity unknown. He followed the group in silence, watching them disperse into groups of two or three.

"Hey!" A Yiga member hissed. "You're not a part of the Yiga, are you?" The voice was concerned, almost as if they didn't want to let it get out. Link shook his head. "Alright. I am, but… I-" The Yiga member stopped and stiffened as they passed a Blademaster. Link gave the Blademaster a barely noticeable nod. "I almost wish I wasn't. I'm Shai*, by the way." "Link." Link whispered, barely audible.

"The-" Link put his hand over Shai's mouth, cutting the Yiga off. "I know." Link's voice was low and quiet, sounding all the more dangerous. "Sorry, it's just… You're so, well.. Different from what everyone says you're like." "Like what?" Link asked. "For one, you're… short." Link wasn't paying attention anymore. His gaze had caught sight of a large metal exoskeleton with metal wing appendages.

"So that's an airplane." Shai breathed in amazement. Link didn't like the fact that he'd be trapped in a metal contraption with enemies on all sides. He shuddered at the thought. "Identification?" the Hydra agent asked, and Link held up the id card. "Row four, left, seat two." The agent waved him into the airplane. Link found his way to the fourth row, and sat down in the seat that a Blademaster motioned to.

After a few silent hours of being in the plane, the silence was interrupted by an announcement by the captain. "We will be landing in Germany shortly. Please buckle up and put up your tables. "

Link sat tensely in his seat, and as he glanced around, he could see some Yiga doing the same. The plane lurched and began to glide at an angle. Within minutes, the plane had landed on the ground and the captain had given the thumbs up to leave.

Link made his way out of the airport, as it was called, with the Yiga and Hydra members. "We're heading towards the museum. Loki will be there, waiting to see us in the crowd." Link felt that he couldn't do this. If he stayed with them, he'd be found out. He slipped into a nearby crowd as he left them, taking his hood off. He followed them from a distance until he noticed a man climbing up a ladder onto a building.

If this man was with Loki, who had plans of possibly moving on to reigning over Hyrule as well, he could prove to be a dangerous adversary. "Captain, stay there until Loki comes out. When he does, we need you to neutralize him. Take him out." Link's sharp hearing was handy when it came to mechanical devices.

He needed a vantage point on this 'Loki' person he had been hearing about. Glancing around, he analyzed the buildings. To the north, there was a slight platform, and with the few mechanics, he would have a hidden view. Link made his way to the building and began to climb up the side.

Link pulled himself over the edge when he was almost entirely depleted of strength. He moved swiftly to hide. Kneeling down next to a large fan, he switched from the human clothes to his Champion's tunic and other Hylian garb.

Mechanical whirring could be heard behind him and he stood up slowly. Link pulled out a boomerang and hid it underneath his short cloak. The noise came to a stop at one point and Link turned around, revealing the boomerang and throwing it towards the armored man, hitting the helmet in the front.

"Aah!" The armored man leapt back, then called: "Are you an enemy? Have you sided with Loki?"

Link didn't trust this guy. Not yet. He put the Lizal boomerang away, and withdrew the Master Sword. The man lowered his shoulders. "I'm not going to hurt you, kid. I just want to know what you're here for."

"To stop their plans." Link put away his weapon. "Whose plans?" "The Yiga's."

"We'll talk about this later. Can you get onto that jet over there?" Link nodded. Revali's Gale was ready. The man flew off. "Revali?" Link asked, knowing that Revali's spirit wouldn't answer.

I decided to add some Japanese, so the asterisks and parentheses are quick translations: *1 Who are you, 2* Shy. I've had a busy week and am ready to get back in the groove of writing! If you'd like, you can leave a review, and have a Happy New Year! I've set this on Hiatus until later. I want to get this story finished so I can put it up at a steady pace, so when it is over two chapters long, feel free to continue!
