14. Chapter 14

(The Day Before The Finals)

In a private room in the Konoha Hospital lies one white haired Sannin, who is wrapped in bandages from head to toe. Some of his injuries have a cast over them as well to keep him from aggravating those injuries. Stirring could be heard from him as he awakened from his pain induced slumber. Slowly the toad sannin opened his eyes, they were greatly bothered by the bright lighting in the room. Besides the crust in his eyes that he cannot move to get rid of, another thing that's bothering him greatly is the amount of pain his body is currently in.

"Ah I see you're awake at last Jiraiya." A familiar voice broke Jiraiya out of his daze.

Slightly turning his head to the left, Jiraiya saw that his old sensei was sitting down by his bed in a chair. He was kind of relieved that Hiruzen is here with him. Someone to help fill him in.

"S-Sensei..?" It hurt to move his jaw, he could barely move it enough to talk. Judging from the resistance he's encountering, safe to say his jaw is most wired shut due to it being either fractured or broken.

"Yes it's me, try not to talk too much. Your jaw is broken in more than one spot, it was only yesterday when the doctors loosened the wires to allow you minimum movement of your mouth period." Hiruzen urged his student, he's glad to see Jiraiya up.

Well at least his analysis of his jaw was accurate. "W-What happened to me..?" Jiraiya asked, he for the life of him cannot remember what happened to make him end up in this condition.

Hiruzen sighed, his eyes showed sadness for his student. "You were brutally beaten within an inch of your life by Mikoto, 168 of your bones were either fractured or shattered. It probably hurts for you to breathe because all of your ribs are broken. Your neck is broken so try not to move your neck too much either. Then there's your spine, it's damaged in several different places. Your left eye socket had been fractured as well. This beating surpasses the one Tsunade gave you all of those years ago for peeping on her in the hot springs. Definitely on the same level as the one Kushina gave you, when she found out that you were using her for inspiration for one of your Icha Icha novels. Same level if not worse depending on how you look at the overall damage."

Jiraiya flinched at hearing how extensive his injuries were, which caused him more pain from the jerking motion. He briefly wondered why he didn't have the same level of feeling in either of his legs. As if one leg had more feeling than the other.

"What was the last thing you remember happening, Jiraiya?" Hiruzen asked his student.

Thinking hard, blank pretty much came up for the most part. Though he can remember one specific event that happened some point after he left his sensei's office.

"I-I think i-it was seeing Naruto and Anko go there separate ways from the shop they were in. I had to wait an hour until that point I think? Once they separated, I followed Naruto as stealthy as I could. We were getting close to the Uchiha District, I decided to make my move. But after I took a step towards Naruto, everything afterwards is a complete blank to me. For the life of me I can't remember anything after that moment." Jiraiya explained while trying to manage the pain in his jaw the best he could.

"I see well as I mentioned before you were beaten nearly to death by Mikoto and partially Naruto. The reason is because of your actions towards Naruto himself." Hiruzen said.

Jiraiya looked at his sensei with a puzzled expression. "My actions towards Naruto? What could I have done to warrant this kind of punishment?" The sannin's tone was laced with confusion, not that it surprised Hiruzen.

"When you left my office, at some point you came up with a plan to introduce yourself to Naruto. After you trailed Naruto close enough to the Uchiha District, you made your move on him by planting a paralysis seal on him. You did this by transforming a shadow clone into a bug, because Naruto was focused on your actual location. He noticed the clone a second too late, allowing you to get a lucky hit on him as he was about to disable your paralysis seal. Afterwards you took his unconscious body not too far outside of Konoha, once he woke up you demanded him to tell you if he could access the Kyuubi's chakra. Of course Naruto recognized you but he did not trust you so he chose not to answer, you went as far as to not only threaten him with insubordination, you told him he was a threat because of his distrust towards me. You may not have said it directly, however you essentially told him that you will put him down if necessary. Lastly you put Naruto in a life or death situation by throwing him off a chasm in hopes that he would channel the fox's chakra. Yet because you somehow forgot to make him sign the toad summoning contract first, you left Naruto with no way to save himself even if he did channel the fox's chakra. Good thing Naruto had been able to save himself without needing to resort to using his tenant's chakra." Hiruzen explained in great detail with narrowed eyes.

Jiraiya was shocked that he actually did all of that. Did he really endanger his own godson's life so carelessly like that? The son of his prized student that he swore to look after? No he couldn't, there is no way he would ever do such a thing….would he?

Deep down Jiraiya can't help but feel that he let his grief and guilt get out of control.

"Answer me this Jiraiya, what in kami's name were you thinking? Do you have any idea of the severity of your actions? You kidnapped a fellow Konoha shinobi without justifiable cause, not to mention said shinobi is not only the village's jinchuuriki, he's one a child of a clan head and not just any clan head. You had no authorization from me or Mikoto to take Naruto outside of the village regardless of your rank. Next is the fact that you threw him in a chasm without any way to save himself. That can be accounted as attempted murder since you had no authorization to even train Naruto in the first place. I even warned you prior to being careful on how you approached Naruto, Jiraiya. Even though I technically did not give you any authorization to train Naruto in the fox's chakra, you at least should've asked Mikoto first before anything. Do you know that your actions are considered treason, Jiraiya? You went behind my back and endangered an important individual to Konoha. Even with all the prestige your name and title holds, it cannot save you from this." Hiruzen shook his head in disappointment.

The toad sannin couldn't believe what he was hearing, just what in the blue blazes was he thinking during the time?

"I-I don't know what I was thinking…" He answered unsurely.

"Of course you don't, this is not the first time you gave me that answer when it involves one of your idiotic messes." Hiruzen said.

Jiraiya didn't want to think about all of those other times he's done something stupid that ended badly on his end. "Sensei where is Tsunade? I remember you saying she was in the village. She must know of my condition by now, why hasn't she healed me properly?"

"Because she, Shizune and Doctor Yakushi all vehemently refused to heal you. Tsunade was the first to come to my office and declare that she will not waste a glimmer of her chakra or time healing you for endangering a member of her family. Shizune followed right behind her for the same reasons. Doctor Yakushi on the other hand refused simply due to his relationship with the Uchiha Clan. He's a mentor towards Sakura and Sasuke, Naruto's older siblings. However he did make sure you were stabilized and told his staff to give you the bare minimum for treatment. Normally I could order them to heal you, however in this case certain circumstances would give them leeway to avoid such orders if I were to give them." Hiruzen explained.

Jiraiya's eyes widened, his long time friend Tsunade isn't going to heal him? Hell she healed him even when she beat him within an inch of his life herself.

"What? Tsunade won't heal me?" His tone held genuine surprise.

"Are you really that surprised Jiraiya? You committed your actions against her godson. You know as well as I do how Tsunade feels when it comes to family. Tsunade hasn't even been here to see you since you've been in the hospital, she told me herself that you weren't worth it and she might end up killing you in your unconscious state if she does see you." Hiruzen answered.

….yeah she's really pissed at him if she's going that far.

"Alright...how long have I been in here? Why can't I hardly feel my legs?"

"You've been in here over two weeks now, you were in a coma courtesy of Mikoto." Hiruzen's gaze held pity in them as he answered his student's next question. "As for why you have barely any motor functions in your legs is because of the major damage your spine received. The doctors did try their best to repair the nerves in it, although to completely heal the damage is outside of their current skills. Only Tsunade and possibly Shizune have the skill set to successfully heal you, unfortunately neither of them have any intentions of healing you. Unless they have a change of heart, your career as a shinobi is over. While you do have some feeling in your legs, it's not enough for you to walk properly."

Jiraiya said nothing, his gut felt as if it was punched through.

"Once your injuries heal up more you will be transferred over to the Konoha prison where you will serve your time with your chakra sealed. Although you won't be placed with the rest of the inmates, you'll be in a special cell guarded by a squad of Anbu. Do not blame Mikoto or Naruto for your current predicament, you have no one else other than yourself to blame Jiraiya. I always told you that your rash stupid decisions will eventually come back to really bite you in the ass and look what happened? I'm losing a powerful shinobi from our forces in a critical time, you know that Orochimaru is plotting something. Honestly it's a good thing Tsunade is back along with Mikoto being back in the field. So we really won't take a huge hit since you're hardly around in Konoha anyways. Mikoto assured me that she has her own spy network so there's no need to rely on yours. You will be paying reparations to both Naruto and the Uchiha Clan, your account has already been charged for the fines. Lastly the toad summon denounced you as the holder of the toad contract, that's in the hands of the Uchiha Clan now."

….what could he even say? He ruined his own life. His sensei wouldn't be here telling him this whole situation is his fault, if it was not the case.

Hiruzen sat with Jiraiya for a few more minutes before he had to leave. Anbu was stationed to guard the room, Jiraiya left alone feeling nothing but emptiness. How it all left him so fast...

(Inuzuka Compound)

Mikoto couldn't help but be amused at Tsume's nervousness, it's like her fellow clan head is expecting for Mikoto to go on a rampage at any moment. Granted if she were in Tsume's position, she would probably feel similar. Though Mikoto believes she would do a much better job at hiding her worries.

"Tsume relax you're acting like I'm about to kill you or something. All we are doing is talking." Try as she might, the small smirk that crept on the Uchiha clan head's face could not be kept down.

For Tsume, Mikoto's words did help her calm down. Though she couldn't be blamed for her nervousness, especially in this kind of delicate situation.

"Sorry Mikoto, I don't mean to act this way, but it's hard to not be nervous at the moment considering my clan's position." Tsume said.

"No need I have no intentions on harming anyone in your clan because of your son's actions. All I want is reparations for both Naruto and the Uchiha Clan, I'll be out of your hair if we can agree on those terms." Mikoto waved off her concerns, it's kinda odd seeing a good friend like Tsume so scared of her. Then again Mikoto knows how she can be at times so it's reasonable.

Tsume visibly sighed in relief, her clan was safe. It's not that she outright believed Mikoto would try to massacre her entire clan. Sadly that doesn't mean some members can't suffer especially when it was the Inuzuka who were the ones who technically declared war on the Uchiha. Mikoto would be in her right to act according to how she sees fit.

"That's fine, a lot better than I was originally hoping for. Wait reparations don't include Hana right?" Tsume wanted to make sure.

"If you mean as in taking your daughter as some prize for my son then no. I would never take your child away from you in that manner. Besides I don't want either of my kids dating yet and neither are remotely interested in the prospect of dating. They're focused on much bigger things." Mikoto assured the Inuzuka clan head.

Nodding in agreement, Tsume spoke up. "Sorry about Kiba, Mikoto. I honestly have no idea what that fool was thinking. You don't understand the amount of headaches that boy has caused me over the years."

Kiba was sentenced to seven years of prison with having his chakra sealed off for the rest of his life. Truthfully he got off easy, if Naruto hadn't asked for Kiba to receive a lighter punishment. Kiba would've served more than 10 years, Tsume is grateful towards the blond's help. She also apologized to him for her son's actions.

"I can only imagine, I won't lie to you Tsume he's lucky Naruto looked for him. Your son may have not survived if Sasuke or Sakura had been with Naruto at the time." It goes without saying what would've happened if Mikoto herself was there.

Tsume didn't even want to imagine the possibilities, knowing full well none of them are pretty.

After discussion over the reparations and signing a couple documents, Mikoto made her way back home to her family. Tomorrow may be the finals, but tonight is family movie night. It's not her turn to cook but it's her turn to pick out a movie. She loves movie night, not only does it result in more precious bonding time with her family. But she's smothered in love due to her kids cuddling her. Mikoto always ends up in the middle while they pick their spots, whether in between her legs or on both sides of her. They get as close as they can to her and Mikoto welcomes it with open arms; it swells her heart up so much every time.

She has a good feeling that even in adulthood her kids will still want to be babied by her a lot, and Mikoto will baby them all they want no matter how old they are.

(Day Of The Finals)

Finally the day of the Chunin Exam Finals arrived, the Konoha stadium was filled with not only civilians and shinobi of Konoha. Foreign visitors from other villages also showed up to watch the finals take place, some disguised as spies in order to inform their leaders of any genin worth mentioning. Royalty figures such as the Daimyos of both fire and wind were in attendance with their parties. Those are to name a couple, several potential royalty clients are in attendance.

The stadium had been remodeled earlier this year, the battlefield offered much more room to work with. Along with the stands being expanded to have more seats filled in to allow more people to attend any other future events that may take place in the stadium. Some spots in the stands had small TVs placed high up in order to give people different angles of the fights. This is a new feature that was suggested by Hiruzen himself. It was also his idea to increase the size of the stadium.

People had their bets placed, surprisingly none on team 7 had the betting odds in their favor against their opponents. Mikoto found it laughable while Tsunade and Anko learned that today is the day they will become richer.

Hiruzen had already given his opening speech to the finals, now Genma was addressing the genin on the battlefield.

"Alright listen up, the terrains different but the rules are the same as before. That means there are no rules. The match continues until one candidate acknowledges defeat or dies. That being said, if I determine that a match is over. I can step in and stop at any time and no arguments permitted, understood?" Genma told all of them in a stern tone, he received no replies though he knew they got the message.

The finalists on the battlefield are Gaara, Temari, Kankuro, Shino,Shikamaru, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Neji and Lee. Team 7 were all eager for their matches, mainly because all of them wanted to show off some of their skills. Though truthfully their whole team is too overqualified for this competition. Oh well their fights should still be decent...or at least they hope they are.

Genma continued speaking. "These are the opponents for the first match. Sasuke Uchiha, Neji Hyuga, those two stay while the rest of you can go to the waiting area."

One by one the genin walked towards the stairway, Sakura and Naruto stayed behind to wish their brother luck even though he really did not need it.

"Besides obviously watching out for his Gentle Fist, show this guy how outclassed he really is." Naruto held out his fist.

"Kick his ass Sasu." Sakura simply said as she also held out her fist.

Sasuke smirked and fists bumped his siblings. "You got it."

Both Naruto and Sakura returned his smirk before disappearing by using shunshin.

Sasuke turned around to face his opponent.

Up in a certain section of the stands were Ino, Choji, Hinata, Yakumo, Tenten. A row above them were Asuma, Kakashi, Gai, Kurenai and Anko. Tsunade, Mikoto and Shizune were there as well. Hinata is sitting between Yakumo and Mikoto, Kurenai directly in the seat behind her. Tsunade is next to Mikoto with Shizune next to her. All were eager to see how the fights are going to go down.

"Who do you guys think is going to win?" Asuma asked his friends.

"I believe Neji has this one won." Gai had faith in his student's victory. Though he doesn't think it will be an easy victory.

Kakashi didn't need to think of his answer. "Sasuke has this one won." He stated his opinion.

"You seem confident in Sasuke, Kakashi. If I didn't know any better I would say you trained him over the month." Asuma gave the copy-nin a knowing look.

Anko and Kurenai rolled their eyes at the notion of Sasuke needing training from Kakashi. Knowing him he would do nothing but waste Sasuke's time.

"Me training him? Not a chance he wouldn't accept it even if I offered him." Kakashi lazily answered.

"Then what makes you so confident in his victory?" Gai wondered.

"Hmm well how do I say this? It's true Neji is talented and a prodigy, there's no denying his skills. However he's not on Sasuke's level. I would know since over the month I did spar with Sasuke once. Another thing is that he's the same kid who learned my Chidori by trying to create his own original jutsu. Never did I once instruct or show it to him, he learned the chidori all on his own. As an academy student at that, so correct me if I'm wrong, but that's a completely different level of talent. Let's not forget that Sasuke is said to be an even greater prodigy than Itachi." Kakashi answered as he gazed at the shocked expressions of his colleagues.

They certainly had ever right to be shocked, an academy student creating his own elemental ninjutsu? An academy student essentially recreated the chidori?! That's just impossible.

"Kakashi how can it be that he achieved that level of lightning manipulation as a simple academy student?" Asuma asked the silver haired jounin in shock.

Even Kurenai and Anko were shocked, neither of them knew this little fact about Sasuke.

Kakashi shrugged. "I don't know but I saw it with my own eyes. When Sasuke learned that he accidentally recreated my jutsu, he freaked out thinking he was going to get in trouble. Mikoto introduced him to me and explained the situation. I myself couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was no way I couldn't give Sasuke the green light to use chidori."

Now Gai was worried, chidori is labeled an A-rank technique for a reason. "You don't think he will use it against Neji do you?"

"If you're worried about Sasuke putting a hole through your student's chest then you have no worries Gai. Sasuke wouldn't go that far. I can assure you he won't kill Neji." Kurenai said to the bowl cut jounin.

"Hmmm you seem well acquainted with them to make such a statement, Kurenai." Kakashi spoke up.

"Well he's a really good friend of mine along with the rest of team 7, I've gotten to know them over the month. They're the reason why I can have my old apprentice on my team without having to deal with Kiba's perverted tendencies anymore." Kurenai smiled softly looking down at her young Uchiha friend.

Mikoto couldn't help but smirk hearing Kakashi talk about how talented her son is, oh today Konoha will learn just how talented her babies are. They all take after their mother, Mikoto herself after all.

"So who did you guys think is going to win?" Choji asked the other genins while eating his bbq chips.

"Sasuke-kun of course!" Ino stated confidentially.

"I agree with Ino-san, as good as Neji-niisan is, he's not as strong as Sasuke." Hinata agreed, she'd also gotten very close to not just team 7 but the Uchiha family as a whole. She even brought Hanabi with her over to hangout with them sometimes, her younger sister always enjoys spending time with the Uchiha family. It helps that the relationship between the Hyuga and Uchiha Clans are on greater terms than before due to their recent alliance.

Also after witnessing how team 7 trains….yeah it's a reason why she chose Sasuke to win over her cousin.

Tenten felt inclined to speak up for her teammate. "Hey aren't you supposed to be his cousin?!" She asked Hinata before continuing on. "Sasuke may have been Rookie of the Year this year, but Neji was also Rookie of the Year in last year's graduation class. He's also the prodigy of the Hyuga Clan! There's no way Sasuke can win, plus Neji has a whole years worth of experience over Sasuke. He can't even touch Neji in close range." She defended her teammate, Tenten is more than confident in Neji's win.

Yakumo on the other hand scoffed, rolled her eyes then giggled loud enough for the others to hear, more specifically Tenten.

"Is something funny?" Tenten asked with narrowed eyes.

"Why yes I find funny how you believe Neji has a slimmer of a chance against my sensei." Yakumo replied with a smug expression.

"Sensei?" Choji, Ino and Tenten echoed.

"Yep for the last month, Sasuke has been training me with the help of his siblings and Kurenai-sensei. I can tell you right now that your friend Neji has no chance of defeating Sasuke." Yakumo voiced.

"He's only been a genin for barely six months, Neji has experience over him." Tenten retorted.

"Wow, a whole year of experience, such a huge advantage that is too much to overcome." Yakumo said mockingly, which caused Hinata to giggle a bit.

"it is!" Tenten growled.

"Tell me this then panda-girl, has Neji ever been considered a prodigy to the level of Itachi Uchiha or Kakashi Hatake?" Yakumo asked.

Tenten was about to reply with a yes until she realized that it wouldn't be the truth. No one has ever put Neji on that pedestal.

"No…" She begrudgingly answered.

"Oh really well as much as your hyping him up you would think he would be. Unlike Neji, my sensei Sasuke is said to be an even greater prodigy than Itachi. His team has also never failed a single mission no matter the ranking of said mission. Lastly Sasuke has fought against Kakashi Hatake and defeated him." Yakumo said with a smug smirk on her face.

Tenten wasn't the only one shocked, those who were listening in who didn't know that little fact were all shocked, when they turned to Kakashi looking for him to deny it. It stunned them even more to see him nod in agreement!

Tenten widely chose to shut up after that.

Once again Mikoto couldn't suppress the smirk on her face.

Tsunade rolled her eyes seeing the expression on her sister's face. "You must feel really proud huh?"

"Damn right I do, this is only the beginning of Sasuke's legend too. Konoha is in for a surprise when it comes to all of my precious kids. They will learn to not fuck with them or else." Mikoto grinned.

Tsunade shook her head, she felt proud of her god kids strength as well. Sasuke and Sakura both will surpass her in medical ninjutsu before they turn 17 if not sooner. Naruto is on a level in fuinjutsu that only his parents and her grandmother reached. At least as far as to her knowledge. The Uzumaki Clan were feared for their unmatched prowess in the arts of sealing.

Shizune is in charge of taking pictures for the family photo album. She asked Mikoto if she could do it in place of Mikoto herself, of course the raven haired woman had no issues with it.

Over in a different section the members of the Hyuga Clan who attended.

"Watch Hanabi, your cousin Neji is a true prodigy in the juken." Hiashi told his youngest daughter.

Hanabi looked at the battlefield then looked over to her father. "Father you do realize that Neji is going to lose right?"

Hiashi nearly winced at his daughter's question, he's trying to be optimistic for his nephew. Hopefully after this he can fix the mistakes he's made with Neji.

He fake coughed a couple times. "I know you are quite fond of the Uchiha Clan Hanabi, but try to have some faith in your cousin."

Hiashi received an expression that told him his youngest daughter isn't buying it.

"Kami that kid is seriously like a fucking male version of his mother." Shikaku voiced.

"He does take after her quite a lot it seems. Hmmm do you think he's as talented as Mikoto-chan, Shikaku?" His wife Yoshino asked him.

"If the rumors I heard about him are true, then not just him but all of her kids are monsters like her." Shikaku internally shivered, he swore to himself long ago to never get on Mikoto's bad side. Too troublesome to even think about dealing with.

He wasn't the only clan head who shared the sentiment of Sasuke being the male version of his mother.

In the waiting area, Kankuro asked his sister who did she thought was going to win.

"I'd say the Uchiha kid, then again the Hyuga kid looked strong too." Temari answered.

Shino and Shikamaru already had their picks for the match, Gaara expects Sasuke to defeat Neji.

"I believe my teammate Neji is going to win. He's the strongest genin in Konoha. Lee said.

Sakura and Naruto took offense to that, but decided to let Lee see the end results for himself.

In the Kage box, Hiruzen and the Kazekage, Rasa were waiting for the match to start. What Hiruzen did not know is that his old student Orochimaru is acting in disguise as one of the Kazekage's bodyguards. Orochimaru also made sure to keep his chakra as low as possible in order to prevent himself from being detected. He's pretty sure sooner or later, Mikoto will sense his presence if she hasn't already.

"I believe this will be an exciting match, it's not everyday where you see a Hyuga and Uchiha face off." Hiruzen commented. Even more so to see them as allies, Hiruzen was stunned when he learned of the alliance between the clans.

"Yes I do as well, I've heard that both are prodigies of their year." Rasa said.

"Yes both were Rookie of the Year in their respective graduation class." Hiruzen noted.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, Hokage-sama, but that boy looks an awful lot like the Honō no hakai no megami (Flame Goddess of Destruction)" Rasa inquired.

It was moments like these why Hiruzen wanted Team 7 more than any other team to make it far in the finals. He got his wish by having all three members make the cut. They will bring it a lot more clients once they display their skills. Plus it gave him bragging rights as Kage.

"You would be right seeing as young Sasuke is one of the sons of the woman you are speaking about. He's actually her son by blood while her other children are adopted. And no I'm not referring to Itachi." Hiruzen said.

Rasa's eyes widened slightly at the news, he knew Itachi Uchiha is the son of Mikoto. However he never knew that Mikoto had more than one child. If Sasuke is anything like his mother, Rasa will have to make sure to keep an eye on the boy in the future.

Orochimaru on the other hand is waiting to see what skills his vessel will display today.

On the battlefield, Genma was giving one last look to both fighters.

"You guys ready? Hajime!" Genma declared before jumping back a considerable distance away from the two.

It was silent for a solid minute, tension could be felt in the air. Everyone is waiting for the first one to make a move.

Neji smirked, his byakugan activated. "You seem confident in yourself."

"Believe me I have lots of reasons to be, I could say the same about you." Sasuke replied.

"You would be right, I am confident, fate has declared me to be the victor of this match before it even started." Neji voiced.

"Fate? How do you figure that?" Sasuke had a raised eyebrow.

"It's simple really fate plays a hand in everything. Just as it was the fate of the Hyuga Clan to outlast the Uchiha Clan. It is the fate of the Hyuga Clan to put the remainders of the Uchiha Clan in their place." Neji kept his smirk, his goal is to anger Sasuke into acting reckless.

"So you're telling me it was fate who decided that all those innocent lives were fated to be lost during the Uchiha Massacre? All of those innocent children? Wow fate sounds like a real asshole if you ask me." Sasuke retorted sarcastically, he could see through Neji's tactic easily.

Neji scowled. "You will learn today Uchiha that your clan and sharingan can never be on the same level as the Hyuga Clan and our byakugan."

"...dude who are you trying to prove something to? Me or yourself? I'm just here to kick your ass, nothing more nothing less." Sasuke shrugged nonchalantly, he earned some snickers from the audience with his comment.

Neji scowled even more, as much as he hated to admit it, he did have something to prove. He wanted to prove that he was the better prodigy of the two. Granted Neji knows that Sasuke isn't the only prodigy in his graduation class, he's one third of the Golden Trio after all, however Sasuke won Rookie of the Year just like he did. Meaning he is the strongest person to come out of his year. With all the rumors of Sasuke's strength, Neji felt that he needed to put Sasuke in his place

"I am going to prove that I'm the greater prodigy. I believe that the stories behind you are overrated. You need to be put in your place Uchiha." Neji declared.

Sasuke snorted. "Is that what this is about? You're jealous of me because people put me on a higher pedestal than you? Man, get over yourself, you're not on Hinata's level."

Neji growled in anger. "Don't dare compare me to that failure, she lost to that disgrace who is your sister who dared make a mockery of our sacred clan taijutsu. If it was me who fought against her, I would have killed her for her disrespect of the Hyuga Clan." He spat out.

Suddenly the temperature of the stadium dropped vastly.

Mikoto was surrounded in her dark aura, though nowhere near as potent as it normally would be. Her eyes were shadowed over with Tsunade making sure to keep a firm grip of her sister's wrist. While she knows Mikoto is more than capable of controlling her anger. She'd rather not risk it when it comes to someone threatening her kids.

The people around here were a bit nervous feeling her dark aura.

Hinata sighed. "Neji-nii you baka." Now it was official, Sasuke was going to make sure Neji didn't get off easy.

Hiashi palmed his face with his hand.

"I told you he had no chance dad." Hanabi told her father.

In the waiting area, besides Sakura and Gaara the others were frightened by the killing intent they were feeling from Naruto. Though Gaara is practically craving for his upcoming battle against Naruto now.

Said blond was glaring hatefully at the Neji with red slits in his eyes. Sakura had her arm wrapped around him.

"Relax Naru, you know he couldn't kill me if he tried." Sakura said to her little brother.

Naruto knew that but it still pisses him off hearing anyone threaten his family. He took a deep breath and stopped releasing his intent, much to the relief of the others in the waiting area.

"I know I know but you know how we are." Naruto said.

"Yeah though he's not really worth getting mad over. Plus Sasu will make him regret his words judging by the way he's currently looking." Sakura pointed out with a smirk.

Naruto returned his sister's smirk. "Yep big bro definitely will make him fear the Uchiha Clan."

While Mikoto and Naruto did release their killer intent, it was only the bare minimum that had been output so most didn't notice it unless you were close to them.

Another fact is that their intent was being overpowered fiercely by another.

Sasuke was covered in purple chakra with a black color outlining his aura. Black wisps could also be seen flying in multiple directions from his dark chakra. The ground beneath him was cracking in spider cracks. Some of the earth even broke apart in pieces due to the intense pressure in the air.

What Neji and the rest of the audience is witnessing is power Sasuke inherited from his mother Mikoto. Many Konoha shinobi were quickly changing their minds of comparing him to Itachi. No this boy can only be compared to his mother and rightfully so. It was like they were watching a younger male version of Mikoto herself on the battlefield in place of Sasuke. Many who saw his sharingan either from watching the battlefield or on the TVs displayed in the stadium or from at home, flinched at the intensity his sharingan held while flaring.

'Such dark chakra at a young age.' Hiruzen noted to himself.

'He may be a problem.' Rasa thought a bit warily.

Orochimaru had to suppress the grin that wanted to break out on his face.

'My my he really is his mother's son. Such a perfect vessel.' Orochimaru thought.

"Your kid is dead, Gai." Anko bluntly told Gai.

Gai chose not to comment, he had no idea that Sasuke was this much like his mother.

Kurenai had a smirk on her face along with Yakumo. Hinata was in awe.

The other genin were scared shitless.

"Troublesome, I told you he was the male version of Mikoto." Shikaku told his wife.

On the battlefield, Genma was glad he was far out of the way, even so this chakra is insane to him. How can a genin possess such dark chakra?

Neji no longer felt confident in his chance of winning, let alone surviving. Sasuke's sharingan was focused directly on him, he felt that he was paralyzed in fear. His spine was shivering, his byakugan could not help him understand how Sasuke was able to produce this kind of chakra.

"You just had to open your mouth about my sister, I would've gone easy on you. But you blew that saying that you would have killed my sister. Not that you ever could, but it's the principle of the matter that you essentially threatened the life of one of my siblings. I don't take too kindly to that, so show me the power of the Hyuga Clan that is so much greater than the Uchiha." Sasuke snarled.

Neji gulped before putting on a front, he smirked as he got into his stance with his bloodline activated.

Right before Neji made his move, Sasuke heard his mother's voice through their shared communication seal link.

'Sasuke-chan.'

'Yes kaa-san?'

'Make him feel pain.' Mikoto told her son. Her tone held finality in her last word.

A dark smirk appeared on Sasuke's face, he had every intention of doing as his mother told him to without even needing to be told.

'Yes ma'am.' Sasuke responded mentally, he cut the link right after. Along with cutting his chakra down.

Neji dashed towards Sasuke, throwing several shuriken in his charge.

Sasuke easily avoided each shuriken, he read Neji's every move with his sharingan. Not that he needed it since Neji's movements were easy to follow, Sasuke has fought against two people who are better practitioners of the juken than Neji.

Neji originally assumed that Sasuke would create distance between them in order to avoid close combat due to juken being the superior taijutsu style. When Sasuke chose to hold his ground, Neji had been surprised by his opponent action, he smirked seeing as he had the advanced in close range.

'Foolish he has no hopes of defeating me in close combat. Fate has declared me the winner.' Neji mentally declared.

Soon he realized just how wrong he was as each palm strike he threw in Sasuke's direction was either dodge or blocked! For a minute straight, Neji threw palm strike after palm strike, kick after kick yet nothing did any damage. He couldn't understand how Sasuke isn't being affected by his chakra that should at least do some damage even if it's not a direct hit to the tenketsus. The small burst of chakra released from each strike should be messing with Sasuke's chakra. Giving him an advantage.

Eventually he decided to create some distance between them by jumping away. He took several slight breaths while focusing on his opponents.

Neji noticed a faint thin layer chakra outlining Sasuke's body.

'Why would he be wasting chakra by continuously creating a thin outline of it around his body? How can he even manipulate his chakra to such a degree?' The Hyuga wondered mentally.

Then it hit him like a brick to the face.

"You're using chakra to protect yourself, that's how none of the excess chakra expelling from my hands aren't affecting you. You're creating a continuous thin layer of chakra that outlines around your body, which acts as a form of protection. So thin that I didn't even notice it with my byakugan until now. Yet aren't expelling chakra from all of your tenketsus in order to create it." Neji deducted.

'He's doing what?!' Were thoughts of many chunin and jounin.

"How does a genin even have that kind of chakra control to do that? Even most jounin could never attain that type of control just by standing still. Yet Sasuke is continuously creating a thin chakra barrier around himself while fighting at the same time." Asuma wondered out loud.

"Didn't you guys read his file when checking out this year's academy graduates? It clearly states he's a trained medic, a combat medic at that who earned his license a year before he graduated the academy. Both him and his sister Sakura achieved this feat." Kurenai said.

"So you found out my little trick to negating your juken huh? Well not that it was unexpected or anything, do you have any more moves up your sleeve beside your clan's taijutsu?" Sasuke asked in a bored tone.

Neji growled in anger, he got into a stance that some recognized.

"Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms!"

The brunet charged in to perform his technique, only for it to utterly fail as Sasuke's sharingan easily telegraphed Neji's first strike, allowing him to effortlessly catch Neji's hand with his own before it made contact.

"For some great Hyuga prodigy you're really a dumbass, did you forget that my sister can also perform this move of yours? Did you really think I wouldn't suspect you to know it and not be prepared to counter it if you did so happened to know it by chance?" Sasuke felt inclined to feel insulted by Neji that Neji thought so low of him.

Because Neji has been so stunned by how easily he had been stopped, he had no defense against Sasuke's sudden offense.

The raven haired Uchiha delivered a swift and quick uppercut to the right side of Neji's jaw. Followed up by a hard spartan kick that went so far into the Hyuga's gut that Sasuke's foot could be seen pushing out of Neji's back.

People in the audience winced seeing that along hearing Neji's painful yell that echoed across the stadium.

Said Hyuga coughed violently while vomiting both saliva and blood. The only reason he hadn't been sent by flying from that attack is because Sasuke attacked him again so fast. This time he received an elbow to the side of his face that made Neji stumble a few steps back. If only he knew Sasuke was holding back a lot of his physical strength.

"Not only is your overall speed low-chunin level at best. Your hand speed is laughable, I don't even need my sharingan to predict your movements. Seriously are these the skills you were bragging so hard about earlier? Hn pathetic." The young Uchiha remarked.

Sasuke moved at mid-jounin speeds to dash towards his opponent, though to Neji and a good portion of the audience it looked like Sasuke disappeared.

He reappeared directly in front of Neji, then delivered a barrage of quick punches and kicks that Neji could not keep track of, he took hit after hit while trying to defend himself at the same time.

'T-This is bad! I didn't want to pull this out until a later match but at this rate..!' Neji thought frantically.

Making his decision, Neji quickly stepped back, emitted chakra from all of his tenketsus then spun himself around creating a protective shield of chakra. "Kaiten!"

Sasuke stopped his movements before he touched the spinning dome of chakra, the excess wind from it was trying to blow him back. It was weak wind though for the hell of it he backflipped several feet to create more distance.

Once he landed his opponent stopped spinning and smirked victoriously at him as if he's won already.

'To think he not only knows the sixty-four palm technique but Kaiten as well. My brother, your son, is truly gifted. A branch member learning main house techniques without any instruction. Sasuke on the other hand is quite talented to be able to negate juken like that. He faces off against the juken head on without any fear just like his mother. Then again all of three of those kids are like Mikoto.' Hiashi thought you himself.

'That speed!...it was only brief but his speed is astonishing for his age. He may be faster than Lee with his weights off...I wonder if Sakura is similar..?' Gai was watching the battle with a thoughtful expression.

Lee himself was having similar thoughts as his sensei.

'It's over there's no way Sasuke can get past Neji's absolute defence.' Tenten thought smugly. She couldn't wait to rub it in Yakumo's face.

'Mom what jutsu do you think Sasuke is going to pull out to finish his match?' Mikoto heard Sakura's voice ring through her head. She can feel Naruto and Sakura linked to her currently.

'I don't know dear, I do know it'll be something powerful in order to show off and make Neji feel pain like I asked him to do.' Mikoto responded mentally.

'He's definitely achieved that if the one-sided beating Neji has been taking means anything. Sasuke's been toying with him, I'm surprised he didn't end it already.' Naruto voiced.

'He probably wanted to see what all Neji had to offer in his skills for all the tough talk he was spewing earlier. Anyways Naru-chan, Saku-chan, be on guard I'm sure both of you sensed Orochimaru's chakra signature by now.' Mikoto brought up.

'Yeah he's over behind the Kazekage, seems like Oto and Suna are working together after all. Unless Orochimaru plans on either betraying Suna after he's done with Konoha.' Sakura said.

'I'm also picking up a lot of foreign chakra signatures filled with negative intentions. Chakra signatures around chunin and jounin level. We were right about Orochimaru having something planned for the finals. I wouldn't doubt if he has parts of his forces stationed outside of the village waiting for the signal to attack.' Naruto added.

'If I had to guess I would say Gaara is the signal in some way. So Naru-chan, make sure to watch your surroundings if he begins to transform during your match. There's no telling what will happen during that moment, same goes for you too Saku-chan.' Mikoto told her two kids.

'Hai kaachan.' Naruto and Sakura answered simultaneously.

"So you had that up your sleeve as an ace huh?" Sasuke said out loud.

"One of my aces, it is over for you now Uchiha. You cannot penetrate my absolute defence." Neji smirked arrogantly.

Sasuke rolled his eyes. "Sure I can, since you basically pulled out all of your moves. It's only right that I show off one of my own."

Neji and some of the audience realized that Sasuke has yet to use a jutsu during this entire match.

Sasuke held out his right hand in front of him, blue chakra began to cover it, next he channeled lightning into his left hand. He placed his left hand on top of his right, then started to merge both chakras together.

Once he had the correct amount combined into one, he dropped his left hand while shaping the chakra in his right hand. His palm had a small disc of chakra glowing brightly on it. A second later sharp pointed edged formed before this disc as a whole rotated and transformed. Eight sharp points that were shaped as spearheads on the edges expanded as the form the previous disc of chakra is taking resemblance of a pentacle. Once it was done expanding, the shape could be described as a spiderweb with the spearheads in a vertical direction being the longest in length. Small streaks of lightning could be seen coming off whatever it is in Sasuke's hand. The color of it is a bright blue.

Sasuke gazed proudly at his weapon before turning his attention to his stunned opponent.

Neji watched the whole process of how Sasuke made whatever it was in his hand, yet he could not figure out for the life of him how did Sasuke mould his chakra the way he was watching Sasuke mould it without any hand seals. Not a single one to even gather his chakra for a moment.

So he decided to ask the question nearly everyone wanted to know, at least those who already weren't aware of Sasuke's weapon.

"W-W-What the hell is that?" Neji questioned.

"This is one of my original jutsus, as for what it is exactly, it's a bow. A bow made out of pure chakra and lightning chakra, I thought of it one day messing around with my lightning affinity and gauntlet blades. The name of my jutsu is Raiton: Ginrei Kojaku." Sasuke announced for all to hear.

Many murmurs were going on in the stands, people discussing Sasuke's bow made of chakra.

"Hey Asuma-sensei, what is that?" Ino asked her sensei.

"I..don't really know Ino, apparently it's a bow made of pure chakra combined with lightning chakra." Asuma answered, stunned to see someone with that level of elemental manipulation.

"Wow.." Kurenai was in awe.

"HA! So much for being the best lightning user in Konoha, Kakashi! Sasuke down there is making you look bad." Anko laughed.

"Well he definitely didn't pull that out in our spars." Kakashi's tone held interest. 'This kid is truly on another level when it comes to lightning manipulation. Those two variants of the chidori he showed me during our spar were amazing to witness. I can't believe I never thought of expanding beyond my Raikiri.'

"That's amazing…" Shizune said as she took a picture of Sasuke with the camera.

'So he pulled out Ginrei Kojaku eh? That's kinda overkill don't you think Sasuke-chan? Then again nearly our whole family has too many jutsus that seem like overkill. Well this match is about to end real soon if he brought that out.' Mikoto mused to herself.

Noticing her sister's unsurprised expression, Tsunade figures Mikoto already knew of this jutsu. "Miko-chan what kind of jutsu is Sasuke using? How is able to give lightning and pure chakra such a solid form?" The blond Senju asked.

Mikoto answered instantly. "Yes, Ginrei Kojaku is one of Sasuke's original techniques that he created during their last year in the academy. Essentially he used pure chakra for shape manipulation while the lightning was used for elemental manipulation. The difference is that Sasuke was able to produce dense enough pure chakra that allowed him to actually mould his lightning chakra into a true solid form. Which allows him to actually hold his bow in his hands. Due to how in tune he is with his lightning affinity, he doesn't get electrocuted or burned from holding the bow. He can also prevent either of those from happening by surrounding his hand in a thin layer of chakra to protect himself. The bow of chakra is solid enough to be used as a small shield."

Tsunade whistled. "Damn that level of elemental manipulation and chakra control is insane. Then again all three of those kids have insane levels of elemental manipulation and chakra control just like a certain Uchiha I know." She referred to Mikoto of course.

Mikoto smirked and shrugged. "Hey what can I say? I'm a badass so it's only natural that my kids are badasses too. Wait until they see my daughter and youngest son step onto the field. Sasuke already has them going nuts."

'How impressive.' Hiruzen was very impressed with Sasuke's performance so far.

'Kukukukuku that's it Sasuke-kun, show them your worth my vessel.' Orochimaru gazed intensely at Sasuke.

'This is bad…' Neji thought to himself.

"Neji…" Sasuke called out to him, seeing as he had Neji's attention. Sasuke aimed his bow face down to the ground, lighting streaks coming off the spearheads. He put his left hand in the center of his bow, pulling out a small blue chakra string. Then he aimed his bow at his opponent once more.

"Pay attention." Was all Sasuke said before he released the chakra string and a single chakra arrow shot out the bow, flying past Neji's head too quickly for his eyes to follow. Once the arrow hit the ground, it exploded in a loud sound, leaving a small crater in its wake.

Neji and most of the audience were shocked by the amount of damage a single arrow can cause.

The Hyuga's attention was brought back to his opponent when he heard Sasuke's voice again.

"That attack that just flew by your head is called Heilig Pfeil, Sacred Destruction Arrows. Now I want to see if they can break past your so-called absolute defence, don't worry I can control the amount of power I put into the arrows so you won't die." Sasuke smirked as he took his aim.

Neji quickly jumped out of the way as a barrage of arrows shot in his direction. No matter how far he goes to avoid the arrows, they always reach the distance.

Soon the battlefield was littered with mini explosions. Neji was starting to believe that fate might not be on his side.

Oh how right he was, he soon saw a continuous stream of hundreds of arrows coming at him. Instead of dodging them like he's been doing, he realizes he won't be able to move fast enough to dodge them.

He should've used a substitution, but in his haste, Neji spun himself into a dome of chakra.

"Kaiten!" He called out, he felt hope that his defense would protect him.

His hope was utterly crushed as the arrows easily pierced through his defence and struck him in multiple spots numerous times.

He cried out in pain until an explosion from the continuous arrows sent him skidding across the battlefield. Bleeding and cut up all over his body with tears in his clothes. Neji couldn't move his body.

Sasuke saw that his opponent was incapacitated, he sighed and deactivated his Ginrei Kojaku before walking up to his downed opponent.

"Still think fate runs everything?" Sasuke asked.

Neji slowly shook his head no.

"Good, the next time you mention to harm any of my family I will not go easy on you like I did this time. Also you better apologize to both Hinata and Hanabi for acting like an asshole. If you don't, team 7 will make life hell for you and your team. Are we clear?" Sasuke said.

"Crystal." Neji answered.

"Good." Sasuke looked over at the proctor. "He's done."

Genma smirked. "Shosha: Sasuke Uchiha!"

The crowd went wild for Sasuke, such an exciting one-sided battle!

Yakumo smirked directly in Tenten's direction, the poor girl looked so shocked that her teammate lost.

"I told you so." Yakumo bragged.

"Oh screw you!" Tenten growled in frustration, how did Neji lose?

Sasuke appreciated the cheers but could honestly care less about them unless they are from his family and friends. He would've healed Neji, but decided to let the other medics handle him.

'Good job Sasu-chan, even though Neji didn't make you break a sweat. I'm still proud of you.' Mikoto's tone was filled with love and pride for her son.

Sasuke smiled softly hearing his mother's words through his seal. 'Thanks kaasan.'

He disappeared from the battlefield to appear in the waiting area by using shunshin.

He was greeted with the smirks of his siblings. "Took long enough." Sakura said.

"What can I say? I thought he had a lot more to offer after all the talking he did in the beginning. Plus I would've ended it sooner if he didn't piss me off earlier." Sasuke shrugged.

"If any case, good job Sasu." Naruto fist bumped his brother.

Sakura and Naruto took this time to fill their brother in on what they talked about with their mother during his fight.

While that was going on, Genma had called for the next match.

"I forfeit my match!" Kankuro declared.

Only for Kankuro to randomly forfeit.

Hiruzen glanced over to the Kazekage. "Do you know what made your son forfeit, Kazekage-sama?"

Rasa already had a coverup. "Yes my son's puppets are not in full condition and he was unsure if he wanted to risk damaging them further in his upcoming battle. Seems like he chose to avoid causing greater damage to his puppets."

"Oh I see then." Hiruzen answered. 'A whole month to prepare yet he couldn't repair his puppets in that amount of time? I see that you do plan to go against Konoha after all, Kazekage-sama.'

'Talk about not being suspicious.' Naruto commented through the shared communication seal.

'He did just pretty much confirm that Suna is up to something, why forfeit now when he could've forfeited earlier.' Mikoto said.

'Well at least this gives us more enemies to cut down. Though I believe we will be dealing with the big fishes rather than the small ones.' Sakura pointed out.

'Bigger fishes means better fights, well today will definitely be entertaining, don't you guys agree?' Sasuke asked.

'Agreed.' Mikoto, Sakura and Naruto collectively agreed.

"Next match, Rock Lee vs. Sakura Haruno, both contestants please report to the battlefield." Genma announced.

Lee made his way down while muttering about the power of youth.

'Well I'm up." Sakura said.

'You got this in the bag big sis, he may be good in taijutsu, but he has nothing on you. Honestly I feel bad for the guy.' Naruto told his sister.

'He has no idea what he is in store for, neechan try not to make the guy piss himself.' Sasuke added.

'Saku-chan, remember what I told you about him, he takes after Gai a lot so it's very likely that he knows the Eight Inner Gates. Not that it's going to help him much if at all. Still do not take him lightly if he uses the gates. I'd rather you not be taken by surprise if he somehow can open up the seventh gate. If anything his max is most likely five gates that leaves him exhausted afterwards. Regardless, you have this easily won, go out there and show them the power of Mikoto Uchiha's daughter.' Mikoto advised her daughter.

Sakura grinned then nodded. 'You got it mom.' She disconnected from the shared link before using shunshin to appear on the battlefield.

Lee arrived a few seconds after she did, both standing several feet from each other.

Genna looked over each genin. "Alright the third match of the first round, both fighters ready? Hajime!" He jumped out of the way.

Lee gave his opponent a smile. "Sakura-san, today is the day that I prove myself to you by defeating you in battle. I will have to apologize to you beforehand."

"Sorry Lee, but if you think you're going to be the aggressor in this fight then you're sorely mistaken. It's time you learned exactly why I was named the Pink Destroyer." Sakura stated.

Leaping into the air faster than his eyes can keep up, Lee snapped his head up to see Sakura in the air with her leg aimed high. Those of the older generation who recognized this specific axe kick paled.

"Tsūtenkyaku!" Sakura slammed her heel down to the ground, cratering the ground.

Lee had to quickly jump back to not get caught up in the collateral damage. He watched the entire battlefield become decimated from her attack.

'What fearsome strength!' Lee thought to himself, he just lost the strength advantage he assumed he had over Sakura.

'But it will do no good if she can't hit me.' Lee felt extremely confident in his speed advantage he's bound to have over her.

The dust cleared, Lee saw Sakura standing in the middle of the crater she created. The pinkette made eye contact with her bowl cut opponent.

"This is partially why I was given that name, though I never displayed my strength to that level during the academy." Sakura said to Lee.

"I must admit I am very impressed with your super strength, however it won't mean anything if you cannot hit me." Lee's voice was full of confidence.

"Well no shit captain obvious, but since you seem so confident in your speed. Let me inform you of something…"

Sakura's form disappeared faster than what Lee could track, much to his shock. The poor green clad taijutsu user didn't get to blink because not even a second later he felt a very strong punch directly to his stomach, followed by another strong blow that shattered his nose.

Lee's whole body soared across the entire battlefield until his body collided with the stadium wall. Creating spider cracks due to the amount of force his body impacted the wall with. He slid to the ground slowly, using one hand to hold his nose while the other was holding his stomach. Globs of saliva and blood were spewing from his mouth as he coughed heavily. It felt that his entire body was racking in pain. At first when Sakura hit his stomach, Lee couldn't even breathe properly for a moment at first.

In the stands, Choji spoke up. "Hey Ino."

"Yes Choji?" Ino replied.

"If you don't want to be on the receiving end of Sakura's wrath, I'd suggest you lay off trying to date either Sasuke or Naruto or you will end up like Lee down there." Choji suggested.

Ino may have a crush on the two brothers, but she wasn't an idiot. Oh no she did not want to know what those kinds of punches feels like. She still shudders at the times she had to face Sakura in taijutsu spars in the academy. Ino thought she was brutal then, she was grateful Sakura never hit her as hard as the pinkette just hit Lee.

"Yeah I think it's best if I just be friends with them for now. I'm not trying to risk ending up in the hospital." Ino agreed with her teammate.

"Am I ever glad she holds back a lot in our sparring sessions." Yakumo said to herself.

"Sakura-chan makes it look so easy." Hinata commented.

"Word of advice guys, never piss her off." Kakashi voiced his colleagues.

"Do I look like an idiot to you? I don't know who she reminds me more of, Tsunade-sama or Mikoto?" Asuma replied, his cigarette fell out of his mouth when he saw Sakura perform Tsunade's famous axe kick.

"She's a good mix of both, though she takes after more of her mother." Kurenai said.

"Damn Gai, looks like your other student is losing quicker than Neji did." Anko snorted.

Gai decided to not reply to Anko's comment. 'What monstrous strength, not to mention the speed to match it. Judging by how Lee reacted, he couldn't follow her speed at all. I'm sure that surprised him greatly. Sakura's speed at the moment outclassed Lee's max speed when he's not using the gates, her strength outclasses Lee's even when he uses the gates. His best hope in winning this match is to go all out, even then his victory isn't guaranteed. At any given moment she can pull out a ninjutsu or genjutsu when Lee least expects it. Before he can consider going all out, he needs to use the primary lotus to unlock the first gate. Sadly with how damaged his body is, I doubt he can go at his full speed even with his weights off. The lotus will only add more strain to his already injured body.'

"Sakura-chan didn't give him a chance." Shizune said.

"She did give him a chance, he used it to say that her strength wouldn't matter if she couldn't hit him. That was plenty of time he could've used for an attack instead of assuming. Not a good quality for a chunin, now look at him. On the ground about to cough up a lung." Tsunade commented.

"Tsuna-chan is right, he also could have attacked when the hat was clearing or when Sakura was talking before he did. This match is over." Mikoto added.

In the waiting area, Temari and Kankuro were freaking out. First Sasuke is crazy powerful, now his sister?! It's making them more wary of Naruto. They already know he can seal off chakra with a touch of his hand. Is he a monster like his siblings?

"You guys as such a troublesome trio of siblings." Shikamaru yawned.

"Everything is troublesome to you Shikamaru." Shino said.

"Lee and Neji sure like making assumptions don't they? First Neji assumes you're overrated, now Lee assumed that Saku didn't have the speed to go with her strength. Poor guy never knew what hit him." Naruto voiced.

Sasuke shook his head. "The guy is an idiot for assuming that right after Saku displayed her super strength, you'd think he'd wait to study his opponent more rather than making baseless assumptions which could cost his life in the field."

Back on the battlefield, Genma is wondering if he should call the match or not.

Sakura kept her gaze on her downed opponent, she held back a lot in those last two blows.

"Come on Lee I know you can take more than that, I only gave you a love tap, both of my little brothers would've easily shaken that off by now. Yet here you are on the ground coughing like you're about to die." Sakura spoke out.

Lee painfully and slowly pushed himself up onto his knees.

"Finally you're moving again, listen Lee I'm going to cut to the chase. I outclass you immensely in both power and speed, from what I've been able to gather about you. You're a taijutsu specialist who doesn't excel in either ninjutsu or genjutsu. It's known that Gai-sensei is a user of the Eight Inner Gates, I assume you are as well judging by how much you are emulating him. Though it's possible I could be wrong, my intuition is telling me I'm spot on. If you want a chance at defeating me, unleash as many of the Eight Inner Gates that you can." Sakura told him.

Lee knew he messed up badly, he should've never made an assumption of Sakura's speed so quickly after she displayed her inhuman strength. His sensei taught him better than that and now he's racking in pain because of his mistake.

'She's right there's no way I can overcome the difference in power or speed even with my weights off. I never came across an opponent who outclassed me so much in my own biggest advantages. Sakura-san truly is a worthy opponent to go all out against, if I want to have a chance at winning, I need to unleash the gates. However I never did so without using primary lotus first to unlock the first gate, luckily it seems Sakura-san did that for me. Whether it was the hard collision with the wall or her fist I do not know, what I do know is that I can access the gates easier this way. I'm glad I seemed to luck out because I highly doubt I would be able to use primary lotus on her no matter how hard I tried.' Lee thought to himself.

He removed his weights from his leg warmers, feeling much lighter than a moment ago. Instead of letting them fall, he gently sat them down. Sakura could tell that those weights were a lot heavier than they looked. Lee met her gaze with a smirk, he wiped off the blood from his lip before finally standing on his feet.

"You are truly a youthful opponent Sakura-san, I have never come across an opponent my age who outclasses me this much in strength and speed. But I will not give up! I will show you the power of the lotus once it blooms twice! I will show you that I am Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast!" Lee declared proudly.

He was glad that Gai gave him the ok to use the gates for the finals.

Crossing his arms in an 'x' over his face, pressure began to exude from the bowl cut genin's body as his eyes shadowed over. His hair rose in the air, veins bulging all over his body, his skin turning red with chakra leaking from his body. The ground was breaking apart into small pieces where he stood from the pressure his body was generating.

"First Gate!"

"Second Gate!"

"Third Gate!" A green aura surrounded Lee with blue chakra circling him.

"Fourth Gate!" The aura, chakra and overall pressure picked up even more as more veins started bulging from his head.

Sakura was impressed, Lee was definitely showcasing some impressive power. She decided to let him get a free shot to see just how much he improved while releasing four gates.

Get ready!" Lee charged at her, leveling some of the ground from the force of his charge.

Little did Lee know, Sakura is tracking his every step towards her.

'He's fast that's for sure, but he's still pretty slow to me. I would say he's somewhere around the level of speed I displayed earlier. Only I didn't need to level the battlefield to show it off. Kami I'm too used to fighting against my overpowered family and high ranking missing-nins.' Sakura mused.

She allowed herself to be kicked in the chin by Lee's upward kick to test his power, the pinkette rose into the air and flipped her body backward several times until she landed on the ground.

Not only did her senses pick up on Lee, but she tracked him with her eyes. He appeared in front of her to land another attack, only for Sakura to easily dodged it and responded with a roundhouse kick to his side. Making him skid back a few feet.

"Not bad, your speed and power are both really impressive. Good to know you weren't all talk like your teammate Neji." Sakura complimented him.

"How are you not hurt from my first attack? It was a direct hit?" Lee asked.

"Well it's not that I didn't feel it because it did sting, believe me. Though it was more of a love tap that anything, no offense to you Lee you are strong but my family is something else. You have great speed but I was still able to track you with my eyes alone." Sakura answered nonchalantly.

'Impossible!' Lee thought to himself, he winced in pain at the blow he received to the side from Sakura a moment ago. That's not even including her earlier blows that really damaged him. His only hope was the fifth gate.

"Alright Lee, it's time we end this. I can tell you won't be able to hold the gates for long. So I'll show you a move of mine." Sakura said.

She partially activated her bloodline, green lightning erupted in small streaks from her body. Essentially green bioelectricity was being exuded from parts of her body. Her emerald green eyes were glowing. Turns out one of the perks of her bloodline is being able to produce strong forms of lightning. One of her wolf summons explained it to her when she was learning more about her bloodline over the month. Apparently the strongest form she can produce is black lightning of the wolf god. It's said to be the strongest form of lightning there is. Not the mere imitation that shinobi try to produce. However it will take a lot of training before she can even begin to access that form of lightning. She was told that not even all who ever possessed her bloodline were able to access the black lightning of the wolf god. Only a handful ever have done so with only two being humans. The green lightning she's currently projecting is her standard lightning whenever her Second Gear is activated. A stronger form of the regular blue lightning she normally uses. She achieved this stage of her bloodline during her month of training. Between her, Sasuke and their mother, there's no telling who will be the strongest lightning user in the family when it's all said and done many years from now.

For some weird reason the smell of ozone emits from her now whenever she uses her bloodline in this way.

Lee was amazed, he never saw anyone produce green lightning before, he wasn't the only one amazed either.

He quickly opened the fifth gate in hopes of stopping Sakura before she made her move.

Too bad it wouldn't help him in the slightest.

"Lightning Style: Wolf Fang Barrage." Sakura disappeared in a burst of tremendous speed only leaving a trail of green lighting in her wake.

She appeared quicker than her opponent could react, what happened next could be described as a blur of lightning fast punches that came in many. Each punch having a green streak of lightning trailing them. Lee felt each punch connect all over his chest, stomach and arms. He had no way of defending himself from her assault. Next the pinkette jumped slightly into the air then unleashed a blur of kicks to her opponent's face while in mid air. Each kick landed on his face, shoulders or chest. Too fast and too many to keep up with, Lee had no chance since any defence he would've put up would've been utterly crushed.

Sakura flipped off of his face then brought her foot back to land a hard upwards spartan kick to his gut that sent him into the air.

She finishes him off by forming a half ram seal then kneading her chakra, a great amount of water begins to form in the air leaving the audience stunned as a giant water dragon is created.

"Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu." The pinkette said softly, the water dragon roared as it charged its target, which was Lee.

Once it clashed, Lee cried out in pain as he was sent crashing into the ground hard. When the dust cleared, his body was back to its normal state. Besides coughing up chunks of water, he was littered in bruises and he felt that some of his bones were broken. His body felt very fatigued and some parts of his limbs were numb from the lightning that came from Sakura's barrage of attacks. He tried to see if he could move but found out that at the moment he could not. Blood leaked from the corners of his mouth, overall his entire body was aching in pain.

One thing became a realization to Lee, he never stood a chance against Sakura.

'I-I see why she's c-called the Pink Destroyer.' He thought in pain.

Turning off the partial activated portion of her Second Gear, Sakura walked up to her defeated opponent.

"Great fight Lee, you have some serious talent there. Keep training hard and if you ever want to fight again, ask me anytime as long as I'm not busy. I can tell this loss is only going to push you forward. Normally I would heal you, but I'll leave that to the other medics since it is their job for this event anyways." Sakura gave him a friendly smile before turning her attention to Genma. "You can call it proctor-san, he can't move."

Genma is so glad these kids weren't in his generation, especially Sakura.

"Shosha: Sakura Haruno!"

The crowd went ballistic in cheers from this exciting match.

'She took on a direct hit to the jaw from Lee while he was using the fourth gate, yet she shook it off like it was nothing. She was even able to keep track of him at all times with her eyes, even with Lee's huge jump in speed. That last move of hers before she summoned the water dragon...she has some serious talent in taijutsu. She's very strong being able to defeat Lee effortlessly while using five of the eight gates.' Gai thought over the battle, he was extremely impressed with both Lee and Sakura.

"Damn she beat Gai's brat even when using the gates." Anko whistled.

"A prime example of what a strong kunoichi is." Kurenai couldn't help but admire Sakura's prowess as a fellow kunoichi.

"Team 7 sure is something else don't you think Kakashi?" Asuma asked his friend.

"I'll say, to be able to defeat a user of the eight gates is no easy feat. She made it look easy at that, to have not only enhanced super strength but the speed to back it up at such a young age is truly astonishing. Both her and Sasuke are faster than most jounin as they are now, and we don't even know if they've displayed their full speed yet. I couldn't keep up with Sakura the second time and I was using my sharingan to track her movements. If she speed blitz me even once, she'll destroy me in one hit." Kakashi summarized.

"Damn to hear you admit that a genin can one shot you is something I never thought I'd hear. It makes me wonder just how strong Naruto is. The kid is the youngest fuinjutsu master in Konoha history, if not all of history." Asuma replied.

"Sakura said that her brothers can shake off the first two attacks she delivered to Lee easily, so Naruto must be strong himself if he can shake that off like Sakura said he could." Gai added to the conversation.

"Sakura-chan won that pretty easily." Hinata commented.

"She completely destroyed that guy." Yakumo said with Hinata nodding in agreement.

"Lee.." Tenten was worried about her teammate as she watched the medics take him to the infirmary.

"Poor boy never stood a chance." Shizune said as she was going through the pictures she took of Sakura's fight, she really got some good pictures.

"He's lucky she held back immensely against him. Though the gaki has got talent to be able to use the eight gates to the degree he did." Tsunade voiced.

'You did wonderful Saku-chan, I'm very proud of you.' Mikoto told her daughter through the communication seal.

'Thanks kaasan!' Sakura felt happy that she made her mother proud.

In the kage box, the two Kages were having their own thoughts on the match.

'That girl is a powerhouse, to have strength that rivals Tsunade's and a high level of speed. She not only seems to have great control over lightning like her brother, her control over water rivals that of Tobirama-sensei! To be able to draw water from the air to perform the water dragon jutsu in just one hand seal is amazing. Only truly skilled suiton users can do such a feat. I wonder if that green lightning has something to do with that rare bloodline of hers?' Hiruzen mused as he thought over the match.

'That girl is a threat, how can a mere genin have strength that rivals Tsunade's! Then her control over the lightning and water affinities is not something to scoff at either. She and Sasuke Uchiha may cause some problems for the invasion…' Rasa thought a bit worried.

'Kukukuku, another excellent potential vessel, that girl has much talent. I still remember the power behind her fists when she nearly killed me back in the forest of death. Now I wonder how Naruto will perform against Gaara. He's an extremely talented individual as well.' Orochimaru thought in interest.

Sakura appeared in the waiting area using shunshin. She was greeted with her brothers grinning at her.

"You destroyed that guy!" Naruto laughed.

Sakura snorted. "I wouldn't say destroyed...more like beat him up a bit."

Sasuke scoffed. "Yeah beat up alright, when Lee was coughing up a lung I'm sure he felt like he was only getting beat up a little." He replied with humor laced in his tone.

The pinkette shrugged. "I've dished out way worse to you guys and you guys took it like champs. Hell if Lee is like that from a love tap from me, I'd hate to see how'd he handle a love tap from mom."

All three siblings shuddered at that, their mom's love taps are a bit much at times, especially when she's pissed. She played a huge role in making their bodies are durable as they are today. Tossing their ass all over the training ground really does wonders for durability. Then there's their free-for-all battles between the three of them that also helps out greatly. They put in a lot of hard work to get where they are today. Mikoto did not go easy on them when it came to training, they also welcomed it and more. It takes more than just natural talent to reach the level they are at, and they still have long ways to go. Still to this day, Mikoto can easily kick their asses. Though nowadays she's forced to put in more effort when fighting against her kids.

While Shikamaru's fight with Temari was going on, Gaara was staring directly at his opponent who he will be facing in the next match. That killer intent he felt from Naruto earlier is still on his mind, he knows Naruto will be the one to prove his existence.

'Mother just wait a little longer, soon I will have his blood, he will make me feel alive.' Gaara thought to himself.

Naruto could feel Gaara's stare on him, he ignored it since the bloodlust the redhead is giving off is telling all Naruto needs to know. Gaara is excited for their upcoming battle, he is as well. Naruto wants to see what his fellow jinchuuriki is capable of.

"I forfeit." Shikamaru declared during the climax of the match.

Temari was confused seeing as her opponent had her trapped. Most people in the audience booed unless their were experienced shinobi who saw through Shikamaru's ruse.

"Kami, he is as lazy as ever." Ino sighed.

"That's Shika for you." Choji said while taking another bite out of his bag of chips.

"That boy is too lazy for his own good." Yoshino sighed to her husband.

"I wouldn't call it lazy, he'll be fine. It's only his first time in the exams." Shikaku replied, he was impressed with his son's tactics throughout the match.

"The final fight of the first round will now take place. Naruto Uzumaki vs Gaara, both fighters report to the battlefield." Genma announced.

"Ah so it seems that Gaara is up at last, I'm sorry to say this Hokage-dono but your genin doesn't stand a chance against Gaara." Rasa voiced confidentially.

'If Mikoto heard you say that, you would be dead by now.' Hiruzen thought idly before replying. "I wouldn't be too quick to judge Kazekage-dono. Young Naruto is the youngest to ever become a fuinjutsu master, a greater one than Jiraiya since Naruto was able to figure out how to remove Orochimaru's cursed seals from one of my subordinates."

If Rasa wasn't worried before, he certainly is now. "I see, he's very talented to achieve such a feat. Fuinjutsu is the hardest of the shinobi arts to master."

'Of all the opponent's Gaara had to go up against, a fucking fuinjutsu master?! Why didn't anyone inform me of this! If he cuts off Gaara's access to Shukaku then the invasion is jeopardized. Damn it's a good thing Orochimaru said he had another ace besides Gaara in his plan.' Rasa thought.

'To remove any of the cursed seals is not an easy feat, I wonder if he can remove my new cursed seals as well?' Orochimaru thought a bit interested in learning that one of his cursed seals was removed. He assumed it was Anko who had hers removed since she's the only one in Konoha who has one.

"You know what to do little bro." Sasuke held out his fist.

"Kick his ass and bring the win home the win. He doesn't stand a chance against you." Sakura also held out her fist.

Naruto smirked. "Got it." He fist bumped his siblings and disappeared and appeared on the battlefield using shunshin.

Gaara had already been waiting, he used his own sand shunshin to get to the field.

This fight was different the rest, the air was tense as the audience waited in anticipation. Those of Konoha who knew of Naruto knew Naruto was strong and a prodigy in his own right. Though no one besides his family really knew how strong he was.

The majority of the Konoha population no longer sees Naruto as the fox inside of him. Mikoto made it perfectly clear over the years the consequences of mistreating her son. Plus after talking to him, it became very apparent that Naruto is not the fox or possessed by the fox. He's only the container of it.

"Is it just me or did the atmosphere suddenly get more tense than prior?" Yakumo wondered out loud.

"Naruto-kun…" Hinata was a little worried for Naruto, she knew he was strong but she also knew how dangerous Gaara is.

All of the jounin were paying close attention to this fight.

"Beat his ass Naruto, he has absolutely nothing on you." Anko voiced.

"You got this Naruto." Kurenai was confident in her friend's victory.

"This is it, a jinchuuriki battle." Tsunade said while looking at the field.

'Naru-chan, go wild and good luck, his sand can't stop you. Sasu-chan, Saku-chan, be prepared for anything, the signal for the attack could happen at any moment. None of you let your guard down.' Mikoto instructed her kids through the shared link.

'Hai, kaasan." All three responded collectively.

"Gaara vs. Naruto Uzumaki, Hajime!" Genma got out the way as quickly as he could, this battle looked like it was going to be the clash of the titans.

Gaara and Naruto stared each other down, slowly Gaara's sand came out of his gourd.

Suddenly Gaara froze and began grunting in pain. He closed his eyes while placing a hand on his forehead.

"Please..don't get so mad at me, I beg of you...mother." Gaara gazed at his blond haired opponent with a crazed smirk.

Naruto looked completely unfazed by Gaara's muttering.

'So that's what Kurama meant when he said Shukaku likes to mess with his container's minds.' Naruto thought.

'Yes it is kit, like I said before my little brother can be a bit on the odd side at times. He's crazy, childish and short-tempered but pretty funny when he's not being annoying.' Kurama answered from Naruto's seal, normally he would be outside of the seal being rubbed by either member of the Uchiha family. But there was no way he was going to miss seeing his partner demolished one of his siblings containers. As the strongest bijuu, it's only right that Kurama's jinchuuriki is the strongest of the jinchuurikis.

'Still though...his mother?' Naruto asked.

'I said he was odd, didn't I?' Kurama replied.

"Earlier I…I know I made you taste such awful blood, I'm so sorry but this time...I'm sure that it'll taste so very good." Gaara muttered in a low tone.

"His conservation has started already, this is dangerous." Kankuro said with a slight worried expression.

"I know, this is the first time I've seen Gaara get like that before fighting. That's how powerful of an opponent Naruto is, watch." Temari responded.

Gaara's felt pain shoot through his head again before it went away, the sand in the air dropped on the ground.

"Hmph thank goodness he's finally calmed down." Baki noted.

Gaara took a couple deep breaths, then turned his attention back to Naruto with a stoic expression on his face, his eyes narrowed. "Come on."

"...dude you seriously need your seal fixed, you're giving badass jinchuuriki like me a real bad name." Naruto commented.

'He's a what?!' Rasa thought.

'Shit! We forgot about that!' Temari and Kankuro both thought.

Gaara however did not forget that fact about Naruto.

Naruto sighed. "Whatever, I'll take a look at it later."

Because of the situation, Naruto has no intentions of messing around with Gaara.

"You told us to be prepared for what's to come, I hope you are prepared, Gaara, because unlike how my siblings toyed with their opponents. I'm not going to give you the same treatment." Naruto stated in a serious tone.

Gaara watched Naruto jump quick and high into the air, the blond came down towards him intending to kick him.

Flipping several times in the air, Naruto generated a large amount of wind from his feet then swung down one of his legs.

"Talons of the Wind Dragon!" Naruto's foot impacted Gaara's sand shield, the wind blew it apart and sent Gaara skidding back a few feet.

Naruto dashed toward his opponent, easily and quickly getting under Gaara's guard. He engulfed his fist in wind as he threw an uppercut.

"Wind Style: Iron Fist of the Wind Dragon!" Gaara felt the wind powered fist punch through his sand armor, his sand shield to his shock could not keep up with Naruto's speed. He grunted in pain as he was sent high into the air.

Naruto blasted off into the air himself by projecting fire from his feet, his shoes are fire resistant because of the seals he placed on them and his clothes. This is to prevent himself from accidentally burning away his clothes when using his fire jutsus.

Zooming passed the redhead, Naruto engulfed his right foot in flames. "Fire Release: Fire Dragon's Burning Axe Heel!" He delivered a flaming axe kick to Gaara's chest causing him to cry out in pain from being burnt by the flames.

Gaara soared straight down to the ground like a bullet, luckily his gourd broke apart into sand before he landed harshly on the ground, absorbing most of the impact.

'H-His speed allowed him to bypass the sand shield, he was able to bypass my sand armor with no trouble at all. He's not allowing me a chance to attack him either. Even if I did, I'm not sure if my sand would be able to catch him. If it wasn't for my gourd turning into sand, the impact of the fall would've been much worse.' Gaara thought.

He was too focused in his thoughts to notice the blood leaking off of his chest from the burn marks he received from Naruto's fire axe kick. Gaara did feel the pain in that area though.

With the fire expelling from his feet still, Naruto still is flying in the air. Deciding his next course of attack, the blond inhaled deeply, flames exhaling from his mouth.

"Roar of the Fire Dragon!" Naruto unleashed a massive stream of fire from his mouth.

Gaara's eyes widened as the massive stream of fire headed his way, as quickly as he possibly could he manipulated all of his sand to surround him in a dome of sand. Luckily his sand covered him completely in time, literally one second later not just Gaara but a good portion of the battlefield was submerged in roaring flames of a dragon. The continuous streams of flames were so hot that people had to cover their eyes or subconsciously backed away in fear of being burned. They had every right to have that fear since the stream of continuous flames appeared as a wall of flames across the field. Usually fire jutsus don't get hot to the point where the temperature of the fire can be felt greatly from a distance. Literally everyone in the stadium could feel the intense heat of Naruto's roar, causing a lot of them to sweat profusely.

'What the hell?!' Was the collective thought of mainly everyone except Team 7 and Anko.

After a few moments, the flames around the battlefield finally dissipated into the air, dust clouding the air.

Naruto landed on the ground as the dust cleared, seeing where his opponent was. He was pleased to see that Gaara had been encased in a dome of glass.

"Gaara!" Both Kankuro and Temari yelled in concern for their brother. Never have they seen anyone land a hit on Gaara, let alone toss him around as if he was nothing!

"Damn troublesome blond." Shikamaru complained. Why did all of Team 7 have to be so troublesome?

"I thought I was about to be burnt alive!" Ino exclaimed in shock.

"My chips actually were incinerated." Choji couldn't believe it, while he usually gets mad when someone takes his food away from him. The Akimichi clan heir cannot be mad at Naruto since it was unintentional on his part.

"Their whole team is freaking overpowered!" Tenten yelled.

"Sheesh did he really have to make his flames that hot?" Yakumo wondered. "Though I knew Naruto had this won already."

"Naruto-kun...such beautiful flames.." Hinata voiced softly.

"Like I said, he has nothing on Naruto." Anko stated.

"I didn't know he had such a powerful attack in his arsenal...such intense heat." Kurenai commented on her friend's last attack.

"Incredible, he actually turned the sand into glass!" Gai exclaimed.

Asuma was stunned. "His wind manipulation is amazing, he not only engulfed his entire hand in wind chakra but his foot as well."

Kakashi agreed, then added his own opinion on the matter. "It's not only his wind manipulation but his fire manipulation too, to be able to propel himself into the air and levitate by expelling fire from his feet is ingenious. Not even the best of fire users can hope to attain that level of control over the element. Then the heat and intensity of his flames are staggering, to be able to heat sand up to the point where it becomes glass is not an easy feat to accomplish. If anything it should be extremely chakra taxing. What's even more amazing is that he performed each jutsu without a single hand seal."

"Kami I never knew Naruto-kun could create such hot flames!" Shizune was stunned, she barely got a good picture of that particular moment.

"Did you know his flames could get that hot Mikoto-chan?" Tsunade asked.

"Duh he's my son, of course I knew Tsuna. Naru-chan has always had a weird relationship with fire. It's not his primary or secondary affinity but one could say it's potentially his strongest element. Truthfully after finding out that the kids are deeply connected to their dragon, phoenix and wolf summons. We learned that Naruto inherited some interesting traits from his dragon summons, that explained several things we always wondered about. One trait in particular being the ability to use the true flames of a dragon. Hence why many of his techniques have the name dragon in them. However even before learning of his summons, Naruto always had a thing for foxes and dragons growing up. Back in the day me, Sasuke and Sakura like to joke how Naruto was like a mini-dragon. Having all three of my babies growing up to be strong monsters like their mother, I couldn't help but make myself a bit stronger too over the years." Mikoto explained.

Tsunade snapped her neck in Mikoto's direction so fast one would think she broke it. "You're kidding? How the hell did you manage to get stronger?"

Mikoto shrugged nonchalantly." What can I say, Tsuna-chan? All it took was a little...inspiration." A smirk appeared on her beautiful face.

Tsunade was internally freaking the hell out. 'Kami if she's gotten even stronger…and with the kids already monsters in their own right and only growing stronger...holy shit my family is going to be untouchable...hell Mikoto already is untouchable...imagine if Kushina-chan was still alive...damn I'd hate to be the one who decides to go to war with Konoha...Oonoki better be prepared for the hell he and his village will receive if he keeps sending his shinobi after Naruto…'

Back on the battlefield, Naruto's senses picked up bijuu chakra leaking from Gaara. He could sense that it was building up quickly.

'He must be trying to escape desperately due to the limited amount of air inside that dome of glass.' Naruto mused.

"You got another thing coming if you think I'm going to let you release Shukaku for the hell of it Gaara." Naruto held out both of his hands.

A swirling sound could be heard throughout the entire stadium. Those who recognized the jutsu of the late Fourth Hokage were stunned that a genin could perform such a jutsu, even more so that Naruto has enough proficiency to use such a jutsu in both hands at the same time.

Nearly everyone outside of the Uchiha family were stunned by what they were witnessing. Many of the civilians began connecting the dots between Naruto and Minato.

Two swirling spheres of chakra in his palms, Naruto smirked at his trapped opponent before propelling himself into the air using his wind chakra this time. Once he was high enough, the blond soared down at high speeds while spinning himself. His arms pointed straight out in front of him. From the distance, he looked like a drill of some sort.

"Corkscrew Rasengan Missile!" Naruto's double rasengan collided and tore through the dome of glass, his rasengans also propelled his opponent several feet away.

Staying on guard, Naruto narrowed his eyes as he saw Gaara in a partial transformation state. His figure could be described best as a mini tanuki with yellow eyes.

"Naruto Uzumaki…"Gaara growled. "YOU ARE MY PREY! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WILL MAKE ME FEEL ALIVE!" His bloodlust leaked into the air scaring most of the audience.

Naruto smirked. "Sorry bitch but my mother didn't raise me to be prey to anyone. My mother Mikoto Uchiha is the biggest badass in all of Konoha, so it's only right that she raised her youngest son to be a badass like her too."

A couple of glowing sealing chains shot out ofNaruto's back, Gaara tried to avoid them the best he could, sadly he could not escape the range of the Adamantine Sealing Chains of the Uzumaki Clan.

The mini tanuki had his limbs bound, he couldn't move no matter how hard he tried and he felt his chakra being heavily suppressed. Gaara could not access his chakra at the moment.

Naruto casually walked up to his restrained fellow jinchuuriki. "You're strong Gaara, however remember there's always someone out there stronger than you. You thought nothing could get past your sand shield, but it didn't hinder me one bit from kicking your ass. Though being a jinchuuriki like myself, you were in a bad matchup considering you were fighting against a fuinjutsu master. One of Uzumaki blood at that."

Gathering chakra to the five fingertips of his right hand, five kanji symbols standing for metal, wood, fire, water and earth appeared, one kanji for each fingertip.

Gaara growled even more as he could do nothing other than that.

"Gogyō Fūin!" Naruto slammed his fingertips into Gaara's stomach.

The sand on the redhead's body began to crumble away as Gaara felt his connection Shukaku blocked, he grunted in pain before ultimately passing out on the ground once all the sand was off of him.

Naruto immediately removed the five pronged seal then placed an Uzumaki chakra suppression seal plus an Uzumaki bijuu suppression seal Gaara. The reason he did this is in case either Orochimaru or any on his side knew how to remove that specific seal. Naruto knew for a fact that Orochimaru could not do anything against the power of Uzumaki seals.

Genma smirked. "Shosha: Naruto Uzumaki!"

The crowd once again went ballistic at another exciting one-sided beat down.

'Not only did he master the rasengan already, he has Kushina-san's bloodline!' Kakashi thought in shock.

"Naruto sure didn't pull any punches, such youthful spirit!" Gai voiced loudly.

"Tell me about it, it was a slaughter from the beginning. He showed quite a bit of ninjutsu too. To think that he knows the rasengan." Asuma commented.

"Called it from the beginning, now I'm rich as hell all because of my favorite trio of genin!" Anko exclaimed happily.

"I'm happy for you Anko, you as well Naruto." Kurenai said.

Murmurs in the audience were going around not only about Naruto's performance, but his siblings as well. People who knew that they were a team began wondering if they were the next generation of the Sannin.

"And that's all she wrote folks." Yakumo commented.

Tenten wondered if Naruto could show her a couple things on fuinjutsu seeing how good he is at it.

Hinata was happy that all three of her friends won their matches.

Kankuro and Temari wanted time go and check on Gaara, however they needed to wait for the signal first.

Shino stayed silent for most of the match.

"Well that was expected, gotta admit the comeback Naru used when Gaara called him his prey was very cool." Sakura said.

"10 out of 10?" Sasuke asked.

"10/10." Sakura nodded.

"Yeah I thought the same, I'll give it a lot of props for coming up with that on spot too. Mom must've loved it seeing as he mentioned her in it." Sasuke grinned slightly.

"You know she did." Sakura smiled.

"He's definitely getting ramen tonight for that comeback. Naru-chan made both of us look really good in that moment." Mikoto smirked proudly.

Tsuande rolled her eyes. "That was sooo you and Kushina, both of you had that habit of saying a witty comeback before finishing off your opponents. Hell I think Sasuke and Sakura got it too from you."

"It is not our fault that Kushina and I were a deadly duo in battle, plus the majority of the time our enemies talked shit to us first. Especially Iwa and Kiri shinobi, it's only natural my kids picked that up from me. Plus you can't talk Tsuna, I recall times where I saw you talk shit to your enemies before killing them." Mikoto retorted.

Tsunade conceded knowing Mikoto isn't lying.

In the kage area, Rasa was in disbelief.

"Impossible...Gaara lost?" His tone held great shock.

'So he's inherited Minato and Kushina's abilities, then his ability to use those techniques of his earlier without any hand seals. The temperature of those flames caught me off guard. It seems that he did do us a favor by neutralizing Gaara.' Hiruzen thought to himself.

Orochimaru kept his attention on Naruto. 'To think he handled Gaara so effortlessly, oh well not that I was reliant on the boy invasion for the invasion to begin with. He was merely a distraction, though to think Naruto can use fire in such a way. Then there's the rasengan he showed, my oh my the potential of those three is truly amazing.'

He made a gesture with his hand to begin the invasion to a hidden subordinate of his.

Moments later white feathers were falling all around the stadium.
