Renji's Secret

She was tossing and turning in her sleep about being pulled out of an Inflamed car and two forces were fighting over her. She saw glimpses of a ghoul dressed in all red taking on two Dove's and then taken to the hospital. She had the headlights on her as she drifted into sleep and felt several needles pricking her. Her skin was on fire. Her blood was boiling. She wanted to scream but when she opened her mouth she was speechless...paralyzed.
Until she woke up yelling in a hospital bed and Dr. Kanou came in.
"Calm down, Lily. You're safe." He held her and she instantly gripped him and started crying in his arms.
They weren't Renji's arms but they were someone's she trusted.
The next morning she felt like shit mentally but her body was fine. She didn't have a scratch on her… although she could of sworn she was hit in the leg and thigh. Everything seemed like a normal visit.
"Breaking News"
Update on the horrible car accident a week ago on the 20th ward bridge. As stated before, two individuals, Kyo and his friend CCG Investigator Lily. Both patients are well and will be released today under CCG protection until the ghoul is found."
"CCG investigator?"
"You know the news are always wrong," a knock on her door and she saw her friend Kyo wheeling himself in a wheel chair with a leg and arm cast and bandages. He looked like shit.
She gasped and sat on the side of the bed, "Kyo!?"
Kyo smiled, "It's not that bad. Things could of been worse."
She started to tear, "will you be able to walk again? Please tell me you..." she put her head down and started crying, "I'm so sorry. It's all my fault your-
"Lily, its ok. I'm not mad and honestly I know you would of done the same for me. I'll just be on the soccer bench for a while."
She looked up and cleared her face, "but-
"No buts. Now, how do you feel?"
"Feel? I feel fine physically but mentally not so good."
"Compare to me you look even better than you did before. Not a single scratch on you."

Knock
A tall man in a black button down collar, dress pants, and brown sneakers came in wearing glasses and holding a teddy bear and flowers. He had short white hair and still dark eyes behind his glasses.
"Good, you're finally awake."
Lily's jaw dropped, "Kishou Arima?"
"Hello, Lily. Long time no see."
"You know this guy? He's the one who saved us from the ghoul," said Kyo.
"Ghoul?"
"You were knocked out the whole time, but a ghoul pulled both of us out of the car and the CCG just happened to be a car behind us. Lucky us."
"Thank you, old man." She referenced his hair, "I like the look. I hope the force hasn't stressed you out."
"Work is work." He placed the teddy bear and flowers in her hand and she smelt them. "Thank you."
"She's someone fiancé and baby mama," said Kyo while looking at Lily.
"I'm not pregnant, Kyo."
"I am aware with the non stop of your cell phone the night it happened. The cell phone rung so much it died." said Arima.
Thinking of Renji made her jerk her shoulder than relaxed, "relax, Kyo. Arima and I have known each other for a long time. I've never spoke about my interning at the CCG to anyone but we spent a good semester together. Arima was just a cadet then."
"Which reminds me, I apologize in advance about the news getting the CCG investigator under your name. I had my jacket on you and I suppose they assumed you were an investigator."
"Just get it taken cared of right away. Last thing I need is a ghoul after me."
Night of the Accident
Touka ran out of her apartment, ran to Renji's room, and historically knocked, "RENJI, COME QUICK!"
Renji was trying to call Lily all night so he was wide awake. He went to the door and followed Touka down the hall into the managers office with everyone.
"Professor Lily of Tokyo University and her friend, Kyo, car went over the bridge and crashed into the cement below. Its reported that both were in critical condition and rushed to the hospital. And strangely enough, rumors have it that they were both trying to be kidnapped by a ghoul but CCG investors were thankfully near by. It may seem that fellow CCG investigator Kishou Arima and Professor Lily has past relationship as both were cadets at the CCG Academy. What a way to reunite...just in... Professor Lily currently pregnant and is now on going surgery but according to sources the baby is not in fatal condition...Because of the ghoul in question we could not relay any detail on location."
"It seems both of you were hiding some things from one another. She was in the academy," said Uta.
He growled "she wasn't apart of the academy, she was a forensic intern in the CCG forensic department in college" he punched through the wall, "this is all my fault. If I would of told her this wouldn't have happened! And... she's pregnant with a soon to be dead fetus. How much pain will I cause for her?" Renji never seemed so broken.
"Renji," said Itori.
"And who was the damn ghoul?"
"Tsukiyama said it was him."
He wasn't too upset about that. "Do we know the hospital?"
"It's a special hospital for CCG investigator located on their campus." Said Kaya.
"Damn it." He couldn't even get to her even if he tried.
"I'm helping out a friend. I don't see the harm on dropping you off home. Do you think your fiancee would mind? Or are you two still not talking?"
Her eye twitched before she glared at him, "what my fiancee and I are up to has nothing to do with you, Arima. Now, if you excuse me, I would like to have my bags so I could go home."
Arima moved closer to her and looked down at her, "my orders is to accompany you home, therefore I will accompany you home. And with the scent you're giving off, you're going to need the protection." The last part was more of a whisper as he walked towards the parking lot.
"Excuse me? What did you say?"
"Come on,"
'What if Renji is home? Would Arima be able to sense he's a ghoul?' She looked at the investigator stand by his car. 'I love Renji enough not to get him killed. Just in case my phone is tapped I shouldn't text him.'
"Can we stop at the store so I could get something?"
"What?"
"I need a charger."
"Don't you have a charger at your house."
"No, I need a new one and I want one now," she stomped one foot.
Arima arched an eyebrow at how childish this grown woman was asking and just smirked, "ok, charger it is." He walked to the passenger side door and held it open for her, "ladies first."
When she got in, he closed the door, and she directed them to a street market. She figured if she was going to try to lose him it would be there. And she was craving food.
"Tell me about your fiancee."
She looked up from her ice cream and arched one eye brow, "what?"
"I want to know what kind of man do you considering marrying."
She kept her poker face as she licked her ice cream, "he's my best friend and I'm in love with him."
"Yet, you seemed to be distracting yourself from going home or invite me to your home. Does he hit you?"
'When I want him to,' she blushed and smiled, "no, he would never do anything to hurt me. He's very gentle, quiet, and a very understanding person. He's like… my breath of fresh air after a long day of work. A man of few words but his actions speak louder." She started to laugh about he proposed, "he could be kinda of an airhead when he's nervous. And he cares a lot for his family."
"If that is the case then why haven't you called him or why hasn't he come to see you?"
Lily already figured out about the ghoul detectors, so she wasn't worried.
"Because we are fighting and the last thing I need is another man coming up to my door step. And if you are there," she licked her ice cream sexually, "I can't ride his dick and send us both over the edge. As much as I'm currently mad at him I miss him bending me over on a whelm, no matter where we are, and fuck me senseless or demand me to lift my dress and eat my wet pussy." It took her a second to realize what she said and her face turned red as she got up. "AH!"
She went in the restaurant bathroom and locked the door. Her body felt so hot and aroused it seemed unnatural. Renji was always there to satisfy or even punish her. 'Could it be that my body misses him?'
She leaned against the wall, touched her breast in a firm grip, and put her hands between her leg. She imagined Renji telling her, "spread your legs."
"Ah, Renji," she moaned as she felt herself going higher… higher… and higher.
"Oh, fuck!" she watched herself release in the mirror and saw something that frightened her. Her eyes were that of a ghoul."W-what the fucking hell?!" A tentacle like vine exited her back and smashed into the mirror.
Knock. Knock. Knock. "Lily, are you ok?!"
She started to hyperventilate, "y-es. I'll be out soon!" She turned around to look at the thing in the mirror and found a total of four. "This is a very bad dream," she whispered and tried to calm down. She closed her eyes, counted to ten, and took in deep breathes. As she took several breathes her eyes slowly went back to normal and her tentacles disappeared into thin air. When she got to 10 and opened her eyes everything was back to normal besides the hole on the back of her top. She got creative and turned it into a crop top. She needed Renji now more than ever. She looked above her to find anything she could escape from since she had him distracted. Nothing!
She went out the bathroom and Arima was watching her closely. Too close for her liking but she continued to act normal. She started to plan her route and watched him from time to time to see if he was ever distracted. He was on her like a bee and a flower.
He asked, "You're still hungry?"
'I can't go to my parents house. I can't go home or to Renji's job. He's probably too fit and would be suspicious if I run away. Ugh!'
She felt a slightly pull from her bun and her hair draped over her shoulders. She turned around and saw Arima looking completely guilty.
"Excuse me!" she growled at him and then quickly stopped when a tingling in her back started to grow.
"I like it down,"
"Do not touch me, Arima. If you touch any part of me I will break your fingers!" she pointed at him then pocked his chest.
"I'm trying my best not to, but you smell very, very good."
She looked up at him for a second as she heard the near by train station. She felt her heart fast pace and then she just went for it. She ran and he quickly followed after her. Although she's been in the hospital for 2 weeks she was surprisingly in shaped to run. She pushed down people, jumped over kids, and ran through moving traffic just to jump over the pay gate, up the stairs, and in the train. Once in the train she finally turned around and saw Arima coming up the stairs. And Lady Luck was on her side because the doors closed right in his face.
"Pervert!" she growled at him as she waved him off as the train left the platform. When she arrived at the next stop to switched trains that lead her in the complete opposite direction from her home. She ended up on an express train to the 4th ward. It was in the late afternoon and the barely had passengers on the train besides… two men. As soon as she sat down she knew she was asking for trouble. She felt their eyes on her and was not in the best of moods. Nope. Actually, she was getting angry.
"Hey, cutie!" one called out.
'I know he's not talking to me,'
"How much for you to suck this dick?"
She snapped by getting up and growl at him, "are you talking to me?"
"Whoah, I think you got her upset," his friend laughed.
Both men laughed as she gripped the train pole with a very firm grip until it broke in her hand.
"Come on, girlie. Sit on daddy's lap."
She felt herself getting angrier as she turned around just in time for her eyes to shift. She sat back down, put her head down, and felt so hot and a tingling feeling between her legs. She needed to fuck! She needed Renji, now! She reached in her purse to grab her phone but one of the guys slapped it out of her hand.
"I'm talking to you, bitch!"
The doors opened and she just lost it. She grabbed the man by his collar, picked him up, and saw his friend running towards her. She took her other hand and gripped his face.
"I am not in the mood to be fucked with!" she growled as her eyes started to shift. She pushed both of them out of her face and both banged their heads against the seat. The train lights started to flicker and everyone on the platform were gone. She went to pick up her cell phone and suddenly smelt something extremely delicious. As the lights flickered and her eyes glowed in the dark she stared at the site of blood. It smelt so sweet, like her mother's cooking or like a lemon crum pie. She felt saliva drooling out of her mouth as she approached the two knocked out men.
"…no," she whispered to herself as she bit her bottom lip until it bled. 'I will not eat THEM!' It took all her will to back away and run.
She couldn't understand was happening to her or why. She was a ghoul? How? When? Why? All of these questions and urges had to be answer. The storm started to feel like her mind… a thunderstorm. She was lost in a world she didn't understand. When she found shelter under a fruit stand she reached in her pocket for her phone and nothing. She lost her phone.
"Unless you're going to buy something, beat it!" said the sales person.
She was so hungry she ran out into the rain a few blocks and then stopped. She stood in the rain in the middle of no where in one of the worse wards… the fourth ward.
An umbrella went over her head and a familiar voice whispered in her ear, "Well, who do we have here?"
She felt a tingle in her back and she felt her tentacles run through something… or someone. She turned her head to meet the man she met with Renji in the bakery named Tsukiyama. He had the same eyes as her but the sneaky smile was… unnatural.
