Chapter 13

The movie was better than expected.

Not to mention he got to see Jennifer Lawrence in a bikini before he would die. "I can go a happy man now into the afterlife," he whispered to Aoi.

"I am glad to be a part of this brother,"

The two were the only ones in the theatre somehow, but they still enjoyed the show and ate all the popcorn they could. When they walked out of it, Yuuji stretched himself out, but Aoi was down. "Something wrong? Didn't like the movie?"

"Are you kidding, it had everything I wanted! It's just that… when you're gone. I won't have a brother anymore."

He was touched to his words, despite his dominating personality, Aoi has helped him a lot and to grow as a shaman. No one really seemed to like him either. He still remembered when he got hit by that baseball and everyone congratulated the pitcher for the shot. He can be annoying at times, yet still, he treated Yuuji like a person, and no something that needs to be destroyed.

"I am sure you will find another brother, I mean despite the fact that Sukuna will die, doesn't mean curses go away completely. There will be other Shaman you can call a brother…"

"You were the first one that I could call such an honor." He said defiantly. "I hate how this is turning out, I really do."

"Then… well… what else do brothers do?"

Aoi's eyes widened. "You want to do something else?"

"Sure, I mean, we got the day right?"

His smile grew. "My little brother!" his massive arm went around him. "Let's go do everything brothers should do! Ever been to a strip club?"

He took him all over town.

Yuuji went to his first strip club but didn't quite know what to make of it. They went to an adult store and looked at magazines and got a new pin up poster for their rooms. Aoi then insisted they listened to the latest pop idol's number 1 hit. They then loaded up on junk food and took it back to the institution where they would listen to more music and watch movies together. 'Is this what it's like having a brother? It's rather nice' thought Itadori.

When the movie ended. Aoi excused himself for the rest of the night. "Oh, take some snacks with you!"

"It's okay little brother, you have them." He insisted. "Tomorrow, let's do it again!" he said.

When the door closed Yuuji wondered if he could endure another day with him! He was all over town and had a hard enough time keeping up. Still, it was nice to feel wanted and to be treated like a person again.

"What do you mean…"

He went from calm to menacing in a matter of seconds. He was confronted by his elder Yoshinobu to no longer be around Itadori. "He is going to be executed in two days," he said in a rather blunt tone. "You have grown too attached to him, so no more."

"He is my brother," he said defiantly.

Yoshinobu shook his head. "We are already bending the rules enough as it is, today was your last day with that demon vessel…"

"His name is Yuuji Itadori!" shouted Aoi. "And no one stop me from seeing my brother!"

He stormed off shortly after. Yua watched it all from a distance and it made her heart happy to see. Someone cared for Yuuji not for what he is, but the person he is.

"I need one more thing… if only I can obtain it…" she muttered to herself.

She had to sneak around the facility, luckily, her family's codes still works for various things. One include the collection of weapons.

Yua wondered about until she found what was needed. There was a second dedicated to the fallen shaman of the institution. The weapon she seeks was before her. "Kento Nanami…" she said with a sigh. She approached his weapon and stared at it. "You helped train Yuuji too didn't you? I may have a way to help him, but I need your ability to do it. I need to see a weak point in him… please… lend me your power." She whispered.

Her hand hovered over it, she smiled and felt the residual energy left behind from the previous owner. "It's just enough… thank you," she whispered as her fingers gently touched the weapon.

She felt the surge course through her, his abilities will be hers for but a moment since there wasn't enough curse energy to use, but it will be enough.

With it absorbed she began to focus. She felt the energy swirl inside her until she looked about, her eyes could see weak points along the walls that will make it collapse if struck in various areas. "Okay, I can do this then…" she whispered. Yua quickly left just as security was doing their rounds…
