The next morning, Lok and the group were a mile from the volcano where the lead Destroyers were.
"Everyone understands their parts, right?" asked Dante. The rest agreed before they scattered.
"Let's do this, Gar-Ghoul and King Basilisk," said Zhalia as she stood at the edge of the forest. The second the two Titans appeared, a couple of Destroyers came their way after picking up on the energy from them being summoned.
"Mindsight," said Zhalia. Once the spell hit, it caused the Destroyers to change directions as they thought the Titans had moved locations.
"Now," said Zhalia as one of the Destroyers attacked the fake Titans they were seeing. Gar-Ghoul quickly moved behind the Destroyers, using his ability to put fear into them. Once the Destroyers turned to flee, King Basilisk used his ability and petrified them, which made the creatures fall out of the sky and land on the ground where they shattered.
"Sounds like the others have started," said Zhalia as explosions rung out. Meanwhile, Den had fused with Vigilante and was attacking a single Destroyer.
"Lok and Sophie better be careful," said Den as he cut a tentacle off. On the side of the volcano, Lok and Sophie were quickly climbing up.
"The leader's are still at the top," said Lok as he noticed three lights still a good thousand feet above them. One was dark red, another was dark blue, and the last one was dark yellow.
"Be careful up there," said Sophie.
"You too," said Lok as he held her hand for a second before climbing further up.
"I can't believe I'm about to do this," said Sophie before entering a small cavern on the side of the volcano
