A/N: I am back at least for the time being. Now I've become obsessed with Sanders Sides, and had ideas for one-shots rattling around in my head for awhile but never thought about actually writing them down. If anyone has any critiques, review it please I need all the help I can get. Also, if anyone has any pairings or ideas, please PM me or a review about them. Thank you and I hope you enjoy!

This Is How I Show My Love-Prinxiety

Virgil sat alone in his room, his Jack Skellington onesie still on from watching Frozen with the others. He couldn't get what Princey had said out of his head the whole time.

Logan had commented that Roman rigged the vote so they would watch Frozen, yet Roman was the one constantly making fun of it.

Of course, what did Roman reply with: This is how I show my love. (Virgil didn't let the not-so-subtle glances between Thomas and Patton go unnoticed, either, but never commented.)

So what was going through his head was did the Prince mean it or was he just messing with the already anxious side.

Virgil shook his head to get rid of the thoughts-he and Roman hated each other, right? All Roman has done since Virgil was accepted was make fun of him.

Virgil wanted to go to Patton for some advice, but realized this was something he needed to do on his own. Besides, Patton wasn't very subtle about romance and therefore would end up telling the most romantic side ever anyway.

The anxious side heaved a sigh and slipped out of bed, easing his bedroom door shut.

Virgil stopped short in front of the fanciful side's door, willing himself to knock.

Come on, just do it! Sure, the rejection will sting, but at least you'll know for sure! Virgil continued to think as, automatically, his hand knocked on the door.

About two seconds later, though an eternity to Virgil, the door was flung open, revealing Roman still in his Beauty and The Beast themed onesie.

"Hey there, Hot Topic. Something I can do for ya?" The question is met by a very blushing and stumbling Virgil, trying and failing to compose himself.

"Sorry, Princey, it's late and I don't mean to bother you." Virgil wants to smack himself at the reply he gives, but smirks to hide it.

"You're no bother at all, I haven't gone to sleep yet. Do you want to come in?" Roman opens the door wider, allowing Virgil to pass through if he wants.

"No, um, this won't take long. Just-something that was said during the movie earlier keeps replaying in my head and I just wanted to know the truth." Virgil sighs as he says this, avoiding Roman's eyes.

"Oh? And what truth would that be?" Roman's voice is teasing, Virgil can tell without having to look up.

"Well, um, Logan mentioned that you were making fun of the movie and you said-" Virgil stopped, unsure of how to word it without seeming like a creep for remembering so clearly.

"I said: 'This is how I show my love'." Roman doesn't seem phased, tilting Virgil's chin up to make the other look at him.

"I-well, I just wanted to know if-when you said that- I wanted to know if you meant-you and me? When you're constantly making fun of me, I mean." Virgil holds his breath, waiting for the answer.

"Childish of me, I know. Picking on my crush and acting like I hated you. I don't hate you, Virgil. I've grown...rather fond of you recently and I just-I didn't know how to tell you without-growing insecure. I figured you'd much rather be with any other side than the only one making fun of you." Roman looks into Virgil's eyes, willing the other to understand.

"Oh. Well, I'm glad you feel that way, Princey." Virgil smirked as he took a step closer, trapping Roman between himself and the door.

"Oh? And why is that?" Roman glances at Virgil's lips before back to his eyes, hoping to not be too obvious.

"Because then I can do-this." Throwing caution to the wind, Virgil captures Roman's lips with his own, wrapping his arms around the other.

Roman immediately kisses back, throwing his own arms around Virgil to keep him close.

Of course, oxygen is prevalent, so the two pull apart, breathing hard.

"So, what does this mean?" Virgil's voice is soft as he asks, almost afraid of what the answer would be.

"Well, I believe this means we'd be boyfriends. If that's what you want, of course." Roman smiles as he says this, tugging the other impossibly closer.

"Boyfriends, it is." Virgil answers, another kiss sealing the deal before he's pulled into Roman's room, the door shutting behind the two.
