Chapter 49
It was a private meeting.
The elders gathered in secret, outside of Japan and in a neutral territory. No one, not even the principals of their schools were informed of this gathering, nor would they want them there. The building was blocked off with all sorts of enchantments, from blocking curses to even divine energies that they have been made known of. They consisted of 13 members, many have seen their fair share of battles, but it was the one before them now that has them most concerned.
The possible rise of a new King of Curses.
There was silence to it all until the eldest of them all spoke. "We cannot let this go on," he said defiantly. "What we witnessed is not normal, it's not right nor can it be trusted. This demon vessel has become too powerful, we should have ended him the moment we had him in chains!"
They nodded in agreement.
"Yet with what we witnessed, it took out Sukuna with ease… Does this mean it can take out the rest of us just as quickly?"
Murmurs followed.
"I have been researching the Tooru family, their lineage is long, however it's all the same, their family crest was a three eyes, platinum dragon. Very much like the one we witnessed just a day ago. What we considered utter nonsense is in fact the truth. This family, was a dragon's guardian. In return, the dragon protected them and was used to dispel the strongest of curses, some have stated they were preparing the dragon to go against Sukuna before his rise to power… Until he caught wind of it."
"Sukuna tricked other Jujutsu sorcerers to contain the beast, many were killed in their attempt, but succeeded…"
"So we can do it again" the oldest proclaimed. "This beast can be contained for the greater good. I do not trust it, nor do I trust the demon vessel!"
There were solemn nods all around the table in agreement. "How do we do it though? They state it took over a thousand sorcerers to contain a beast that big…"
"But, this is where his containment comes to our advantage." One reached under the table and took out a box. "We will seal the demon vessel within here, and then, we can take proper measures as to what to do with it. Someone like that should not, and can not be allow out in the world!"
"We have issues though. Gojo for one, he will fight us tooth and nail on this, it he weren't so powerful…"
"Indeed, this will require some planning, but we will make certain to protect this world from such an unknown force. This dragon has never been heard of before, not until now. I say we seal it away!"
The table came to an agreement. "Make the proper preparations, I want this demon sealed sooner than later!"

Elsewhere.
The elders were not the only one plotting. The cult of Sukuna has just been dealt with a serious blow. "Our best were taken out instantly! How was that even possible and by no less nine women with no curse energy!"
"It doesn't matter, they were too weak if they were taken out like that. We prepare for our master, if we cannot obtain the demon vessel, then we shall create a new one!" The leader of it all appeared like a dark priest, black robe but hid his face to the legions. He held out his hand and revealed a bottle of crimson fluid. "We obtained this during the Shibuya incident. Just after Itadori was attacked and our master was fed more of his power… this… this will bring him back!" he decreed.
The legions nodded. "Let's prepare for the ceremony…"
