Hey...
So I know I said it was coming, it feels wrong to write another chapter like this after promising more, but at the end of the day, I can't figure out how to work past this lack of interest. I just can't force myself to write 7 years of basically the same boring story. I just simply don't like this story anymore. Sadly, this means that this fic will be scrapped. I'm keeping it up to read, but I won't update it. Don't feel to bad, this was only my first submitted fanfic after all.
However, considering that as of writing this, "A Minor Acquaintance of the Boy Who Lived" is my only fic posted on this site, meaning all of my followers came from that fic. I know many of you probably enjoyed this and wanted to see more, which is why I'm happy to announce that this story will still technically continue.
See, I always knew that Year 7 would be the most exciting year to write (seeing as Peter is muggleborn and all), and I had fleshed out many ideas for it that I don't want to see going to waste. So I'll be making a new document that focuses around Year 7. Sadly this means that the character development may feel rushed, but anything's better than writing what has pretty much been "Harry Potter" without the cool stuff.
Regardless of all that, that Star Wars story I mentioned is slowly coming along, and I have an interesting idea for a Parody Sue fic. I may even try my hand at shipfics (although they'll probably be awful due to lack of experience) School, quarantine, and mental health have all thrown off my schedule a lot, but I haven't forgotten you, and I'm trying to stop looking for an excuse to write and just go at it.
