The crime quadruplets stood dejected in the cold room, green tile plastering the walls, save for the large metal doors scattering the wall, and cream linoleum on the floor. Their heads were hung, looking up to their right as a bald man in a white lab coat entered the room, opening the five at their waist level for their viewing horror, the sheets covering all but their necks and head doing little to mask the corpses' damages. Melanie and Junior's corpses were only distinguishable by their height, nothing left of their former selves in the humanoid, charred husks. The right side of Glynda's neck and face were burned deeply, exposing muscle and bone, her right eye permanently open. Francois and Thatch had deep, black bruising around their necks under their chins, heads cocked at the angle which their necks snapped. "We just needed identification that these were people you knew...well, the ones that can be identified." the mortician said.

Yang's eyes turned red and her fists tightened, Ruby touching her arm to calm her as she asked, "Yeah, this is what we called in for. Where's the certificates we have to sign and the police we gotta talk to?"

"You seem to know a thing or two about this process, Miss Rose," a familiar voice replied, the group looking to Roman Torchwick leaning in the doorway with arms crossed, facing ahead with eyes closed, "But don't worry, the FIB already filled out all their death certificates and the police were ordered to sweep this under the rug. Oh, and we did the same for Ozpin, too, don't worry about that dead weight."

"What's stopping us from killing you right now, Torchwick?" Ruby rebuffed through grit teeth.

"Let's call it even at this, I know it was all of you that robbed that bank and cost us months of funding and God knows how much damage control. Didn't think Ozpin had it in him to lower his own paycheck..."

"He wasn't in on this." Ruby hissed

"Oh, my apologies, guess he just got caught in the crossfire. But you all saw what Maria was capable of, right? Good, because that's what the end game is for all of you. Killing me will only mean you won't see the sunrise tomorrow. I come here to let you know you're not as clever as you all think and, well, we'll keep in touch for future purposes."

"You're not gonna win this, Torchwick, not you, the FIB, Cardin, or Mister Schnee."

"At least you know who your enemies are, for now, Ruby. But, until the next time, I'll let you all grieve, I have to start filming for my new show, after all. We'll be in-touch." Roman stated, departing with a wave and disappearing out of the doorway in a stride.

"This is all your fault, Ruby." Yang gruffed.

"What?" Ruby asked, turning to face her sister.

"All of this is your goddamn fault! If only you had the common fucking courtesy to have died all those years, then I'd be happily still leading Yang Xiao Long Enterprises, which is now defunct thanks to you, and Melanie and Junior would still be alive. Oh, and best of all, I wouldn't be on a hit list of the federal government! At least I'll have solace in knowing you won't live either!" Yang shouted.

"You fucking idiot," Ruby yelled, shoving Yang as she stumbled and fell to her seat, "Maria did all this! I didn't twist your arm or force you to come find me, you did that all on your own, you unstable, psychotic bitch!"

"Ruby..." Weiss intervened, grabbing her arm.

Ruby retched her arm free, glaring back at a seething, seated Yang on the ground, "I've had e-fucking-nough of your bullshit, you want to kill me, go ahead," Ruby offered, spreading her arms, "Take the fucking shot. If you aren't, get out of my fucking sight and stay out of it, you useless excuse of a fucking being."

Yang's face quaked with rage, pushing herself up to her feet and storming out of the room, bumping shoulder with her sister as she did. "Wait, Yang," Weiss pleaded, "You can't leave after all we've been through, we need each other. Please, don't go!"

Yang stopped at the doorway, refusing to look back but responding, "You heard the boss, I'm not needed. Face it, all of you, we're as good as dead. I'm just gonna go out and enjoy how ever many more days we have until they put a bullet in the back of my head. Au revoir, fuckheads."

Yang waved the bird at them as she strolled out of the mortuary, Weiss turning to snap back at Ruby, "What was that for?! We needed her to win this fight, now we don't stand a chance!"

"Then why don't you go join her if she's so fucking great?! She snapped on me for something I didn't even fucking do and you're gonna stick on her side? Oh, fuck you, Weiss, fuck you! I will agree with Yang on one thing, we are royally fucked!"

"Oh, don't you leave, too. Just disappear for another 10 years just to turn up out of nowhere, except this time you won't be able to bargain your way out of a grave with the FIB this time. But, hey, at least it'll be a permanent fix to your borderline alcoholism and family issues that make mine look like a petty squabble!" Weiss retorted.

"Guys, stop," Blake interjected, "We can't afford to fight now. Yang will come back around, just give her time. She already did for you once, Ruby, she'll do it again. We just have to put our heads together and figure out how to get ahead of these guys again."

"That's impossible, Blake. We aren't going to outsmart the government that wants us all dead and you're more likely to train an Ursa than get Yang to think clearly." Ruby scoffed.

"Look, Roman may have a ton of resources but he's a conceited asshole, and a stupid one at that. He said he's filming his show right now, we just have to keep ahead of whatever schedule he's on, hit the FIB and whoever else we can hard, and keep them on their heels."

"She's right. Look, Ruby, I'm sorry, it's just that I told Yang how important it was we stick together and she just walked out so easy. I didn't mean what I said." Weiss admitted.

"Yeah, you did, why else would you say it? Besides, you weren't wrong, my life's fucked." Ruby rebuffed.

The trio sat in silence for several unbearable moments, Blake looking down on her deceased aunt and muttering, "I don't want this to happen to us or anyone we love again. I don't want to end up like that."

"Well, get used to the thought, kid. I'm sorry I got you all dragged into this, that's my fault. I'm just gonna go home and enjoy whatever booze I can until they come knocking."

"That's it, you're just giving up? Come on, Ruby..." Weiss began.

"No, you come on, Weiss! Face it, it's over. I'm just gonna go quietly when they come for me. If you need me, you'll know where I'm at." Ruby said, exiting the room.

"This can't be happening, how did this all go so wrong!?" Weiss broke down, hanging her head and tearing up, hands clasped to the side of her head.

"Look, you helped me out a lot, Weiss; the least I could do is offer you a place at my house and figure this out together."

"Thanks, Blake; I'm glad there's someone else rational here."

Blake was immediately cut off by the ringing of her scroll, producing it from her pocket to find Sun's face on the screen. With a sigh, she answered him, "Look, Sun, I appreciate the concern but we lost a lot of people. We have to figure a lot of this shit out before they start coming for us. I'll talk to you later."

"Wait, wait, wait, Blake! Don't hang up! I need you, I went to go see Mercury..." Sun pleaded.

"I told you he wasn't who he made himself out to be, what are you doing?"

"I'm in the trunk of a car right now, he pulled a gun on me and they told me to get in it."

"What, where the hell are you!?"

"I don't know, Blake, they just shoved me in and started driving."

"God-fucking-dammit, Sun!"

"Blake, I'm sorry!"

"Wait, Blake, keep him on the scroll." Weiss demanded, working away on her own.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm tracing his call, right now he's moving north towards the sticks that got us into this trouble in the first place. Blake, get your car. Sun, stay with us until they stop. We'll have to go through the desert and then Paleto."

Weiss and Blake sprinted out of the coroner's office, the white Buffalo roaring to life in an instant and squealing as they whipped it around the street and tore off towards the freeway.

"Blake, I'm so sorry." Sun moaned.

"Why are you always such a fucking idiot?!"

"Whoa, take it easy, Blake."

"No, I won't calm down! Why are you always like this, Sun?! Why do you always get involved with this stupid shit, thug life crap?! You're not a thug, you're a fucking moron!"

"At least I ain't like you, sell-out 'cause you go the good life and forget about where you came from."

"I didn't sell-out because I hated where I came from, Sun. The only things that life brings you is death, prison, and petty fame. And you can't sing worth a damn, Sun."

A tense silence fell over the car, Weiss trying her hardest to pretend she wasn't there. Then, Sun began laugh, "What's so funny?" Blake asked.

"It's almost like we never grew up, been the same damn way since we were kids. You always shitting on me and me taking the brunt."

"Stop it, this is serious."

"What? Come on, Blake, think about it like this. This might be the last time I ever talk to you. Anything you wanna get off your chest..."

"Fuck off, Sun, this isn't the time."

"It's cool, I understand, you ladies and your emotions. Harder for a guy to express that, even in death, ya know? Don't wanna look like a bitch."

"Are you hitting on me!?"

"What, me? Come on, Blake, the guy who hung out with you since we were kids? Don't be ridiculous." Sun sputtered.

"You're such a dumbass." Blake laughed.

"I could be your dumbass, Blake. That is, if we make it out of this. But, you and Yang took out all those fuckers of the Cull who tried to jump us, and you did it on that first deal that went wrong. You work your magic, girl, and I'll take you on the finest date imaginable."

"So you are hitting on me?"

"Shut up, pussy."

All was silent for a moment, "Yo, Blake, the car stopped moving. Fuck..." Sun uttered, his line going dead.

"Sun? Sun?! Shit! Anything on his location, Weiss?"

"Gotta love these government sites, they're the best at tracking scrolls, way better than through towers. Those only give you a general area, the government knows the exact spot you're scroll is at and, with that, you." Weiss went on.

"Yeah, I get it, the government is tapping our scrolls and tracking us, nothing surprises me, Weiss. Where is he?"

"You're no fun. They're up by that old sawmill, know where it is?"

"Exactly where it is. The Herd used to make narcotic dust in it, paid off the cops so we wouldn't have any trouble. That was, at least, until someone ran us out of business."

"Yang?"

"Yeah, in the most peaceful way she could, as you'd expect."

The duo sped through the town, still patching over the hole that Weiss created and repairing all the damaged property. Towards the edge of its woods, they turned onto a dirt rad that winded and meandered towards the sawmill, stopping at one of the looping intersections of road before it. "So, what's the game plan?" Weiss inquired.

"Getting in there will be the easy part, it's going to be getting out of here that'll be the problem." Blake responded.

"That's not an answer, Blake. How are we taking them down?"

"I see why Ruby calls you the smartass. Do you have your sword?"

"Do you?" Weiss replied with a smirk.

"Good. I'll get Sun, you just make sure no one gets up this road and that'll make this all a lot easier."

"Ah, so it's a bit of a mix between how I met you and how you saw what I'm capable of? I see Ruby's been a good mentor to you."

"I'm sure she'd find that heart warming, Weiss. We can talk all day and half the night about my issues with motherly figures but, right now, let's get Sun out of here alive."

Weiss and Blake ducked out of the car, Blake sprinting over the muddy, hill-covered landscape to the mill as Weiss took up position at the car's bumper, arms crossed and leaning against it with a bored expression. Suddenly, her brow cocked and she looked over her shoulder at the direction Blake went, muttering, "What has Ruby been saying about me!?"

A door to the saw mill burst open, light billowing into the darkened building before Sun was shoved in, a group of gangster's clad in white t-shirts, baggy jean shorts, and green bandanas that concealed their identities. Sun tumbled over to his hands and knees, immediately struggling to breathe with the sawdust perforating the hot, stale air of the mill. His attempts at breathing were stifled more by a punt to his ribs, a smirking Mercury looking on at the damage he caused. Sun lie on his back holding his ribs and groaning, his arms pried from his abdomen as he was dragged across the concrete floor and sat in a wooden chair in the middle of the room. Right as he tried to stand up from the chair, the blade of a knife skewered his left thigh, grinding against the bone and forcing him to fall back to the seat. Sun grit his teeth and let out a grunt of pain, holding his leg as the blade was left in the wound. "Well, Sun, how's it hanging?" Mercury taunted, before his gloved fist cracked his jaw.

Sun teetered to the side from the blow, two gangsters forcing him to sit upright for a blow on the other cheek. As Sun was forced up once more, he reared back and shot a glob of bloody saliva at Mercury's cheek, the gang leader recoiling for a second before wiping his sleeve against his cheek, laughing, "You always had fight in you, Sun. We could have used someone like you. Hell, you were like a little brother to me."

Mercury's smile turned to a sneer as he lunged for Sun once more, grabbing the back of his neck and clocking him in the abdomen once more. The monkey faunus doubled over, the gangsters letting him fall to his hands and knees as he struggled to breathe. "But you had to run with your little kitty-cat girl, didn't you? Turns out she has a huge bounty on her head, found a new gig that got her loaded, a nice little place up in the hills. And you didn't tell us about it?!"

"I...didn't know." Sun struggled.

Mercury growled as he punted him in the chest again, cracking a rib as Sun fell flat on his stomach. Mercury got down on a knee and turned Sun over, lifting him up by his collar as he hissed in his face, "Don't fucking lie, you two were tight since you were kids. You were in on it too, weren't you?! Where's the money Sun, huh? Where are you stashing it?"

"You're better off killing me 'cause I don't have a damn cent of whatever Blake's been doing. Besides, fuck you, even if I had any money from those jobs, I'd say the exact same thing."

Mercury growled as he shoved Sun back to the ground, turning and heading for the exit as he called back, "He's of no use to us. Take your time boys, I'll be looking for that pussy."

A gangster with a pink rat tail looping out from his pants stepped forward, cocking a pistol and aiming it down on Sun as he replied, "Oh, don't worry, we will, boss."

A gunshot rang out from above, however, and sickle-bladed pistol flew down before the faunus' face before being yanked back up by a long, black ribbon. The blade sunk into the man's chin, his pistol falling to the ground as his corpse was hoisted up into the dark rafters above. The men around where he stood stepped back in shock, a boar-tusked faunus, being quickest to collect himself, barked, "It's her! Don't just stand there you idiots, shoot her!"

Just then, a single gunshot rang out, the boar faunus' head flinging back to a splash of blood and brain matter across the cement floor. Taking his order to heart, the faunus easily located Blake leaping across the rafters, unloading their pistols as she bounded further into the bowels of the mill. "Spread out and find her, I'll watch the monkey." a ram-horned faunus ordered, jamming another magazine into his gun.

Weiss continued her impatient wait outside the mill, arms crossed and tapping her foot impatiently, the gunshots sparking some interest before she wrote them off to herself, "She's got it under control."

The blare of a horn from behind caught her off-guard, a worn-down, maroon Albany screeching to a stop beside her as the silver-haired man inside shouted, "Hey, what the fuck are you doing, bitch?! Move your damn car," he began, eyeing the defamed heiress up and down, his tone changing, "Or move on in to mine so you can take a ride. It's a manual, too, sweetheart."

The heiress laughed and uncrossed her arms, strolling up to his door as she flipped her long mane over her shoulder. In a flash from that action, she drew her rapier and had wedged the blade between his teeth, the gangster feeling the cold steel against his tongue as she slowly deliberated, "Now listen very carefully, Mercury. My friend, Blake, has told me a lot about you. I could slide this blade down your throat like a sheath, but I won't, you're going to do me favor. Give all your little gang buddies the night off, it'd be a shame for all of the ones who come here to die and you'd make me look foolish for letting you live. So please, Mister Black, have a nice day, and drive safely."

Weiss retracted her blade, smirking at Mercury as the terrified gangster glared back. The gangster peeled out and careened towards the highway, much to Weiss' laughter. "Well Blake, we've got about 10 minutes, work your magic."

A pig-nosed faunus was separated from the rest of the group, looking about in all angles with his pistol and natural night vision. Just as he came to round a corner, a smooth, thin fabric wrapped around his wrists, yanking him around the corner and kneeing him in the gut. Doubled over and winded, the faunus was unable to react as Blake turned and flipped him over her shoulder, slamming him onto his back before she turned him onto his stomach. In an instant, the faunus could no longer breathe, the cord wrapped firmly around his throat and growing tighter by the moment as he thrashed about for freedom or his gun. Blake knelt into his back to increase the pressure, one hand holding the ribbon and the other her pistol. The noise drew the attention of a faunus with antennae atop their head, taking aim at Blake but was promptly cut off by her firing first, using the recoil to impale the back of the strangled man's skull.

Blake braced herself against the wall once more, steadying her breath before a pistol loomed out from the other side. Blake lunged forward, ramming the bottom of her clip into their wrist. Blake followed it up by jamming the slide up into his throat, making the faunus cough and gag for air as he stumbled back, aiming at her as he did so. Blake's pistol unfolded its blade as she swung upward, amputating his hand and leaving the man unable to scream with a crushed throat.

Turning on her heel, she caught another faunus sneaking up on her, taking his arm and forcing it under her armpit, firing the pistol into the stomach of the wounded faunus she had just dealt with. Blake reared her head back and smashed it into the man's face, dazing him as she grasped his wrist in her free hand. She forced it up upward and bent it back over his shoulder, forcing him off balance with the hold before kicking his feet out from under him with her heel. As he collapsed, he fell back-first onto Blake's katana, impaling himself on her inverted grip. As she was freeing her blade of the corpse, the wounded faunus crawled for his gun. Prying the tense fingers of his severed hand from the firearm, he grasped it in his remaining hand before it was stomped on by Blake. He could only look up at Blake aiming down with her pistol, discharging a round in his forehead.

The last of the paroling faunus, one with reptilian pupils and a few scales over his brown skin, happened upon the massacre. He cautiously looked over the scene, aiming with his pistol wherever he gazed. He turned abruptly to his right as he heard some metal crash on the floor, an old saw's nail holding it to the wall having finally given. The sound of flesh and bone splitting hit the air as the man let out a shout of agony, Blake having swung the cleaver-like scabbard into his back. Surprisingly unfinished, the man turned and fired at Blake, the faunus catching his wrist as the bullet would only strike the wall behind her before throwing his arm down onto her rising knee, shattering his wrist. The man tried to strike her with his other fist, only for the to be blocked and Blake punching him in the throat, doubling him over as she kept her grip on his wrist. She kneed him in the face, breaking his nose and sending him reeling back upright, before twisting underneath his arm and flipping him over herself, slamming him onto his back and driving the point of the blade out through his chest. Blake looked around and listened, hearing nothing but her own panting.

As she caught her breath, she made her way back to where Sun last was. She rounded the corner into the only lit room in the building, finding Sun still lying on the floor. Just as she made it into the room, the horned faunus charged head-first into her, smashing his horns into her chest, sending her flying across the floor and her weapons skidding further along. He brandished the knife before him as he approached the dazed faunus, only to be taken off his feet by a charging Sun, tackling him to the ground. Sun tumbled over the faunus, lying and groaning in pain at the exertion as the angered ram faunus sat up.

No sooner had he sat up than was he locked in a rear naked choke, his first instinct led him to bring his knife down and stab back at Blake's face. She managed to free a hand grab his wrist, the two trembling for control of the limb as she forced it and the blade down. Suddenly, Blake abandoned her choke hold and seized him by face, slamming him skull-first into the concrete and throwing herself on top of him. The knife was precariously positioned up his chest, both of their hands clasped around it in a desperate struggle. Seeing it was a stalemate, Blake freed a hand and reared back, plunging down with her full weight onto the handle, the tip of the blade piercing his chest. She reared back and slammed down again, half the blade sinking in this time. One more attempt and the knife completely sunk into his chest.

Blake looked up at Sun to check his condition, finding him smiling and holding her scabbard and sword. Blake abandoned the body and rushed to Sun's side, worrying, "Sun, holy shit, are you alright?"

"Yeah," he grunted, "Just, you know, maybe a couple broken ribs and a stab in the leg. I'm good."

"Well at least they didn't break your spirit."

"That's for you to do, m'lady."

"Oh, God, don't start this now, can we at least get out of this mill before we talk about that?"

"I'd argue but, after seeing your handiwork, I'll let you be the one in charge."

Weiss' foot tapping was now at a rapid pace, her face plastered with annoyance, and arms crossed once more. Her expression softened as she heard footsteps approaching her from behind, Sun with an arm draped over Blake's shoulders as they tentatively made their way to the car. Weiss rushed up to assist, taking Sun's other arm as Blake assumed, "So, I take it we can't take him to a hospital?"

"Are you out of your mind?! Everybody in the city will be on the lookout for us! The last thing we need is to get caught over some scrapes and bruises." Weiss snapped.

"Scrapes and bruises?! Look at him! He could have broken ribs or that cut could have hit his femoral artery?"

"If it did, he'd be dead by now. How's it feel to breathe, Sun?"

"Fine...I'm just sore all over." Sun replied.

"This is no time to put up that macho act."

"Oh, just take his word for it, Blake. Besides, you'll have the rest of your life to nag him, if he plays his cards right for that date." Weiss teased, the laying Sun across the backseat.

Blake rolled her eyes as she got back into the driver seat, turning back down the road and taking a left back to the city. "Sun, what happened?" Blake asked.

"I told you, they pulled a gun on me and told me to get in the trunk."

"Not that, I mean what did they say to get you out in the open?"

"Mercury called and said he needed you and me for a job. I met him at his place, he and his buddies all pulled their pieces on me and asked where you were."

"Did they say anything else?"

"No. Well, not until we got there."

"What did he say?"

"Blake, give him a break. Let the guy rest, he just got his ass kicked and the last thing he needs is salt in the wounds." Weiss interrupted.

"A nap does sound nice right about now." Sun yawned, stretching and putting his hands behind his head.

Within a few moments, the monkey faunus was out cold, snoring in the backseat. Finally, Weiss asked, "So, you think that Mercury was in on it, too?"

"He has to be. He set me and Sun up a few times on screw jobs, it's not like him to be so actively involved in this stuff. There has to be something in it for him. The bounty on our heads was enough to make his balls drop, I guess."

"That's what I was afraid of. Fuck! I should have killed the fucker when I had the chance!"

"You saw him?"

"I had my damn sword in his mouth, I just told him to piss off and leave us be. There's probably more people on their way to that mill right now. Does anyone know where you live?"

"No. The only place Mercury knew was my aunt's and that doesn't exist anymore."

"Good. At least we have that going. This is way worse than I thought?"

"How could it be any worse than having the federal government after us?"

"Because, Blake, we now have the old adage of 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' working against us. The Herd, anyone in the long list that Yang has pissed off, they're all out to get us, too. It's matter of who does it first for the paycheck. Shit, this just got a lot messier. How reliable is Sun?" Weiss interrogated, the car swerving left into the city off the freeway.

"Sun? He's an idiot but we go way back in doing jobs together. I'd say he's second to Ruby in people I'd trust."

"And yours truly isn't higher on the list?! I'm offended, Blake."

"Okay, fair enough, and I guess Yang's up there, too. You think she'll come back?"

"It's not up to me, it's up to Ruby. And, if she stops acting so damn stubborn, that'd be one less bit of stress keeping me up tonight. I understand having a beef with your siblings, trust me, I do. But in a moment like this, where you actually need them?"

"We were all off-guard, Weiss? That Ozpin guy, Thatch, Francois, my aunt, it just got to us. I can see why they did it, there's only so much we can handle."

"I know. I just wish we didn't all have the same temperament. That's why you're hear, kid. And, if you can vouch for Sun, I'll be more than happy to use him when he's at his best." Weiss reassured, turning into the winding Vineyard Hills.

"Aw, yeah, we back in it, pussy!" Sun cheered.

"I thought you were a sleep?" Blake chuckled.

"I guess it was just a cat nap."

"Oh, fuck off."

"Hey, it was funny, right?"

"We can discuss comedy and a lot more, we're here." Blake said, pulling her car into the garage of her luxurious home.

The front door flung open as Weiss and Blake assisted Sun in, the monkey faunus marveling, "Damn, Blake, you gotta hook me up with whatever it does that keeps the lights on in this place. And speaking of damn, what the fuck was that back there? Where'd you learn to fight like that?"

"My aunt put me through every self-defense course you can think of. Krav maga, aikido, jiu jitsu, you name it. Sun, you already knew that, remember how I used to kick your ass as a kid?"

"You mean when I let you win?"

The duo set Sun down in a chair in the dining room, Blake and Weiss taking up the chairs opposite him as Blake reiterated, "Sun, did Mercury say anything about us or why he kidnapped you?"

"He said he wanted the money I was making running with whatever you were doing. Which got you on the fed's hit list, what the fuck were you guys doing?" Sun asked.

"To give you the short version, our friend, Ruby, got out of retirement in pulling heists..." Weiss began.

"Wait, that crazy chick who pulled a gun on you?"

"The one who's car I was stealing and offered me that drink? Yes."

"Anyway," Weiss continued, "That put her on a lot of people's radars, a lot of bad people. I was already there, as was Blake, but it attracted her sister, Yang, into the picture. I'm sure you've met her, she's a peach, isn't she?"

"She's damn fine...I mean...as a person, but she's crazy!"

"Precisely. Those people used us to do their dirty work then turned on us when we knew too much and we had too little left to offer. We've been fighting back this past week. That robbery up in Paletto? That was us. The plane crash? Us again."

"Damn, you guys are sticking it to the man! Let's go get the rest of you, end this right fucking now! You got the big names, let's ice them!"

"It's nowhere near that simple. Besides, we're a bit fractured, again," Weiss sighed before continuing, "I don't know if Ruby told you, Blake, but she made a deal where her record would be scrubbed and she'd be started off anew. That deal got one of us killed and nearly did Yang, too."

"She did. Do you know if it was supposed to kill Yang, too? Or was it all an accident?"

"As far as I can guess, it was just supposed to be arrests. But, with Ruby, you never know. She just lies so damn much."

"Why the fuck do you trust her then?" Sun interjected.

"Because she's the best at what she does. And that's why we need her now more than ever, Yang too."

"So, ladies, what's the next big hit?" Sun asked.

"Yeah, Weiss, where do we go next?"

Weiss chuckled as she began tapping on her scroll. "I thought you guys would never ask. We obviously have a lot of steps coming up for this and unforeseen circumstances will arise. However, I'm confident that Yang and Ruby will kiss and make up in time for this."

Weiss turned her scroll over to reveal the blueprint of a building, the logo above it taking the breath away from the younger criminals. "Buckle up, boys and girls, we're hitting the Schnee Union Depository."
