On Today's Episode: With the models liberated, it seems like this case is pretty much closed. However, Tuesday and Sunny have one last trick up their sleeves: the Ultramodel, a conglomeration of body parts taken from the models roped into the fake shoot, and she's out to destroy the spies (what else is new?). Can the spies defeat the Ultramodel before it's too late? And does Clover actually have a chance with Blaine?
Episode 3: Outmodeled
The spies looked around while trying to lead the models to safety. Some of those models already had prosthetics, so some of the spies had to help them move a little quicker.
"No worries, ladies," Nick told the models. "We'll have your body parts back sooner or later!"
"Count on that," Haruka assured them, backing Nick's play.
Before long, the spies finally made their way outside.
"All right, we're finally out of that dank excuse for a secret base!" May exclaimed, very relieved.
"You can say that again," Klee remarked.
After all that, May had an idea for after the mission and got Sam's attention. She whispered her idea in Sam's ear on a car wash and a water hose fight between the two of them to make their boyfriends gawk – especially after Nick was caught in the act earlier when Bridget and Haruka did the same thing.
"Are you in, Sam?" May asked with a giggle.
"Oh, you bet I'm in," Sam laughed.
"Are we home free from the baddies?" Bridget wondered.
"I hope so," Mat remarked. "I didn't see them after us ever since Nick and I whacked them."
"Um... I wouldn't be too sure of that..." Alex grimaced and pointed ahead.
Much to the spies' dismay, Tuesday and Sunny were waiting for them.
"Oh, just our luck!" Nozomi chastised.
"How fortuitous that we'd run into each other again, spies," Tuesday sneered.
"That's not the word I'd use in this case," Sam growled.
"More like your ultimate demise," Clover corrected.
"And the biggest mistake of your lives, too!" Hikari added.
"How about you stop using your big words and just bring out your secret weapon so we can stomp it like we always do!" Nick proclaimed.
"Ditto!" Hikari exclaimed. "I got a score to settle with you – even IF I liked the white hair color choice."
"Well, if you insist," Sunny taunted.
And with that, Sunny and Tuesday unleashed their supermodel monster.
"You've done a number on these girls who want to be models," Blaine added. "And it's about time you answered for it!"
Clover was silent as she was fawning over Blaine.
"CLOVER, FOCUS!" May proclaimed.
"Ack, I'm awake, I promise!" Clover chastised.
"You can swoon over Blaine later," May chastised as well. "When we're not being assaulted by some Frankenstein's monster of a supermodel!"
"You spies are TOAST!" the Ultramodel growled.
"You got that backwards, pal," Klee quipped.
"Besides," Melissa added. "It's 15 to 1."
"You're totally outnumbered," Britney stated.
"Oh, I think you'll find that 'strength in numbers' won't work against me!" the Ultramodel laughed as the spies all charged towards her.
Clover and Sam were the first to attack, naturally, aiming flying kicks for the Ultramodel's head, only for the Ultramodel to catch their feet with her hands and flip them backwards.
"Okay, wasn't expecting that," Clover quipped as she and Sam regained their footing.
"At least they're making it a challenge this time," Sam admitted.
Alex rolled under a snap kick from the Ultramodel, then lashed out with a punch to her back, stunning her long enough for Klee to pounce on the Ultramodel's back.
"Now stay down, you jumbled mess!" Klee shouted.
"Get off of me!" the Ultramodel exclaimed, lunging upwards to knock Klee off of her back, only to be suddenly dragged forward by Nick, who had grabbed her hair in his hands. After a few seconds of running, Nick began spinning the Ultramodel around by her hair before tossing her down the pathway.
"Take better care of your hair next time," Nick taunted.
"All right, these chicks have pissed me off enough!" Clover exclaimed after dodging another attack.
"Same here," Sam remarked with a toad-like expression on her face.
"You're gonna pay for botching our model shoots!" Sam and Clover exclaimed as they centered their attentions on Tuesday Tate and Sunny Day.
"And you're answering to me, too!" Hikari proclaimed, overhearing Sam and Clover.
"Oh, and what does the film critic think she's going to do?" the Ultramodel cackled, only to let her guard down and get headbutted by Hikari.
"Excuse you, I'm a film director, thank you very much!" Hikari shot back as she tossed the dazed Ultramodel towards Nozomi so she could land a kick to her face.
The Ultramodel quickly picked herself up so she could jump towards Nozomi, only to find herself frozen in the air, courtesy of Nick's psychic hold.
"What, did you forget I was here?" Nick laughed as he slammed the Ultramodel into the ground, allowing more of the spies to dogpile on her.
While all of this was happening, Nick glanced to the side and noticed that Tuesday and Sunny were attempting to sneak away while the spies dealt with the Ultramodel.
"Is this a good time to leave, Sunny?" Tuesday asked.
"Of course," Sunny giggled. "Rule twelve, after all."
"Oh, you did study them," Tuesday cackled.
While the two villains were busy talking, Nick raised his right hand to encase Tuesday and Sunny in a psychic bubble.
"Yeah, but rule twelve's only effective if no one can see you trying to hit the bricks," Nick quipped. "Maybe study the rules a little harder next time."
Having said everything he needed to, Nick flicked his hand upwards to send the bubbled villains off to containment.
"That's the end of them," Nick stated. "And now for the last piece of this puzzle..."
The Ultramodel had finally had enough, punching the ground so hard that it caused a shockwave to blast the spies away from her.
"You seriously believe piling on me is going to help your chances of winning?!" the Ultramodel shouted before charging towards Blaine.
Clover immediately placed herself in front of the Ultramodel, spreading her arms out to protect Blaine.
"You want him, you're going through me!" Clover shouted.
"Well, if that's what you want," the Ultramodel cackled as she spun around to whip Clover in the face with her hair, of all things, causing Clover to stumble.
May countered the Ultramodel's incoming attack with a swing from her anchor. "Bad move, Franken-model!" May shouted. "No ripping off Shantae!"
"Okay, now you're really getting on my last nerve," the Ultramodel proclaimed as she rushed towards the rest of the spies. Nick fired a few psychic shots to keep the Ultramodel at bay so that Alex and May could charge in to attack.
"That's kinda the point," Alex responded as she jumped over a forward punch that looked like it would have majorly hurt if she'd allowed it to connect.
The Ultramodel responded with another shockwave punch that forced Alex and May to leap away.
"Well, then how about you chew on this?!" the Ultramodel shouted, grasping part of the ground and actually ripping a chunk of cement out of the ground so she could throw it towards the spies.
Nick fired off a Final Shine Attack to blast the cement slab before it could get any closer, its halves collapsing straight to the ground.
"That was dirty," Nick proclaimed.
"Whoever said anything about playing fair?" the Ultramodel laughed as she charged towards Nick, only for him to jump over the attack.
However, when Nick was able to turn around, the Ultramodel had snatched Alex and May in her grasp.
"Okay, so, since we're not playing fair," the Ultramodel cackled. "Which part do you want me to rip off of these two lovely little ladies?"
"I'm only warning you once, you stitched-up circus freak," Nick growled, his aura pulsing dangerously. "Let go of them, or there's going to be hell to pay."
"Hey, despite your out-there powers, I don't think you're really in any position to be threatening me," the Ultramodel responded. "One wrong move and I snap their arms, or their legs... or maybe even their pretty little necks?"
Nick clenched his fists tightly, not wanting the Ultramodel to realize he was stealthily charging up for a time freeze. He just needed a couple precious seconds...
Suddenly, the Ultramodel yowled in pain, and it was easy to see why, as May had chomped down on the Ultramodel's hand, loosening her grip long enough for Alex and May to break free.
Before the Ultramodel could comprehend what was happening, Nick snapped his fingers and enveloped the immediate area in a large psychic bubble, freezing time for everything inside except him.
Nick didn't waste any time at all, raising both of his hands, his left covered in a bright yellow glow, and his right covered in a neon-green glow.
After a few seconds of charging up, Nick slammed his hands together, the two lights combining into a shining silver glow around both of his hands.
"You lose," Nick quipped. "SHINING STAR ATTACK!"
The instant the time freeze wore off, the Ultramodel only had time to look up in shock as Nick wrenched his hands apart, then clapped them back together to send a large wave of silver light thundering towards the Ultramodel.
All the Ultramodel could do was scream as the wave of light collided with her and exploded, lighting up the immediate area with a brilliant flash.
When the light faded away, to everyone's surprise, the Ultramodel was still standing, though she was very dizzy and barely standing on her own two legs.
"All right, who wants to deliver the coup de grace to this ugly mug?" Nick offered.
Sam and Clover instantly stepped forward. "Leave that to us," Sam stated as she and Clover charged in to attack, landing a few good hits before finishing with an epic double-sided punch to either side of the Ultramodel's head, finally knocking her unconscious.
"And that's how the Franken-model goes down," Clover proclaimed.
"Um, hold on a second, where did our bad guys go?" Bridget asked.
"Oh, that?" Nick stated. "I caught them trying to invoke rule twelve, so I sent them on their way back to their cells."
"So, does that mean case closed?" Hikari asked.
"Almost," Britney responded. "We just have to go back down there one more time so we can reverse the effects of the Re-modelizer and give everyone their missing body parts back."
"Then we're gonna head back to headquarters so Jerry can give you a ride home, Hikari," Nozomi replied. "We wouldn't want Yosuke to worry, now, would we?"
"He never changed, even in college," Hikari laughed as Nick walked over to pick up the unconscious Ultramodel. "You'd think getting a girlfriend by now would make him stop worrying so much..."
"Isn't that the truth," Nozomi giggled as the spies led the models back into the base so they could get their body parts back.
"We can assist in the matter as well," another voice remarked. That turned out to be Jerry.
"Thanks, Jerry," Melissa quipped.
Jerry used his wallet to scan the machine.
"All we need to do is use RiCO," Jerry told the group.
"That's right," RiCO quipped from Jerry's wallet communicator. "We have to get all the models back in the machine, first of all."
When in, RiCO went through all the algorithms and electronics of Sunny and Tuesday's machine. Some of the spies helped some of the models with prosthetics into the machine.
"It's a good thing we stopped those two baddies when we did," Mat replied. "I don't even want to think about the big pile of money they'd have made from prosthetics."
"Good point, man," Nick stated. "Prosthetics seems to be a booming business – at least in the medical field, anyway."
"I'd really only get a prosthetic if it was absolutely necessary, like if I got my leg gnawed off like Tuesday did," Bridget replied. "I still wanna be a track star later in life, you know!"
"Knowing W.O.O.H.P., they could probably make prosthetics that give you superpowers or something," Haruka giggled.
"Okay, we're good to go," RiCO announced.
After the machine flashed on both sides, Nozomi and Britney opened the right-side door.
"I hope it worked," Klee stated.
Sure enough, it did. All the models were back to normal and were given back their correct appendages. The models cheered in complete appreciation.
"It was our pleasure," Hikari told the grateful models. "The two villainous models are in prison as we speak."
"Sure hope they still don't give up the modeling dream," Clover remarked.
"You and me both," Sam quipped. "Lucky thing we didn't get our appendages replaced."
"That's an understatement," Clover replied as she and Sam high-fived.
"Anyway," May spoke up. "Let's get outta here and head on home."
She even gave Sam a look about what they planned to do as well. Sam replied back with a wink to May.
"What about Hikari, though?" Nozomi wondered.
"We already arranged a ride home for her," RiCO answered.
"So, I guess this is it for now, huh?" Nozomi asked even as Hikari leaped over to hug her.
"Just for now," Hikari replied. "I'm definitely coming to visit sometime in the future, once I get a good break in my film studies class."
"I'm looking forward to it, then," Nozomi giggled.
3:33 P.M. – The Spies' Beach House
"Glad that mission is over," Clover told the others while they were in the den.
"No doubt," Britney replied. "Tuesday and Sunny sound like total losers as models to go the routes they did."
"Oh, don't get us started, Brit," Alex laughed.
"I know I'll save the modeling dream for another day for sure," Clover quipped.
"Anyway, should we start out something with Klee here?" Nick wondered.
"That's a good point," Mat replied. "In all the hoopla of missions, we've yet to discuss Klee here."
"Has anything come back yet, Klee?" Haruka asked.
"Hmmmmm..." Klee hummed, putting her finger to her chin as she thought hard, trying to find any more memories. "I think I remember someone attacking me... everything after that's a blur, though."
"Anybody with any theories?" Mat asked.
"Well, we know she's a W.O.O.H.P. agent," Sam stated. "And we're not sure if she's from another branch or not, given how most of the data on her X-Powder is restricted..."
"I'm wondering if it has something to do with whoever attacked her," May quipped. "Maybe they did something to mess with her memories..."
"Here's my question, though," Nick replied. "Is it one of our bad guys, or is it someone we've never faced before?"
"I guess we'll worry about that later," Alex stated once the theories came to a stop.
Sam looked at May and they exchanged a nod, ready for their antics outside. Alex and Clover saw this as they tried to ask while Nick and Mat went for snacks. Sam simply made a quiet motion to Alex and Clover; May did the same thing.
"You saw the same with Haruka and Bridget," May whispered to Alex.
Alex snickered inside.
"Oh, you are not serious...!" Bridget quietly exclaimed to them.
"Believe us, we are," May giggled. "But don't tell Nick and Mat just yet."
Everyone gave an "OK" motion, and May and Sam disappeared outside.
"Anyway, Blainey's coming to pick me up for a date," Clover stated out loud.
"Hope that goes well," Mat replied, coming back to the den. "Especially after two robbed tries with Dean."
"Glad you're getting your chance at love, Clover," Haruka commented.
"Totally," Nick commented as he and Mat came back with sodas. "Maybe May can finally put the 'oy veys' to rest."
"Granted they are a little funny from my perspective," Mat chuckled.
"Speaking of which, where is she?" Nick asked.
"I was going to ask the same concerning Sam," Mat added.
"I think they went to the front," Dawn answered, pretending not to know.
Nick and Mat went to see for themselves.
"Don't tell me..." Nick started.
Sure enough, Sam and May were "attempting" to wash their car, only for it to end up in another water hose fight.
"Missed me!" May giggled as she rolled to the side to avoid another shot.
"You know you can't hide forever, May," Sam taunted as she stealthily moved around the car to try and ambush May from behind.
It was then that she saw Nick and Mat gaping at them. Before Sam could make a move to explain, May blasted Sam from behind, then ducked behind the car.
"MAY!" Sam shouted.
"You left yourself wide open, Sammy!" May laughed.
"Well, it looks like things are pretty lively around here, huh?" Blaine chuckled as he approached the beach house.
"That's usually how things are with us," Mat replied.
Naturally, Clover was outside almost immediately after she noticed Blaine so they could head out on their date.
"I really do hope third time's the charm here," Nick quipped. "Clover really does deserve a guy she can call her own."
Nick glanced back at May as she and Sam continued their water hose battle, smiling at how lucky he was.
Totally Spies: So, You Wanna be a Model... Again?!
~The End~

Final Note from Mat49324: And with that, we finish out #28 here. I honestly had a lot of fun bringing back two femme fatales whom were only on the series one time – S1's Model Citizens (Tuesday Tate), and S2's Here Comes the Sun (Sunny Day). For now, we hope you all enjoyed So, You Wanna be a Model... Again?!, and we hope to see you again for our next project. This one will be authored by The Blue Time Ranger. This time, something from May's childhood is likely going to send May into opposite thoughts in the end. Our next project will be titled Carnival Crashers. We hope you'll join us for that. Oh, and stay tuned for our Christmas oneshot that is already completed and is posted on Wattpad – A Christmas to Remember. The Blue Time Ranger and I also worked on that together. For now, here is The Blue Time Ranger if there's anything he'd like to say.
Final Note from The Blue Time Ranger: And that's another one down! This one was fun, even though I say that a lot, it's because it was. And big props to jettmanas for deducing what game I borrowed Hikari from. I was actually playing Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth around the time we started this story, and just like Rei from Q1, I seriously wanted to give Hikari ALL THE HUGS after finding out what she'd been through. But that's a tale for another time.
Anyways! Next time on Totally Spies: The New Adventures, we've got something that's rare around here: an original villain! A staple of May's childhood has shown up in Beverly Hills, but its current owner has some sinister schemes stewing. With that, we'll see you all in Carnival Crashers, posted by me. So, until next time, have a fantastic day, don't listen to the screeching morons, enjoy this preview of Carnival Crashers, and we'll see you next mission!

He sat there, drenched in the darkness, pondering his next plan.
"They seriously think they're better than me? I bring joy to the masses, but they all flock to their cheap and tawdry antics..."
He stood up and walked slowly towards the darkened stage that spread out in front of him.
"The people have forgotten what carnivals really are. And if they can't understand that, then they don't deserve the joy we give them."
After seeing his audience gradually usurped by other, cheaper, dirtier carnivals, he believed he was entitled to being a little bitter and resentful.
But now, he'd show them the price for presumptions. He'd make them all pay for distorting the meaning of bringing joy to people.
"I will have my revenge," he proclaimed as he glanced at the carnival itself preparing for its first day of operation here in the city.
"I swear, you will all pay dearly..."
His monologue finished, he walked back into the other room to make sure that all of his secret weapons were ready to deter any goody two-shoes who decided to interrupt his scheme. After all, he'd heard rumors about such a group of people in this very city dedicated to defending the peace.
But they wouldn't be a problem. Not with what he had in store.
To be continued in Totally Spies: Carnival Crashers...
