The beautiful young blonde tossed and turned. Although it was past midnight, sleep wouldn't come. The aspiring actress had been discovered about a week ago and her agent was ready to spirit off to Hollywood. It was all Liv has ever dreamed of but…. recently she'd discovered an even bigger dream. One that kept her firmly rooted here and had reached a startling level of intensity these past few days. Something that had always been there, hovering in the shadows, begging and pleading to be acknowledged. Although it was startling and scary, she felt she had to act on it now… or she'd regret it for the rest of her life. Liv blinked open her gorgeous pale green eyes as a small, soft sigh escaped her lips.

Tossing the blankets aside, Liv wiggled her feet into her knitted pink and gray bunny slippers and silently padded across the room she and her twin shared.

"Maddie, Maddie, Maddie. Wake up." Liv shook her sister's shoulder 'till the sporty girls breathing changed, signaling she was at least somewhat awake.

Liv tried to ignore the tantalizing way her twin's shoulder and side rose and fell with each steady, even breath as she swallowed thickly.

"I'm not going to Hollywood."

"Not go…. wha…?" Maddie asked, voice light and breathy with sleep before she propped herself up to look at Liv with sleep-blurred green eyes. Her thick, midnight blue cover had fallen to pool at her stomach.

Liv fought the urge to gasp as she mentally gushed at how adorable and sweet Maddie looked in her half-asleep state. Her hair was mildly disheveled, eyes blurry and face glowed softly from the weak moonlight filtering from the window, looking so sweet the blonde thought she could cry.

Liv swallowed again as she slowly sat beside her, swallowing thickly and forcing the words out before the unexplainable, magnetic, frighteningly powerful spell could fully take hold.

"Maddie, c-can I try something?" The words were whispered and barely there, like intangible whisps of smoke and Liv's voice didn't even sound like her own.

"Sure." The tomboy fought the uncertainly in her voice as her brow furrowed cutely at her sister's odd behavior.

"W-?" Maddie barely had time to breath the first syllable before Liv's lips were on hers, hard and desperate kiss quickly morphing into a shy and hesitant one. It was as if, after a brief moment, Liv was asking her permission.

Maddie shivered as Liv's arm wound around her waist as she tilted her head, deepening the kiss.

"I'm sorry," Liv apologized, pulling away and looking as if she were about to cry.

"Why?" Maddie asked breathlessly. Why would her sister be apologizing for the best, most mind-blowing kiss she'd ever experienced in her life?

Liv smiled, eyes full of relief as she shook her head, "I didn't know if…" She did realize she spoken 'till Maddie tilted her head so their eyes met, hand gentle but firm.

"I need you, Liv Rooney." Maddie declared firmly and suddenly Liv was overcome with hunger. Maddie smirked knowingly as she leaned back against the pillows, shivering at the wild, ravenous look in the sister's eye as Liv pinned her down, peppering kisses down her neck and shoulders, alternating from hard, demanding and possessive to soft, gentle and needy.

"Oh, no... no ... no..." Maddie scolded lightly as a gentle nip was placed to her ear lobe, "now it's my turn." She said, her eyes glittered mischievously in the moonlight as she flipped them over, kissing Liv like she'd kissed her.

"I love you." Maddie breathed with the awe and reverence of someone who'd just discovered a mind-blowing, earth-shattering epiphany for the first time. Her breath ghosted over Liv's lips as she shivered.

"I love you, too." Liv replied, smiling as they kissed again, hands around her sister's waist.
