The Hammersley crew were getting ready for a scuba dive. Many of the crew had scuba diving practice apart from RO but he never got involved anyway. RO was left to keep control of the Hammersley whilst the crew were busy. Swaine was going as Mike could look after himself until Swaine got back. Jim didn't need to be watched over so was fine. They were all about to get in the water for fun.

"I can't believe RO isn't coming!" Spider laughed putting on his kit.

"Does he ever?!" Bomber also laughed.

The two laughed together. RO never came on trips like this and the whole crew knew it. The crew were just about to get into the water until RO came out to see what they were up to.

"Ma'am information from Navcom." RO said.

"What about?" Kate asked him.

"The area. I thought you might need it before going scuba diving."

"I think we'll be fine." Kate spoke up.

"But what if you're not." RO asked.

"We will be RO stop being so overprotective."

RO gave in. The team won't listen to them once they are in this mood. Plus he didn't want to ruin their fun especially in lockdown. The team nodded back at RO and got into the water one by one.

Jim was making his way to the sick bay to see Mike and keep him company. He knew Mike didn't like him sometimes but if they were going to stay on the same boat for ages they might have to get along. He found Mike lying on his back reading a book Swaine had got from his quarters.

"Hey." Jim said walking into the room.

"Hey. I heard you were awake." Mike replied.

"Yeah thank goodness."

"I heard everyone was on a scuba diving trip."

"Yeah Kate was looking forward to it."

"So you and Kate like each other then?"

"A bit. Nothing in it though."

"Good. I don't want any love going on, on my boat."

Jim felt a little awkward after Mike said that. Mike didn't know that himself and Kate got along really well and he didn't exactly want to tell him right now.

"Course. I'll leave you to your book."

"You don't have to."

"No it's fine. I need some air anyway." Jim said smiling.

Mike nodded back. If anything was going on between Kate and Jim he just hoped nothing would happen that could ruin their lockdown. Jim walked out of the sick bay and walked along the corridor. He noticed a patch of water on the floor. That was weird!

The bridge crew were enjoying their scuba diving trip. Nothing had gone wrong so far which with Spider and Bomber it wasn't easy. Kate and Buffer were watching over everyone just in case anything went wrong and they had to get out of the water quick.

"Hopefully nothing goes wrong." Buffer said looking all around.

"Don't say that. You've jinxed it now." Kate sighed.

"No I haven't. It's just something that could happen."

Kate shook her head. Buffer always put his foot in it and now was no exception. Bomber and Spider got out of the water to join them. It was cold out of the water but it was nice to have some air not using the breathing apparatus.

"See anything down there?" Kate asked them.

"Some fish but we can't get too close because of the Starlight." Bomber answered her.

"We could go and have a look at the Starlight to see what happened to it." Buffer suggested.

"We could do it. Is it safe though?" Kate asked him.

"We can always get out if it gets too dangerous." Spider backed Buffer.

"It won't be dangerous!" Bomber laughed.

"Just be careful please." Kate begged.

Spider and Bomber nodded, put their scuba diving kit back on and got back in the water. They all told the others to go to the Starlight. Buffer and Kate saw them all move off to the Starlight to see what happened.

Maxine was in her office thinking over what Marshall had said the night before. She needed to know about the Starlight so she could tell the Hammersley how to approach the situation.

"Still here?" Marshall said outside her office.

"Yeah. Just about to stop working and go home." Maxine answered.

"Good. It will be nice to get some rest." Marshall backed her up.

"Was there something you wanted or is this a social call?"

"Social call?! When do I ever give those?"

"Well I suppose so."

"I need to take back what I said last night, about what I said about the Starlight."

"So can I tell the Hammersley crew about the Starlight or not?"

"Not right now but soon."

Kate's phone then lit up inside her pocket. She picked it up and looked at it. Her face turned into a puzzled expression when she saw what was on it.

"Something I should know?" Marshall asked her when he saw her face.

"It's about Mike. Their Swaine has just sent it over to me." Maxine replied.

"What about mike?"

Maxine took a deep breath in. How was she going to tell Marshall this?
