Crime Scene Investigations: Albuquerque
Author's Note: Heyyy everyone! I hope everyone had an awesome Christmas. We are back with Crime Scene Investigations: Albuquerque. In this chapter, we see Lieutenant Dominic Olsen at home with his husband Andy Olsen as well as the rest of the family. Read & Review!
Lt. Dominic's POV:
I just got home. I get out of my car and go check the mail. I notice my mom and stepdad and sister all outside in their front yard.
"Hi guys. How are you doing today?" I ask while I notice Andy coming out of the garage.
"Hey babe. We're doing well. Mills had her first day of 5th grade today and Jimmy got promoted to manager at Ten3." Says my mom while my sister Amelia comes to give me a hug. About this time, my stepdad's mom, my grandma Lois pulls up in her truck and gets out of the car.
"Good afternoon y'all" she says. Amelia runs up to her and gives her a hug.
"Hi grandma. How are you doing?" I ask her while I walk over to her and hug her. Andy hugs her next before we both step back.
"Hi honey. I'm doing well, thanks. Just finished visiting with John Jr and Kristen. Decided to stop by and see what everyone was up to."
"We were just going to go for a walk when Dominic came home." My mom said.
"Well how about we all go for a walk?" My grandma suggests.
I turn to Andy and say, "how about it hun?" He smiles and nods his head, "Sure thing"
We all start walking down the block talking and catching up.
5:45pm
We finished our walk. My stepgrandma went home to Edgewood and my mom, stepdad and sister went grocery shopping. Andy and I decided to go eat at Outback. We're currently at home getting dressed.
"How was your day at work?" Andy asks me. I turn around and sit on the bed tying my shoes.
"It was good. Everyone wanted to know our weekend was since it was my birthday. I got called out to a scene after you left.
"Oh okay. Did Dr. Garcia enjoy eating lunch with us?" We keep talking as we walk to the garage and get in the Tucson.
"Yes, he did. He left soon after you did. I guess his dad had a doctor's appointment to go to and you know since Frank's mom passed, his dad doesn't drive so Frank had to take him."
9pm
We had a good supper at Outback and now Andy and I are back home and getting ready for bed. Tomorrow is a new day.
"Good night baby. Have a nice sleep." I tell Andy before kissing him and laying down in his arms.
