Chapter 1: Who is the Hooded Person

Normal POV

Asta and Yuno got their grimoire's and started to train. As Asta trained Lucy watched him from the shadows. Lucy grew up with Asta and Yuno, she has a huge crush on Asta. When she got to know Asta she wanted him for her own. She has asked Asta to marry her, but he said no he was going to marry Sister Lily.

That didn't make her want to give up, Lucy kept on asking him. Yuno liked Lucy but he couldn't bring himself to tell her how he felt. When Asta breaks Lucy's heart, she goes to Yuno who would hold her while she cries. Now that Asta and Yuno is going to take the Magic Knight Entrance Exam. Lucy didn't use her magic much, because she wanted to make Asta feel better about not having magic.

Everyone knew Asta and Yuno was leaving, but no one knew someone else is going to take the exam as while. "You two be safe." Sister Lily said to the two of them. "We will." Asta said with a huge grin. Yuno looked around. "Where is Lulu?" Yuno asked as he looked for her. He really wanted to see her before leaving. Sister Lily looked at Yuno. "I haven't seen her in a day or two. You know Lucy, she disappears for weeks." Sister Lily said softly.

Yuno nodded softly feeling a little down. After their good bye's Yuno and Asta made their way to the Royal Capital to take the exam. They trained as they travel to the Royal Capital. When they got into the Royal Capital they looked around for a while before heading for their exam.

After signing up they waited but the anti-birds kept away from Yuno and one other. The other was in a hoodie that covered their face, so you couldn't really tell if they are male or female. The hooded person stood close to Yuno but was facing Asta.

The exams started and Asta was failing badly at it. As the sun started to go down and the last part of the exam is about to start. Asta was up first and he crushed his opponent. Everyone was doing great and Yuno did the best so far. Then the very last one was the hooded person and one other. The other one pulled out their grimoire, while the hooded person just stood there.

"You are going down!" the other person yelled as he sent a spell at the hooded person. As the spell got closer it just got sent to the right. "What the?" Asta said as he watched the hooded person. They didn't even move, and that spell just moved out of the way. "How the hell?!" The guy said as he started to send spell after spell at them.

Just like before each of the spells went at them but just like before it veered to ether side of them. Then without even taking out their grimoire black and green flames came out from the hooded person. The air grew still, and it felt like everything started to slow down. Then in a blind of an eye the hooded person moved so fast that the other one was pined to the ground with to flame swords crossed over their throat.

Tear ran down his face as he thought he was going to be killed. "I give." He sobbed, and the flames died, and the hooded person stood up and offered them a hand up. What the candidates didn't see or feel the captains caught. Their eyes never seen magic like theirs before but that power that came off them for that split second sent fear threw them all. That power was ancient but every powerful.

"That is the end of the exam, when your number is called step up and if a captain raise their hand they want you. If more then one raises their hands you will chose which squads, you want to join." Said the announcer.

Slowly they numbers were called, and some got a hand and most of them didn't. Yuno's number was called and all hands shot up into the air. "Has that even happened before?" was whispered by the others. It is very rare to have all squads captains raise their hands for one.

Asta didn't get a hand but the black bulls captain Yami Sukehiro stood up and talked to Asta before letting Asta join the black bulls. The last number that was called and it was the hooded person. Just like Yuno all hands rose up into the air. The hooded looked up at each of the captains one by one. Then they pointed to the Yami and that shocked all the captains, even Yami was shocked.

At the Black Bulls Hideout

Asta and the hooded person looked at their new home. "This is awesome!" Asta yelled. Just then the door got blew open with fire. Asta got hit and roasted at the same time. The hooded person chuckled a little at Asta hit the ground BBQ. You could hear Magna and Luck going at it again.

After everyone calmed down Magna stated to give Asta and the hooded person the Black Bull Initiation Ceremony. Everyone stood to the side as Magna gave Asta his initiation. At first it looked like Asta was going to be burned alive from Magna. The hooded person was about to step in, but Asta sent the spell back at Magna.

Asta got his black bull cap. "Now it's your turn Hoodie." Magna said. Smiling at their new nickname, Hoodie nodded and moved forward. "Hang on Magna I want to do their initiation." Luck said with that smile on his face. "Luck we don't want to kill the newbies." Vanessa said with a drunken smile. "I just want to see how powerful they are." Luck said with that same smile.

Yami thought about Hoodies last exam. "Luck might be the best one to give Hoodie the initiation." Yami said before blowing out smoke. All of them looked at their captain with shock. "Captain Yami you can't be serious." Vanessa said, being the first to recover from the shock. Everyone looked at Yami. "Hoodie will be fine." Yami said and Luck got really excited.

Hoodie moved away from the others so they wouldn't get in the way. "See they don't mind." Luck said as he took over Magna's spot. All the member's who knew Luck feared for the newbie.

Luck sent a fast lightning spell at Hoodie who just took a step to the side. All eyes got wide when Hoodie did that. There was no fear in Hoodie's body language, it was more relaxed then fear. "Wow! You are good." Luck said before he went for Hoodie. Luck went to slash Hoodie, but when he got the spot where Hoodie was stood. Hoodie was gone, and Luck looked around for Hoodie.

Hoodie was standing where Luck was before attacking. "Hoodie's speed is great." Finral said with awe. Luck got this madding look before he went after Hoodie again. Asta watched in awe just like the rest of the Bulls. They never seen anyone that can stand again Luck, beside the captain. Hoodie moved out of Luck's way with ease, but started to piss Luck off that he can't get a hit in. Then when he was detracted is when Hoodie made her move. Just as fast as before Hoodie moved and with one punch, Hoodie knocked Luck out.

"How the hell?" Finral said as Hoodie looked down at Luck. "Didn't mean to punch him that hard." said Hoodie in a soft female voice. "Wait I know that voice." Asta said as Hoodie turned to look at him. "Lucy?" Asta said as Hoodie took off her hood. Lucy's long dark purple hair fell down past her ass, Lucy's crimson eyes looked at Asta with a lot of love in them.

"Why are you here for?" Asta said with shock. The other Bulls watched the two of them. "I listen to you and Yuno talking about coming to the city and joining the Magic Knights. I thought it would be fun and I can help the orphanage out." Lucy said as she walked towards Asta. "I didn't think you had this kind of power." Asta said feeling a little down.

Asta didn't know Lucy had this kind of power and he didn't understand why she hid it from him. "I wanted to show you, that you don't need power to be awesome." Lucy said as she stopped in front of Asta and looked up at him. Asta smiled and blushed a little. "Thanks Lucy." Asta said. "Will you marry me now?" Lucy said with a small smile. That shocked the other Bulls hearing that that. "No. I'm marring sister Lily." Asta said and Lucy nodded before putting her hood back.

After picking Luck up they headed back to their house. Magna showed the two of them around. "Lucy," Magna started to say. "Call me Hoodie. I like it more." Lucy said. Asta looked at her as he noticed the sad voice. "Ok Hoodie. You be staying in the girl's wing." Magna said. "Do I have too?" Lucy asked as a room was calling to her. "No, I guess not." Magna said as Lucy opened the door and walked in. "Thank, I will take this room." Lucy said before she closed the door.

"Is she aloud to do that? "Asta asked Magna. "I guess so. That room is empty so Hoodie can take it." Magna said before showing Asta to his own room. Asta is happy that he gets his own room. Magna was a little sad to hear that Lucy and Asta and the rest of the kids had to share a room.
