Roy slowly paced around the parking lot, waiting for Jim to come through the doors so he could give him hell. His kiss with Pam occurred so closely to her ending their engagement that it just couldn't have been a coincidence. After seeing Phyllis and Stanley exit the building, he grew tired of waiting and entered.

"So do you want to see it or not?" Asked Karen.

"I don't know. They're like, Friday night crowds..." Started Jim.

"Oh my god, you're like, agoraphobic."

"Agoraphobic?"

"Yeah!"

"Really?"

"Yeah! You would rather sit on your couch and watch a Phillies game then go out to a movie with your awesome girlfriend."

"Absolutely correct."

Pam watched from the reception desk, very jealous of Karen's status with Jim. Dwight finished up a report and turned off his computer.

"You two's couple bickering is sickening. On the bright side, I won't have to endure it for the next 48 hours." He said as he started toward the exit.

"Later, Jim." Said Kevin as he followed Dwight toward the exit.

"Kev, have a good weekend." Said Jim.

"Okay, so this is what's gonna happen. You're gonna suck it up..."

"Here we go."

"And we're gonna go to dinner..."

"Okay."

"And then we're gonna go the movies."

"Sounds good."

"Hey, Halpert!" Shouted Roy as he entered the office.

Jim turned around, and his smile instantly dropped.

"Hey."

Pam looked at Jim, and then Roy. The two men stared at each other, waiting for the other to make their move. After a few moments, Roy stopped waiting and ran toward Jim.

"Roy!" Called Pam, but he didn't listen.

Karen screamed as Jim threw her to the side. Roy ran toward him with a closed fist and clocked him hard in the face, hard enough to make him fall onto his desk and roll off of the other side of it, displacing several objects and materials on it. He moved in for another hit, but Jim, seeing that his life was on the line, grabbed his closed fist as he sent it forward and punched Roy in the side of the head. After a moment of being disoriented, Roy recovered and sent Jim to the ground with another blow to his head.

"Roy! Stop!" Shouted Pam as she ran to the scene and grabbed his arm as he prepared to deliver another blow, but he simply elbowed her in the gut, freeing himself as he moved in to hit Jim with his other fist, but he rolled out of the way and he punched the ground instead. He got back on his feet and attempted to flee, but Roy grabbed the back of his shirt collar.

"Where do you think you're going?!"

Roy pulled him back, and the moment he let go of his shirt collar, he punched him hard in the stomach, making him stagger backwards.

The fight continued moving throughout the building, to the point where it reached the door that led to the stairs into the warehouse. The door burst open as Jim hit his back against the black guardrails. Roy stormed through the door, and Jim grabbed both of his closed fists as he prepared to do a double blow.

"Man, what did I do?!"

"You know what the hell you did! Maybe this will teach you to kiss another man's fiance!"

Roy freed his fists and punched Jim in the upper chest with both of them at once, sending him tumbling down the stairs, and landing hard face-down on the warehouse floor. Roy ran down the stairs as Jim got back on his feet. Jim closed both of his fists, ready to retaliate, but Roy grabbed his right one and blocked his left one with his right arm. Roy let go of Jim's fist as he forced his whole body to move to the side from forcing his other fist down. Roy clocked him hard in the face again, making him fall back to the ground. Roy moved in to deliver a hammer fist, but Jim blocked it with his left forearm. He then kicked Roy's left knee, making him stagger backward as he got back up and kneed him in the chest, making him stagger even more. Jim attempted another double blow, but both his fists were caught, and Roy retook the upper hand after headbutting him hard.

Roy took a few steps back before running forward and upper-cutting Jim hard, making him stagger into a stack of boxes, knocking all of them over. Jim crawled toward a box, hoping to use it as either a weapon or a shield, but Roy stomped his foot in the space between his hand and the box hard. Jim moved back, steadily regaining his footing as Roy stomped towards him, but just as he got up on one knee, Roy kicked him in the face, stunning him. He then grabbed Jim by his hair, pulled him up, and shoved him back onto the ground. Seeing Jim still conscious, Roy grabbed him by the hair and pulled him back up as he delivered a powerful blow to his gut. Roy swapped his right hand for his left hand to keep Jim up as he punched him in the chest twice before he winded his right arm back and delivered the strongest blow to his face yet, making him limply fly across the room like a ragdoll.

Roy slowly approached a defeated Jim. What was once a handsome face was now a bloody and bruised mess. He could only weakly resist as Roy turned him over so that he was laying chest-side-up.

"Any last words, Halpert?"

Jim didn't say anything.

"Hmm. Guess not."

But right as Roy prepared to finish him off, he was suddenly electrocuted from behind. He screamed out as it persisted for several seconds. By the time it stopped, he passed out and fell over. Michael had tased him from behind with Dwight's taser. He ran over to Jim.

"Jim! Are you okay?!"

Jim weakly got his head up.

"Hey, Grandpa. Is it story time?"

"No, no, no, no, no, this is not Grandpa, this is Michael."

"Well my Grandpa's name is Michael, which he says is a highly regal well respected..."

Jim passed out before he could finish. Michael took out his phone and dialed 911.

"911, what's your emergency."

"Yes, I need an ambulance and the police over at Dunder Mifflin Scranton."

Ten minutes later, an ambulance and two police cars arrived in the parking lot. The unconscious Roy was handcuffed and stuffed in the back of one of the police cars.

"Be sure to tell him, on behalf of his boss, Michael Scott, that he is both fired and banned from Dunder Mifflin for life." Michael said to an officer.

"You got it, sir."

Jim was put on a wheeled hospital cot and loaded into the back of the ambulance.

"Is he gonna be okay?" Asked Karen.

"He has symptoms of a strong concussion. Give him about 24 hours, and he should be fine." Said the medic as he closed the back double doors and got in the drivers seat up front.

The emergency vehicles cleared out and everyone else except for Pam and Michael got in their cars.

"Pam, work time's over."

"I know, but I feel like this whole situation is my fault."

"How is it your fault that Roy felt like trying to kill Jim?"

"Because I confessed that we kissed right before out engagement ended, and he probably thought that he's the reason why!"

"Look, Pamela, if you tell anyone I said this, I'll deny it. But, guys often don't think about what they're doing when they're in love with someone. Jim probably wasn't thinking when he kissed you, and Roy probably got jealous since you stopped kissing him after he did."

"Well, he's jealous for nothing. Jim's with Karen, and Roy and I are never getting back together."

"Pamela, never give up when it comes to love. Do you think I'd still be going out with people if I gave up? I haven't quite found my soulmate yet, but that's why I'm still trying. If you think Jim is right for you, don't stop trying."

Michael went to his car and pulled out of the parking lot. Pam thought of his words as she did the same.
