A/N: This is just a one-shot I thought of while watching 3X19. I think Fallon could have been helpful in the whole kidnapping situation instead of Adam and Liam foolishly going there all by themselves. Enjoy!
I do not own Dynasty or its characters.
"Fallon here." She greeted the caller on the other side.
"Fallon it's Crystal. You father is in trouble. Can you come to the manor? It's important."
"On my way." Fallon rolled her eyes and called the driver to bring the car around.
"So what's are next move?" Crystal asked Adam.
"Your next move is to stay put. We panic and we alert the press." Adam said. "I am going to Moldavia."
"Well, you are finally leaving. I simply couldn't be happier." Came Fallon's voice as she entered Blake's office. She saw the blueprints on the desk as well as Liam sitting there. "What is going on?" She asked.
"You called Fallon?" Adam asked Crystal.
"Hey! I asked what on Earth is going on?" Fallon asked.
"Your father was kidnapped." Crystal said.
"Well, that's unfortunate. But fortunately for daddy dearest, I can save him. How much is the ransom?" She asked.
"By the Moldavian Government." Said Liam.
"Sorry?" Asked Fallon.
"There was some problem with the oil containers in the area so Anders and your father went there. Turns out, they have been imprisoned." Crystal explained.
"What are these?" Fallon pointed to the blueprints.
"These are the layouts for the palace and where the keep royal prisoners. Liam arranged them for us." Adam said.
"I'll deal with you later." She told Liam and then turned to Adam, "You are even more insane and stupid than I thought you were if you're planning to go there yourself."
"I have a contact here." Liam told.
"Your contact is just as good as my secretary is. Useless." She told. "The thing is, unlike you people, who are new to the Carrington family, I know people on our payroll for exactly this kind of stuff.
"Private security won't go there." Adam said.
"For you, they won't. For me? They'll go wherever I send them." Fallon smirked.
"Fallon, are you sure?" Crystal asked concerned.
"Of course, I am sure." Fallon said, dialling a number, "Nate, it's Fallon... Come to the manor?... Great. Mike, it's Fallon... Can you and Steph come to the manor, now..yes, great. Mr. McConnell... yes, it's been so long... can you leave for the manor, it's urgent... thank you... see you. Agent Garrick... Manor... yes, it's important... thank you."
"Who are these people?" Liam asked.
"Just wait and see." Fallon smiled.
One by one all the people Fallon called started arriving and settled themselves in the living room where the group too had shifted. "People, meet the dream team Father had for exactly something like this." Fallon said, pointing at the crowd.
"Agent Garrick, our contact at the FBI. Nate owns a defence security firm which does a lot of jobs that the government doesn't... Mike and Steph, they are my contacts in the CIA-"
"You have contacts in the CIA?" Liam asked, shocked.
"And Mr. McConnell, our guy at the UN. Now, ladies and gentlemen, I need you all to come up with a plan to rescue my father and head butler from a Moldavian prison. Lucky for you, we already have blueprints. So please, let's begin and bring daddy home." Fallon instructed. "No word should leak to the press." She warned.
"Fallon, what are you doing?" Adam asked.
"Just using Blake's and my sources to help him. You obviously didn't know about these as you have been here, what? One year? That's te difference between you and me..." Fallon smirked and turned to the agents. "Got a plan?" She questioned.
Nate spoke. "One, but it might be risky and everything will have to go rather perfectly for it to work."
"Can you do better than it?" She asked.
"No. Moldova is an extremely unpredictable country." Stephanie replied.
"Okay, then... let's hear it." She said, "Alice! one strong martini please." She shouted.
"Alright, so... Steph and I cyber attack the power grid and momentarily shut it down in the capital city." Mike started,
"The, my team moves in through the air vents and reaches the cell. Hopefully, they wouldn't be that injured that they can't move." Nate continued.
McConnell laid out a map of Eurasia and pointed, "The capital city, is here... hopefully they can make their way to this border with Ukraine, which is less guarded and with less rugged terrain. There, I'll have a chopper waiting to get them to the US base in Germany. It's not usually an open airspace, but I can arrange something. "
"That's a lot of assumptions." Crystal said.
"That's your best option ma'am." Nate said.
"Should I inform the Governor yet?" Fallon asked,
"Not yet. Let us try." Steph said. "Then you go barging on the gates of the White House."
"I always wanted to do that, you know." Fallon said. "But anyway, best of luck.. Nate, your team and leave for Moldavia. I'm transferring a good amount of money into you account right now. Rest, after you bring them back. Same for all of you. Garrick, you are proof that nothing illegal was done here."
"Yes, ma'am." Garrick nodded.
"Liam, I suppose the VKI jet is free for us to use?" Fallon asked her fiancee.
"Yes, why?" Liam asked.
"We are going to Germany." Fallon replied.
The family was waiting at the base's airstrip waiting for the chopper to arrive. As soon as it touched own, Crystal rushed to Blake.
"Oh, Thank god! You are okay." She smiled.
"I am fine," Blake said and they walked to the group.
"Glad you aren't dead." Fallon smirked.
"Are you? Couldn't have guessed." Blake retorted.
"Blake, be nice. Fallon is the reason you two are out." Crystal admonished.
"Really?" Blake asked surprised.
"Yes, unlike Adam's foolish plan, she actually got the right people on the job and had you successfully rescued." She explained.
"I tried." Adam said. "I didn't know the people she did." he defended himself
"I didn't expect anything else from you. Fallon, I guess having someone who has been around for all these years, helps when you need it the most." Blake said.
"If that's your way of saying thanks, you're most welcome." Fallon smiled. "Now, you have to admit I'm your most useful child." She gloated.
"There was never a question about that." Blake said sincerely.
"Gee.. thanks dad. That is the nicest thing you've said to me." Fallon said.
"Yeah.. yeah.. can we head home? Blake asked, returning to his stoic self.
