Chapter Three
She walked downstairs to the basement feeling the chill of the snow outside. She needed to do this quick and get back to her husband. Standing on the step with pushing the tv out of the way in order to reach the tin container. She had found it rather odd that it was really close to the tv when Gibbs had said it was towards the back.
Looking around for any gloves and a clear evidence bag big enough. She was able to find the gloves in her husbands tool box as with the evidence bags to be a strange place to be. She went back over to pull out the tin container to find all types of items and including money. However there wasn't any gold bracelet inside accept for the fact there were small diamonds in a small brown container. She was wondering why her husband would leave diamonds inside this container.
Since she had brought along her cell phone. First off she placed the tin container into the clear bag and tagged it for Kasie to check out. Something just didn't seem right at all. She dialed his number again on her cell while waiting for him to pick up.
He was sitting at his desk finishing up paperwork while he was waiting...He heard his phone ring with answering right away. "Loreile what's the word on the gold bracelet?" He turned to look over at McGee on the phone...
"It wasn't there Jethro? However there is something strange going on with you stating that the tin container was way in the back of the opening. I believe that the tin container had been moved and I placed it into a clear evidence bag to have Kasie check for prints. Can you explain to me on why you have a small envelope of diamonds inside the tin container?" She had to asked too have Gibbs shaking his head in discuss.
"I have never placed diamonds inside the container. I will send a courier to have him come to the house and pick it up and bring it back here. Do me a favor and don't mention any of this to the nanny Madeline?"
"Sure Jethro! But what the hell is going on?" She was worried for when it comes to the safety of her son Shane.
"I don't know what is going on Loreile. This case that we are on has come up with some strange events so far. I need to go Loreile to set up the courier from communications. Talk to you later and please take care of your. Love you."
"Love you as well Jethro." She needed to bring the evidence bag upstairs with her to keep on the side of the couch until the courier arrives. Leaving it on the side of the couch. She headed upstairs to check on what the nanny was doing in the nursery.
Madeline was washing Shane up with his face after making a mess with his bottle. She had looked scared at first looking up to see Loreile standing in the doorway of the nursery. "Is there a problem Mrs. Gibbs?" She asked as if to keep herself guarded with the answers.
"No problem. I will be downstairs to continue on with the writing. It's too bad that the snow continued outside. It would be a great time to take Shane out later and have his friend Phineas to go sledging with my husband's help." She stated with slight glee in her tone even though she was worried.
She turned to leave to have Madeline finished up with Shane and getting him back down into the cradle.

Meanwhile down in the lab Kasie had finished with the final analysis for the gold watch finding three partials. "Damn this doesn't make any sense at all!" She said to herself looking at the names of the prints on the gold watch. Right away moving to her office to called Gibbs on the office phone to let him know the news.
However Gibbs decided after talking with his wife to go see if Kasie anything on the gold watch. He walked in to find her in the office and him looking over at the computer terminal not believing his eyes. Kasie noticed him to see his reaction of the one name on the screen of one Madeline Hernandez Gilbert member of the Cartel in Mexico involved with Pedro Hernandez and recent cousin Jose Juan Hernandez.
"I don't understand who actually this woman is Gibbs and how she was able to get hired to be a nanny?" Kasie was frantic with Gibbs telling her to calm down. "And then there is the other name being Bobson Robbs owner of the Apex jewelry store. I had thought that Corporal Donny James was the owner? So it would seem that we have a bit of a mystery going on with the case?"
"I agree Kasie. However I need to get Madeline out of my house now before she decides on other course of action with taking Shane." He called the Naval Yard security office getting together an attachment of officers to arrest and bring her into custody for interrogation another time. "Yeah do you understand the order Sergeant Freemont? and try not to cause any type of violence with my wife and child is in the house?"
"Yes sir." He said from downstairs of the Naval Yards security office. "I will get right on it now Agent Gibbs."
As the call ends. Gibbs will call back his wife at home. Loreile picked up the phone sitting next to her computer terminal. "Gibbs did you get any prints on the gold watch? The courier left thirty minutes ago with the tin container. It should be interesting what type of prints will be on it and inside." She will say with Gibbs interrupting his wife.
"Listen to me and listen good. Naval Yards security is coming to the house to arrest the nanny Madeline Hernandez Gilbert a member of the Cartel in Mexico. Be sure to try and get Shane out of the way and yourself once they arrive. I will be home soon to take Shane for a sledge ride in the snow with hopefully Phineas to help out."
"I just don't get it Jethro as to why she would do something like this in the first place?" She replied with watching for Madeline to come down the stairs.
"Are you serious Loreile? The Cartel will do anything to get back at me as with Hernandez. So do me a favor just watch out until they get here." He hangs up the phone heading back up to the bullpen only to be stopped by Director Leon Vance coming back from the Pentagon through the snow had slowed down.

Meanwhile at home Eleanor Bishop had been on the phone with her family in Oklahoma. Her mother was worried having her daughter alone in a snowstorm with being so close to having the baby and with Nick working.
"Mom I am not alone. I have my friends at NCIS dropping by to see how I am doing with making food for me. While Nick is constantly calling me to make sure I am alright. So don't worry about a thing, and be sure not to send George and the other two to protect me."
"Your father is very worried with hearing the latest snow reports for the Naval Yards. So please do me a favor and call him later when he gets back from the auction in town." Her mother will have to say with taking a sip of her strong coffee.
"Ok I will call him after. No doubt Nick will be there shortly with working on the latest case. Goodbye Mom." She stated with hanging up the phone feeling a slight uncomfortable with her position and the baby boy inside. She was very lucky during the past nine months that she had only gain 27 pounds.
