*AN~ SJFDKDJFKDDSKLFJ guess who's back and better than ever, it's ur girl b! chile n e ways, here's the next chapter! um btw I don't own atla sooo but the chapter is kinda long so buckle up!
The gang lays down in comfortable silence. What Aang and Katara didn't know was that the others were also holding hands. Katara's drama with Jet made them all realize that feelings were something that could ruin a person or make them better.
After about 5 minutes, Aang's phone goes off. He grabs his phone with the hand that is free since his other hand is holding Katara's and opens the text. He clears his throat and says in a raspy voice, "Hey guys, Gyatso's here. He said it's cool that you all spent the night including you Suki so let's head back." They all slowly but surely get up and see Gyatso's car. They all get in and in silence they all head back to Aang's house.
"Thanks, Gyatso. We'll be upstairs if you need me and when the food gets here, holler for me!" Aang says as he is walking up the stairs. The gang follows him and stops before his door. "Ahah! Okay! So- welcome to my crib!" Aang says as he opens his door.
"AANG THIS IS A VIBE!" Suki says as he sits on his bed.
"I have to agree! Last time I saw this room you were still working on it!" Sokka says.
Aang sheepishly rubs the back of his neck, "Aww! Thanks guys! It did take a lot of time so I'm proud of it!"
They all sit around Aang's room and talk. "So, are we still planning on doing the party tomorrow night?" Zuko asks while lightly strumming on one of Aang's guitars.
"I feel like we should. Get ourselves out there more you know?" Haru says while tossing a ball and catching it.
"I agree with Haru. We should still do it!" Sokka says while playing with Toph's hair.
Aang nods in agreement as he also strums with his other guitar. Aang slowly starts to strum to tune to This is Home by Cavetown and Katara notices and starts to sing.
Often I am upset
That I cannot fall in love but I guess
This avoids the stress of falling out of it
Everybody is shocked, to say the least! Aang smiles but continues playing.
"I'VE KNOWN YOU MY WHOLE LIFE AND I NEVER KNEW YOU COULD SING!?" Sokka quietly exclaims as the pair continues.
Are you tired of me yet?
I'm a little sick right now but I swear
When I'm ready I will fly us out of here
The group quietly listens to the two continuing their jam session.

The group hums along to the guitar.

Katara then scoots over to Aang and lays her head on his thigh. (AN~ Aang is sitting in a criss-cross with his guitar in his lap so Katara comes and lays on him) Aang blushes while playing and overall is just enjoying Katara's presence.
Get a load of this monster
He doesn't know how to communicate
His mind is in a different place
Will everybody please give him a little bit of space?
Get a load of this trainwreck
His hair's a mess and he doesn't know who he is yet
But little do we know the stars

As both Aang & Katara finish, the gang quietly squeals at the moment shared between the two.
"AS I WAS SAYING! KATARA AQUA! I HAVE KNOWN YOU MY WHOLE LIFE AND YOU NEVER THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO TELL YOUR MUSICIAN OF A BROTHER THAT YOU COULD SING?!" Sokka yells while flailing his arms around.
Everybody laughs at Sokka's behavior. "Sokka shut up! I don't sing very often and when I do, it's not the greatest so it just slipped my mind.." Katara says albeit reluctantly.
Aang then cuts in and says, "Katara! That was fantastic! What do you mean you can't sing?"
Katara quietly blushes and says, "Oh my goodness! Okay okay! I guess I can sing. Mom used to sing all the time so I just picked it up from her."
Sokka smiles at the memory of his mother and says, "Well it's nice to know we have a little band going between the family!"
They all laugh and Aang hears something, "AANG THE FOOD IS HERE! I ALREADY PAID FOR IT SO JUST BRING IT UP THERE!" Aang reluctantly gets up, having to leave Katara's warmth, and goes downstairs and grabs the pizza and drinks.
"Okay! So today we have pizza & drinks! Grab what you want!" They all swarm the boxes and grab what they want.
"Bro this couldn't have come any slower! I was starving!" Sokka says while shoving his face with a Meat Lover's slice.
"Sokka! Don't talk with your mouth open!" Katara says as she grabs a plastic plate to put her slice on.
"Okay, whatever Katara! Anyways! Can either of you sing and you guys are just hiding it from us!?" Sokka asks while pointing to Toph and Suki.
"I'm going to assume that you're pointing to me but I wouldn't know because I'm FUCKING BLIND ASSHAT!" "But yes, yes I can!" Toph says while waving a hand in front of her face.
Suki laughs at her behavior and adds, "Yeah I would like to think so!"
Zuko laughs and smirks, "Show us."
Katara, Toph, and Suki take the challenge and grab Aang's speaker and Katara's phone. Katara puts on Man by Star. Katara starts out and Suki and Toph are backups at first.

The boys are laughing and going crazy as the girls are performing for them. Suki takes the lead while Toph backs her up.

Zuko is smiling a goofy smile as Aang, Sokka, and Haru are laughing at Zuko! They all join in together and sing together.

All the boys are blushing messes as the girls are dancing and singing with each other. All Haru can do is laugh at how much they all simp for them. Katara takes the lead once again and sings.

Suki takes the lead and Toph backs her up.

All of the girls laugh and go over to their respective boy.
"I stand corrected. You all can actually sing. You seemed like you were having a lot of fun up there," Zuko says while Suki leans on his shoulder.
"We did have a lot of fun up there Hotman!" Toph exclaims as she lies down by Sokka.
"Um- Yeah you guys did do a really great job!" Aang smiles while still blushing at Katara who currently has her head in his lap. "Hey Zuzu! Can you go get the blankets from the spare bedroom?" Aang asks.
Zuko shoots him a glare, "One, don't call me Zuzu! Second, yes I can.." Zuko gets up and leaves the room and comes back with heaps of fluffy blankets and clean pillows.
"Alright friends! Let's set up base!" Sokka says.
After what seems like FOREVER, they finally set up all of the blankets and pillows.
"Wow I am TIREDT!" Sokka exclaims as he falls back on pillows.
"I agree with you on that Meathead!" Toph says as she falls back next to him.
"Okay, guys! Let's head to bed um- Aang is there any place where we can get changed?" Katara asks with a bag in her hand.
"Yeah! The bathroom is just down the hall!" Aang says as he grabs clothes for the boys.
"Cool! Toph, Suki! Follow me loves!" Katara says. Suki and Toph follow her into the bathroom.
Girls POV
"SO! Kataraaa~! How are you feeling? Especially with Jet & Aang," Toph says as she grabs her pajamas.
Katara blushes and smiles faintly, "Um- well... I think he knows that I like him but I'm not exactly sure that he like-"
Suki hits Katara across the head, "FUCK! OW SUKI!"
Suki and Toph laugh when Suki says, "He obviously likes you so stop being dumb. He noticed how touchy touchy~ you were being too!"
Katara giggles and changes. They all have changed and head back to the boy's room.
Boys POV
Aang grabs sweatpants for everybody as Zuko asks, "SO! Aang~! How are you feeling about Katara?"
Aang sighs sadly as he hands clothes to his friends, "I don't know dude. She just broke up with Jet and not only that he cheated on her. I can't just swoop in.."
Sokka changes and says, "I know my sister! It's gonna be okay but yeah, you should wait a minute.."
Haru then adds, changed, and lays down back on the blankets, "I agree with Sokka, you should wait."
Aang loudly groans as he hears a "FUCK! OW SUKI!" from the bathroom. The boys laugh at the girls' behavior as they all walk through the door.
"ALRIGHT BEAUTIFUL BITCHES! LET'S GET SOME SHUT EYE!" Toph boasts as she lays down next to Sokka.
Aang turns his LED lights to purple and turns his lights off. "Goodnight guys!" as he lays down. Katara bites her lip, contemplating laying down next to Aang. She finally grows some balls and lays down next to him. Half-asleep, Aang wraps his arm around Katara, holding her close to his toned body and Katara's eyes widen. She inhales Aang's scent as she realizes how comfortable she felt in his arms and accepts sleep as it comes to her.
