I wanted to start off by saying that just because Aang is back, that doesn't mean the story is coming to an end. Trust me I have so much more in waiting for this story. So I hope you guys stay tuned. Anyways enjoy this chapter!

...

Team Avatar arrived at Zuko's palace and immediately got Aang to a healing room for healers from the North Pole to help him. Weeks went by and still no sign of him waking up. Throughout all of this time, Katara spent everyday by his bedside. She would hardly sleep and when she did it wasn't in her own bed, she would have people bring Liang to her, and she would hardly eat. Her friends started to worry about her, they needed to find a way to let her know that he was going to be okay even if she wasn't right next to him at all times. However, Katara refused to listen. She argued that he had already been alone for so long and didn't deserve being left again.

Katara was curled up on a chair next to Aang's bed. She lifted her head up to look at his unconscious body and got up to be closer to him. She gently stroked his cheek with the back of her hand and bent down to be closer to his face.

"Aang, please wake up," she said with a low voice. "Please sweetie do it for me, wake up. I need you, I can't keep doing this without you. I am begging you, please just wake up and talk to me." The waterbender continued to implore, while a few tears escaped her eyes.

The room's door then opened and she looked up to find Sokka standing there. He stared at his sister with determined eyes and a frown. "Get up."

"What?" She asked with a low voice. "You heard me. Get up and get out of this room." Katara turned back to face Aang, "No."

Sokka pinched his nose in annoyance to her response, "Katara I swear, if you don't get out of this room right now, I will grab you by your feet and carry you to your bedroom if that's what it takes."

"Sokka, I taught we already went over this. I'm not leaving him." Sokka became angry over her saying those words again. "Katara, you are not leaving him. You're still going to be here, you can visit him everyday. But you need to stop huddling around him every second of every day. You need to go out and sleep in your own bed, you need to eat, oh and also you need to spend time with your daughter!"

The waterbender looked up in spite, "Don't say it in that tone! Don't say it like I don't spend time with my daughter!"

"Oh yeah you're right, what you do is that you get one of us to bring her to you, you spend some time with her and then we have to take her back. Did you know that she's been sleeping in me and Toph's room? And let me tell ya, that kid has to be an airbender with the amount of air she must be using to cry that much!" Sokka yelled out in complaint.

She suddenly looked down and her face saddened to her brother's words. Sokka came closer and felt remorse for her. "Katara, the hardest part of this is over. Aang is here, he's alive, he just needs time to recover and he'll wake up. But I know he wouldn't want you here, putting your life on hold to wait for him to do so." The hair loops girl knew her brother was right, Aang wouldn't want her to be like this.

Katara sighed deeply and looked at the airbender with much love in her eyes. She placed a soft kiss on his forehead and turned to her brother. "Alright, I'll go get some sleep, in my own bedroom."

A few hours later

It was the middle of the afternoon, Katara was in her bedroom and had Liang in her arms. The baby wouldn't stop crying for some reason and it was bothering Katara, who just wanted to get some sleep considering the lack of it she had gotten in the last couples weeks.

She held the baby close and slowly rocked her back and forth to get her to fall asleep. "Come on, Penguin. Work with me here, I know it's not night yet but I just want to get some sleep. I need to sleep so that I can go visit your daddy tomorrow. Hey and if you want, I'll take you with me."

Liang suddenly stopped with her crying. Katara then began to giggle, "Huh, I see. So I mention your dad and you suddenly calm down."

The waterbender continued to hold her for a little while longer and placed the baby in the crib once she knew she was fast asleep.

Katara then laid down on her bed for the first time in weeks. Shortly after she was also deep in her sleep and began dreaming about her, Aang, and Liang having a small picnic.

In her dream Liang was a little older, about 2 years old now. Her and Aang were holding each other while watching their daughter run happily after a butterfly.

It was late at night and most people in the palace were now asleep. However, Sokka and Toph were having little adventures around the halls.

The other exception was now in one of the healing rooms. When the Avatar suddenly opened his eyes.
