Chapter 27: New friends!

"Um... Where to start... Hobby wise, I love to: Write stories and my own books, sing every once in a while, play an instrument, draw, go exploring alone since it feels more mysterious and adventurous that way, and... I love parkour!" Y/N chirped happily at the end after Sesshi questioned her. He asked about Hobbies, likes, dislikes, and what she knew about her family's history. She explained it all before jumping to hobbies, he was a bit surprised to know about outer-space, her parents telling her that they originated from a distant planet, and the fact that her parents never really took her there to visit.

She never knew much about the planet itself, what it looks like, what the air seemed like, what it felt like all around. Her parents never really went into detail about it, so she only guessed they hardly stepped foot there themselves. "You know... If you want... I could craft some Ketix weapons for you. That's whenever you feel like trying it out! I'm not saying right now or anything..."Y/N stated, averted her beautiful eyes in midst of chewing, and held her chopsticks near her lips.

She felt a little embarrassed... If he accepted her offer and a time came where he asked her to make him a weapon, she'd be so happy; it'd mean he'd want to use something SHE made for him.~

"It may be of some use for my future battles..." Sesshi accepted her offer and ripped apart the raw meat he was eating. This shocked her, her eyes widened and her face went ten shades of red. He looked in his peripherals and saw her red features, as well as her fiddling with her food using her chopsticks.

"Ok... Hey, speaking of which... The entire time of being here at Obsidian's home, I've never used the chances I got to parkour up those rocks," she gave a straight face and pointed her chopsticks at the waterfall nearby, referring to the rocks that led to the top. "I've been so distracted lately, that I've never really thought about parkouring much... So, maybe after I'm done eating, I could un-rust myself and stretch my limbs a bit," she added, then went back to pick up her food with her utensils.

"...Un-rust...?" Now he lifted a curious brow. To say the least, he was beginning to get more and more curious about her the more he got his answers. Questions kept piling up in his mind, such as, What kind of stories and books does she write?, Her playing an instrument and singing?, Parkour...I can't recall her mentioning that before, perhaps she has and I merely forgot?. Those questions were left unanswered since he didn't even ask them. So he remained quiet, a little more curious about the Un-rust word he's never heard of before. How could one simply Un-rust something... When rust collects on metal and other objects, over time...? his mental thoughts echoed before Y/N answered.

"It's... A futuristic expression. It means to, familiarize yourself again with something you haven't done in a while. So, to un-rust yourself means to clean off that rust and renew your skills or retrain yourself so you won't be too weak in it. It's kind of hard to explain..." she just waved her free hand at him from the side and had flat lines for eyes, before continuing to eat.

"I see..." Sesshi said and just got done eating the last bite of his meat.

"Hmhmhm, such interesting details,~" Obi's voice rang from behind and caused Y/N to jerk her head around, albeit screaming and tossing her food on the ground by accident. "Oh dear, forgive me. I didn't mean to startle you,~" he teased, chuckled, and stepped foot outside with them. He chose to sit between her and Sesshi, obviously trying to part them for many reasons...

'My... My food," Her alien eyes peered down at her terribly obliterated food... That once lived its happy life, filling her up. Well, she was almost done with it anyway. All she could hear were faint giggles next to her, she looked over at the batman with a deadpanned expression and grumbled. "You're gonna pay for that at some point, you know...?" It was more of a statement when she asked that, she sweatdropped and watched him smirk afterward.

"I am, am I...? Hmhmm, I'd be more than happy to pay for it right now. Not with money, of course...~" Obi flirted with a dark expression and leaned in towards her face. Out of the blue, Sesshi's strong hand gripped tightly on top of his head, making his claws dig into his forehead and made him freeze in his place. In a frontal view, the lordship had closed, irritated eyes and he flung him backward over his lap, sending him flying across the other side of him.

Obi crashed into the large rock that resided near the water, basically crumbling it from the impact. His feet comically twitched seeing that they were the only things sticking out of the ruble... Sesshi peeked his one golden eye open to view the subdued bat, finding it rather annoying that he kept trying to get between Y/N and himself.

What they didn't know was that his half breed brother and his wife were on their way up to visit. Kagome shrieked and jumped away from the giant rock, staring wide-eyed at the twitching prince. "Damn, my brother must not really like that guy," Inuyasha mumbled with a sweatdrop and remained as stiff as a board. His hands were stuffed in his sleeves and his yellow eyes stared at the prince from his peripherals. "Hey, Sesshomaru! I sniffed you out! So, this is where you've been hiding...?" He smirked as he made his way over and felt Kagome tag along, with her hand gripped onto his bicep.

"I am only here because Obsidian offered his home to us, for temporary living..." As Sesshi simply put, Y/N jumped up and ran to Kagome with glee. She knew from watching the anime, that Kagome was pretty strong with a bow and arrow. Considering what she offered to Sesshi, she planned on offering the same to Kagome and her hubby.

"Hey, Kagome!" With a big smile plastered, she lightly giggled with excitement. "Um... What brings you here?!" she asked. Y/N wanted to chat a bit before jumping to generosity.

"Well, I did say I'd come to hang out with you sometime, right?" Kagome winked playfully and giggled. "It took a lot of convincing..." she began, glaring daggers at Inuyasha who only humphed and averted his head to the side. "But, I got through to him! He didn't want to come because he thought it'd be too risky to walk through the shopping district, to get here," she sighed and closed her eyes, finding his over-protective behavior adorable yet irritating a little.

"That's sweet though! It just means he doesn't want anything bad happening to you, he loves you!" Y/N chirped and practically cooed at how cute those two were together. She was always a fan of those two as a pair, she totally shipped them...

Kagome blushed and Inuyasha growled beneath his breath, he too, flushed red. "Oh, by the way... Hey, Sesshomaru, you never did fill me in on what happened while I was out-cold...!" Her alien eyes glanced over her shoulder at the lordship and saw him stand up. "You think we can talk inside? I'm sure your half-bro here would love to know what all has happened, for the past week or so," she smirked at him and giggled, especially when she watched him hesitate in his movement on his way over.

A ding occurred and the scene changed to show them all sitting in the house at the table. Everything got explained to them, from the time when Y/N got brought to this world, all the way up to, Rei Nago, Yogu Hanai, and his plans that failed at the palace. Even Y/N explained to them about who she was and her bloodline, every once in a while they'd have some laughs but most of the time they were awestruck.

She had shown them her futuristic laser pistols that shot out hot beams made from the sun. Explaining the part where they were solar chargeable was a bit hard though, considering what timeline they were in...except for Kagome. Now it came down to one question that she's been meaning to ask them... "Since that's all explained and we have gotten to know each other a bit more..." she trailed off, sighed, and smiled. "I know how to make these weapons in other forms besides pistols, so would you like me to make you guys something?! It'd be a token of our friendship and they might be useful in a fight!" Closing her alien eyes and giggling with excitement, both Inuyasha and his wife blinked in shock.

"I've never met an alien before! This is so cool! So you're half Ketix?! What's your race like!? Can I see your Kinetic power?! What foods do you eat, what's your preferred habitat?!" Kagome beamed brightly, leaned over the table with starry eyes, and made Inuyasha tilt to the side away from her sudden outburst. She kept going on and on with questions about her kind. All she's ever seen were priests, priestesses, sages, demons, a new race that had recently shown themselves over the past few years such as elves, and so on.

This was huge news to her. Y/N had her hands up in defense with a twitching, open smile, and laughed nervously. She noticed that then sighed and sat back down. "Sorry...but, yeah, I'd love that!" With a tilt of her head, Kagome smiled and began to feel around for her sack that Y/N hadn't noticed she brought with her. Out came a beautiful bow with a gorgeous light blue design on it. Where she got that bow in the anime was beyond Y/N... She guessed she got it AFTER she got married to Inuyasha and AFTER the end of the anime... "I'd love for you to make this bow into a solar weapon, or, whatever you called it. I think it'd be useful, a nice addition in fighting aside from using my own power with it! Using my ability and combining it with the solar weapon thing you mentioned, would help me a lot!" she smiled real big and Inuyasha peeked over without moving his head.

Sesshomaru's golden eyes darted between her, the bow, and Y/N. Obi stood in the background humming to himself curiously at the said weapons. 'Well, sure! Hm..." Y/N beamed then instantly grew a serious face. She leaned over the table a bit to get a better view of the pretty bow, then nodded. "With its design, I'll need some pieces of titanium and steel, I'll have to make small solar panels, I'll need some plexiglass and a few mechanical wires. Then I'll need to make some..." she trailed off, her face becoming more stern by the minute and slowly she placed a finger to her chin in thought.

Nobody...knew...what on earth she was going on about... Plexiglass? Solar panels? None of that made sense to any of them. Y/N magically pulled out a piece of paper and an inkwell then began writing down all the things she needed, including some stuff she didn't even mention after trailing off. Sesshomaru's eyes were wide, Inuyasha, Obi, Kagome, Rin, and even Jaken sat speechless at her list of foreign materials. Where's Asashi, you ask? He was out somewhere doing who knew what...

Most likely getting another one of those charms for Y/N or the materials to make one. After she got done writing it all down, she peeked over at Sesshi nervously and started fiddling with her clothes. "Um..." she began awkwardly. "Sesshomaru? You don't happen to know where any yokai blacksmiths and metal selling shops are, do you...?" she glanced between her lap and his eyes constantly, having somewhat of a pleading look. That was one of her other favorite hobbies, making solar chargeable weapons out of sheer experimentation.

"I do.~ My mother is associated with the most reliable blacksmith here, in Mamono City." Obi spoke up and smiled his Sebastian grin. He walked over out of the shadows in the room and giggled.

"Oh, cool! When could we go and visit?!" She was happy, but Sesshomaru sure didn't seem it. The lordship himself grumbled irritably with closed eyes and his hands clenched from beneath the table.

"We will leave tomorrow... After we find you some proper clothing to blend in with the yokai here..." Sesshi answered this time, making Y/N pump a fist with a big grin. He stood up, walked around the table, and started pulling on the batman's one wing...dragging him out of the house.

Everyone stared confusedly at his antics, but all they could hear after he closed the sliding doors shut, were whales of pain. Y/N scrunched up her face in reaction to that, she could only imagine what he was doing to that pervert...
