Pvt. Sokolov is checking most of EGO's rifles, as he is in charge of EGO's armory because of his knowledge on mostly AK rifles. He makes sure that all of the rifles are cleaned and organized in a rack and ammo is enough for everyone. As he's checking the inventory, Turk calls out Pvt. Sokolov. He has his signature fishing rod with him, alongside a metal box, and a bucket

Turk: Hey Igor

Pvt. Sokolov: Yes Turk, all of the rifles have been oiled and maintained in the racks. Anything else?

Turk: Hmm, nicely done

Pvt. Sokolov: Oh, I see you have a fishing rod with you?

Turk: Yeah, added a few modifications to it

Pvt. Sokolov: Nice, though where are you going?

Turk: You know after all of that job with ALTER and Sudorov, I completely forgot about my one time hobby

Pvt. Sokolov: Which is... fishing?

Turk: Exactly, before I became the leader of EGO, I was an avid fisherman. I love that feeling from breezing wind to the calm waves of the ocean to the fish catching my bait, it's relaxing and soothing, much to the dismay of the old man over there

Pvt. Sokolov: So, you're going out there to fish?

Turk: Yeah, you wanna join? I can teach you the basics

Pvt. Sokolov: I don't know if it's a good idea to-

Turk: Nonsense, you have to let go for a while, clear your mind. Do the things you excel at the most

Turk hands Pvt. Sokolov a spare fishing rod

Turk: You wanna give it a shot?

Pvt. Sokolov carefully thinks for a minute and accepts the decision

Pvt. Sokolov: Yeah, sure

He takes the fishing rod given to him

Turk: Alright, let's get going. During this time is where the fish can be plentiful

Pvt. Sokolov: Where are we going?

Turk: I know a spot, I've been keeping an eye on it since we got here

Turk and Pvt. Sokolov leaves the bunker and outside are greeted by a warm morning breeze

Turk: It's down by the lake, we'll just follow the creek. Hopefully the stream is not too powerful

Pvt. Sokolov: So, what really inspired you to become a fisherman?

Turk: I watched some of these TV shows about fishermen and their daily lives. One specific show that I love the most is where they compete in catching as much bluefin tuna as they can before the end of month. It was really good, kinda competitive. What about you? Any hobbies you got aside war?

Pvt. Sokolov: Umm... hunting

Turk: What do you hunt

Pvt. Sokolov: Every winter, me and my uncle, who came from Yakutsk, would hunt down animals and use the meat for dinner. Last thing I remember is that we hunt down a pack of snow sheep and nearly got rammed by its horns

Turk: That's gotta hurt

Pvt. Sokolov: Da, but uncle did help tend to my injury. When we're not interested in animal hunting, we usually go chop down some trees, go skiing, teach myself how to cold camp, things like that

Turk stops for a while

Pvt. Sokolov: Anything?

Turk points a location straight ahead

Turk: There, that's the spot

They soon walk over to that spot and lay down their gear. Turk prepares the bait while Pvt. Sokolov inspects his fishing rod

Turk: Is this you're first time?

Pvt. Sokolov: Umm, yes. Last time was years ago I think

Turk: Let's hope there's still something left in there. Here

Turk hands Pvt. Sokolov a worm, a bait for the fish

Pvt. Sokolov: So, I just reel it in and wait?

Turk: It's more than just that, if you want to catch a big plump fish, the trick is to be patient and quick. Never rush yourself

Pvt. Sokolov has his bait attached to his fishing rod and the two reel their rods into the lake

Turk: Now we play the waiting game

Turk and Pvt. Sokolov stare at their baits, calm and concentrated as they wait for a fish to bite into their bait. Three minutes past, and a slight nudge was felt to Pvt. Sokolov's bait and the two were alerted

Pvt. Sokolov: I got something

Turk: Good, now drag your line to the opposite direction of where the fish is going so it can get tired

Pvt. Sokolov aggressively pulls his rod to his left to resist the fish's strength

Turk: Careful, last thing you want is the line breaking and losing the fish

After a tense moment, Pvt. Sokolov lets go of the line as the fish escapes

Pvt. Sokolov: Damn it

Turk: Hey, happens to the best of us

Meanwhile, a fish gets caught to Turk's bait

Turk: Here, I'll show you

Turk drags his line back and forth to tire the fish. With patience and confidence, he managed to tire the fish and reels it to back to him, and is awarded with a decently sized Flopper fish

Pvt. Sokolov: Uhh, what is that fish?

Turk: A Flopper, it's a common fish around these parts. It's got plenty of protein in it

Pvt. Sokolov: Huh, I thought I was catching trout or bass

Turk: Yeah I forgot, you're not around from these parts

Pvt. Sokolov: No shit

A slight movement was felt into Pvt. Sokolov's line

Pvt. Sokolov: H-hey, I got something

Turk: Then go catch it

Pvt. Sokolov: I'm already doing it

Pvt. Sokolov followed what Turk did earlier. He swings his line to the left, then to the right to combat the resilient fish. He had to get a tight grip on the rod, as he is laser focused on the fish

Turk: Yeah, he's almost asleep

The fish stopped thrashing around, giving Pvt. Sokolov enough time to reel it in

Turk: He's tired, reel her in now

Pvt. Sokolov hurriedly reels in the fish and after a slight resistance, he catches the fish. A Flopper but slightly smaller than Turk's catch

Turk: Look at that, what did I tell ya?

Pvt. Sokolov: Well, not bad at least

Pvt. Sokolov was impressed by his catch and drops the Flopper to the bucket where the caught fish shall be kept

Turk: You want another catch?

Pvt. Sokolov: Da, give me another bait

Turk hands Pvt. Sokolov another bate and the two resume on catching fish for the day

45 Minutes Later

Turk: Looks like that's the last of the bait unfortunately

Pvt. Sokolov: How much fish we got?

Turk: Looks like we caught eight Floppers, should be a reasonable amount

Pvt. Sokolov: So, we're leaving?

Turk: I'm afraid so, but we've caught enough anyway, so we're still good

Turk and Pvt. Sokolov pack their gear and heads back to the base

Turk: So, mind if I ask you this question?

Pvt. Sokolov: Yes?

Turk: How's your uncle?

Pvt. Sokolov: He passed. Right after I enlisted to the Army

Turk: I'm sorry

Pvt. Sokolov: Thank you, but it's okay

Turk: What does he look like?

Pvt. Sokolov: He's the only person that is left

Turk: What do you mean?

Pvt. Sokolov: I lost my family back then, and my uncle was the only one that cared for me

Turk: He must've gone through a lot watching over you then

Pvt. Sokolov: Indeed, he was like a teacher to me, a father that actually loved me, he was my most trusted person that I ever have. Shame he passed away before I can even tell him that I joined the Army

Turk: Well, there are people like hi-

Riptide runs into the pair

Riptide: *heavy panting* Turk, there... you are

Turk: What's wrong Pops? Been jogging lately?

Riptide: Well I don't care about those healthy fitness things

Pvt. Sokolov: What are you doing here then?

Riptide: I was just looking for my son here, worried that Chaos Agent might've kidnapped him, you know?

Turk: Mhmm

Riptide: What? I was just trying to help you

Turk: Thanks, but I think I can deal with my own

Riptide: Now what was it, ah yes, you need to see this

Turk: What is it?

Riptide: I think this has something to do with our ALTER friends, if you know what I mean

[Mountain Facility 1235 Hours]

Somewhere atop of the mountains lies a facility, guarded by the Russian troops. Inside the facility is Toxin, being kept imprisoned for she stood up against Chaos Agent and Col. Sudorov, she is still furious about her ex-husband's greed and selfishness and seeks revenge on them, especially Sudorov, who has arrived and escorted by two Russians to pay the mad doctor a visit

Col. Sudorov: Hello Mrs. Toxin, or should it be Miss now because of how you've abandoned your husband, such waste

Toxin: Look who showed up

Col. Sudorov: Oh please, you know how I feel on people who tried to screw me over

Toxin: I'm not surprised

Col. Sudorov: Come on now, you used to be ALTER's brightest. You had the big brain and everything, and now look at you, you and your intelligence rotting on a prison cell. But don't fear, because once this has been finished, I will grant you your freedom, I just can't afford to do it now coz otherwise you might defect to those EGO terrorists

Toxin: If you're going to keep me locked in here forever, then you should be because if I break through these bars, I will drag you to hell myself

Col. Sudorov stares at Toxin's eye with a devilish feel

Col. Sudorov: I've been through many versions of hell, whether it's on this earth or in the afterlife, you should not make a joke about me. I am no stranger to hell, and I'd be happy to visit yours

Col. Sudorov backs away from Toxin now

Col. Sudorov: No one's coming to save you, and even if they do, I will ensure that once they come here, they will find you but broken and dead on the inside

Col. Sudorov and the two guards leaves the cell while Toxin looks at them with a disgusted face. Toxin does not care on what they'll do to her, she promises that if she frees herself from this cell, every single Russian and ALTER member will die and Sudorov and even Chaos Agent will have nothing to do about it but pray and hope that she doesn't find them
