Things were going well and there was still much to do. There were minicons, star fragment jewels and Relics to collect. Lisa was with Demolisher. "Okay that takes care of the chores, want to go to the beach and smash some sand?" Lisa asked.
"I don't know Lisa last time I spent two weeks picking sand out of my parts. But there are other things to do, I know for a fact that there is rodeo in town," Demolisher said.
"We are getting a signal from a starship near earth," Sawblade said.
"Is it Autobot or Decepticon?" Nathan asked.
"It's a Decepticon beacon," Red alert told them.
"Wow," Lisa said.
"But we be careful off world enemies of Transformers have been known to bait traps for our kind with false beacons," Starscream told her.
"Unknown vessel this Autobot, Decepticon base 1 Alpha Omega identify yourself," Megatron said.
"I had warmer welcomes from ambushes," a voice said. It sounded like a human from the Bronx.
"Lugnut?" Demolisher said. "You flying wrecking ball," he said.
"Demolisher? That's you? What is with the security?" Lugnut asked.
"The planet we're on is covered with Driods, how soon can you come and help give us a better advantage?" Demolisher asked.
"Sometime tomorrow morning if I put pedal to the metal," Lugnut said.
"Lugnut I only know of this Decepticon by reputation alone, can you verify his voice print?" Megatron asked.
"He is a million percent the real deal Megatron," Demolisher told him.
"Lugnut we will send coordinates for you safe travels," Megatron said.
"So who's old buddy?" Hot shot asked.
"Lugnut and I go way back, before I became part of Megatron's unit we were part of the same unit the Smash crew which is similar to the Autobot wreckers, which means the droids will soon be sorry they ever met us," Demolisher said.
At the droid base Maim had a plan there were a couple of shifters at their base. Maim fed the info the shifter Shadowspot.
The next day Lugnut came flying in on his ship and the droids shot him down. Lugnut came out of his ship. "Is that all you got to ruin my day? Forgetta bout it." Lugnut said then started to fight.
"Oh no I am detect droid signals near Lugnut he may need help," Red alert said.
"Then lets go," Demolisher said.
They rushed in and saw "Lugnut" more than held his own. "If you thought I need help with forgetta bout it," 'Lugnut' said.
Demolisher greeted him and he was taken to the base.
Meanwhile back at the droid camp Lugnut was held prisoner. "You droids are messed up in the head if you think Demolisher won't sniff out an impostor," Lugnut told them.
Back at the base Demolisher and Lugnut were tossing a large metal ball back and forth. "Wow look at that," Lightstar said.
"It's lobbing a Cybertronian sport very popular among warrior class of Autobot and Decepticon alike," Starscream said.
Demolisher was relaxing now. "I remember during one of my last few fights in the Smash crew, Lugnut and I were on a mission to stop some rogues and then we were about to destroy a reactor of theirs and Lugnut threw a large explosive into it from far away with pin point accuracy. That was a big boom, I am still picking shrapnel from my backside," Demolisher said.
"I'm not surprised considering the size of your backside," Thundercracker stated.
Lugnut was acting different and then Demolisher caught him as an impostor. Then the real Lugnut escaped and made it to the base. The two Lugnuts were fighting it out. "Which one is the real Lugnut?" Nathan asked.
"I am not sure," Lightstar stated.
Then the real Lugnut knocked the fake down. "You hit the switch," he told Red alert. "Time to take the trash," he said. "All yours buddy," he told Demolisher.
Demolisher grabbed the fake and tossed him through the warp gate.
Shadowspot got severely punished for his failure.
Once the base was fixed everyone calmed down.
"Now that you are part of the team you need an earth vehicle form," Demolisher told him.
"You know now that my ship is repaired it makes me wonder what else I may find out there," Lugnut said.
"You're leaving?" Lisa asked. "Why?" she asked.
"Because some guys never change," Demolisher said.
Once outside Lugnut was ready to go. "Hey Demolisher the ship has room for one more even with backsides like we have," Lugnut said. "Who knows what may find out there and maybe even see some of the old crew?" he said.
"You know that would be fun, but my ties are here now, with the kids, my teammates and my girlfriend," Demolisher said.
"I understand well I may come back soon," Lugnut said.
"Awesome," Lisa said. "Smile," she said taking a picture.
