The next day; Crunch entered the restaurant and walked into the kitchen.
He started washing his hands.
He finished washing his hands before pulling out a spatula.
He smiled.
"Alright, now to just wait for Amity to show, give me an order, and I'll start cooking it." said Crunch.
He did some thinking before he started scrubbing down a grill.
"Every cooks work place needs to be in tip top shape." said Crunch.
Then a portal opened up and Amity emerged from it before it closed.
Crunch saw this.
"Wow, I'll never get used to that." said Crunch.
Amity nodded.
"True that." said Amity.
Then their boss entered the room.
"Alright you two, we've got a long day ahead of us." said the boss.
Crunch nodded.
"I hear that." said Crunch.
The boss smiled.
"Anyways, just take orders, cook them, and clean up every chance you get." said the boss.
He walked off.
Crunch smiled.
"This'll be a great day." said Crunch.
"Yep, now start working while I take a nap." said Amity.
She walked over to a bed and lied down on it before falling asleep.
But then Crunch ate the bed and the witch fell on the ground before waking up.
"It's all hands on deck here." said Crunch.
Amity groaned.
"I don't believe in doing labor." said Amity.
"You've got the easy job, I'm doing all the hard stuff." said Crunch.
He lifted up Amity before setting her outside the kitchen.
"Get working." said Crunch.
Amity groaned and looked around to see the restaurant was empty.
But then Sonic and Tails entered the place.
"I don't know why we're coming here." said Tails.
"Well because this is a new place, and we need to see if the food is great." Sonic said before he and his best friend sat at a booth.
Tails nodded.
"Okay." said Tails.
Sonic then pulled out his phone and showed a Yelp page on it.
"Plus people will take the word of a very famous super hero." said Sonic.

"Yeah it's a whole thing, people won't listen to cops, but will instead listen to a super hero." said Sonic.

The two alien animals looked at an iPad with a menu on it.
"Oooh, nice." said Sonic.
Amity noticed it and became confused.
"Go to the table and give them water." Crunch said in the kitchen.
Amity groaned and approached the table with two cups of water.
"Welcome, can I take your order?" said Amity.
Sonic and Tails turned to the witch and became shocked.
"Amity, what're you doing here?" said Sonic.
Amity looked at Sonic.
"I got a job." said Amity.
"I can tell." said Sonic.
"Now what can I get you two?" said Amity.
Tails looked at the iPad menu and scrolled through it before stopping at one selection.
"I'll take the mini chili dogs with a vanilla milkshake." said Tails.
Amity nodded.
"Alright, and for the blue blur?" said Amity.
Sonic looked at the iPad menu and scrolled through it.
"Get me the large chili cheese dog, with crinkle cut fries, and a chocolate/peanut butter milkshake." said Sonic.
Amity nodded and wrote stuff down.
"Coming up." said Amity.
She walked into the kitchen.
"One order of mini chili dogs with a vanilla milkshake, and a large chili cheese dog with crinkle cut fries and a chocolate milkshake." said Amity.
"Already on it." said Crunch.
He had some mini dogs cooking on a hot dog cooker and was mixing a milkshake.
He finished the one milkshake and made another one.
He then gave the two milkshakes to Amity who then walked off.
Amity approached the table and placed the shakes in front of Sonic and Tails.
"Here are your shakes, the dogs should be out soon." said Amity.
She walked off.
Sonic and Tails took a sip out of their shakes.
They smacked their lips.
"Mmm, not bad. The shakes are good." said Sonic.
He pulled out his phone and did some work on it.
"Milkshakes are good, just waiting on the food." said Sonic, "So far, three stars."
Then Amity returned with the chili dog orders.
Sonic smiled.
"This'll be interesting." said Sonic.
Back in the kitchen; Crunch was mopping up his work place.
He smiled.
"There we go." said Crunch.
He put the mop away and looked out in the open and saw that now lots of people were sitting at tables or booths.
He whistled.
"Wow that was fast." said Crunch.
Amity then approached the kitchen.
"You'd better continue working, we've got a full house." said Amity.
"No, this is a full house." Crunch said before pulling out a deck of cards that consisted of three 3's and two 6's.
Amity glared at the shark.
"What're you, a freakazoid?" said Amity.
Then Freakazoid appeared from Crunch's mouth.
"No, I'm Freakazoid." said Freakazoid.
He then ran off.
"Who was that guy?" said Amity.
"Steven Speilburg's biggest mistake that only lasted two seasons." said Crunch.
Amity became confused.
"Two seasons?" said Amity.
"Didn't get enough fans like Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain back in the 90's, but got a cult following when it aired on Cartoon Network." said Crunch.
"Yeesh." said Amity.
"Now take everyone's orders, it's busy enough already." said Crunch.
Amity growled.
"Fine." said Amity.
She walked off as the boss entered the kitchen and looked at Crunch.
"Now uh...Crunch is it?" said the boss.
The shark nodded.
"That's right." said Crunch.
"Let's talk." said the boss.
Crunch and the man walked off.
