"Wait, you have parents?" That was a very dumb question to ask, but that was the first time thing that popped into Applejack's mind, much to her shock.

The picture was a rather old fashion black and white photo, but even without colors, Applejack was able to recognize the four little girls as Pinkie Pie and her sisters, though she didn't really recognize the adults in the picture.

Was this picture always here and I've just noticed it today? Applejack thought, trying to remember if she've seen these two before.

"Yeah, they are my mom and dad." Pinkie Pie suddenly appeared by her side.

"How come I've never seen them before?" Applejack asked.

"Oh, they're rock farmers."

"...Rock farmers?" Isn't that... more like miners?

"Yup, and kind of."

Applejack blinked at confusion at first, but decided to ignore it. "Huh... Rock farmers... So, is that why I've never seen them before?" Doesn't explain why I've never seen this picture before.

"Yup, and we just finally developed this picture after so long."

"...Don't you miss them?"

"Of course I do, but you know... family business and all."

Applejack shut her mouth for a moment, trying to choose her words carefully. "Do you feel... a little lonely sometimes? I know you have your sisters and us, but do you feel like there are times where your parents could have been there."

Surprisingly, Pinkie Pie went silent, gazing fondly at the picture. "Honestly... yeah, I wish they do visit more often, but I'm happy with what I got."

Applejack stared at the photo. ...Yeah, me too.
