Chapter 1
Kaito P.O.V
I felt a tickle at first and then light coughs. Shinichi and I had only been room mates for about 3 weeks and he had just taken the antidote not that long ago(in this only Ran knows Shinichi's secret; he told her and the 2 are now like siblings). I was cooking dinner for us when I felt light coughs and stopped. "Can you stir for awhile please?" I asked Shinichi. He sucked at cooking but knew how to stir a sauce or soup but both Ran and I had seen several things blow up in a kitchen.
Maybe it was from haveing a neighbor/inventor who always blew stuff up. I sighed going to cough up whatever it was. I coughed several times and saw bloody roses fall from my mouth and finished and soon finished up. I had loved Shinichi for awhile...since the Clock Tower heist. Only Nakamouri-Keibu knew.I sighed and came back.
I made a motion to continue cooking. "You ok?" Shinichi asked. "Just a cold." I answered. "It'll pass."
-A Few Days Later-
Shinichi P.O.V
He looked worse. I asked Nakamouri-keibu who said nothing and merely asked what I thought of Kaito(Nakamouri-keibu knows his secret and is like a dad to him). "Well he makes the most miserable day amazing and I love being around him." I said. Keibu was quite. "Would you help Kaito-kun if he needed it?" he asked me.
"Any time." I answered. Keibu sighed. "I'm ok with you then. You're better than that blond prick anyways who tried to date him a year ago."
Aoko had told me about it and they caught Hakuba cheating on Kaito then. Akako had hexed Hakuba after that. I chuckled at the thought of a angry witch girl. "Don't worry. I would rather burn than hurt him." I said. Keibu smiled. "How about the 2 of you have dinner with us." he said smileing. "Kaito-kun has to take it easy anyways." Oh yeah he does.
He was shot again at his last heist although he keeps trying to avoid telling me about that.
