Note: This story is a slight Megatale cross over. However the events in that series aren't mentioned that much and you don't need to watch that to read this. You also don't need to know anything about Doom really, I'll try to explain a lot of thing about that series in the story.
Undertale, Doom and Megatale all belong to their respective owners.
Shoutout to Mega Lukas for creating the Megatale series.
WARNING: This story is rated M for extreme violence, blood and gore, sexual assault and rape.

Dear Diary
I will never be the same again. Yesterday, I landed on the beaches of Normandy, machine gun fire raining down from above. They killed Edward. The Natzi assholes killed him. He didn't even get off the boat. Oh god, Emma I hope the baby is okay. High Command told us they still haven't located where they imprisoned the monsters. A lot of us are starting to lose hope that we'll ever find them. Captain told us to stay strong. But I don't know. Even with all the concentration camps being free. A single monster is not imprisoned in one. There are rumors going around in my platoon about Natzi magic doing something to the monsters. I don't know what to believe. I love you Emma.

DING DING DING
An alarm blared followed by an annoyed groan as the shape from under the single bed in the room shifted. The shape stayed put for awhile before.
DING DING DING
"Darn..." A voice crocked out and slowly sat up, wiping there eyes. They looked to their right to see a larger shape under the covers of a slightly larger bed. The person smiled as the shape underneath snored.
This was Frisk and their brothers room.
Frisk got up from their bed, shutting off the alarm clock. It was amazing that he could sleep through all that. Frisk walked over to their wardrobe and took out some clothes. A blue shirt with stripes, the usual. And blue shorts. It was warm outside, as could be seen through the window. Looking to the shape under the bed, Frisk looked back to their clothes and quickly put them on without disturbing the shape under the blankets.
They were about to walk out of the room when she stopped and grabbed something from their dresser.
It was their phone. Her brand new IPhone 11 which she had recently been a gift from their uncle. Or, what they called their uncle.
Frisk checked the time with a sigh, seeing as it was only 7:30.
But that was alright, they could wait a little while longer for breakfast.
And with that they made their way quietly out of the room. They walked further down the hall until they came across the bathroom. Quickly relieving their self and washing their face they almost jogged over to the stairs and looked over the railing to see their adoptive mother, Toriel already in the kitchen cooking. She was humming a familiar tune as she performed the delicate task of preparing the food.
"Oh, hello dear, up early?" Toriel asked, turning to give her child a warm smile.
"Yeah, I guess I set the alarm to early again." Frisk said, sitting at the circular dining table.
"Well that happens. I see your brother slept through it." Toriel said. That brought a smile to Frisks face.
"He sure does love his sleep." Frisk said sarcastically.
Toriel stopped humming.
"He always has. Even as a little boy he would go to sleep far to early, and get up far to late. I thought it would go away as he got older, but I guess it hasn't. I guess I should contact a Monster health specialist." Toriel said, a slight touch of guilt visible in her voice.
Frisk smile faltered, they didn't like seeing their mother like this. Frisk decided to change the subject, drumming her finger tips on the table.
"Do you know when dad's coming back?" Frisk asked.
Asgore Dreemur had joined the United States Military along with transferring most of the Royal Guard from the underground in aswell. They created their own U.S Army Division, the 607th Royal Guard. The 607th for now was more of a counter terrorist unit. But if the need arose, they would be sent out for war. Asgore was technically reserve personnel but he wanted to make sure that all the Royal Guards has a smooth transition. He is currently stationed in Afghanistan as General.
Toriel sighed.
"Most troops in Afghanistan aren't leaving for 14 months. But since he isn't "most troops" Most likely in a few months." Toriel said, worry lacing her voice.
Suddenly a yawn erupted through the room. Both human and monster looked to the stairs to see a weather beaten Asriel dreemur, dressed in nothing but a bathrobe and pajama pants.
Frisk smirked at seeing his appearance.
"Hi mom, Hi Frisk." Toriel smiled.
"Good morning dear, I'm making pancakes." Asriel face lit up slightly at the mention of his favorite breakfast being made.
"Thanks mom!" He exclaimed before taking the seat next to Frisk.
Asriel was much taller than Frisk, coming in at around 6'4. Still not taller than his mother who was just over 7 foot.
"Morning Frisk." Asriel said, blinking rapidly.
Frisk narrowed their eyes.
"Are you alright?" They asked.
Asriel shakily nodded.
"I-I'm sorry, I'm just really tired." Frisk shook her head.
"You are always tired." Frisk said, referring to his sleep habits.
"No, that's different I just feel like..." Asriel trailed off as his biological mother began to speak, shaking her head in disapproval.
"You spent to long at the gym again dear." Toriel said, earning an annoyed, tired groan from Asriel.
Asriel is the star of the high school basketball team and plays in a city wide wrestling league. This means that he has a very bulky build. He is constantly at the gym. However he's there too much.
"You groan dear but trust me, once you run out of calories to burn at the gym, then your muscle will start to be eaten away." Asriel's eyes went wide and Toriel just giggled. Asriel sighed lightly and touched his phone that was in the pocket of his bathrobe.
"Dad texted me last night." Toriel stopped and Frisk turned to face him with wide eyes.
A cloak of silence draped over the room as the 2 waited for the goat monster to reveal the information.
"He said that he and his men we're attacked by Terrorists. That's all he could say about what happened. But after that he said that Doggo was injured and he was shot in the arm." Toriel gasped, covering her mouth. Tears began to well in her eyes.
"I-is he okay!" Frisk exclaimed.
"He's fine! It was just a dust wound." Toriel sighed in relief as well as Frisk.
"He's coming home in a week. He said he'll be dropped off at JFK Sunday at 6 in the morning." The room was silent for a few seconds.
"Alright, we are going to pick him up then. Let's eat breakfast." Toriel held out a large plate full of pancakes.
Since it was a Sunday, the two did not have to rush out the door for school. Luckily, they didn't have to be quarantined either. The virus was wiped out 2 months ago thanks to beauty of monster magic.
As soon as the two finished their breakfast Asriel was outside. On their large driveway was a large basketball hoop which The Dreemur boy frequently used to practice his skills.
Frisk stepped outside to hear the rattle the hoop. Asriel was tall enough to dunk, participating in many dunking contests. Infact Asriel dunked so often that Asgore had to reinforce the bottom of the hoop making it more stable.
Sitting on a chair on the porch, Frisk watched Asriel while looking on their phone, scrolling through her messages.
You have 3 new messages from Bonleyman.
Frisk sighed and clicked the notification with a slight grin.
Frisk was surprised to see that the short pun loving skeleton wasn't telling jokes.
"Hey kid, I heard about Asgore."
"Just wanted to say I hope you're doing fine."
"Also if you want you and your bro can come over to my place at like 4. Undyne is probably gonna be there. See ya."
Frisk replied.
"Why not, there is nothing to do today."
"Alright kid, see ya there."
And with that Frisk closed their phone, enjoying the summer breeze.
"Ah shit." Asriel said, putting down his ball, looking down at his phone.
He turned his head and looked to Frisk, then back to his powered off phone. After a few seconds of this, he sighed and pocketed the device, walking over to Frisk.
"Is something up?" Frisk asked as Asriel sat on a bench across from them.
They noticed that Asriel was sweating far more than he would from 20 minutes of basketball. Now they were concerned.
Before Asriel could speak, Frisk did.
"Are you honestly alright?" Asriel turned his head to one side in confusion.
He was about to say something, most likely saying he was fine when he saw the expression on their face.
He sighed and responded. "Well, you see..." Asriel looked behind him, as if someone were watching them.
"You see, I don't think I've been eating enough." Asriel said. Since Asriel was far more active than the average teen, he had to eat more than the average teen.
Frisks expression softened.
"Oh, you should tell mom." Frisk suggested.
Asriel nodded. "Yeah I will, thanks. So anyways." Asriel said, changing the subject. "Undyne recently texted me wondering if we all wanted to go to the mall right now."
Frisk stood up.
"Sure, sounds like fun." Asriel stood up as well.
"Alright, let's go!" He exclaimed before the two teens dashed out the driveway.
Fortress of Doom.
The fortress of Doom, the large sentinel ship sitting on top of a rock overlooking earth.
Looking over the slowly rebuilding earth that had nearly escape total demonic corruption, was none other than the Doom Slayer himself.
His helmet was on and he was holding the super shotgun, a double barrel shotgun with a hook attached to the end. It has been 6 months since the defeat of the Icon of Sin and Earth as slowly, but successfully been starting the rebuilding process. The remaining demons have mysteriously disappeared from the earths surface yesterday and without VEGA's insight he has no idea where they have gone.
The only other person that had insight on what could have happened is Samuel Hayden. Locked in the chamber that kept him in place. At least the Slayer hoped the scientific genius could tell him what was going on.Walking up the stairs, he was now able to see Samuel Hayden, the robotic-once human torn in half, floating and not moving.
Samuel Hayden was the worlds first cyborg. He was the head of the Union Aerospace Corporation. A company with the sole intent at perfecting the art of space travel. Well, that's what the world thought.
"I don't know where the remaining demons fled to." Samuel said in his low pitched robotic voice. Samuel has somehow guessed what the Slayer was thinking of.
"I can only speculate to where they could have gone." The Slayer glared at Samuel, insisting he continue.
With a sigh, the cyborg continued to speak.
"They aren't in hell, at least those demons aren't. To go back to hell we would have seen several flares of hell energy sparking from the surface. Instead there was nothing. The ONLY thing that could have caused this was an inter dimensional tethering. It is impossible for them to have gained that technology!" The Slayer continued to glare, not caring about the robots petty rants.
Hayden sighed.
"I've tracked the signal, whoever gave the technology away wasn't so smart. Shall I set a course?" There were no words to respond, instead a grunt of approval and a loud sound of a machine whirring to life behind them.
"Setting a course." The Slayer walked into the command station as the portal began to form.
Suddenly he stopped.
He forgot the rest of his weapons.
Quickly spinning around, the Slayer was about to go find his weapons when suddenly he felt himself being pulled into the portal, and looked down to see a giant hand wrapping around his torso. He grunted and fired his shotgun into the demons hand. The creature screamed but was determined not to let go.
Before he could reload, he was pulled through the portal with a swift yank.
There was a few seconds of blackness before he emerged to see the hand of the demon. The demon was giant. Large horns were placed atop it's head as a brilliant attempt to mock the devil. A large arm mounted rocket launcher similar to the plasma rifles fused to the possessed soliders. And several robotic features that made this particular demon stand out from the rest.
Readying it's arm mounted rocket launcher, The Doom Slayer quickly unholstered his crucible and quickly cut off the creature hand The demon staggered back as the green sight before it's bloodlust eyes fell to the ground.
The Slayer landed on the ground and loaded his Super shotgun. Then, in one swift motion he used the hook on the side to launch himself towards the Tyrants face. The demon screamed in agony as the Slayer fired a shot into its eyes, the bullets breaching it's skull, entering the brain and killing it.
Landing on the ground, The Slayer examined his surroundings. He seemed to be in what looked like a forest. He saw a flock of birds flying in the distance.
Was he on earth?
But he couldn't be. All remaining demonic presence after the Icon of Sins fall disappeared yesterday. Where the hell was he.
He needed to find civilization, if this place had any. And with that, he randomly picked a direction and began his journey on foot.
The two Dreemurs had recently exited the mall. It was still only 12 and Toriel didn't have lunch ready until 1. NYC was severely crowded as always, so Asriel usually preferred most of his traveling along alleys , much to his mothers disliking.
The two were walking through an alleyway, trash riddled the floors, Frisk was disgusted.
"Why can't we just travel along the sidewalk? Frisk asked jogging slightly to keep up with their brother.
"Because it takes way to long. It took us 20 minutes to get to the mall, at this rate we will be home in 5." Asriel said.
Frisk sighed.
"Do you know how dangerous it is in these alleys? Frisk asked, wondering if the monster had any care in the world to their safety.
Asriel did not respond and just kept walking.
The two kept walking through alleys, covering their noses as the stench of garbage, waste, and other fluids that don't need describing began to fill their nostrils.
They turned a corner, annoyed to see another long alley.
Suddenly they began to hear voices.
"If you want to hear my opinion Frisk, the media exaggerates. I've used this routes dozens of times. Not once have I gotten into troub-." The prince suddenly stopped speaking.
They were just whispers, but loud enough to attract attention, attention that wasn't wanted.
The two stopped. The voices were coming from around the corner.
Frisk resumed walking down the hallway when they didn't hear Asriel behind them.
They turned around and saw Asriel watching whoever was talking.
Frisk cursed under her breath and stomped her foot. Asriel didn't react.
"Asriel." Frisk said in a whisper. This time, Asriel turned and made a, come here motion with his index finger.
Frisk quickly tiptoed over to where Asriel was crouched begins a dumpster.
"There is some creepy shit going on there, look Asriel said.
Frisk looked over the Dumpster and froze.
There was 8 figures.
2 were covered in a coat of darkness, no features were visible.
The other 6 however.
They all were wearing black masks covering their faces and holding Ak-12's, military grade. As well as a Kevlar vest which covered their body.
"What in the world is a counter terrorism unit doing here?" Asriel looked at Frisk with a 'really' look.
"No stupid those ARE terrorists, look at their mask again." Frisk shakily looked and froze. They hadn't noticed this before, but there was a pentagram on the top right hand side of the mask. It was small and barley visible. That symbol was of the Terrorist organization called The Barons, evil idiots who worship hell.
Frisk looked at the two figure covered in darkness. One stepped to side to let one of the terrorists walk forward, place their weapon down and kneel.
"So what was that about getting into trouble?" Frisk asked with little humor in her tone.
the figure stepped to the side, they just so happen to step into the sun. Now frisk could see them, or it.
Frisk suddenly gasped as she saw what she could only describe as a demon. It had reddish orange skin with curved spikes sticking out of its back. It also had very long, sharp claws. It's face wasn't visible, but Frisk didn't want to find out.
The two demons turned wiped around.
Frisk dove behind the Dumpster but they knew and were walking towards the dumpster.
"Shit, what do we do now?"She asked.
Asriel had magic forming in his palms.
"Asriel N-" Before she could finish Asriel jumped up, forming two white swords and slicing the throat of one of the terrorists. Blood spilled out like a fountain as the body fell to
the floor.
"Don't worry!" Asriel exclaimed.
Frisk whispered something incomprehensible and ducked the dumpster, unwilling to see the glorified details.
Not wasting any time, Asriel used his magic to form a barrier, blocking incoming gunfire.
From behind the barrier, Asriel summoned multiple stars that fell from above his head.
They killed two of the terrorists who literally 'erupted' into blood. Asriel heard a series of clicks and Asriel knew their guns were empty.
"KILL HIM YOU FOOLS!" The demon shouted.
Dispersing of the barrier, Asriel quickly rolled forward and cut off one of the terrorists arms, before summoning another barrier to block a terrorist who emptied a pistol magazine right into the barrier. Before the goat monster could make a move, he was slammed into his own barrier which quickly vanished after.
The clawed hands of the demon were around his throat.
The demon looked devilishly into his eyes, before throwing him into a the dumpster.
Asriel quickly got up and rolled out of the way as the demon tried to claw at him.
Asriel stood up and swung his blade.
Anticipating the satisfying contact of the sword, Asriel was surprised to see that the blade hit air. Asriel didn't have time to react before he was chocked from behind.
Grunting, Asriel threw himself forward, throwing the demon over him and onto the ground.
Without hesitation Asriel plunged both of his blades into demons skull. Coating his own face in blood. His eyes went wide for a second at the shock of having someone, or in this case something else's blood on him.
The other demon was smaller than the one he had just killed. It attempted to throw a fireball , which Asriel easily avoided.
The demon didn't attempt another throw fearing a miss and charged at him.
Asriel swung at the demon who made no attempt to dodge and staggered, not anticipating the impact.
Asriel had made a large diagonal cut across the creatures torso. Recovering, the creature was about to swing at him when suddenly its front half fell from the bottom.
One of the remaining Terrorists charged while firing his Ak. Asriel put up a barrier and waited until the footsteps were close enough and got rid of the barrier with a wave of his hand, jumping forward and stabbing him in the stomach. The terrorist screamed in pain and clutched his stomach. Asriel quickly punched him aside.
There was only one combat ready terrorist remaining. This one has multiple tally's on his mask he also carried an Aug A1 assault rifle. From Asriels limited knowledge on human weaponary, he knew that the AUG originated from Russia.
The terrorist looked to the bodies of his men, as well the demons.
"Who are you child?" The man sounded old, maybe mid forties.
"Someone that'll beat your ass!" Asriel exclaimed with a slight edge of enthusiasm.
"I guess so..." The terrorist simply said before dropping his weapon.
At first Asriel thought he was going to surrender. But then the man pulled out what looked like a handle to a broken sword. The handle shaped in the handle of a katana and had a strange rune attached to it.
He held it out and got into a two handed fighting stance.
Suddenly a red bean of energy burst out of the handle, forming what looked like a Katana.
"I guess he's a Samurai then...". Asriel whispered to himself.
Asriel's blade would be able to with stand against the energy Katana. His weapon was unbreakable as it was linked to his soul.
Suddenly the terrorist shot forward, spun and swung the blade.
Asriel blocked the attack following up with a jump kick which knocked the human back.
The two exchanged a few blows before the terrorist brought his blade down, aiming for Asriel's head.
Asriel blocked and the two clashed.
Frisk was more confused than stunned.
Monsters weren't religious individuals. And she carried those sentiments, only praying or going to church for a funeral. But now her brother had just killed two demons.
Those were NOT monsters, Frisk refused to believe they could be.
And they were backed up by terrorists? There was way more going on here.
Asriel knocked the terrorists sword out of his hand and punched him to the ground.
Asriel was about to turn around when he heard something behind him.
Turning around, Asriel saw another demon. However this one had pale white skin, horns, green armor, a double barrel shotgun in one hand as well as a axe with the same energy as the Terrorist. Behind the demon was a circular blood red portal.
"Get out of here, I'll deal with him." The demon said. The injured scrambled onto their feet, shoes squeaking against pavement as they panicked like a bunch of sheep that had seen a wolf. The demon waited for each injured terrorist to make their way through the portal.
The demon took a step forward, looking at the blood covered bodies with a mix of confusion and shock. An orange wolf came out of the portal before it closed. However the animal was semi translucent, and clearly wasn't flesh and blood.
"Sit, I'll deal with this." The demon turned and said to the dog, which sat down with a whimper, slowly analyzing Asriel as it licked it's paws.
"Who...are you?" The demon said, taking a few steps closer. It's grip tightened on its weapon.
"Someone that'll beat your ass!" Asriel exclaimed, repeating the words he had recently said with an enthusiastic smirk.
"Unfortunately for you, it won't be that easy." The demon took a step forward. Asriel internally shivered as he eyed the shotgun and the axe.
Suddenly the demon dashed forward, swinging his axe in his direction.
Asriel narrowly avoided the strike, stumbling backwards a step.
Readying his swords, Asriel blocked a direct strike and attempted to swing at the Demons leg.
However the attempt was met with the demon jumping out of the way and swinging the axe, sending red energy at him.
Asriel avoided the energy blast and activated his magic. Stars of magic origin fell from above his head, raining down on the demon.
The demon was able to strategically avoid the first few, but after the magic began to rain down at it in volleys at the demon was forced to put up a a shield of the same energy type as his axe.
Asriel took advantage of his defense state and dashed forward, still with his magic activated.
Asriel smirked, magic still activated and circled around the demon and readying his swords for another attack.
The demon was forced to block his blows with the axe and block with the magic with his energy shield.
The demon was bending to Asriel's will for now, but it wouldn't last.
Where were the police? How have they not heard the commotion.
Suddenly, Asriel was tackled to the ground and his magic dissipated, turning into a light dust sprinkle and falling softly to the ground.
The orange translucent wolf growled furiously as it attempted to bite at his face.
Asriel grabbed the dog's jaw and threw him into a garbage can.
Asriel rolled to the side to avoid an axe strike.
He quickly stood up and the two exchanged several more blows. This went on for quite awhile until the demon leveled his shotgun with the monsters face.
Asriel jumped backwards, putting up a magic barrier to block the shotguns shells. As soon as the barrier vanished the demon swung at him.
Asriel reeled back due to the force of the strike, causing him to lose hold of both of his weapons and they clattered to the ground.
The demon brought his axe high in the air, readying to strike.
However, his attempt was halted as a small object collided with side of the head.
The demon turned around to see Frisk, readying another rock at him.
The demon didn't flinch at all at the contact. Frisk suddenly froze is fear at the sight of this otherworldly being glaring down at them. But the demon wasn't glaring at them. It was glaring at their soul. She knew the feeling, Toriel had first done it to her during their fight fight in the ruins.
As the demon was distracted, Asriel quickly punched the demon in the head in the head, sending it reeling back. He used this opportunity and retrieved his blades.
"Come on let's get out of here!" Asriel shouted, grabbing Frisk hand.
The demon did not give chase.
The portal opened again, and a demon stepped through the portal. This demon was taller, with fiery orange horns coming out of its head. It had gray charred skin that looked like it had been burned to a crisp. As well as orange blades coming from its arms. It's eyes were full of fire. That's the only way a mortal could describe such a beast.
"Status report?" The demon asked.
"Something attacked us, I don't know what it was. It killed most of the squad stationed here, including the demons. I engaged but it got away. There was someone else, a human with them. And they had a Red soul..."
"We haven't seen this must devastation in our ranks since the resurrection of the Doom Slayer. We must find this human. This is the first human with a pure Red soul since Chara." The fiery demon said.
The other demon shook their head in sinister approval.
"No, whatever this was a monster, it was far weaker. It probably could not fight that many of us. But, the fact that it stood against me is something to be questioned. I will tell the rest of the demonic presence on this earth to stay alert." And with that the two went through the portal.
The Doom Slayer has been walking in the forest for the past 8 hours. However no fatigue has set in, and no fatigue would.
The tree line broke and the Slayer could see farmland. Several acres of the stuff and a long dirt road. He was in the country side.
The Slayer stepped into the dirt road, walking past a pen full of pigs. The Doom Slayer stopped and looked at the animals. The animals stared back, had been many years since he had seen a real animal.
Suddenly he heard a blood curdling scream from the nearby farm house.
The Slayer ran to the door, kicking it down with seemingly no effort at all.
Examining the surrounding, the Slayer could see a trail of blood from leading up stairs to the kitchen. Judging my scratch marks on the kitchen counter and a large pool of blood, the struggle seemed to have originated from there. As well as that there was a body of what looked like a man in the living room. But it was hard to tell due to how mutilated he was. The door to the kitchen opened and 2 imps stepped out. They gasped in pure terror at seeing the Doom Slayer.
Not wasting any time, The Slayer used the flame belch attachment on his armor and quickly set the two demons on fire before bolting up the stairs, the screams of pain from the demons growing distance as the Doom Slayer put more distance between them.
Another scream rang out, louder this time. It was clear this was from a woman's.
He followed the screams to a door at the end of the hall. Readying his super shotgun, The Slayer kicked down the door.
Before him was a sight that he actually didn't except.
There were five demons. 3 on the side on the bed and two on it. They had strapped the woman down to the bed. and I think you know what they were doing to her.
The demons turned around and growled.
The Doom Slayer growled back and fired his Super Shotgun with one hand at the nearest demon, it blew into quite a few pieces. Another one charged at him. Unfortunately for it, it's chest had received a chainsaw planted into it.
The Slayer quickly pulled the Chainsaw up, the blade covered in blood and spun around and swinging it and at a demons head, cutting it clean off the rest of its body.
The remaining two stepped back, holding their ground. These were the two assaulting that had been woman. One of them jumped off the bed and swung their claws. It's eyes went wide as it's arms was grabbed. Without hesitation The Slayer held his chainsaw up to the sky and threw the imp behind him, throwing it into the chainsaw, cleaving it in half.
The last demon did not make a move at The Slayer. Knowing that attacking wouldn't bring it any good results for their master. Instead they eyed the right window.
But instead it tried to make a run for the left window.
Unfortunately for it, two shells breached its back, blood spilling out and pouring down its entire body as it fell limp
The Doom Slayer walked over to the woman and removed the bindings keeping her arms and legs in place.
The woman shot up, tears coating her cheeks.
"T-thank you so much!" She shouted, crying into her hands.
The Doom Slayer was done here, he had saved her, he had to kill the rest of the demons.
But the woman stopped him.
"Y-you need t-to save h-her!" She shouted. The Slayer turned.
"S-she's i-in the w-woods, they t-took her..." She said, crying into her hands. The Slayer loaded his Super Shotgun and walked out of the house.
He walked in the woods for several minutes, keeping both eyes and ear pealed for any suspicious activity. And he found some.
A few feet in front of him. covering the bark of a tree was blood. The blood ran in trail, straight into the deeper depths of the woods.
He quickened his pace, readying his super shotgun and putting a finger on the trigger.
Suddenly a battle cry rang out. That of a girl. It was followed by a demonic cry. Clearly there was a struggle, and a desperate one as well.
Just up ahead, The Doom Slayer was shocked to see the head of a Baron of Hell on the ground, resting against a tree. The right side of its face had a deep gash in it. Other than that it was missing an eye. Looking to a blood covered spot on the ground, the Doom Slayer round the wet remains of what he could only assume was the Barons eyes.
The man which had one emotion, anger, was actually surprised. This head, was not his own doing.
Who, could have done this?
Surely not that girl.
The Slayer quickened his pace to a sprint.
Suddenly more bodies came into view.
2 baron bodies,a decapitated, armless Archvile, a stomach-less Mancubus.
WHO did this?
Suddenly the body of an Imp flew into a nearby tree, nearly sending it crashing down onto the Doom Slayer who dashed to the side.
He continued to sprint but didn't for long as he stopped dead in his tracks.
In front of him, was a human in a red hood, white gloves and white boots, a strange sword with a purple orb. She was slaughtering the demon horde. Only he did that.
The shock that he felt didn't last as she was suddenly stabbed from behind by the last remaining Baron.
With a hand on the chainsaw, The Slayer launched himself towards the Baron, firing two buckshot shells and swinging the chainsaw at its jaw.
The demons were shocked. They clearly thought they were going to get a kill but then he had shown up just in time. He always showed up just in time.
The Baron fell onto a stunned Imp, crushing it and landing onto the Baron with a reloaded Super Shotgun.
With one hand he shot the nearest charging imp and jumped onto another, smashing its head with his boot, covering it in with blood and brain matter.
Not bothering with a reload, the Slayer punched a charging Hell knight in the head, a massive shock wave knocking it back into all fours, as well as all the flesh off it's face.
Without a delay, The Slayer extended his Doomblade, a blade made into the forearm of his suit. He lunged at the Hell Knight, grabbing the top of head so it was facing the sky and repeatedly stabbed it in the neck.
The Slayer pulled the Blade out, looking over his handy work. He remembered the human and ran over to her. She was breathing heavily and was on all fours due to the energy blade in her back.
Without a slight bit of hesitation, he began pulling the energy blade out. A ear wrenching scream rang out as the blade excited her body and blood began to flow freely.
The blade was tossed aside, and the Slayer rolled the girl onto her back.
This time, the Slayer was stunned for only a second.
This was no human. Though the skin was rather normal, her eyes were far to big to be that of a humans. They were also a strange shade of black. Other than that, she could have been considered normal. However there was no time to ponder on the what, hows and whys.
But, when she was stabbed, the blade went all the way through and out the other end. She should be dead.
It didn't matter, without a single word The Doom Slayer slung the injured girl over his shoulder, making his way back to the farmhouse.
"W-Who are you?" She asked.
The Doom Slayer didn't respond.
But he didn't have to, he simply grunted.
The girl continued to bombard him with questions.
Ignoring these questions was a somehow hard task, as he felt as if they could not be ignored.
The house began to come into view and the woman was waving to the them.
The girl was in a position that she could barley see her.
She gasped.
"K-Katherine..." The girl called out before falling unconscious.
Even though she wasn't conscious, freely flowed down her cheeks and onto the Slayers armor.
He stopped in-front of the house, holding her out to the woman as if she had just found a lot of gold.
She gasped at the sight of her beaten and bloodied form.
"W-we need to get her inside!" She said, rushing the giant of a man inside.
The Slayer walked into the living room, setting her down on the large couch.
The mother rummaged through the kitchen.
In a few seconds, she came out with a bottle of something he could identify.
She opened it up and kneeled next to the girl. She slowly began to pour the substance into her mouth.
Then she looked down, and dropped the bottle. Something had terrified her, she walked backwards, a look of sorrow spreading over her features.
The Slayer didn't notice anything, the wound was actually starting to heal.
She wasn't telling him, there weren't many options left. The Doom Slayer looked back to the girls sleeping form, then the woman he now knew was named Katherine.
With a sigh, the Slayer cleared his throat.
The sound echoed through the entire house, it sounded like it was painful to even do.
Katherine had gone silent.
"What..what is the matter?" The Doom Slayer spoke the first 4 words he had spoken in centuries. The sound of his speech was, other worldly, his voice was so raspy it was hard to identify it the voice was of an 105 year old man, or a badass demon killer.
The woman spoke.
"S-she's forming dust around the wound, that means her soul is shattering!" She exclaimed, tears began to form in her eyes.
Now, The Slayer wasn't familiar with religious people that believed when you died your soul shattered, but he went along with it anyways.
Quickly, he grabbed something from his belt. It was a green, shaped as his helmet and had a green 1 attached to the the top of it.
Slowly, bringing the small trinket near the dying girl, The Doom Slayer proceeded to press a button on the top of the object. A wiring sound emitted from the object as the visor began to open, revealing a syringe of sorts.
He pulled it out, releasing it from several wires and. green liquid flowed through the inside the delicate object.
"W-what is that?" The woman asked with a mix of slight curiosity and nervousness.
The Slayer didn't turn, instead he spoke his fifth word in centuries.
"Life."
And with that. He plunged the Syringe into her wound. In an instance the wounds began to heal, the girl's eyes filling with a gray haze.
The woman gasped and stood up to face girl.
The Doom Slayer released the Syringe with a sigh. Within a few seconds o the release a loud audible gasp was heard from the girl and she shot up.
She painted and turn to see the Doom Slayer.
Her cloak was off to reveal blond curly hair. She was wearing a plain white shirt.
She calmed down, closing her eyes and taking a few deep breaths.
"She'll live." The Slayer suddenly said before standing up. The girl was shocked to here the Slayer speak, but was seemed to be quite interested.
"P-please you have to take her with you!"The Slayer shook his head and began to walk towards the door, picking up his Super Shotgun from the coffee table along the way
"Please, listen to me!" The Doom Slayer continued to walk.
"Please, now that they have found her, The Dark Lord won't rest until he has her." She pleaded with the Slayer.
The Doom Slayer wiped around. Not only did she know of The Dark Lords existence, but this 'girl' was a target of him?
Why would the Dark Lord want a being such as her? Sure, she could kill some hell-spawn, but in the midst of an intense battle with hells forces would be overrun. She could be wanted for that reason. There was something else, he knew it.
"Alright." The Doom Slayer said and walked back to the living room where the girl was sitting up, seemingly recovered. The Slayer had to make sure she didn't die. He needed to figure out what the Dark Lords plans for this world were. Maybe she was the first step to achievement that goal.
"Red, do you have everything ready?" The woman asked. The girls name was Red, interesting. Red put on her cloak and nodded.
"Yeah I do!" She exclaimed, was a canteen, a large duffel bag.
Now the Slayer was confused. Red was seemingly ready to come with him, AND she brought a duffel bag. And the only logical reason she would have brought that is if she knew about the almost infinite storage unit that The Slayer used to hold his equipment.
He was so lost in thought that he didn't expect Red to walk up to him and hold out the duffel bag.
"Here you go...you can hold this right?" Red asked, a small smirk on her face.
Looking down, The Slayer scratched his helmet and took the bag, putting it behind his back and letting it being sucked up by his suit.
Now they could go.
Red and Katherine exchanged goodbyes as the Slayer stood on the porch, contemplating what had just happened. The Slayer wondered how they were related. Not in a biological stance. He just wondered why they lived together. Most likely she was adopted by the Woman. But she had called Katherine by her first name. He sighed in relief Red opened the front door to her house, her sword in her hand. They could finally go.
Without any delay, the two head off.
Afghanistan
2 AM
Afghanistan, this particular country has seen so much war, so much corruption that makes the slaughtering of men women and children by an unknown beast not necessarily a surprise.
A small outpost in the desert lay quite, several Baron guards lining it's walls. A few military trucks drove in and out of the outpost.
Inside the outpost, people walked to various locations most of them either servants, terrorists, or criminals of some form. Some in religious clothing, others in basic civilian clothing and jewelry around their necks.
Near the far wall, lay a purple carpet with a monster sitting on it cross legged. The monster had large red cat ears, black hair, red markings on their face and a black tail.
They smiled as a female Afghani servent walked up to him and place a bowl of grapes in front of him.
This particular monsters name was Newko. Newko was a very interesting individual. Known wanted criminal that has been responsible for the murders of 34. Seemingly of random race, age, and tense. He mostly kept to himself, however if he needed, would forge alliances which wasn't hard for him to do. And, clearly this is what he was doing.
Two figures walked towards Newko.
The one in front was a Dread Knight, a variant of the hell Knight a tall brute like demon that relied on brute strength in combat. However the Dread Knight variant was covered in cybernetics. Their main feature that most people knew this demon for was it's orange energy blades that rested on its forearm. Behind it was a human holding an Ak:47 and wearing black goggles.
Newko's tail waved back and fourth as he munched on a grape.
"Progress report?" Newko said, a sinister smile making its way into his face.
"Progress in the America's has been...halted. You see, our original team that we sent was almost wiped out by-" The demon looked down at the ground, shifting uncomfortably.
"Asriel Dreemur." The Dread Knight regrettably said.
Newkos tail stopped waving and rested on the carpet.
"Hm, that is interesting, he has gotten stronger last time we last analyzed him. We can use this to our advantage. " Newko simply said before taking a bite of another grape.
Swallowing, the monster continued.
"Zagra, report?" The human stepped forward and began speaking.
"Unfortunately she was able to escape the strike force we sent to capture her has not reported back yet.It is very likely that they are dead." He said.
Newko shook his head, hitting his tail against the carpet repeatedly.
"She should not have been able to withstand a horde of mostly heavy demons. I hardly can. Something does not add up here gentlemen. We must send another set of Demons to capture her. Send human forces to go with them so they don't have to transport to another dimension to back a report." Newko said with a slight hint of sarcasm.
"Should I assemble a team now?" The human asked.
Newko's tail continued to slap at the ground.
He seemingly had to think about that for a second before opening his mouth.
"Yes, please do that. Dismissed." Newko said. The two turned around and walked away. Newko looked around the outpost, right eye twitched as he analyzed his surroundings.
His furred hand reached for the bowl only to find out it was empty. He was about to call for his servant when he noticed something, or someone at the entrance.
"Long overdue..." He whispered.
11 men walked into the outpost, masks covering their faces. Most of them held military grade M4 assault rifles. Although the few larger ones held Remington 700 shotguns.
The last one that walked in was slightly smaller than the others which which where all over 6 foot 7. This one didn't wear a mask that covered his entire mask. Instead he wore a red face mask, and a black sweatshirt. He did not carry any weapons in his hands. Instead he had a single holstered pistol.
He, along with two others walked up to Newko who's eyes were twitching. His tail was dead in place, not a good sign.
"When did I teach you to be 1 day overdue?" Newko asked.
The man with the red face mask kneeled.
"Lord Newko, there were some complications." Newko sighed and rolled his eyes, playing along with the behavior.
"And what were, these complications?" Newko asked, narrowing his eyes.
"We encountered several military patrols. American I believe." He said. Newko, calmed slightly.
"Alright, get some rest, dismissed." The man stood up, and walked off.
Newko sighed.
Something wasn't right about him.
3 AM
In a a corner of the outpost, the group of 11 that recently entered the outpost had rallied. They held their weapons in hand. And they looked ready for a fight.
"Alright, lets move out!" The 11 men marched into view of the other terrorists and opened fired killing any terrorists in sight.
As they marched through the outpost, there weren't many attempts to fight back. No one had expected spies to be deployed to this particular base.
The man with the red face mask fired a pistol at a Terrorist that attempted to fire at one of his men. Then wiping around and punching a charging Imp. Blood spilled from its jaw as it slammed into the wall of a building.
He narrowly avoided a swing from a Dread Knights blade. The same Dread Knight they had just spoken to Newko.
The man fired an entire magazine into the demon, managing to stagger it. The bullets have been modified to have been able to penetrate Dread Knight Armor, and other high level demons.
The Dread Knight fell on all fours, breathing heavily. Before it could get up, the man leaped on its back, turning around and grabbing one of its arms and thrusting the energy blade into its own head.
Those were the only demons in the outpost, that was one problem solved. But Newko was another.
One of the red face masks men attempt to shoot at Newko who was still sitting on the carpet. He suddenly disappeared and appeared behind the solider, stabbing him with a spike on his tail. A bloodcurdling scream rang out as the solider fell to the floor.
The red face mask man reloaded his pistol and ran towards Newko.
Suddenly two terrorists burst out of a door in front of him. Without hesitation the two were shot down.
He then aimed his gun at Newko and fired. Newko disappeared but this was expected. The man spun around and blocked a tail strike, Newko stared wide eyed him. Not only should he not have been able to dodge that, but his hand was glowing gray and the blade should have gone through his hand. The man threw a punch at Newko knocking him backwards and onto the ground. Newko shot up. Claws bared at him and dove at the man.
The mans hands glowed gray and the two exchanged several blows at lighting speed.
The rest of his men were closing in on Newko and him. Newko knew that he was cornered and there was no reason to fight him. So with a swift kick, knocking the man back. Newko jumped up to one of the roofs of the building, gun fire soon followed. But none of the bullets connected.
"All you alright sir?" One of the soldiers asked the man.
"Yeah, I'll be fine. Forget about him remember the mission.
4 soldiers came with the man as they walked into a building. The building was a house, most likely Newkos. However, there was a safe in the wall on the far side of the room.
One of the soliders ran forward and set a charge.
The charge blew, leaving the 5 soldiers to cover their ears.
The red face masked man walked up to the safe and peered his head inside.
Inside was a sword. The sword was pale white, a curved tip and a blue gem in the middle.
"There is is..." He said grabbing it and holding it up to his face.
"I'm surprised he found it." One of the soldiers said.
He continued to stare at the blade, admiring the beauty of its design.
"We have to find Red."
And there we have it folks, that's the first chapter. I will try to answer questions and respond to reviews at the beginning of chapters.
So since this was the first chapter, don't think it's going to be as good as the next chapter. I hope the next one will be better.
My idea to include Megatale characters was probably from seeing the new episode, and just from how badass the characters can be. The perfect type of characters to have when hell knocks at your door step.
Second, YES the Doom Slayer has a voice in this story. In Doom Eternal it's shown him speaking already. And also I'm not going to have Doomguy be an emotionless husk. He can still be a badass and have a voice. The reason he has a voice is pretty obvious. This story isn't just about killing demons. He's gonna interact with most of the undertale cast if not all of them. So we can't have him grunting all the time.
